Honestly disgusting. The man at the desk lives on property and will stalk women outside of their rooms. He was following me back and I had to shout for my partner because why the heck is someone following me that close!?! Everything. Rooms were dirty, staff was disrespectful, the rooms are sticky. Towels are still brown.

Highly recommend an upgrade and a more pleasant, aesthetic appearance.

Well I can't give a real review of this property. Upon arrival once someone finally came to the front desk, about 5 minutes after arriving, he seemed unsure of how to look up information and what to do. He never found the reservation and suggested that I should not use services like Expedia because they just try to cheat you out of money. Anyway, I was not given a room. After about an hour of messages back and forth with the automated system a person finally called. This person was helpful from all aspects and did get a room at another location nearby. I will never again attempt to reserve at America's Inn and based on the comments from the front desk person if you use a service it is unlikely he will find it. I was not the only person in the lobby waiting with this same issue.

In that light, I write this about America’s inN The staff was incredible to me, especially since I’m disabled and needed help. The room was clean. The furniture was older, but it was well maintained. Sheets were clean. The floors were mopped, and Carmen. The housekeeper was wonderful to me.I have been in other hotels and motels where the furniture has been disgusting the Baymont in Kingwood, the super eight in Kingwood , the super eight in Houston on 58 these look better when you drive up, but the rooms, furniture, and the staff are disgustingly rude staff. America’s Inn place Met the basic needs with a beautiful staff that went beyond the extra mile.

The room was clean The bed was very uncomfortable. Pillows were small and flat. Tub was old and worn. Long hair in tub. I refused to shower in it. Walls are thin, could hear people talking in other rooms and there was a loud noise from other rooms when they were using shower.

First all of I thought i was booking a room in Stanford or sugarland when I get to the room it was smelling real bad cigarettes smoke it was just filthy I would like some type of refund or a free day because it was bad

Other places similar some do provide the breakfast as prepackaged muffins or granola bars and bottles orange juice or apple juice. Some don't provide breakfast. That is my only thought to mention. The stay was great, peaceful, heater worked which was incredible, and the front desk staff were polite.

Just about everything I make a complaint, comment on 1 of my last stay’s here & no one have contacted me about it. To me it’s a very serious thing, the security guard that come to work between 10pm & 11pm, needs to be addressed! I’m again, waiting for someone to contact me on this, I have been staying here a lot lately, I would hate to find another hotel to give my $ to, just because you all say contact you & you NEVER get back to me…. Not good

On Expedia and the great value websigjt , it claims service dogs are welcomed... they do not hold up with what they claim online it took a phone call to a lawyer for them to finally allow my servise animal to come on the property. The Guy, working the desk said dogs can't be in the room bc the servise animal will stink up the unit. , arriving at the room. I'm immediately greeted with dead animal smell and mouse pee. Along with rat poison all around the bathroom and both beds. Under the sink, there was a glue trap. That seems to obtain at least 3 mice, that have been there long enough for them to become unrecognizable. There was also a dead mouse In middle of hallway I discovered several hours later going downstairs because the elevator also does not work my father is disabled and in this establishment its not handicap or wheelchair accessible. As it states online that it is . .. Nor willing to put

We were greeted by a roach infestation, seeing no less than 20 roaches within 2 hours. We heard incessant rats running above our heads, making it impossible to relax. There were signs of sloppy fixes for a leaky ceiling, pointing to an overall lack of care and deplorable conditions. All these led us not to even spend the night, we had to sleep at another hotel for peace of mind.

First room the tv was not working properly so I was moved to another room where the shower didn’t work and when I went to put on the heat the fire alarm went off. I was then moved to a third room where the ac unit did not work at all. I didn’t even bother switching rooms after that

Not worth it. Do not bring children or the elderly. Black bugs crawing on the floor come from the front doors that is not securely shut all the way even when you lock it. First room they gave me wasnt cleaned. Second room black bugs crawling on the floor coming from the front door. I brought in my own blanket and pillow i had in my trunk, slept on top of there bed, not good at all. Will not return. You get what you pay for and this was the worst i experience.

The room is dated and the bed was sunkin in. The bathroom has a yellow tinge as well as the fridge. The staff was really nice but, well...yea, it was scary.

My wife, our six-year-old child, and I stayed at the hotel for one night. We were disappointed to find rust and mold on the bathroom walls and a dirty, rusty fridge. Although the bed sheets and blanket appeared clean, we felt itchy and uncomfortable while sleeping. The air conditioner emitted a musty smell, and the curtains were not clean. Despite these issues, we managed to get some rest during our short stay.

Ok first, the only positive is the guy at desk was polite. The room smelled like smoke(I got a non smoking room) the curtains had holes (pee pie) from the outside. The tub was all rusted(make sure you are up to date on shots) the final straw was when I pulled the comforter back and a ROACH! Was there to greet me, I left slept in my car that was DISGUSTING! Let’s say I killed that one at least 4 more were there to greet me from under the comforter. I was so paranoid I emptied all my bags before I got into my car to sleep.

To be an older motel it was not in too bad shape. Upon arrival security was escorting a street lady off property. Pool was closed . But it was close to other places to eat and shop. Rooms were clean .

Found bed bugs in our bed our room was disgusting, bed had stains on it. Front desk agenr even said it wasnt a safe area. They took money from my account after i was told i wouldn't be charged. Very unhappy.

It can use some remodeling and room bombing for the unwanted pest. Get rid of the 80s and 90s bed spreads. I gave this property name to my corporate office RoadSafe for the use of our CLC when we travel. But all in all property in a good location and the employees are very friendly and nice. And they do have Security that patrols the property

The Indian front desk attendant seems as if he's serving out some punishment by working at that place. The Hispanic attendant is very pleasant & helpful. The room i had only had 1 light in it on the opposite wall from the door, & that light switch is right by the door. No lamps by the bed, likely because there is only ONE outlet on the bedside wall located directly behind the bed, so you'd have to move the mattress & the box spring just to be able to plug in your phone &/or laptop to have close to you in bed. If you walk barefoot on the carpet in the room, your feet will be sticky & dirty. It's like the room was designed to be inconvenient & annoying. It also smelled musty. It was a pretty quiet in the room though.i guess they where trying to save money by not running the ac in the 2nd floor hallway & it was very noticeable as you can imagine Houston in late July indoors with no ac, on an upper level. I could barely breathe once exiting the elevator on the 2nd floor. The bathtub in the room looked as if someone abandoned a repair job early.

Property needs an upgrade in all aspects. Old tubs with chips. Baseboards, inside doors need painting. Need beds that don't make noise when laying down. Fix toilet that is constantly running. Remove old linen, with cigarete burnt holes in a non-smoking room. Broken security latch for the front door. The door had gaps at the bottom, where the light came in and you could see the outside. The door was not properly secured to the frame. Clerk smoking outside front door of of Inn. Took room card on check-out, outside of Inn and continued to smoke. I guess you get what you pay for.

The lobby staff was so rude. But I don’t really blame him for his attitude. I will not wish my enemy to work there. because this place is next to hell. Anyway, I checked in, got my room access card, went to the room, the horrible smell was worst. I turned back and check out. So I only stayed for 10mins. Please close this place down for the health and safety of human life. I’m very disappointed in Expedia for listing a place like this

Worst service ever. Stayed here two nights, the room stank and I'm sure the bed had bed bugs because I have developed a rash in a few spots from bug bites. The bathroom was rusted and paint chipped everywhere. Even though it was so pleasant in appearance, I walked in the rain to come stay another night and the dude at the desk said he couldn't rent to us because the room was left messy. But I would assume that's what house keepers are for and the guy working at the desk wouldn't even tell me anything about the condition of the room other than it was messy. Also I paid for a standard size king bed and they couldn't accommodate that so the man at the desk then said he would upgrade at no charge to a double bed.... Not happy at all.

The shower was making some strange noise, the water was not coming out, it looks like the shower head hasn't been changed or cleaned in years, the bed was so uncomfortable and squeaking, the refrigerator had rusting on the outside, they really need to be a be more cleaner, I even left the same evening from there, even though I was supposed to spend one night.

Renting by the hour “ look. The tub so rusty and filthy no way any of us were using it. Remote control not working. When clerk was called about it he stated I’ll see what I can do and hung up in my face. We were hurricane evacuees. Evacuating for 2nd time in 2 months. We didn’t need the added stress and poor service.

Extremely poor services, highly over rated policy & restrictions. No deadbolts on the doors in many rooms for woman traveling alone.
