The place was terrible. Only the night guy was great. The morning and afternoon crew were horrible. Room had cockroaches and I told him to clean the room every single day but they did not. It smell like maneuver.

the room smelled, the sick in register was leaking anytime you turned it on, I told the person at front desk, and they was very unconcerned. There was no instructions for the waffle maker, and the creamer for coffee was out, and they lady acted as if I was bothering her to get more

The property needs to be remodeled. The hotel was dirty on the outside and inside. There's a large homeless population living in the hotel also.

The hotel was under few renovation. Very dirty and very unkempt. Thick pets and cigarette odors. The staff I met on first night of arrival was very rude and inappropriate. Cleanliness, roch, staff rudeness and the environment.

Dirty pool, bad area,!gang activity, homeless etc. breakfast was terrible. Don’t recommend staying here. Sheets were itchy. No security. Anybody could just come in without having any room booked.

I didn’t even stay here. After checking in, when u walked into my room there was people staying in the room they gave me the key card to and the front desk person walked to the room and called the person by his name and said he had to go like he knew him or something. I left and stayed somewhere because when they gave me another someone was in the other room with deadbolt lock locked.

Easy check-in, staff was wonderful and super nice. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Over all stay was excellent and room was super clean and spacious, will definitely be back soon!

The property is in poor condition. The exterior and the grounds are unkept and the interior is outdated and in need of a deep cleaning. My room had dead and alive roaches as well as fleas I believe. The AC unit was extremely loud. The location did not give me a secure feeling. Found myself checking on my vehicle often. I stayed one night of the two I booked.

Pool nasty, spa and exercise room closed, elevator broken, charged full week stayed 3 days for medical treatment had to walk up two flights of stairs several times a day because of elevator not functioning. Key cards stopped working daily had to go down get replaced constantly after every one time use!! Didn’t clean room daily. Halls smelled of marajuana carpets nasty!! Staff useless and rude

The pictures look nothing like the place. Half of the building was missing and it is in a rough part of town. Would not recommend.

Breakfast menu was same all the time, while supply is always short. House keeping is available only on request and only on alternate days. Parking was sufficient but always dirty and surrounded with suspicious people. Most of the staff are good except few that are rude to dictate rules such as breakfast closes sharp 9am and lobby is out of bound after 10pm.

Our room was clean. Staff was mediocre. Breakfast was poor, little selection and we always had to ask for items to be refilled. Outdoor pool was closed. They used to have and indoor pool and workout room that were both closed and torn up. Listing online says pool is open March 1 and it was not. Very disappointing for our family.

The staff never disappoints, and the room was perfect I have no complain with this hotel definitely coming again.

Excellent hospitality of the front staff. Very pleasant and welcoming The wall in the room was moldy. Seems there was a water incident in the past that left the wall by the window moldy and needs to be repainted and room thoroughly aired out.

Breakfast was below average. Location is one of the most difficult to access, even for taxi/Uber drivers. The rooms are cockroach-infested, and the management made false promises to have our rooms sprayed, which never happened until we checked out. It appears that many individuals, possibly families, reside at the property almost permanently. I saw people in the elevator moving in with utensils and other personal effects in open boxes. Kids roam the hotel corridors on bare feet. There is a strange, strong odor right from the reception area and in the rooms. The linens are worn out, and significant visible stains can be observed on the window blinds.

The room we stayed was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful The hotel needs update. The breakfast area looks like it's old. It needs a complete overhaul. We saw some outsiders hanging around in the parking lot. The elevator switch on the second floor was taped over, the inside of the elevator was not clean.

Location The additional fees Even though the room was paid in full with booking for a check in time of 1:00pm they charged me an additional fee for early check in and took a 50 deposit on top of that which they held for 5 days. Again I had already oaid in full

Well... This hotel urgently needs to step up its standards. The room felt outdated, and the furniture and carpet smelled stale. It didn’t feel like the room has been refreshed in a long time, and it impacted the whole stay. I’ve stayed at the same hotel brand in New York and had one of my best hotel experiences so I expected that same level of cleanliness and comfort here in Houston, but it wasn’t there. On top of that, there was a strong smell of weed in the corridor and even in the elevators, and the front lobby had a heavy chemical smell when it was being mopped. Whoever is running the show here needs to understand that if this hotel is earning money, it should be invested back into the property starting with replacing outdated, smelly furniture and carpet and improving overall cleanliness.

I was ignored at check in by the clerk. Not very friendly or conversational. Beds were hard and air conditioning kept switching from heat to cool air. Roaches are present at this location. Showers were hot, only positive accommodation.

The room itself was great. Me and my wife was able to enjoy all of the amenities available to us in our room. The breakfast was average and there was issues with cleanliness in the corridors and the lobby itself. Also some of the other patrons exhibited unsavory behavior that required authoritative intervention.

Everything it was dirty and had roaches the bed was really uncomfortable. We stayed there for a couple nights for Christmas and on Christmas night I went downstairs to see if they had any silverware and there was a butt naked lady with no clothes on at all obviously on drugs and she tried asking for my room number worst hotel experience ever

This was the most disappointing stay I’ve experienced in over 35 years of travel. The property was extremely unclean, and I was shocked that a Comfort Suites location would exhibit such poor maintenance and oversight. This fell well below the standards I expect from the brand.

Room door lock was broken, it didn't open until multiple attempts. Air conditioner wasn't working, woke up at night sweating. Room was poorly maintained. Will never go back.

The door from my room got stuck and i couldn't open it and i had a child on the other side, i tried and called the staff for help and they didnt answer me. I had to call the fire department for help. Other than that everything else was good

Fridge didnt work. I had meal preps be off tasting. Bugs in the bathroom. Carpet was filthy. Some random dude tried to get in my room with key access. They didnt because i had the latch lock in place. I usually have good stays at comfort inn, but tuis has been the motel 8 of inns.

They have a security gate around the building they keep the parking lot locked from 11-6 as the area is not very safe according to the man at the desk who was very nice. It's a very unsafe place to spend the night. The first night my friend's car was hit in the parking lot and they didn't help her at all. Another person's car was stolen from the same parking lot.

I had a room on the 1st floor, it was clean & comfortable but it had a slight mildew odor. I think the property is used as a transitional house die to the looks of some guests. Staff was great and Id consider staying again.

This place would get 0 stars if it were up to me. This place was absolutely disgusting. I walked in to roaches greeting me at 2am. I stayed until I could find another accommodation. Which I did but I couldn’t check in until 2pm that morning. So we sat up all night trying not to fall asleep because roaches were everywhere. While I waited for my new hotel to get ready, I bought some food. I sat at the desk and like 10 roaches came crawling from out of I have no idea where and tried getting in my food. I had to throw my food away. I told the staff and they said they didn’t know if they had permission to refund me. I contacted hotel.com and was told I could refund 1 of the three days. I contacted Texas Health and Safety Department. I showed them the recording. I even showed them my health records showing I’m allergic. Don’t go there the online photos are deceptive. That is the most digusting place I ever been. I mean I have seen a few roaches but this place has an infestation.

This was the absolute WORST hotel Ive ever seen. Dirty all over the place. It was clean, however, the property was old and rundown. The tv remotes batteries were held in with scotch tape, though I brought this to the attention of front desk multiple days, lightbulbs were burnt out, there was no hot water in the sink, and it dribbled out, the showerhead pulled out of the wall, etc.

They hold $50 cash as room security deposit. To return the deposit at checkout they took a copy of my driver license which never happened to me in any other places. Also the room carpet smells pee. My wife and I felt like it is some kind of rundown property. We felt this was owner’s issue. Poor staff they can’t help it.

It was better than what the reviews was saying I didn't have roaches the paint and other things isn't 5 star but everything else was just right I would recommend this hotel.

It was better than what the reviews was saying I didn't have roaches the paint and other things isn't 5 star but everything else was just right I would recommend this hotel.

I love them, the reception is very professional, Jessica helped me a lot with my reservation and the rooms are excellent.

The hotel has had some major improvements since the last time I stayed there. Room was clean, overall no issues with it. Front desk staff kind and professional. Would totally recommend.

They had roaches

Front desk helpful and nice ..The lobby area is clean but too much air freshner couldn't stop sneezing..My room is spacious and clean but did my own cleaning. I stayed on the first floor and quiet close to the freeway but slept well bed is comfy.The breakfast is okay. My only negative gym was not open and spa I stayed here for five days better than those extended stay with roaches. I really need a place with stove but this is reasonable ..I will recommend..

My room had a strong (not good) smell to it so right off the bat it didn’t seem the cleanest. Also didn’t feel like the most safe hotel to stay in all by myself, but I survived & it did the trick for a quick trip.

Everything was very nice. The only negative is that traffic noise (the hotel is near a freeway) was much too loud. You really need to do something to lessen the traffic noise.

I would like a refund I didn’t know the quality of the place before I booked it. Reviews were good but we arrived w my newborn baby and it’s right off the freeway ppl driving around crazy loud under the highway. Random people keep coming in and out of the hotel. Smells like smoke and hookah and the second floor just is out of service or something all the windows were broken. Not safe at all!

Property looks nothing like the pictures , they are remodelling but you get waken up by the noise of the guys fixing the second floor at 8 in the morning.

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location close to a variety of places to eat/visit. Check in was quick. I'm glad me & my friends chose this hotel for our vacation trip.

While the rooms are fairly basics, it’s comfortable and well - suited for an extended stay . I’d like to give a special shoutout to the guy that works in the evening shift . He’s increduble kind and sweet , always willing to help whenever needed. The entire team’s energy is amazing and truly enhaces the experience. All Hotel preatty cean . I Will back.!!

Overall a nice property. The rooms are nicer and more equipped than I expected at the price point (fridge, microwave, coffee, etc.). Nicely decorated. Free coffee in the lobby all day and Friendly front desk staff. Overall,would recommend, esp at this price point.

I’m a frequent traveler but comfort inn in Texas was the WORST, I have NEVER experienced what I experienced there. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk to acknowledge us, then when she finally came she was on the cell phone didn’t even welcome us. We just assumed she was having a bad day but things got even worse. Going up there was smoke smell everywhere, the carpet was nasty, torn, & stained. We proceeded to the room & to our surprise the room was smelly, NO PHONE, toilet was so nasty ( with a dirty rim) the shower had no soap or even a place to place your soap, I had never seen this before. Things got even interesting, next day in the afternoon after we came back the room was never cleaned so we went downstairs to ask for clean towels because there’s no phone to call, a very rude male at the desk told us “ You have to bring the dirty towels to get clean ones” I couldn’t believe what I was hearing, no apologies, didn’t address any of our concerns so my husband carried dirty towels from the room to the front desk for exchange ( seriously unhygienic). The next morning we saw a housekeeper whom we asked to clean our room and she was very rude too she stated “you are not on my list so no” after this I had enough of this rude, unpleasant experience I told my husband & my friends that we have to check out. I’m not sure if the owner or the manager of this place is aware of this behavior but I will NEVER EVER lodge at a Comfort inn ever again! This was the WORST EVER

This is a drug and prostitution hotel. Do not stay here. Locks on doors didn't work, bathrooms were dirty, pubic hair on towels. Overall gross. This place needs to be condemned.

Breakfast hours are wrong on the website for Sunday.

The place could use some upgrades. The elevator had a smell, not sure about their smoking policy but the cigarettes smell was strong in my room for one evening, noisy outside as it’s right in front of 69, tv remote did not work and had tape on the back, and the iron board was broken. On the other hand, it was clean, helpful and friendly staff, and the location was convenient.

Didn’t stay. Didn’t know the hotel was going to cancel and at the last minute til I called to ask about the reservation. Not good customer service if the hotel itself didn’t call to let you know about last minute cancellation. I would have gone to the hotel and then the hotel to tell me I am sorry we had to cancel your room. It was just a good thing to call.

My room smelt like it was wet , stuffy and breakfast was under whelming.

Staff and customer service was exceptional, property is a little outdated and there was no signal on tv. Mini fridge was not working properly but got it replaced immediately. Overall, not bad for the night we spent.

Terrible stay. Rooms were dirty. Asked for a free smoke and it smelled like a whole chimney. The bed was broken told the guy about said to fix the mattress. The pool was closed.

Managers are all unhelpful. Room services are delays. Dining or breakfast services are not good

Smells bad

The carpet floor in was very dirty and it smell bad. We rented a b double Queen beds suite, they don’t have an extra blanket for the sofa bed. My kids just cover up with only one sheet that was left when we ask the front desk for another blanket.
