    Location wise is great, shuffle service was good too. The lady at the front desk is terrible, not nice, not helpful, she is in a bad mood, she should be either helped with trainning in customer service OR moved to a different area where she can add more value, not at the front desk.

    Property needs repairs. Had to be moved to a different room because the AC didn’t work. The new room had AC but it didn’t work correctly and was leaking water into the carpet so the room was musty. Door didn’t shut correctly. Overall just dirty and in need of repairs

    Leaving the hotel! There were rips in the carpet, the couch cushions, and the leather office chair. The entire hotel gave off a major musty smell, especially the room. Huge lack of lights, mostly night stand lamps with only 4 ceiling lights, two of which are in the bathroom. We stayed in a king bed suite with a separate room and the only lights in the bedroom were nightstand lamps, which made the entire atmosphere dark and dingy! Most of the light switches were broken and falling apart, and a few of them didn’t seem to do anything! Stains on some of the lamp shades. Couldn’t even turn on one of the lamps due to the switch being completely broken off! The bathroom door frames were rusty and had paint splatter all over the door from lack of effort. Nasty rust stains on the bottom of the pull out bed from years of use and not being replaced within a timely manner!

    Hotel rooms stunk of moisture and pure stink. Terrible smell, but not smoke. We had 2 rooms on the third floor. Air conditioner worked fine, but it was like every piece of fabric held stink and moisture. Beds were less than average and pillows were average. On a bright note, the shuttle is very fast and efficient. That was the only good thing about this hotel that has seen better days. This hotel is only for people passing through for one night and it shows. It is rough so be prepared when you book.

    The handicap room we stayed in was very damp and the floors were not clean. The sofa has dirty covers in it and stains on the arms. No chair as pictured and the shower was not very safe. Water was filling up the bathroom floor during the shower.

    I missed my connecting flight due to weather. I arrived at midnight to the airport. I called the hotel to request a shuttle, but it was too late and no one answered the phone. I was able to take a taxi to the hotel. I arrived and my room was ready. Was checked in promptly. No issues. Went to my room and opened the door and it smelled musty and damp. With the weather disruption rooms were sparce. I had no other choice but to stay. The room is not up to date with charging ports. I was only there for 4 hours. It was okay. It is close to the airport, free shuttle (check hours it runs), helpful staff. It worked in a pinch.

    My room had carpeting with holes. The air in the room lacks clean oxygen as it has a musty, moldy smell. Presume the AC filters and coils need sanitizing. Very unhealthy sleep.

    The sofa bed didn’t look clean and the mattress was only coils. No padding. There were no grab bars in the shower or a shelf in shower. There were dead bugs on the window sill. The one bed was clean so the two of us shared that.

    It was close to the airport but otherwise it was not a good choice for my accommodations. The rooms and hallways need some attention. The pillows were absolutely awful! They were small and lumpy. The bed looked unfinished as the mattress cover fit poorly exposing the bare mattress. The air conditioner was very loud. Furniture dinged up. The room was old and outdated!! Will not stay here again.

    I mistakenly gave the wrong feed back on the wrong Laquinta! This one was dissatisfying as far as the room graded! The carpet in room 316 had the smells of mildew and musk The lamp near the ac did not work And the Ac did not show the digital numbers to turn the dial up or down to cool off the room an to somewhat air the smells! I coughed mostly all night from the odors! No pool even though it say it had one on the brochure

    I went to Nashville to attend a wedding. Most of our family stayed at this hotel. We all have a wonderful time being together since we are scattered all over the United States and don't get together very often. I am traveling to Colorado Springs Tuesday the 21st and staying at the LaQuinta Inn and Suites close to the Houston Intercontinental Airport.

    Absolutely the most filthy room I have ever seen!! Carpet looked like it came from the parking lot. We didn't remove our shoes until getting into bed, linens the only clean items. Rented online as a stopover from airline. Would have walked out and refused but husband was terribly sick from food poisoning unable to travel further. Inattentive staff, entire property so rough looked like the set of "The Hangover". Breakfast was cereal, toast & vending type machines for everything. After a month of epic traveling, biggest disappointment EVER. Paint looks 30years old, walls beaten up, furnishings shockingly old and rough. Not exaggerating, avoid this property and avoid disgusting memories. So sad....

    Hotel common are find, and look maintained. However, the moment you hit the elevator there is an overwhelming scent through the entire hotel. Others have described it as fresh, I’d say either either pest control or mold control disguised as a ‘fresh scent’ it’s overwhelming and sticks in your throat. The room carpet is disgusting. Stained and crusty. My shoes did not come off. Found a roach ( albeit small one in the bathroom) Overall, it was pretty bad.

    Notice sent to me 2 days before my flight to wait at door 202, terminal E, then call front desk. Upon arrival called front desk and was asked to transfer to door 105 terminal C. Almost midnight and coming from a 30 hours flight, had to walk my way with all my luggage.     Rooms were ok but seemed old even though they look recently remodeled. We booked the hotel for the shuttle since it runs 24 hours and we were getting into the airport late. I called to verify the shuttle the day before, our plane was delayed by several hours which I called again to let them know. They said to call once we land and they would send the shuttle. We tried calling the hotel for 45 minutes with no answer. This was at 2:30 am with 2 very tired kids. We ended up arriving to the hotel at 3:45 am after FINALLY getting ahold of someone and they sent the shuttle. Be aware that if you are catching the shuttle from the hotel, he could arrive up to 20 min early and will yell once in the lobby that the shuttle is there and will leave. I had to run out to tell him my kids were coming and he seemed bugged. Overall, not a great experience.

    Not much, property was run down-electrical plugs/lights non opperational. Bookings said free shuddle from airport to motel but if you arrived as an international traveler the motel did not offer pick up at terminal E. We finally had to rent a cab (after several phone calls to the motel) which cost $20 for about a 5 mile ride. Very disappointing after traveling several hours!

    A cute little hotel that has had a late renovation. It’s surrounded by other considerable hotels. Their shuttle service is limited so gauge your takeoff and touchdown time accordingly. They start really early, but I believe the last shuttle is at 9 PM.

    The shuttle was a nice feature. Location is hard to beat. Front desk staff was very nice. Shower had good pressure and was nice and hot. The breakfast was surprisingly good. AC didn’t work too well. Room wasn’t the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Bed was ok as far as comfort. The pillows were the worst I’ve ever had.

    Close to the airport, cheap I guess you get what you pay for. Room was stuffy when we got in, ac wasn’t working. Had to unplug it and press the rest button. Was super noisy. 2 of the face cloths had stains/dirty? The light on the table didn’t work. The pillows on the bed were lumpy. The worst part was right beside the hotel on the side we were sleeping there was a Uber/Lyft lot and every few minutes all night long someone would announce over a loud speaker numbers letters? Not exactly sure what they were saying. Then at 12:30 at night there were tons of sirens. Four or five vehicles with lights and sirens blaring came into the lot and all the vehicles left. Lights and sirens went on for at least 5mins. Not sure what that was all about. Thought maybe they were done for the night, but nope. 5mins later the announcements over the loud speaker were back. The continental breakfast was blah! Booked a 7am shuttle, it showed up at 7:20

    It was in close proximity to the venue I was going. A variety of nice restaurants were within 10 minutes. The complimentary breakfast was also good. I just had a question and no one had an answer. The last lady did tell me to call back and talk to the manager. I never did call back.

    I had a great experience at La Quinta Inn Houston. I accidentally created a duplicate charge when booking, and even though the reservation was nonrefundable, the hotel still refunded the extra charge, which I truly appreciated.     When I booked this hotel I picked it because it had a pool. I was told “ we don’t have a pool “ I looked at my reservation details it clearly states pool. Walking around the property I found “ no diving “ “ pool heater “ ect. Mud covered over where pool used to be. We just got off a 14 day cruise when checked in and was looking forward to a relaxing nice day chilling out day before long travel day. I was extremely disappointed! There were two individual scheduled for the 530 bus. They tried to get on the 5 o’clock bus she would not allow them. There was more than enough room.

    Communication. I communicated with the hotel through the Hotels.com app (once two weeks prior to my stay and again two days prior) and never received a response. I wanted to know about the shuttle service. When we arrived to the airport, we went to the wrong hotel shuttle pickup. Once we called the hotel we were able to get through and figure out where to go but it ended up costing us an hour of time. We were in the wrong terminal for pick up with their particular shuttle. Other shuttles were picking up there. I would recommend that the hotel improve their response time and also post where their shuttles pick up

    Edna the evening front desk person was super friendly and gave me excellent directions to find restaurants for dinner. Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet. The coffee pot didn't work the first night, housekeeping was quick to respond and provided a new machine and plenty of coffee pods. The chair in my room was so covered with sweat and dirt, it couldn’t be sat on. TV, was old junk that kept turning off by itself. The wall a\c was putting out a mold smell.     The room was not very nice and smelled. I know it's pet-friendly and I had my puppy with me so I get that you may experience that when traveling with a pet but it really smelled dank in there. Also the grounds all around the property for walking your pet had cigarette butts. My door looked like the security latch had been broken off. It was fine for one quick night before going to the airport but definitely one of the grosser hotels I've stayed in.

    The hotel I wanted booked, LA quinta inn and suites in Houston, wasn't booked! The one that was booked was in humble tx. We realized that when the hotel in Houston said there wasn't a booking for us and that it was back in humble tx. We just bought a new reservation at the Houston tx.     The staff does a good job with what they are given. This hotel needs a complete remodel and to be updated. The carpet in the hallway stunk, is very old, and worn out. The room had a faint smell, maybe mildew. The elevator is old and needs servicing. It makes strange noises that comes with age. The whole place looks like its been there since the 1990s and instead of doing a real remodel (new flooring, replace old furniture, update aesthetics with new models ) they just splashed on a coat of paint and got some new sheets. This place could be great if someone put some time & money into it, but right now its faded & old.

    I love this place. I love the staff. The one thing I don't like is not having a pool or some other amenity like it. There's nowhere to sit outside except for one bench which is usually full. I don't like spending my entire time inside the hotel. Other than that it was a great stay. I enjoyed the Continental breakfast. It's better than most others

    I had a very bad experience staying at hotel La'Quinta. I had mold in my room. It was all over the couch and the bottom of the counters. I had lights that did not work, and none of my tv's worked. The phone in the room didn't work either. Every time I called, I couldn't reached anyone at front desk. When I complained the next day they told me that the manager was out of town until th 20th, and that they would leave a note. I received no satisfaction, and no service. I had to stay in a mold infested room with my wife and toddler!! I will never stay there again!

    Hotel was ok for a quick urgent 1 night stay, staff was great but rooms need work. Room cleanliness was not satisfactory.. first room carpet felt wet and room smelt like exactly that wet and moldy.. manage to get a room change second room was better but air vents have not been cleaned in a long time, bed sheets had stains on them and there was some kind of dirt under mirror in bathroom.     Took forever to get the shuttle from the airport. I called several times asking for updates and once it finally came, we got on, and then stopped at another terminal and the driver was just talking forever to someone, shooting the breeze. It was super slow checking it at 11pm. Lobby had a funky smell and the girl working the front desk wasn't very friendly.

    The drain was clogged in the shower so we got to stand in 6-8 inches of water during our showers. The wall was damaged like someone kicked it from the bed. Floors were noticeably sticky. It was a cheap place to sleep when our flight was canceled.

    Some of the reasons I chose the property was due to the close proximity of the airport, shuttle service amenities and photos of the property. I did not like that there was a smell. The carpet in the room was old and torn in some places. I did some work being done on the property. I would like to see updates to the property. The individual who checked us in was very helpful and polite. The individual who was at the desk upon my checkout didn’t look up from scrolling on her phone to answer my question about when the shuttle would arrive.

    Check-in at 9pm took too long. No one was at the front desk and there was a sign saying out on property, be back shortly. I waited at least 10 minutes just standing there. Breakfast was average at best…not very hot and kind of stale and there was no decaffeinated coffee for whatever reason. And they turned out the lights at the breakfast area right at 9am and we were still sitting there. Carpet repairs needed to this room. Although I didn’t need it, this accessible room (bathroom) has a shower that you couldn’t roll into. The AC was really cold and apparently not adjustable…something about it was different than the usual kind. I went and asked for an extra blanket and was told they ran out. Received an extra sheet instead. DISH TV in the front room wouldn’t connect.

    The lady at the front desk and staff are all very nice. The room is very old, the carpet inside felt moist and there’s a musty smell. The bathroom was great but the room needs a lot of improvement hygiene wise. The best thing about this place is the complimentary breakfast, I loved the Texas shaped waffles. They have a snack bar next to the front desk where you can buy stuff but no room service. Everything else was pretty smooth the free shuttle service from the airport was great. Probably would not choose to stay here again though.

    No towels or water cups were available in the fitness room, even after alerting staff of this situation. We left for work every morning at 5:45 and did not expect a full breakfast. We had asked if we could just take a couple muffins or yogurt and juice if it was set out. One morning, we were allowed to do this. The next morning, the front desk clerk yelled at me when I attempted to get a cup of water. Very frustrating!

    The room had a big empty space where it looks like another bed or chair should have been. Curtains were torn. The pillows on the bed were all different shapes and consistency. The staff lady who checked us in was nice and let us borrow her umbrella. Breakfast was okay.

    Outside was beautiful, inside lobby was nice, hallways and rooms were outdated and were masked by an offensive odor trying to eliminate the upgrades that were needed and possibly in their future. Bed and pillows were not comfortable and only thing in the bathroom that was upgraded was the tub and mirror. It definitely not worth the price charged for the room.

    I cannot complain at all about this location the staff was so friendly, the stay was quiet and my children and I were very happy during our 5 day stay. I absolutely adored the housekeeping staff always smiling and there was one who had her kids with her at work and it just reminded me of what parent life is, sometimes we just gotta do what we gotta do. Not to mention the Burger King and gas station right outside of the location being super convenient. I’ll you’re looking for something that gets you through your stay, and have a cents to attend this is the place to go. I think the only thing I would suggest is a little more variety with the breakfast options. But La Quinta gets my vote. And I’m sure my kids would agree, thank you for having us.

    The rooms are dirty, dirt and dust on everything. All of the furniture is banged up. The paint on the wall looks like a toddler did it. There are liquid stains running down the wall. This is the worst LaQuinta I’ve stayed in in the country. This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at period. I’ve switched to the holiday inn right next door. For $40 more. I hate I expected this hotel to be like other LaQuintas I’ve stayed at. I could have saved myself this disgusting ghetto/ experience.

    Stayed here for a quick overnight. Had a king size room. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Room was recently renovated. Breakfast was good. Alot of options. Night staff was nice upon check in. They are definitely in the process of updating property. Just bear that in mind but would definitely stay there again and well worth it.

    Checked in to hotel was given room key...went up to our floor in elevator, immediately exiting the elevator there was a horrible smell. Continued to the room down a hall that was extremely musty with paint marks on the walls that appeared to have been touched up with the wrong color paint. Made it to the room to immediately see this was not a typical La Quinta hotel room. The AC did not work at all, the carpet was ripped in several places, the couch had rips and holes in it, the cabinet doors on furniture was just hanging on barely, the sheets on the bed looked so incredibily worn that i wouldnt even sit on them. We immediately went down stairs and told them. They offered a new room but based onthat condition we elected a refund instead and went to another hotel.

    The room was clean and comfortable but anyone staying there should remain vigilent in the parking lot. We checked out at 3:30am, got to our vehicle to load up and 2 young men in hoodies wete roaming the parking lot. They headed our way and were it not for another guest coming out of the hotel, we surely would have been robbed. Lesson learned, always use the front door to load and unload.

    Very close to the airport, they have shared shuttle with other hotels, location is very convenient, walking distance to convenience store. Free breakfast included, good to get you started; food was decent. Property lacks a lot of maintenance, doesn't look clean, carpets are old, the 3rd floor smelled like mold, elevator was dirty; It is a shame for such a convenient location, and nice building to be in such poor condition.

    I use this location a lot when I have to stay overnight around long flights to/from IAH or if I have people to pick up/drop off at the airport. It's very convenient from the airport, long-term parking facilities, and also includes a shuttle. The breakfast and regular coffee stations are valuable. I have often gotten good deals on short notice.

    By far this was the worst hotel experience of my life. The hotel has terribly deteriorated and seems more like an abandoned sanatorium or asylum rather than a hotel. The room had terrible lighting, an AC unit that could not be regulated, neither by thermostat nor by manual controls. Sheets were itchy. The room was poorly cleaned. Lamps were almost disconnected and you had to check each of them individually, in the dark, to make them work. I can’t believe we were charged a night for this. It used to be one of my favorite hotels and I am now certain I am never staying there again
