Breakfast room clean and updated great style!

Although room was clean and water pressure in shower great, the elevator was out all weekend and there did not seem to be a sense of urgency to get it back in operation. Overheard patrons saying it had been alternating between working and not before finally giving out completely. This speaks volumes to me about its maintenance. Also the smart tv Netflix operation was not activated. And the tvs themselves were preset at a volume that couldn’t be adjusted. This often led to not being able to hear it well. This was most annoying. This place is too quirky to recommend or return.

They put my father on the 3rd floor as a handicapped (wheelchair) person and the elevators went down. My family got stuck on said elevator. They fixed it and then broke down again. Such an inconvenience. The GM was awesome and refunded our stay and put us in the partner hotel who’s elevator also went down. Other than that it was an okay stay just an inconvenience

Mrs. Pamela the front desk clerk was outstanding. Quick check in and was very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Very good location, close to alot of eateries. The hotel itself was clean and quiet and break was a plus. Would highly recommend.

Everything seemed designed to please the customers to the pleasant feeling: interior design is modern, HVAC system is efficient and particularly quiet to the hearing, parking is convenient and ample, breakfast is complete and excellent including oatmeal mixed with sausage, pancake, egg wrap, very crispy bacon pleasing even the tough tastes, yogurt, milk, good coffee machines, fruits, and Wifi is convenient.

The lady who checked us in was super nice! I booked a room online, but because of the storms a lot of workers were in from out of town so they ran out of the rooms I booked. I was upgraded to a suit! My daughter also raved about breakfast! Everything was great!

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. My flight arrived early in the morning, and they were kind enough to let me check in a bit ahead of schedule, which I truly appreciated. Special shoutout to Valerie for going above and beyond to make my stay smooth and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

Really liked the property except the light was out in the shower when we arrived but maintenance fixed right away. Didn’t find out until morning that the coffee maker wasn’t working.

During our stay the property was currently under renovation. There was no lobby to check in to, instead we checked in at what seemed like their business center. Also, upon checking in we were notified that breakfast was located at the Hampton Inn next door due to the ongoing renovation. Our room was nice and spacious, and had already been mostly renovated except for the shower.

Excellent place to stay in a great location. They have courteous staff, spacious and clean rooms, and good breakfast options. I will stay here again!

Breakfast was being offered at another hotel due to construction. We did not take advantage of it since we were going to a family gathering early and would have food there. Pillows were too soft, not enough support, even the "firm" ones

I reserve a room with hotel but they gave one with shower.

The bed was so comfortable and we always love an indoor pool. Didn’t have a bathtub.

Convenient, nice, clean comfortable room. Breakfast was just ok. We went out 2 of our 3 nights. Music in the elevator lobby on our floor was WAY TOO LOUD and weird to have to listen to every time we used the elevator!

The entire experience from arriving to checking out and everything in between. The room was spacious, the restroom was spotless and the housekeeping was amazing - the first time ever that I didn’t need to request more towels. I am very satisfied with my stay. I definitely will be staying anytime I’m in town and will be recommending to friends and family!

Primary issue was the room cleanliness. The toilet seat looked horrid. There was yellowing and stains all over. It really needs to be replaced. If that was not enough. The carpet was so dirty my toddler's feet were black from walking on it and socks stained. If I remember correct the room number is 213.

The room was very clean and bright. It was a good size for a person in a mobility scooter to move around essily. Mattress was good, but not excellent. Breakfast was nice. The problem was it's not easy getting inside a bathtub and the chair is very misplaced. The rail was against my back and very uncomfortable. The soap and shampoo containers are mounted on the wall and were too difficult to reach. The shower hose was not long enough. The front desk person, Tyrone, was very courteous and helpful. He should be commended for his excellent customer service. All in all, it was a great stay. I would definitely stay again as long as I can get a roll-in shower.

I’ve stayed here before and love it. This time I stayed on the 4th floor recently renovated and very nice. Unfortunately I have to move to another Holiday Inn for the remainder of my trip because my daughter is moving too far for me to stay here. Hopefully just as nice there with a nice staff like here.

We have stayed at this Hotel several times. They are very friendly. Their breakfast is great with many items to select. This hotel is being remodeled. Our room was one that had been updated. It was nice.

Night before we asked for games for the patio. Lady at the front desk, " We don't have cornhole." "I don't know where they would be." And nothing, no let me ask, sorry we haven't replaced them, nothing. It was an older hotel, could see some maintenance, door swollen with humidity. Still in good, clean, nice shape.

Always stay here when visiting the area. Very convenient to everything. Great breakfast, especially when they serve the little omelets and bacon. The weekday kitchen breakfast worker is very nice.

The hotel is ok, but the carpet in our room was all covered in stains, the mattress on the spare bed also was covered in brown stains. The walls are made of paper because whenever anyone would cough or use a bathroom all the sounds were in our room. Also, these were the worst pillows of my life. The staff was nice and friendly though

Check in was great but when I got to the room there was trash still in the trash cans both in the actual room and in the bathroom. Hot tub does not work which was a little disappointing. Breakfast was amazing and my kids loved that there were little Nutella packets in the line up for breakfast. We ended up leaving a blanket there and I called them right away and they got my information so that they could mail it back. Definitely would go back if I’m in the area

I stayed in 219, and everything was old, chipped, peeling, moldyvand cracked from bathroom to room. Stains on the furniture and carpet, coffee maker didnt work. Ill never stay again and will blacklist this hotel in the future.

All was better than I had expected. Staff was great and the room was cleaned every day. The hot breakfast was excelent.

Very nice place to stay for a week. The breakfast was very good. I was able to do laundry, because of long stay there, which helped. Very close to mall and other stores.

We always stay here when we come to Tx to see the kids. Clean & comfortable facility. While I appreciate the breakfast, it needs to be warmer & pls don’t serve any more burned bacon. Also on This trip, our key was turned off too soon. So that’s a bummer.

We really like staying here and breakfast was absolutely great. We had a couple of issues we encountered during our stay. There were two of the front desk people we had interacted with were unfriendly and Kurt with us. It felt like we had interrupted her evening just trying to check in for our stay. The other counter member seemed put off that we had requested a set of fresh towels since we had not had our room serviced one of the days we were there. (We had forgotten to remove the DND sign). Additionally, the floor lamp in the room was missing a light bulb so it was unusable, as was the desk lamp which only had one bulb instead of two. Furthermore, on the first night of our stay the bathroom ceiling light flickered out, which was still fine because of the two available wall sconces in the bathroom. However, on the second night, one of the sconces burnt out leaving only one sconce still lit. The bathroom was dark, the sitting room was dark and desk area was dark. Other than that, everyone else was great and their breakfast host was absolutely delightful and kept the breakfast area well stocked and very clean. She definitely needs a raise! We did have an issue with the pool being out of service one of the days of our stay but that was corrected the next day and the children managed to enjoy some pool time. We will definitely be booking this hotel again based on location, hotel amenities, and most of the staff we interacted with. Hopefully the lights work!

the staff is wonderful!!! very helpful and kind. HOWEVER, they have a hug job to do because the property is in need of some help! The beds were HORRIBLE...old and broken down. The decor is depressing, the carpet is STAINED, dingy and in dire need of replacement. There was a hole in the floor under the carpet. The building is in dire need of some help and renovation. Then it could be a wonderful property.

We were given a room with a non working air conditioner. This is a mid 90's day in Texas is was horrible the front clerk solution was to offer fans, I did not pay those kind of rates to sleep miserable in a hot room. When the maintenance guy came to see if he could do anything to fix it he let us know he had put that room out of order a week prior because of the ac not working. Hotel was booked so could not offer the same room we had paid for and refused to give 2 single room to make up for the double suite (3 beds) we had booked. Front desk was extremely rude.

The hotel was beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was awesome. Only issue we had was that the TV in the room only picked up two channels. All the rest of the channels were no signal and even though they sent the maintenance crew to fix it never worked, and they can never figure out the problem and we could not change rooms.

It was fine and clean. The gym was less than what I thought it would be. Most of the weight machines don’t work or aren’t in good working condition. I asked a lady from housekeeping to help me get wipes in there to be able to wipe things down upon using them.

The carpets are old and badly stained, they need to be replaced immediately. The ice machine on our floor, was out of order the entire 6 days we were there. Because of these issues, I feel the hotel is overpriced.

Great large room and great shower. Very good breakfast and friendly staff!

Nice clean hotel with a friendly front desk clerk

Had a problem with shower, and they sent up a technician within about 15 minutes. He solved the problem, and was very courteous.

Nice location, pretty close to the airport. A little dated inside, but good-sized room. Beds were NOT queen size, as advertised.
