    For some reason there ran out of soap, towels and the older man who was at the desk at night wanted to be ok with that, he said there’s nothing he can do and ask if I wanted a shampoo!!! Another thing is why require a $100 deposit for a 1 day stay that’s crazy to me. The hotel is very nice in terms of location, cleanliness, and all that but the management is failing.

    Horrible hotel, horrible staff. Air conditioning didn’t work in room, one set of towels and dirty!!! Asked for a new room or willing to pay for upgrade and told nothing available. Checked out after 20 mins, was told we’d get a full refund. That never happened. Called after a week to check on refund and was told they will not refund us. HORRIBLE hotel all around. Disgusting!

    Staff was very welcoming and polite, except the Indian guy overnight he was mad at his job. free parking exterior beautiful, first floor beautiful rooms were very pleasant Well pool was dirty the halls on the floor was moderately clean the towels stink I don’t know if they wash them or they just air dry it and put it back out they were horrible super stink plus the pillow cases too those also was stink I don’t know if they wash these things. soap was very small, room wasn’t refreshed I don’t think the bathroom was cleaned either there was a ring in the toilet still. Breakfast was disappointing I think it could’ve been better but ??‍♂️

    Caution to all… Hotel is under renovation and is not fully functional. No hot water in room , no pool , no proper AC. The hallway carpets uneven and not laid down properly. Lift is very old and suffocating. Phone in rooms not working. Many people complained and leaving the place. We left and didn’t stay for the night due to all the inconveniences. This place is not ready for people to stay. Highly not recommended for stay. They are not responsive to give refund , hotels.com cannot provide any help unless the property manager agrees to give refund. So better don’t book this place and get scammed

    Nothing ! There was an electricity outage for several hours with no generator available. Also, there was no swimming pool access for my children because both pools were out of service. The breakfast was disgusting — just yogurt and a cold breakfast sandwich with no variety. Housekeeping did not clean the room at all; I had to take out my own trash and linen. The front desk staff was not helpful, and the TVs in the rooms were not working either. Such a horrible facility. I would not recommend it.

    There's no sign to indicate the facility is a hotel. Upon arrival to the room, there was no towels and the telephone didn't work to contact the front desk for towels. Walked down to request towels and I was told I had to wait until after 6:00 pm for towels even though check-in was at 2:00pm. No coffee, cups or utensils to make coffee. Will never use a third party for a unknown site again! I DID NOT ENJOY MY STAY!!!!!

    Everything about the hotel was bad from the pictures on the site not being updated to the bad staff service the WiFi didn’t work as well the shower was not good very inadequate.     It’s only one person working at a time. Telephone in the room doesn’t work. The tv only stayed on one channel, maybe the remote didn’t work. The hot water in the shower did not work. Wasnt able to ask for extra towels. No cups in the room. Elevators are raggedy. Breakfast .. they did the best they could. Loved that parking was free.

    The rooms and property were decent. The guy who works nights at the front desk was very disrespectful and rude to me and my family because he was sleeping in the back and we had to wake him up to ask him to replace our room key. The door was flashing red and we left the extra key in the room. He was literally yelling and calling us names we recorded the entire thing on video. I’ve never experienced a more threatening front desk worker. Breakfast consisted of frozen breakfast sandwiches, 2 fruit selection, sunny d kids orange juice, dollar tree oatmeal & chocolate chip cookie’s, yogurt, and some sort of cheap apple cider. There was ample room for parking. The pool was closed for construction. Nearby stores and food places. Everything was okay other than the unpleasant older man who works at night.

    I reserved a suite and the hotel claimed my standard room was a suite. I was still charged for the higher price. Then when I arrive, they have no towels. The breakfast was laughably disappointing. Only a sandwich from the freezer and questionable juice. The room phone didn’t work. The room also had an unstable gigantic hot tub instead of a shower. I will never ever come back with this company. Their service has dramatically fallen off a cliff. The night person was also in charge of security. How is that guy supposed to check in customers, handle complaints, answer phones, and perform security? I saw at least 4 people checking out and leaving through the night. And they had elderly women cleaning the rooms. They look extremely stressed out and over worked. I really feel sorry for them having to work in those conditions.

    There key card machine was broken and I had to come down 3 times to have it reprogrammed and still it won’t work . Lasy from reception has to open the door and let us in . AC was loud and noisy . We only had 1 towel in the bathroom and when I went to get an extra towel there was none available at reception . Breakfast was bad . We were there just for one night .

Also the power outages made the stay even worse by having to have a maintenance or desk clerk open the door to the room anytime I stepped out.     The smell at the entrance of the lobby is disgustingly bad and the receptionist is unwelcoming plus the bad smell in the room unbearable as well.second, they lied about breakfast looks amazing in the picture but really its only muffins, yogurt,Cookies and a sandwich. the celling has brown stains and black mold also the carpet is dirty.the table lamps are rusty.the ice makers are not working.i have saw groups cut thier reservation and left.the swimming pools are stained and dirty.i don't why not allow me to post some photos here!!!lastly the shape and the colors of hotel from outside in the pictures are different from reality that is another cheat and disguise!!

    Had to wait to check in since mt room was not ready. Booked a king bed & they tried to give me 2 twins. No facial tissues, cups or coffee in the rooms. The curtains were so old that when I tried to vlose them the ripped. The carpet was filthy. Walked around the room in my white socks & they were black when I took them off.

    The entire space had a very stale odor that they seemed to try to cover up with sweet air spray. It felt unhealthy and unclean because of the odor. Getting in and out was hard since the parking dumped straight into frantic freeway frontage. Staff was usually hiding, or rude. Buffet breakfast was only cold foods. It was horrible

    Hotel looks nothing like the photos online. We had 4 people and they only gave us 1 bath towel and said they did not have anymore. We had to keep checking for them and ny husband was lucky enough to sneak one off the house keeping cart. Or restroom was not cleaned properly there was hair on the tub from the previous guest that stayed there.

    Sketchy feel to area. Evening staff not helpful- hurried and abrupt. Refused a receipt to person in front of me that paid in cash-wouldn’t give him anything. Very odd when the gentleman asked several times for a receipt showng that he paid cash. No WiFi info given. No Kleenex in room, no coffee accessories for the keurig, no hand towel at sink to dry hands. Gave us one bath towel and a facecloth each. Breakfast was aweful-a small area near front desk w thick bitter coffee that looked like tar, store bought muffins and apples. Ice machine on the room floor not plugged in or clean-so no ice. Told staff these things and they just smiled. Charged a $100 hold on credit card-not sure if refunded yet. The entire building has no identification on it-no sign that it’s a Wyndham or even a hotel of any kind-just blank building. Only ‘wyndham’ wording is on a small rug and the room receipt when checking out. Parking lot has a security device watching it-not a great area. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again. The beds were nicely made and the room seemed clean enough though.

    This is a classic bait and switch. The online pictures show a clean and updated lobby ,this is an old Holiday Inn Express or something similar that needs attention. First the hotel has no road sign to find it, Room was dirty, chair and floor stained. Light fixtures rusty, shower didn't have drain plug for bath and the hot water valve was intermittent and had to be constantly adjusted. Chair was broken, no coffee but a pot. Two towels that smelled of mold. Carpet was stained, door didn't close or lock properly and so many more. It is definitely not a Wyndham, we almost feel as if a full refund is appropriate. We feel scammed.

    I booked this room as we were having work done at home and i need a hot shower. The water didnt get hot. Just luke warm. Had maintance come look at it when it was getting 'hotter" it was short lived. My husbands shower was cold. Will not stay again. However the lobbys lighting was really pretty. Thats it.

    We noticed that when we arrived not very may cars where in parking area, we asked the front desk gentlemen if they had just opened and he said it was under new management. Didnt think too much of it until we got to the room. The front desk area looked as of was newly renovated, however the hallways smelled like smoked, when we got into the room the phone system didn't work, and the water wasnt heating up. I thought it was because it was cold outside and it took some time for the water to heat up. Well that was not the case, in the morning we were by 6am and wanted to shower, the water never seems to heat up, I called the front desk and the nice front desk lady mentioned that they it might be the boiler as it was an issue but she would go up and check it. She came up water for the water to get hot, it never did she did mention that the manager was aware, its an ongoing issue and sorry but we had to wait til the maintenance person came in later thst day to fix it. I was on a time crunch and needed to leave hence the reason why I was awake so early. Dont ever stay there because they never offered an apology or a credit for having to take a super cold shower!

    This location has terrible support staff and the accommodations are complimentary only to a twenty dollar motel that rents its rooms by the hour. Gym and laundry closed for undetermined amount of time. Pool closed indefinitely. Information that is not disclosed until after booking. Blood on the carpet in my room. No hot water and according to the reviews, that was an issue for at least one week prior to my check in date. Night shift staff that was on duty upon arrival stated the front desk phone was inoperable and day shift support mocked me when I brought it to their attention as Expedia needed to make contact to discuss reservation cancellation. There were multiple printer papers taped along the front desk stating there were no towels and there was no hot water. Yesenia, day shift support, was argumentative, combative and lacked empathic presence as well as professionalism. No one is able to contact the manager as stated in previous reviews as well. I will never utilize Expedia or book a Wyndham property again. One star is generous.

    "I checked into Wyndham Sugarland In Texas late on 1/17/2026 and was deeply disappointed to find significant black mold growth in the bathroom the morning of 1/18/2026. My daughters, one year old grandson and myself was tired from driving so we went straight to sleep upon waking up I noticed there was only one towel in the room. I mentioned it to front desk clerk & towels was supplied within 30 minutes. Once we received the towels I headed to take a shower and noticed black mold. Specifically, all around the entire bathroom ceiling. Despite reporting this to the front desk, the response was a room change on 5th that also had visible black mold in it. Her next response was we can move you to another location or refund you your money. I decided to check out immediately & requested a refund. I booked through Hotel.com so the representative was trying her best to contact someone to confirm the refund but the front desk clerk gave the agent several numbers to management but was unable to communicate with anyone. The front desk clerk was very dismissive and thought the whole situation was humerus. If that’s not an insult to us & my one year old grandson’s overall health after being exposed. I did speak with the corporate office and they emailed me back and stated due to Hotel policy they refused to provide a refund even though the room was clearly uninhabitable. This is a major health risk, and Worst hotel experience.

    First time the room was okay but most hotel amenities were under construction and unavailable Coffee was not available for most days in the hotel rooms I was mainly working on my laptop from the room but a huge party checked in and the wifi became unusable for work and I had to hotspot Second time the room was terrible; no towels, coffee, dirty carpets, dirty bath tub, moldy grout, and most importantly no hot water for the duration of my visit (some very cold showers) Wifi worked great though First time I had dropped a $100 cash deposit given multiple reviews stating issues with card deposits My checkout was 4 am and I forgot to collect the cash deposit I called in when I got home from a 8 hour flight and was told I / my representative could pick up the cash deposit later My second stay was 20 days later and I was told the cash deposit was forfeited and conveniently my cash deposit form was shredded also so there was no evidence or proof No response from management or from the customer service rep for the brand Staff at the front desk were very pleasant and understanding It's the policies management has set that are disappointing and exploit

    The rooms sheets had stains on it, using the shower was complicated because of the shower handle. For a room for 4 only 2 large towels were provided and when asked for more we had to go to the front to get it and then they were only able to give 2 more before they ran out for our 4 day stay. Breakfast that was included was cookies from a box. The phone inside of the hotel wasn't working. The light in the door entrance wasn’t working. There were multiple occasions where the key cards weren't working and we’d have to go to the front and get it re programmed even though they were never near any phones. In the other room we had there wasn’t a hair dryer and the iron was dangerous to use. The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working either and wed have to go to another floor. Also on average we waited 5 minutes each time to get a hold of someone at the front by saying hello multiple times.

    The room itself was adequate. Clean and comfortable no frills. No microwave or fridge. What could be improved is the front desk clerk. He didn’t seem to care much about being there. Was there at 2;45 and would not start the check-in process until 3pm. I came back at 3pm to a line where a man was waiting frustrated about the check-in process taking forever. Attitude towards customer was just bad. I’ll pass on this Hote next time we’re in town.

    The pictures are very deceiving. There was nothing like what was shown in pictures. There was no breakfast at all. Amenities included nothing. Had I know this, I would have never booked this hotel in the first place. Very disappointed.

    As per attendant the hotel is going under renovations, the key card was not working and someone has to assist us with the KEY to open and close the door whenever we comes and leave, not to mention the whole hotel smells like Indian food. The exterior is all messed up, even the name is gone, parking lot is not safe as well.

    Canceled the booking! Glad I bought the insurance. This hotel should not be taking reservations yet. It is under renovations and only has a few room that are clean enough to stay in if you are uncomfortable sleeping in your car! No room keys so someone had to unlock your door each time, white fuzzy mold on the floor, and nothing in the hotel open.

    I booked my trip on 6/5/25 and arrived on my flight 7/4/25 for vacation. I booked a hotel for Holiday Inn. When I walked inside I was told the Holiday Inn no longer exist there and that they are Wyndham now. Well, they did not have a room for me but somebody has my money. I was told to contact IHG/Holiday Inn. They refused to refund my money for a hotel that does not exist anymore. I paid my money and I had to ride around in city that I am not familiar with to find a hotel. I road around for quite some time before I located one that had rooms available to accommodate the length of stay I need for myself and my family. So I had to pay money all over again because somebody has my money from a booking I already paid for but the business does not exist anymore.
