Close to the airport and convenient for a night between flights. Hotel lobby entrance wasn’t particularly welcoming and breakfast area only had two tables. Complimentary airport shuttle wasn’t operating.

It was clean, love the location 10 mins away from IAH airport, the price was great and free parking. There was breakfast served nothing special bread and waffles. Dennys was across the street if you don’t want to eat there. No real amities. No pool l, exercise room or restaurant.

Check in was an easy process. Staff was friendly initially. Unfortunately, I discovered bed bugs in my room after waking up and seeing them on the bed. I later developed more than 20 bites, including an allergic reaction to some of them. When I reported the issue and provided them with the evidence, staff first suggested the bugs came from outside trees, then later stated they found nothing during their inspection and implied I must have brought them myself. I was denied an official incident report, refund, or meaningful assistance. As a precaution to avoid bringing an infestation home, since my luggage remained in the room overnight, I had to dispose of multiple personal belongings, including a large Lipault suitcase, clothing, and pajamas, resulting in a significant financial loss. Beyond the physical discomfort, this experience has continued to affect me mentally even after returning home. I felt my concerns were dismissed and that there was no accountability taken for the situation. I strongly recommend guests carefully inspect the bedding and room before staying.

The room, amenities, etc., were fine. The property outside was very dirty.

Convenient for airport travel

Property was well located, near the airport. Staff were friendly, check in was smooth and easy, and it was pleasant. The lobby is basic but did not detract from the quality of the stay. There was no airport shuttle service. Uber was $13 each way.

The room smelled like old air fresheners. No lamps bedside, just the one overhead light. I didn’t like that there was no sidewalks, had to try to get to Denny’s with 2 mobility challenged ladies. The price was good, the staff were great, very accommodating.

The property and my room were clean and the staff were nice and helpful when I had questions. The airplanes coming and going were a bit noisy during the day but that is to be expected for its proximity to the airport. There wasn’t an issue with the noise at night.

Close to the airport, large room, comfy bed, breakfast was all you need, washing machine and dryer on site. Had a kitchen but no utensils, plates or anything to cook with which made it null and void. No natural light in the corner room.

The property was not what was advertised. Kitchenette was useless. Nothing to use to cook or eat with. What is the point of having a stove top? Ended up checking out within 30 minutes of checking in. Also was not able to get in room for an hour and 15 minutes after check in.

The couch was gross and the pillows wasn't pillows same with the bed.

Breakfast consists of muffins, bagels, pancakes toast and cereal. Its good to quickly grab a bite to eat before heading to the airport.

Could use a box of cleanex in the room. No coffee cups were left in the room. I'm sure this was a simple oversight

It was clean, interior colours were modern and fresh, king sized bed was clean and comfortable. Quiet and could block the light for sleeping after a late flight. Bathtub plug was non functional for running a bath. No Kleenex tissue, the shampoo was partially used and not sure about breakfast?

Reasonably priced standard property that served our needs.

I stayed here with my grandma after a long trip, and it was a great experience. The place was very clean, and the staff were extremely nice and welcoming. It made our stay comfortable and stress-free. I highly recommend this place!

Very convenient location with a great airport shuttle which arrives regularly and on time. Perfect for a night before or after a flight. Comfy beds, good wifi. Another pillow each would have been great. Breakfast very basic and coffee awful. Shuttle doesn't run late at night.

The location was very close to the airport. The free shuttle back to the airport was very useful and well appreciated. The check-in staff were friendly and helpful. The room felt dated and wasn't particularly well maintained. Things like fraying shower curtains, a fridge that wasn't switched on upon arrival, and a swelling wooden TV cabinet.

Did not have breakfast due to early start. Was hoping to take first shuttle to airport but was advised on arrival it was fully booked and next one was an hour later so took a uber instead

There seemed to be long term tenants who were very loud and had visitors banging on the door and yelling throughout the night. This happened at 10pm,11:30pm, 2am, and 3:30am. We had to be up at 4:30am to catch a flight and got ZERO sleep due to the chaos.

I needed a place to stay overnight after the ridiculously long wait time for TSA security checking at IAH caused me to miss my connecting flight, and so I was happy to find a good place to stay nearby at reasonable cost. It was clean and comfortable, and about as good as I expected. The (free) airport shuttle is used by at least 7 different hotels, and took about 90 minutes from when I ordered a ride on it until I got to this hotel. So as not to waste even more time I got an Uber (at USD25) the next morning instead. Also the air-conditioning in my room was a bit noisy, so I switched it off. Luckily the room temperature was moderate.

Quick check in and airport bus. Thats all I needed.

We didnt have breakfast as we had to leave too early due to the TSA issues. Everything was good.

Airport shuttle was easy to get. Only negative made several stops but not a deal breaker. Don't expect a fancy lobby, but check-in was quick and easy. Room was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of eating places nearby. Breakfast was typical, but only 2 tables and 6 chairs. Return shuttle was on time and quick trip back to the airport. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

It was great! The hotel was a short drive from the airport and the complimentary shuttle was really easy to use. The staff were very nice and the bed was comfortable. The room was a little dusty in a few places, but overall very clean. This hotel suited our needs perfectly for a one night stay. It was very affordable and convenient. I would stay there again. Room was super spacious, bed was clean and comfortable, free parking, breakfast was small, but good enough to put something in your tummy if your in a hurry...the only complaint that I have is the pillows were a bit lumpy, but other then that I enjoyed the 1 night that I stayed.

We arrived at 9:20pm. We were in room 204. Since 10pm, our next room 205 was very noisy in and out. Jumped very loud. We tried to call the front desk to stop them but no answer. It’s up to 3:30am. I went out to stop them. Next morning I reported to the front desk. He told me that he knew it. I was surprised that since he knew it but not stop them.

Our room was horrible we had a lock that was broken the door you have to push hard to close the safety lock was broken off people were outside our room smoking pot it stank up our whole room they were blaring music ruined our sleep. Checked in at 11 left at 4am it was too uncomfortable didnt feel safe at all

They had a shuttle to and from the airport. The front desk guys was very nice and accommodating.

The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Went to the room and it was spacious and very clean. The only complaint I have is the air conditioner unit did not cool well. Because I’m an older woman, I sleep warm, but it did cool down enough to get some good sleep.

This is the economical little hotel run by some lovely people, probably a family. They’ve got a decent shuttle. It doesn’t go 24 hours so check with them before and measure your flight times. The rooms are decent enough for what you pay.

Parking was great both times. Staff was kind and accommodating. I would say that the AC in the disability room is beyond fixing and should be changed out. The AC the first night we stayed was fine. It's a nice little motel to stay at. Breakfast was good and fast. We would stay again.

Place was fine. Very clean and very well priced. But… would request top floor as we were woken up by a heard of elephants pacing the room from 3-5am. Bring your own pillow, theirs are long over due for replacement and know the shuttle comes at 545/645/745 etc

The bed was not made from previous guest . Trash can was not empty from previous guest. The bar soap from previous guest used was still by faucet in bathroom and towels were not clean. No shampoo provided at least there was an unused bar soap there. Wouldn’t recommend it.

While strict check in times occasionally occur at very busy resort destinations, this is the first instance in which a hotel has clearly withheld an available room for the purpose of extracting an additional fee. For this reason alone, I will not return. There are many hotels around the area to overnight between travels, it will be one of them.

Unable to understand/hear front desk clerk when calling for shuttle which not only took 30 mins, refused to take 6 of us & told to wait for the next one which came about 10mins later & driver never got out to help load bags! Van “forgot” to pick up in the am. B’fast was a bare minimum carb fest No rest at night due to traffic noise,loud late night guests whistling & banging bags up staird

They say that they have a shuttle to the airport. The shuttle is only every hour and stops at 11PM. This was a bad surprise as I had to take the taxi both ways.

The room was very smoky and the towels were thin and stunk. The desk clerk charged us an extra $25 to get a room downstairs because the other rooms were spoken for but the parking lot was empty and no one showed up.

Nice set up of the room overall. However there was hair on the tub, travel-sized shampoo bottle was half empty and there were makeup smudges on the door and on the sheets. All in all, a great room for the price paid, but cleaning needs work.

The location is extremely convenient for travelers using IAH Airport, and the overall atmosphere was calm and well maintained. Everything was organized and exceeded my expectations for the price. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient airport hotel.

Upgrade to Rm120 was peachy, newly remodeled, countertops, microwave, larger refrigerator, King bed, (pillows were some sort of lumpy fiber, w/ thin sheets, so a bit hot as I could feel), water pressure moderate, but not excellent. SO, IF you are able, bring your own pillow, and MAYBE earplugs, as, of course, being an airport motel, you will likely be in the flyway zone. Desk help-woman was VERY HELPFUL, WITH LOVELY PERSONALITY! : ) Room VERY spacious w L countertop seating, toaster, coffee maker, microwave- all functioned well! With all that room, and 2 tables, one would think 1 other lower, more comfortable chair, for hanging out-assuming 2 people were there- would be nice. (To be fair, there were at least a couple of higher counter chairs at the counter!)

Upgrade to Rm120 was peachy, newly remodeled, countertops, microwave, larger refrigerator, King bed, (pillows were some sort of lumpy fiber, w/ thin sheets, so a bit hot as I could feel), water pressure moderate, but not excellent. SO, IF you are able, bring your own pillow, and MAYBE earplugs, as, of course, being an airport motel, you will likely be in the flyway zone. Desk help-woman was VERY HELPFUL, WITH LOVELY PERSONALITY! : ) Room VERY spacious w L countertop seating, toaster, coffee maker, microwave- all functioned well! With all that room, and 2 tables, one would think 1 other lower, more comfortable chair, for hanging out-assuming 2 people were there- would be nice. (To be fair, there were at least a couple of higher counter chairs at the counter!)

Hotel was actually ok. Clean. Room was clean. No complaints there. But. The front desk guy. Im assuming is the owner. Very rude. Very unprofessional. Was mad about something. Wanted to check in a little early. He said we still cleaning. Come back in 45min. I was in the parking lot and didn’t see any one cleaning anything. I guess I interpreted his tiktok time. Never again here.

What is the point of a kitchen bare of anything to cook or eat with? Cabinets and drawers are empty.

Our flights were early No offer of an early call Couldnt book transport for return to airport Attitude appeared offhanded as though any request was an imposition There is zero help with luggage The unit had 2 coffee sachets no milk only powder and one paper cup . No spoons or cutlery or plates to speak of Only 2 small bath towels that barely passed as bath towels The pillows on the king bed were solidly lumpy .. sadly lacking . The overall experience is poor . Would we stay again ... definitely not .

Here for one night on our way to Galveston for our cruise. The room was in great shape. It was very clean. Neighborhood seemed a little sketchy. Breakfast was a joke so we went across the street to Denny’s and had a good and very affordable breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly. Bed was comfy but the pillows were not.

The people were so helpful. The room was small, but spotless. I enjoyed being within walking distance of where I needed to go. The outdoor sitting area was very peaceful and a relaxing place to read. Transportation to and from the airport was a blessing. They even paid for my cab because of my early flight.

ANTS!!! Over 60 bites! Room was fine. I put my shorts on the dresser. In the morning I got up. Put my shorts on and gotten bitten severely. I guess the nest was in the dresser. Never seen so many ever. Floor was covered. Washed out my clothes in the shower and showered off t my body. 3 days later I still have more than 60 bite itchy bites. I live in Florida. I’m used to the problem. But never expected this.

The only thing wrong was the ac unit in my room couldn't get the room temperature low enough to call it cool and im sure it was probably the only unit struggling because everything there looked brand new

Room was very clean and comfortable. My flight was delayed and arrived too late for the shuttle service so I had to pay for a taxi but they ensured my return shuttle was booked immediately when I checked in. Complimentary breakfast was minimal but coffee was great. Due to no gluten dietary limitations, all I could have was a banana for breakfast. Staff was friendly and professional.

Many roaches and insects in the room some alive and some dead needed to request twice to remove dead insects upon arrival. was realy uncomfortable.room newly renovated but smeels very bad and AC and toilet are very old.took a room with kichenet but there are no silverwhare or glasses or plates.upon arrival trash bin was already with garbage in it.needed to pay extra for every hour of late checkout knowing that the hotel was almost empty.shuttle was too slow and very late upon arrival and departure had to wait almost one and a half hour to be collected from the airport.very limited breakfast.not recomended at all

We were at the Scottish Inn for less than seven hours, during an overnight layover at IAH. We appreciated the complimentary shuttle service.

The only thing is that the hotel is directly under the flight path for landing aircraft. Not terrible, but if you are a light sleeper, not hte best choice. Great access to the Airport and airport parking!

Property is convenient for a one night stay. No decent restaurants in the area all fast food. The rooms had no lamp. All ceiling lighting. Water pressure in bathroom very limited. staff behind glass indicates not a safe area.

Excellent customer service and very kind staff. A little frustrating that the shuttle service only runs until 11pm, which is something to note for those traveling with late arrivals closer to midnight. Other than that, it's a great value for what it is and the beds are comfy. Will stay again.

Everyone was very professional, the room was larger than most hotel rooms, close to airport, has a shuttle, the driver did speed and weave in and out of traffic , felt his driving was unsafe, wouldn't use the shuttle again,

I needed an overnight stay between flights and this hotel was clean, friendly and convenient for the airport. There was a free airport shuttle too. Would choose them again anytime.

Actually this not a hotel, even is not a motel. I booked a room with two queen beds but I have no idea how come your system switched it to a room with one king size bed. We called them (11:00pm) from airport to send us their shuttle but the receptionist said we don’t have it now until tomorrow morning, I booked a hotel with shuttle and breakfast but they didn’t have shuttle and their breakfast was almost nothing, I don’t know how you guys call this place a hotel !!

Arrived just in time to be greeted with 7 police cars in the parking lot and at least 10-15 police officers and investigators. The investigation took place for the next several hours. Major construction/remodeling being performed at the facility with supplies scattered in most walkways. Went to find a place to have dinner and was able to find a subway a couple of blocks away. Managed to make it back to the hotel alive. I am 60 years old and have traveled throughout my lifetime, and staying in well over 500 different hotels. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my lifetime. I honestly would have never checked into this hotel if I hadn’t prepaid for the hotel and a shuttle service the following morning to Galveston.

My husband and I were not happy with the manners f male staff. They were very rude to us. ALS n the office smell like it had recently been painted and it was very strong and unpleasant. We had no heat in our room. I can’t believe the washer and dryer are outside and the vending machine was empty nn

Definitely good value for the price. The shuttle was extremely responsive, fast, and professional (although know that the shuttle is shared b/w 3 or 4 hotels). The front desk staff was extremely courteous and kind. This is an economy motel though and granted, there was construction, so there is some grace to be extended for that. The "breakfast" left a lot to be desired. Again, think of your typical economy motel breakfasts (pre-packaged muffins, bagels, simple cereal), with limited coffee.

There is a Texaco food mart next-door for snacks and basic supplies. I didn't try the free breakfast but usually this places have a limited breakfast which I'd normally avoid. You can always order food using a food app. There is a shuttle to/from the airport (they expect tips). The rooms were reasonably neat and clean and it was fairly quiet at night so I got to sleep well. All in all this place is worth it if you need a 1-2 night stay.

The airport shuttle stops at 11.00, and to get back to the airport i had to book the shuttle an hour earlier than necessary because the hotel can only take 6 customers at a time.

I was presently surprised. It was a motel and not a hotel but the employee was super friendly, office was clean, the rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable . I would definitely stay hete again.

Smell is off

Room smelled musty and of cigarette smoke. Carpet was stained ( looked like blood stains on carpet next to my bed, kitchenette and bathroom were OK.
