And it makes a great home away from home. It's fully furnished and you can cook and save some money by cooking yourself. It was pretty quiet. A lot of smells in the hallway from others cooking their food. We had to park in the back and walk through the courtyard. There was smoking and we had to walk through the smoke. Could have used a little more ceiling lighting.

Not enough coffee in the room

We were there for a hockey tournament. It was wonderful to have a home away from home a few minutes away where we could relax between games. It was also nice to have a pet friendly place to take our dog so we didn't have to board her since she is old. Pillows could have been better

I left a blue fire tablet and called them, they told me they have it but i went twice and they don't want to give to me rigth away they have to wait for the manager but took TWO DAYS to get it back.

The sheets where stained corner top still had food smudges and fridge still had stuff in it and smudges mark and finger print all over appliances there was even hair still in the shower and dog hairs my family was disgusted!! I went to the front to tell her about the room and if she could switch us to another room because there was no rooms available and that she would leave a note with the manager almita! Before check out this am I wanted to speak with her almita the manager but she was busy never heard from her!!

Nothing special I rented a room with a sofa sleeper and was given a room without one. When I asked about it I was told to take it up with booking.com that they don’t have a room like that.

I had to wait 10 minutes until someone showed up to check us in, otherwise it was a nice stay.

Room 417 is infested with bedbugs and spiders. I had several bites, so bad I woke up at 3am with a severe allergic reaction (swollen tongue, red all over and trouble breathing). Had to use and epi-pen so I did not die and was transported to the emergency room. I had bites on my legs, arms, right hand and a large spider bite behind my left ear. I have never had an issue before and have travelled worldwide. I average 50+ nights a year in hotels for my business travels. Thankfully I was okay but I haven’t received my bill for medical services. I think that was my last stay ever at an IHG property. I would stay clear of this property. On the positive side the onsite staff and management was very friendly and concerned about the situation. Corporate replied with some generic “stay with us again” email when I messaged them about my experience.

Housekeeping was neglectful. They didn’t make up our room on the second day and ignored multiple requests for additional towels.

Staff is awesome, very friendly. Door lock to laundry has not been opening with our room keys for 2 months or more and still not fixed, so we have to bug front desk staff to open it for us. Staff is very willing to do it, which is nice.

My only complaint was that when we checked in on our first night the were some sketchy people there that were obviously intoxicated and wreaked like Marijuana, these same people had the police there the following morning it appeared that those same people were being arrested. First they told us they only clean every 7 days. So we had to get new towels due to being there more than 1 day. As soon as we got to our room our door was opened by maintenance who claimed he was changing a battery. The front desk just said.. nobody would be in the room. Then no knock before entry. Nothing. I was frustrated at check-in our room was reafy at 5:10pm check in was @ 4. We called ahead & they told us room would be ready at 4pm. Check in & they had to check if it was ready was told 10 to 15 more mins. No apology, no offer for a later check out nothing. Secondly we went to pool ask front for the 2 towels was told she was let with none sje only had floor mats. Then when we came in from pool watched same employee hand out towels. The bathroom mirror was set very far back so you can't get close to it and it's the only mirror in the room.

This hotel needs serious administrative/management help They cancelled our reservation hours before our arrival, after we were already traveling there. Hotel staff had an attitude and kept saying it is a courtesy to let us know that our reservation is canceled because we booked through a third-party. Horrible service. Horrible experience.

I didn’t like that my key didn’t work the first time ,then the second time it did work, someone was already staying in the room. We walked in on them. Could have been a very dangerous situation had they not been understanding guest.

There was a party in the hallway all night. After asking the people to keep it down 3 times at 3 am. I went and spoke to the front desk. Nothing was done. We had to change hotels to get sleep the next night.

The hotel and room were very nice and clean. The staff was friendly at times and indifferent at times. The coffee was terrible and some of the amenities were cheap. Overall. It was a decent stay, but I will probably look for a hotel that serves breakfast next time we come.

The staff downgraded our room before our arrival without telling us or offering a discount. We only learned of this when we got to the room and discovered it was not what we booked. The room type we actually booked was not available. We also chose this property because of the availability of the EV chargers which they could not activate on our first night. Neither of the reasons we booked this hotel were actually available so we were very disappointed.

Two things 1) the pet policy is NOT friendly. They say it's friendly to get you to book and then drop extra fees and restrictions that nearly impossible to abide by. We have an old 5 pound dog. He couldn't cause any property damage if he wanted to. Doesn't matter. 2) No breakfast? If any type? That is unheard of in these days.

Some staff was a little rude ( male ) while others were very polite . Only started with 2 bath towels , so had to ask for extra bc it was a 4 day stay. Also asked for an extra blanket but settled for an extra sheet .

The floor looked dirty and there were rings in the furniture. You could just tell that it hadn’t been cleaned well. The chair in the room was super dirty and had stains on it. The bed was comfortable enough. Slept in a blanket i brought with me though because I didn’t trust that the sheets were clean.

We had an interesting stay here. Our first room had a strong smell of pet urine that was unbearable. After we let the front desk know about this, we changed rooms. Since we had an early check-in, our fee was waived because of the pet urine room. Our second room was clean and neat. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. This was our first time trying Candlewood suites. I’m sad to say we probably won’t stay here again.

SO UNSAFE!!! many trucks (3) had their catalytic converters stole from the lot in one night. My truck was at the front spot in view of front desk and there was no one at the desk to see it happen. the hotel did not care and offered no comps while repairs were done. Met other guest who had the same story of unsafe and uncaring from the manager who would not even speak to us and go hide when we had questions leaving her staff to deal with us. Unsafe to be outside as it is open with no security. Front desk was left empty and no one would answer the phones after dark, and doors left open all over the property.

The kitchen was well stocked with covered cook pans, measuring and mixing bowls, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, eating utensils, cups, and mugs. Hot water came to the faucets and shower quickly. The only negative to us was the odor in the hallway on the second floor. When we stepped out of the elevator with our luggage, we were hit with the smell of stale cigarette smoke. Thankfully, it wasn't noticeable in the room.

Kitchen faucet didn’t work. AC didn’t work

Was told that they were not made aware if this by hotels.com so only regular room were available.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

My room ac was quite loud too. Ive stayed here before and will again, in the hope this was an isolated incident.

However, there was no service for just changing the towels, I had to get new towels from the front desk myself. And the water machine in fitness room didn't work.

The bed was super firm, not a fan. I think they need to service the rooms more at least replenish towels and such.
