    The elevators were not working. If I had known this at the time of booking, I would not have booked. They would not change my room to a lower floor. I was on the 4th floor.

    The property is old and outdated, but they were remodeling it while we were there. But the elevators were not working and a lot of the parking was being used for remodeling materials.

    Bedroom was a nice size and the kitchenette was perfect for what we needed. Staff was super friendly and helpful in anything we needed. The location was not very close to much of anything we were doing. The facility was pretty run down and one of the outside doors was broken so anyone could enter our side of the building which caused some safety concerns. The pool was closed while we were there and I wish this would have been mentioned before we booked. I was excited to see what an exceptional breakfast looked like only to be disappointed by a mediocre breakfast at best. It was less than to be desired. They were renovating during our stay so I'm not sure if that was the cause of such a poor breakfast. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

    The staff was professional and pleasant all the way around. It was the room itself that was somewhat of a disappointment. When we first walked in it smelled odd. My wife and I initially thought it was a urine type of smell possibly from a dog. After that we were trying to eat before we laid down for the night my wife spotted a roach crawling on the wall behind me. The room also was extremely humid even with the AC Unit physically running. After adjusting it unfortunately it never got any better. Then the light fixture on one side of the bed didn’t work and inside of the bathroom the light fixture and the toilet seat was dirty and didn’t even have an exhaust fan. The building just seemed outdated and too much for the employees to handle.

    Nice attractive neighborhood with grocery stores nearby. Friendly check-in. Clean room with kitchen. Breakfast had good options but tended to be running low and looking dry at 7:45 am or had no more to restock such as the hash browns. You'll have to go to front desk for clean bath towels because they're only replenished every other day.

    Staff was fantastic however our TV didn’t work and HDMI plugs were bent, pool was closed, a huge piece of carpet was patched, our A/C sounded like a jet engine, our windows had moisture on them and the bed creaked. Breakfast was ok, kitchen was good. This property needs a huge upgrade every piece of carpet had damage in the hall and all door All trim was badly scratched. Was disappointed for a Marriott property!

    The room was big What I didn’t like was, that we never had hot water at one point they couldn’t give us any towels due to housekeeping not washing any before they left. My children’s tv didn’t work the 1st night we stayed there.

    The room was comfortable with a nice kitchenette. The breakfast had eggs or cereal, toast or waffles with good coffee. The fitness center had weights plus a treadmill and elliptical. The staff was very friendly. Our room was in building B and the place could use some maintenance - the stairs handrail were not attached to the wall and the door handle to leave the building was duct taped together. But I would still recommend this hotel.

    Yes I stayed here with my wife and two kids. Queen bed/ Sofa bed. There were no bedding for the sofa bed. We had to remove a sheet from the bed. Also no wash clothes and towels Until after 9am of check out. This was very unacceptable. I’m asking for a FULL REFUND or Comp Day at a Marriott Hotel.

    This hotel was reasonable but there is some work that needs to be done. Stayed in room 419: curtains torn, top microwave needs to be taken out of room, TV is in a very awkward place, and sofa bed sheets weren’t in a protective covering. Also, they aren’t serving a hot breakfast. They give u a brown bag-banana, muffins, and bar :(. I never received an email even though I feel that adjustment needs to be made on all third party websites.

    Firstly, this property has a bedbug issue!! They claim to offer a change of sheets, which isn’t true. During our first night I asked the front desk for new bedding & she told me they did not have anything else. Later that night I was bit up by a bed bug & even have video of the bug on the sheets. Secondly, they claim to offer free breakfast and a pool on site. Neither one of these things were true during our stay. The pool and breakfast were both closed indefinitely. Their elevator is also not up to code. Their last inspection was October of 2023. New management is needed. On the fact of bed bugs alone, I would not consider staying here. Thankfully management was able to provide us with a refund, as well as have a nicer front desk attendant the second time around. This is genuinely not up to Marriot standards and was shocked at our experience. Will not be booking them again!

    The entire room was very clean. The bed was creaky and not super comfortable but not too bad either. The pillows were flat and we asked for more several times but they ran out. We were told housekeeping would come by every other day so we had our dirty towels ready to exchange for clean ones and I pulled my own trash and they never came by. I called the front desk to ask them to bring some fresh towels and they still didn’t come so my husband asked one of the housekeepers while she was cleaning next door. The breakfast was okay. Coffee was great and my kid enjoyed the chocolate milk and yogurt.

    I have stayed at this same hotel multiple times. The first thing that happened was an undisclosed $200.00 pet fee that we have never had to pay that high before. Only 1 wash rag in the BR. House keeper understood NO English. Room smelled like cat piss and I had dogs. Grass was not mowed so it was difficult to get my dogs in it. The breakfast was good.

    Overall hotel is good but it’s been two separate visits in which I’ve had to ask for towels daily. Rooms are not cleaned during the stay. When asked, staff shared that they don’t have enough towels. I love the room but the hotel needs some work. I visit Houston a few times a year and will stay elsewhere next time.

    Substandard exterior. Felt more like Section 8 employee housing than a hotel. Room was ok. Pretty clean. Didn't really deal with staff. I wouldn't run from this place. I just don't think I'd stay here again. I'll drop the extra $60 on a nicer location next time.

    Very Disappointed. Stayed in the 2 room suite with my family and woke up sore both nights. Finally looked under the bed and it was broken but looked like it was somewhat repaired with just tape. Sprinklers were always on or just broken so puddles and mud were in front of the door to get in and out. Could not enter any other way. I have small kids so it was difficult to maneuver without stepping in a puddle or in mud. Dishwasher did not work. The shower leaked. The lady in the front was always nice and did provide great service but nothing she could of done about the above issues.

    Power went out, beyond hotels control due to storm coming through. No electricity for 15 hours. We were booked there for 5 nights, night 2 we checked out cause of electricity issues and fire alarms going off at 1am. Asked the manager to refund last 3 days, says she would and still have t been refunded yet. Not in the best neighborhood, they’re cutting catalytic converters off cars. Just a bad area.

    The staff was great. From reception to the breakfast hostess everyone was very friendly!! The room was good, clean and comfortable. The location was close to all the restaurants for the event I was attending in Memorial Springs. The rate was better than most, especially for the accommodations provided!! Had a good stay and would stay there again for events in that area.

    The check-in was a little confusing as I made one reservation but booked two rooms. The attendant mentioned only having one room for the reservation. I thought the one reservation would cover checking in once. I had to provide my Father-In-Laws name and then they confirmed the reservation for the second room. Despite that, the room was good, clean, and comfortable. The tv did go in an endless programming spin in the middle of watching a sitcom. The next morning, the tv was good again. I didn't notice eggs for breakfast compared to 2 years ago (last visit). I would stay there again, I like the location.

    For carrying the Marriott name, the property was lacking. The room had only one USB charging outlet, no vanity area in the bathroom, no ice machine in our building, the TV was on the fritz, knobs were rusted over. There’s a sofa sleeper but no extra pillows for that bed. The room was clean and AC worked well.

    Overall, we were very disappointed with the entire stay. First, we were not given the room that we paid for. We booked a two bedroom suite and when my husband and son checked in without us the first night, they were given a double bed and a couch bed. My husband had no idea with was incorrect because he doesn’t take care of admin items in our house, but he did question me as to how we would all fit into the room when we arrived. When the rest of us got there, they didn’t know where the disconnect happened upon check-in, but unfortunately no two bedroom suites were available because those rooms had a pipe leak, with no hot water, and wouldn’t be available until the last night we would stay. The lock on the door to the outside was broken so anyone could come into the building where we were staying, the elevator was broken, the stairway smelled like throw-up on the third floor. Overall, it was really bad. If we hadn’t paid in advance almost $600, non-refundable, we would have found another place. We will never return.

    We booked a two bedroom suite. Room was okay. Room was at back of property adjacent to a shopping center. Lots of noise from the center. If you stay here, make sure not to get a room at the rear of property. This is an extended stay hotel. Basically an apartment complex. It meets those needs.

    Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights when arrived only 1 room available. Luckily it was only 4 people and room had pull out sofa sleeper that was not very comfortable. Hotel couldn’t help first night because they were booked and hotel.com couldn’t help because hotel was booked glad we didn’t have a large family staying. Not sure how need to verify number of rooms but after arriving after midnight did not want to drive anymore.

    this hotel is okay. The bed was comfortable, it was very quiet and the room was large. Overall, it was clean but certain things need a deep cleaning, like light switches. Also, bring your own pack and play. The one they gave me was really old and dirty. I felt bad putting my kid in there even after I cleaned it. Not bad for the price but not the best.
