Hilton Garden Inn Dallas at Hurst Conference Center

I love the covered parking, the staff were helpful and welcoming. The facility was well-maintained and immaculate. The pool and Hot Tub were beautiful and perfect temperature. There were towels stocked at the pool. All in all it was a wonderful day and I would definitely go back again.

Clean room, staff very accommodating. Unfortunately one would think that breakfast would be included due to over-night stay price, but it is not. This is disappointing because other hotels in the same caliber do offer breakfast. The hotel should reconsider and offer free decent breakfast. The hotel has ample parking.

Parking was fine. Unhappy about amenities. No ice machine. No vending machine. Breakfast was not good and you had to pay! Not very pleased but it was easy to book for our last minute trip.

Room was clean and the first couple of girls at the first desk were great. The day we checked out they were really rude and unhelpful. That honestly was my big complaint. They didn’t have any towels the day we checked out and thought that was odd too.

The staff and everything were great. I reserved a room and once I got there to check in they said that they had to cancel my reservations. They said they attempted to call me but I never saw a call and was at my college graduation all day up until we went to check in. They stated that my card was declined and there was no reason for my card to be declined. Luckily my mom had a room and we were able to all pile up in her room. The girl at the front desk was able to find us a room late that evening but we had already made it work with the room we were in and declined. My biggest complaint was that a room should not be canceled without the party knowing regardless of whether or not you were able to speak to them. Change your check in hours or something so that this doesn't happen because it was very inconvenient for us and I was very upset to find out that our room was canceled without me knowing. Horrible way to treat your guests. Bar was great, room was great other than being very confined with 5 people in a room. Will not stay here again due to the lack of communication and will not recommend it to anyone. see above

For breakfast, even though the signage said it was open it was just a buffet, no better than La Quinta where it is free. Instead we were charged $14.95 for an inferior meal. We felt ripped off.

And it was way too expensive for the options . I emailed the gen manager, with no response ask for the food refund vouchers. Did she handle it?? I will be climbing the ladder with corporate. Very dirty floors. The 5th floor hallway had not been vacuumed prior to or during our stay. Our room also had trash underneath both beds including a half opened medicine bottle with pills still in it. The breakfast was not worth the cost, highly recommend you plan on breakfast elsewhere. The evening bar/diner staff was very kind and helpful. The pool was nice but the hot tub was not working and there was no notice of such. I suppose I might be being picky but the trash and pill bottle under my childs bed set the tone. The parking garage is a nice accommodation. When we checked in I asked if we could have a corner room and without hesitation the staff member said she wasn't even going to look because they were so booked. I'm pretty sure that wasn't true because the parking garage was almost empty. Disappointed in the price we paid for how dirty the hotel was.

It was a nice hotel Myself and some other parents in our group were over charged. I witnessed a couple engaging in sexual activities on the elevator and was told that they couldn’t find the couple, there were cameras everywhere but couldn’t find them. It was way too many young girls/kids at the hotel that weekend for the hotel to not put urgency on the situation

Breakfast buffet on weekends so we didn’t do that. But the room and pool and hot tub were nice. Parking garbage road is tight if you go up.

The room size was nice. The amenities were 24 hours. The bathroom door is cute but doesn't give complete privacy.

It's a clean/safe place to sleep - but aside from that, service is terrible. The staff members have huge chips on their shoulders toward guests that stay after events in the adjoined conference center. Worst Hilton experience to date. (It has to be a management/leadership problem - based on negative encounters with every level of staff from check-in to the bartender to housekeeping.)

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very comfortable and quiet.

When we checked in the lady at the front desk didn't seem too happy to help us. She did not greet us or smile. She didn't provide any information. My husband had to ask her what time they serve breakfast. The room was clean but the bed was a little hard. Breakfast was terrible.i was totally shocked when the girl came up to me and asked for my room number I told her we have breakfast included and she asked if we were given a voucher I told her no and she checked our room and say we do have breakfast. That was really embarrassing and then there was not much of a selection for breakfast and we have to pay for that piece of crap. I could have gone elsewhere for better breakfast. I will not be coming back.

We could hear everything. Our room was near the elevators and the the noise from the guests getting on and off was loud and even the conversations walking down the hallway. Also we could hear the people above us moving around. If you are a light sleeper this might not be a good choice.

I was there for two days. The breakfast was marginal. They kept running out of food went down to the pool area. All the towels were dirty both days trash was overflowing out of the trashcan. Facility is nice, but not well kept

The power was out when I arrived, which delayed check-in. Still, overall, the hotel was convenient concerning the proximity to the convention center, parking was simple, and the experience was good.

Upper level parking garage was not marked. It was not easy to approach access. They charged my credit card $20 and has not shown up as a credit. I did not use anything extra.

Love this hotel, pool is open 24hours, was sad jets in hot tub were not working, but usually not the case.

I stayed in room 431. And there was an annoying noise ALL night long, it sounded like a knocking noise coming from the bathroom wall. I told them at the front desk and she said there was nothing she could do. And will let maintenance know. It was very difficult to sleep. The noise was continous all day and night...

This was an amazing place to stay. One of a few places I have stayed at, that I would highly recommend. The staff was all friendly, joyful, and they went out of their way to please you. Beautiful, clean, everything works, well laid out rooms. Breakfast was yummy, and lots of choices, and could be custom ordered. Had good conversations with other guests, and some of the repeat ones agreed about what made it special to them. Nothing cheap about this place, it was fun. I will be back when visiting my son, and his family.

We stay at this hotel primarily because the pool/hot tub is 24 hours. Our busy schedule usually doesn’t meet hotel pool hours, so this hotel is perfect! Room is nice and parking garage is appreciated.

Liked that we could park in the parking garage and it was never packed. Waited about 30 minutes for a representative to come to the front desk so I can check in. As a reward member, I have stayed at many of these hotels and this one had the most uncomfortable bed with pillows the size of couch pillows. Will not be staying at this site in the future.

The property was quiet and the rooms were very nice. I will return and continue to enjoy its peaceful atmosphere. .

Our kids loved the indoor pool/spa. I do think that area should have more seating available but we had a great time nonetheless. Housekeeping never vacuumed the hallways. The same floss pick and wristband remained on the floor outside our door Friday PM-Sunday AM. Room cleanliness was great.

The linens were stained and a pile of toenails outside the door. Asked to change rooms. Staff was accommodating. New room suitable. I was attending a function and was surprised at the lack of cleanliness and upkeep. The staff at the restaurant were very nice.

It was an extremely uncomfortable bed. When we asked for another room, Olivia was bothered by our request. She was chewing/smacking her gum loudly while she told us that there weren't any other rooms available. She then stated to check back at 4. The conversation ended and we walked away. She raised her voice to us telling us that what ahe was explaining to us to check back at 4. We understood to check back at 4. Unprofessional. We did check back after the game and Geoffery offered us the room right next door.

The hotel itself was great. I didnt appreciate however the waitress during breakfast, only was attentive to my husband and ignored me. The staff needs more training. She only took his dirty plates, refilled his coffee and orange juice. Left me alone. My husband had to tell her to bring me coffee. It was really weird. Like she ignored me on purpose. I just prefer to not go back. This upset me very badly, it made me cry. I dont like to be rude or get mad at people, so i had to restrain myself. So i just left.

The property was nice and the staff was really friendly. The breakfast is misleading, you have to pay for breakfast which the buffet you pay for is just any regular continental breakfast you’d get free at any other hotel. If you want waffles, pancakes, omelette, etc you have to pay more for that which honestly sucks because you can get waffles for free any where else. I only ate breakfast there once out of my four night stay because it honestly isn’t worth the money. Everything else there was great!! Love the 24 hour pool access

Efficient, clean, minimum amenities but I didn’t need them. Fair value for money.

Stayed one night and everything was good. My kid enjoyed the indoor pool and didn’t want to get out. Variety of breakfast options from hot food, to bagels, yogurt, and cereal. Was able to request a later checkout without paying a fee and it overall everything was great.

The staff was awesome.

The pool and spa need work done. The plaster is cracked. However we had a great time the entire week. Amazing breakfast. We enjoyed it and would recommend.

Helpful staff and clean property

Loved the free parking garage and cleanliness of the property. Close to the highway and fairly centrally located in the Metroplex. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I would have given a five star, but the maid service was lacking. We stayed a total of 4 nights. We asked the maid to come back when she came at 8 am. When we left at 9 my husband told her we were leaving. When i came back at 3 she had not cleaned the room. I asked for more towels and she didn't give us any. I complained and the next day she did a minimum effort. The rest of the hotel was really good, but I was surprised at how difficult it was to get the room cleaned. I ended up buying some wipes and sprucing it up myself.

We went up there for a family wedding. The lady at the front seat was very friendly and helpful she greeted us and was prompt. We checked in and she always had a smile. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. I liked that they had snacks for us late snackers also we used the pool and it was nice and I liked the fact that it was indoors and the spa was nice and warm relaxing after a long day and drive. I will stay here again. And the parking garage was good

The cleanliness overall was good. Mostly the carpet was dirty in our room and in the hotel hallways.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful! The staff is amazing, the accommodations were top-notch, breakfast was great, and it was so nice to have covered parking so close to my room. I will definitely always stay here every time I am in the Hurst area.

The staff was pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast wasn’t great. My room was always clean at the end of the day. The dinner (spaghetti and vegetables) was very yummy. My ironing board broke but was fixed immediately. Overall I really enjoyed myself.

The hotel and staff were awesome. But, one of the reasons I chose this hotel was because they had a bar and restaurant. Let me tell you, I have never had worse food. The chicken nachos was supposed to have salsa on them. But, it was just a few tomatoes. The chicken was not fresh and so dry. There was absolutely no flavor. Even after adding some salt. My husbands steak was not cooked right. And it was so thin and small. Even the dessert was something I make at home. Definitely not the quality I was hoping for. Despite that, I would stay here again, just not plan on eating there.

Also, no curtains. Just a transparent shade. It should be room darkening, but nope! They put a light outside of the window. I guess they don’t want us to sleep. Oh, and the beds are advertised as queens, but are actually doubles. Disappointing.

Not so great. The breakfast options were very limited every day, the shuttle service was poorly managed, the room cleanliness was average, the staff was nice but the service overall was poor

Besides that, the rooms were extremely spacious. Breakfast was great with a wide range of options that even my children enjoyed. The staff was extremely friendly and quick to meet all accommodations. The area around this hotel is also phenomenal. We just happened to have a bad experience but we will return in time.

Maybe you shouldn't tell your guests you have free breakfast and then charge them first. I dont mind oaying but very misleading
