Than shuttle came overcrowded, the vehicle was old, we (my child 6 y/o and me) got on shuttle like in more than 1h. it was nightmare. And breakfast was not included, but listed as it it on Expedia website. Hotel was overpriced. Never again.

The place was dirty. There was blood stains on the pillows and bed coverings. The place itself looked like it was falling apart. It smelled like Marijuana smoke all through the hotel. They never cleaned the room while we were there. It was unkept and dirty and the doors weren't secured.

The location is great for flying out early. We like that there is a restaurant too. The room was a little run down and the bed was not very comfortable.

When I got to the hotel rhe answer was I didn't paid attention at the airport. Which wasn't true. Also later in the afternoon I took a shuttle fr o m the hotel to the airport and he dropped me off exactly where I was standing before while I was waiting!

Price and location. This is my 8th stay at this hotel when we are flying out of Houston. Nothing super fancy, but it is solid. Beds sleep good. Clean.

It was 2:45 I said ill wait until after her upload finish and at 3am she refused to give me one saying they don't give received to 3rd parties. That all i could do was to just leave the key. I asked if she could email it and gave my email address and also refused. Saying they don't email to ask booking to get or the person that checked me in. At the end left with no receipt she could had said that from the beginning instead of making me wait for her uploading just like her time was valuable mine too.

I was very pleasantly surprised according to the price. The place was pretty nice. Rooms were clean. Beds were nice. Cool little bar to chill at with some good drinks. Staff was awesome. It was very close to IAH and parking spots. I’m assuming they prob have pretty good food. I left too early. I will def stay again.

Front desk staff on check in failed to book our 0930 hr airport shuttle then the morning desk person tried to put blame on us. Toilet plugged and barely warm water for bath, not all that impressed.

The room itself was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. It’s okay for a one-night stay. Communication: I sent two messages a few days before arrival asking about the shuttle service, but never received a reply. So, I called two days before my arrival to ask whether I needed to schedule the shuttle in advance. I was immediately put on hold, and after a few minutes, I was told to expect the shuttle in 30–40 minutes. When I repeated that I was arriving in two days and was only asking about scheduling in advance, the staff member replied that he couldn’t understand my accent and that I should call only after I had arrived and picked up my bags, and hanged up. On the day of my arrival, I called after landing (but before exiting the plane) and waited no more than 5 minutes for the shuttle, so good job on that!

Nothing to like in this hotel, the front desk said there is an early check in for an additional $35 then, later on, she said her manager said they do not have rooms available so I ask to refund the $35 but she cancelled our reservation. She put it back but at their rate not the rate in expedia without telling us. The manager said he will refund the difference, I saw the refund on a processing status on my bank account during our stay but when we checked out, what was posted is the original price of the hotel and the refund is gone. No room service, I need to pick up the towel and the conditioner at the front desk so, what is it to like in this hotel? If there’s -0 rating that will be the rating, terrible than terrible

The convenience to the airport I thought the price was a little high, but overall it was satisfactory The staff was friendly, but not very knowledgeable. The beds were too hard pillows too small only having access to the hallway was a negative for us.

Also we saw buckets in the hallway and the switch in the bathroom won’t stay, we got forced to take an extremely hot hot hot shower! We were so tired and tried to go to bed around 10 PM, but people walking and talking loudly, very frustrated!

Genuinely the worst stay I’ve had in years. First room had a large dead bug in the bed, second room didn’t have a working refrigerator and the curtains didn’t fully close despite being connected to the courtyard. The yelling (praying it was a coyote) from the woods near the courtyard was so loud and went on for literally several hours each night, we finally had to check out a night early just to get some sleep.

Not as convenient to airport as I thought. Shuttle was available but did not have Ramada written on it only 24hr shuttle, had to go ask driver if he went there, missed 2 shuttles because of this. Room large with fridge.

Check-in took very long time. There was just one receptionist processing everybody came by the same shuttle. Attention to details and etc is good, but the rest of the guests have to wait. Tv had no Netflix.

We were a quick overnight stay between flights. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly. It was close to the airport and shuttle service was good. Didn’t have time for breakfast, but ate dinner in the restaurant and it was good and a reasonable price.

The AC was working. I called for the shuttle on multiple occasions and the front desk kept picking up the phone and hanging up. I waited at the airport for an hour and with no success. I eventually had to get an Uber for the cost of $55.00 to such a close location. Front desk staff was unprofessional. When I got to the desk, the gentleman proceeded to engage in conversation with his coworker whilst I was waiting for his assistance. When I complained about the shuttle service, his response was that they had too much people at the front desk and did not have time to answer the phone calls, which I believe was unprofessional and bad for business considering passengers who book these hotels near the airport heavily rely on the shuttle services, rather than paying exorbitant prices for an Uber for such a short distance. When I received the room card, no explanation or anything was done (i.e what time breakfast starts etc). Instead, the gentleman just gave me the card and re-engaged in conversation with his coworker.

It is NOT a 3.5 star hotel. At best 2.5 star.

I liked the price and that it was close to the airport. This hotel needs a facelift/renovation BADLY!!! It was VERY clean but also felt gross, old and rundown. There is old bedroom furniture in the rooms, we didn't feel totally safe, everything just had a "sketchy" feeling to it. I had put the metal flap thing on the door for security but it fell off the door. The elevator seemed like it needs a maintenance appt. It was very much a you get what you paid for since the room was only $77 for the night but had I known what it was I would have spent the extra money to avoid the sketchy feelings the room and whole hotel vibe it gave.

Truly, truly DO NOT stay here. I don’t leave these reviews ever but please listen to this one. You will not be happy. The only plus was the guy at the front desk was so kind and helpful but that doesn’t make up for everything else. We didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the beds, we ended up actually leaving and sitting on a chair in the airport for hours which was better than here, there was hair on the beds that wasn't ours, nail polish and weird burns all over the desk, stains on the chair for the desk that we didn’t sit on because who knows what that even was, the smell when you walk in to this hotel is horrible it smells like poop. The bathroom was disgusting, toilet wouldn’t flush, hair in the shower drain blocking it, brown stains on the bathroom wall, didn’t feel safe staying here, bugs, little flies everywhere.

The day time staff was much more pleasant to interact with and they actually were willing to help with the shuttle mishap. The room was decent, the hotel it’s self was in ok condition considering its location, and we left to early to say anything about any other amenities the hotel had to offer.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The property is outdated and very dirty, and the elevator smells bad. The airport shuttle was over 20 minutes late, so I wouldn’t rely on it. The front desk staff was not welcoming and gave short, unhelpful responses. This hotel is only suitable for a short stay of a few hours.

The hotel served our needs but it was clear that it was understaffed and a bit run down. I was frustrated with the transportation option being only one bus serving at least 4 hotels and how little space there was to transport guests to and from the airport, thus resulting in an expensive car share ride to the airport.

Booked the shuttle for seven and it left before seven.

I had a great stay, pool was great got to check in at 12, very good staff, amazing beds. Was a good choice the staying for a 23 hour layover in the airport, highly recommend.

Enjoyed the on-site restaurant & airport shuttle convenience. The halls were noisy & the smoke detector in the room kept beeping. Called the front desk & waited an hour but no one came with a battery. Took the unit down to them so we could get some sleep before our 1:30am wakeup to make the airport shuttle.

The lobby was clean and nice. The halls and rooms, not so much. There needs to be some major updating and cleaning. Bathroom had hair from someone else on the floor, corners very dirty, random screws in the front of the sink/vanity, floor boards bowing and creaking, just overall not the best condition. When we arrived there was one person at the desk, and another family waiting to check in. We inquired if we could get in early and the employee replied "You are going to have to give me some time, I have alllll these rooms to enter!" and she continued doing whatever she was doing while making guests who were in front of her wait. Pool area was nice and it was clean. The snack corner had a nice selection of snacks and beverages for purchase. Plenty of parking. Airport shuttle does not come as fast as they say as we waited just shy of an hour at the airport when they told us it would be 30 min max. It is a shuttle that is shared by multiple hotels, so you might have to ride through multiple stops.

Clean room. Good staff. Good restaurant & bar. I didn't use the workout room but it was available. I would suggest putting blinds in the window as people walking in the hallway stand and look in while you are exercising. The pool looked clean.

Next issue, I received a text message prior to arrival that said if I needed anything to respond to the text. I responded that I would need a crib. They replied that it wouldn’t be a problem. Upon arrival, I asked for the crib and was told they’d bring it up. We took our three kids to our room. On our way, a massive cockroach ran across the hall. Gross. By 10:30 we still hadn’t received the crib. Mind you I have to get up at 2:15. I called down and they said they were busy. I explained that I can’t go to bed until we get the crib. They said they’d send it up. They sent up a rollaway bed and said sorry we don’t have any cribs. What?!?! I absolutely will never stay at another Ramada in my life.

This Ramada Inn has to be one of the best out of the franchise! The lobby was huge, it’s such a beautiful hotel with great amenities. Lui was such a delightful bartender, and I was very very impressed by the chef in the hotel’s restaurant! The food was amazing! Priced great! I will stay at this place every time i’m in Houston.

We were hung up on twice calling for the shuttle, our room had bugs, live and dead all over the room and bathrooms, we were given a new room however it was a king size bed when I originally booked 2 queens as there were 3 of us. We were offered a roll out however we had to go get it do to staffing levels. We paid for a late check out and were kicked out of our room. Would not recommend this place.

Don’t waste your money staying here. The food is subpar and the rooms dirty. If expecting the free airport shuttle plan on a ride share. None were available.

Everything was exceptional from fast check in to a clean room. My refrigerator was not working upon entry and was changed out within 20 minutes! The only drawback to my stay was the television service: There were no major movie stations which was a disadvantage for me.

The room wasn’t bad but the building was freezing, couldn’t ever watch tv. Staff was friendly. But couldn’t ever get warm in my room with heater on max heat.

Room was clean and comfortable, big TV with all the channels, the lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. Restaurant was ok for dinner, but they didn't have coffee (??) which was strange. So I asked for sweet tea. Nope. Lemonade? Nope. Just soft drinks and alcoholic drinks. Weird. The waiter did go get me a cup of coffee from the front desk (free) so that was nice of him. An older hotel that is showing it's age a little but overall well kept, and more than adequate for an overnight connection at IAH. Really low rates and free airport shuttle too. I would stay there again if I ever find myself with a layover in Houston again.

It wasn't a good experience. Rooms were outdated. There was just one person managing the check-in. Just one person managing the restaurant. However service was at its best with whatever resources they had!

We just had a brief stay, so were just looking for a place to rest our heads between a long layover. The staff was helpful, and the free airport shuttle is convenient. However, the hotel has seen better days. The rooms themselves are dated and the shower was terrible. Not only was it mostly calcified so there was insufficient water flow, but it also didn’t get hot at all. I gave up on trying to shower, because I didn’t want to take a cold shower in winter. A garden hose would have done a better job. It didn’t bother me because it was only 1 flight of stairs, but one of the elevators was out of order.

The room was okay. Even with 2 airport shuttles, it serviced too many Wyndham’s. It took over 40 minutes to get on the shuttle. It filled up and had to leave some waiting for the next one.

This was the worst hotel. I’ve stayed at, and I don’t know how long I may have had one worse than this, but it’s been a long time. The room had cockroaches in it. There was no hot water. They rented out the rooms, knowing that the boiler was not working if I could give zero stars to this, I truly would, if I could attach photos showing all the cockroach bodies, the dirt, the grind the stain sheets, the stained blankets that look like somebody ha

The hotel could possibly use a makeover but aside from that the afternoon front desck crew had 12 people standing in line when i came in. I understand its close to an airport but they also had two crew behind the counter and only one was working. All she did was stand next to the man and talk. I must have waited for 30 minutes just to check in.

There was a smell of raw sewage thoughout the property. Total health issues here.

The first room was very dirty. The second one was just ok. We traveled over 16 hours and were exhausted. I have stayed here tones of time not sure what the issue is.

Incredibly close to the airport and even make arrangements for early hour shuttles (shuttle hours start at 4a but they were able to accomodate a 315a shuttle time for us). Got a good deal on a last minute hotel within a few minutes of the airport! Would use again if ever in need in the Houston area. :)

Room clean staff was efficient

This is a OLD hotel. Loud trucking company behind hotel broadcasting voices on a loud speaker all day and night to the drivers. Could hear it through the walls of the hotel, loud. Pretty clean room. Will not return.

The room was clean but no free drinking water. They charge $3 for a small bottle of water. Insulting!

It was okay. Wifi wasn't working for a good portion of my stay. Staff was friendly but my room was very worn and outdated. The shuttle to the airport was easy and quick.

There was a line 20+ people trying to check in on 10/28/25 @ midnight. Only 1 person working the desk. This took over an hour to get help and check in.

The shuttle was fast and efficient, a friendly driver. The motel is not 5 or even 4 stars but it was very clean and a surprisingly nice place at a very reasonable price for an unexpected overnight at the Houston airport. I strongly recommend it.

1,) upon check in there were a very large, black lesbian couple fists fighting in the hallway…..Naked. One was arrested with outstanding warrants 2.) shuttle is unreliable! I had 1 scheduled for 4:00am and I like to be there 15-20 minutes early but was a little behind and call the front desk at 3:45 saying I was finishing up and on my way……get to the front At 3:50am and the shuttle had Alfred’s departed so I had to order and wait for an uber Don’t get me started on the parking and the horrible way staff speaks to literally everyone that walks in the front door.

No internet available in the bedroom. Internet available only in the lobby but restaurant and bar didn’t open until 6pm. A long day …

Hair dryer and coffee pot did not work. The mattress on my bed had to be 20 years old, it flattened right down when I sat on it and it was lumpy as well .. I can’t explain it but it was worn right down. The lobby is beautiful but you walk down the hallway and time rolls back 20 years and you’re in an old run down motel. I don’t usually complain but I could not wait for this review. Oh and there was thick dark hair in the sink tub and on the floor in the bathroom… I’m blonde and my friend has red hair.

I was checked in for 3 hours and found a cockroach in my room, went to the front desk they did nothing. No offer to change my room, no refund. I moved hotels. Do not recommend.

Hallway carpet smells like mildew, it needs to be updated. But the room had fake wood floor, so it was clean enough for me on the inside. Overall look of the outside building is ok. I didn't feel super safe, no security or secured parking, but that’s somewhat to be expected of most hotels in Texas. Overall, I came and enjoyed my bed. Just hated I didn’t have working guest wifi. I had a short stay so I didn’t bother to ask how to resolve. Front desk employees were nice and respectful. So thank you.

The shuttle was a 50 minute wait. The hotel is in bad need of renovations. The musty smell in the hallways and my room was awful. My air conditioner was broken physically but still pushed out air. The function to control fan speed did not work.

Did not like rooms have bad smell and main problem was the bathroom, shower was slow and water was warm not hot, toilet was not flushing in one of our room, no lotion or cream, no bath mat and no fan in the bathroom, coffee machine was not working at all. I will not stay there again. I will not recommend this hotel.

The room was superficially clean. Hair in the shower drain and garbage in the ice bucket. TV channels left a lot to be desired. The bed was comfortable and clean. I checked in around 8 pm and the front desk person was excellent. Good communication and service. The next morning I want to get complimentary coffee in the lobby. It was old and not hot. I asked Maria, the person at the front desk, if they were going to put out fresh coffee and she said later when both carafe’s were empty. She hung up on me and was very rude. She alone would keep me from staying there again. Hansel, in the restaurant was so kind and helpful he almost makes up for Maria. The hotel is reasonable, mostly clean, comfortable and ok for an overnight stay. No restaurants or businesses in the area. The only morning food option I found was the 10$ breakfast buffet at the hotel. I stayed there because of the airport shuttle. Probably won’t stay again. Very bare bones situation.

The problem was neither the facility or the app was able to resolve the issue with location. I asked for a place next to international airport but it was next to hobby. I reserved less than 24hr but no reimbursement available when it was the apps issue. The app said to call hotel for reimbursement and hotel said call the app.

There's little options to eat here..... Outrageous taxi prices to the terminal! Shower in the room was very weak and lukewarm, but the room was clean.

My issue were the roaches. I notified the concierge during check- out about the issue. Instead of being empathetic or accommodating me as a customer, he tried to justify the roach dilemma by saying, "Oh, its probably loke that because other customers didn't tell us? What does that have to do with my stay in an infested room? I advised he notify whoever the exterminator is about the issue. Also, there were a few loose hairs when I pulled back the blanket on one of the beds. The only good thing were the shuttles.

I have stayed at this property a few times as I feel it is convenient, clean, reasonably priced, and has amenities I use. This last stay greeted us with a rude front desk check in which was the most irritating memory and a room with a moldy smell upon entry.

Its very convenient for a stay if your traveling and they do shuttle transfer. Would recommend this stay any day. Very affordable, has everything on site for food and drinks as well.

There were a few drawbacks: the hallway had a musky smell, and the microwave blew a breaker which took about 30 minutes to fix since staff were busy with check-ins. The on-site restaurant also wasn’t able to assist with warming food, and when we tried the hallway microwave it tripped another breaker. Overall, it’s a clean and affordable option for a short stay. If you’re looking for low cost, friendly staff, and don’t mind a few quirks, it does the job.

convenient location and airport shuttle services are the main features. However, the shuttle services are shared with other businesses (car rental and hotel) , and the picking up is not predictable. When hotel tells you to wait for 30 minutes, the shuttle not carrying any sign of Ramada suddenly appears in front of you in less than 10 minutes. So, always stay alert outside the terminal.

We had a small issue with the business center and the staff went far beyond what was necessary to accommodate our needs.

The first suite they assigned us was smelly, and was very unclean. After we complained, we were moved to another room but the quality was not good either. Besides the general uncleanliness of the place, the TV didn’t work. We waited at the airport for over an hour for their shuttle to pick us up when they initially told us it would be would be quicker

I liked the fact that leaving my vehicle was an option. They shuttle you to the airport and come pick you up which is soooo nice. The process was so easy thanks to the hotel. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Only one attendee at front desk. Slow service. Live roach found inside room. Requested wake up call but did not get one. Shuttle service was late for pick up time. Next room over people inside were ver noisy. Overall ver bad accommodations. Landscaping needed to be moe manicured and taken well care of. Inside restaurant was the best thing about the visit. Prices were very reasonable and it's seating area was very clean and well taken care of.

Perfect example of what to expect when do you stay at a hotel Got bought my a foreign country... They do no major upkeep, and they suck the blood out of the hotel finances for as long as they can.

The AC was functioning poorly and it was 80 degrees in our room when we first got there. Building was very out dated and poorly kept. The beds were too firm and uncomfortable.

Staff was excellent and patient also interacted with the kids for the Olympics staff had the best customer service I had since forever all shifts when we checked out this morning the staff on duty was great she was a ray of sunshine and nice

Property looks to have potential & work appeared to be occurring but interim repairs are poorly done & unsafe. Example: the handrail on the steps to the second floor was secured with duct tape. My son nearly fell when the tape separated from the wall. The pool & pool area are a very nice size but pool needs repair & the area needs cleaning. Also, there were hornet nests near the deep end.

Not your grandpa's Ramada. Stayed here for weekend visit for Humble event; chose Ramada for convenient location to airport and venue, and offered a pool and restaurant - all desired features which made rental car unnecessary with shuttle and ride-share services. Lobby staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant. Restaurant served breakfast buffet ($9 adult/$5 child) - nothing special but was the common scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, biscuit and gravy, pastries, fresh fruit and juices/coffee one otherwise finds at "free breakfast" places. Lunch and dinner menu offered surprisingly delicious and reasonably-priced meals. Accommodations scream "please update" especially exterior wings. Rooms are clean, beds were made each morning; vinyl plank floors. Hospitality staff was pleasant and cordial; room was warm at check-in as a/c struggled to cool at first. It was missing the grille so view of interior mechanism not pleasant and could not ideally direct flow. Blew straight into bedside. Bathroom / shower was clean- fresh towels daily. Disappointed not to be able to use pool following long day in hot sun due to cleaning following storm. Parking lot also has Tesla charging station. Hotel situated next to ride-share staging area for IAH - not sure who may be lingering around there. Wasn't particularly pleased to find exterior entry doors were not securely locked - no card access required. Rooms probably priced right for what is offered - I'd chose alternatives.

I booked a shuttle for 3am, I was not told that the shuttle might leave before the requested time. I was in the lobby before 2:55, upon asking about the shuttle I was informed it already left, I ended up getting an Uber because the evening before I heard other guests complaining about the quality of the shuttle service.

Room needs a serious renovation. Large dead roach by the exterior window. Air conditioner was loud and blows directly on the bed. Check-in/out was painless.

Last minute stay due to flight delay. The staff was friendly, the room was comfy, and there was a free airport shuttle. Just what we needed for a quick overnight stay.

Staff was super friendly. Pool was great, beds were confortable. Went to the Dolphin restaurant in the hotel twice and the food was fantastic both times and very affordable. We would definately stay there again!

Not like other Ramada’s. TV doesn’t have hardly any stations or connectivity to apps like Netflix or Hulu, the property is run down, found a roach in the bathroom. It just doesn’t instill confidence and it’s not a very nice place to stay, especially after all day travels. Two stars is fair, wish we went elsewhere.
