There was hair in my shower walls, male and female hair. After a singer use of the bath, my feet started to itch... I was told the pool was not open. Then people were using it.

The size of the rooms and the cleanliness The traffic noise, the messed up door that has to be forced open, the warped tub with the needed up shower head, and the rusted appliances.

Clean room that actually smelled good. My teen was impressed. Bigger room than expected. Easily could have been a place to stay longer than 1 night. Breakfast was very good. Sausage eggs. Waffles blueberry or plain, muffins, cereal, juice coffee, yogurt and fruit. Easy check in and out. Good place to stay

We just checked out of Comfort Suite Inn and we were really impressed. The room was spotless and well-kept. The night shift staff who checked us in was friendly and helpful, which we appreciated after a long drive. She went out of her way to get a luggage cart for us from the top floor. Air conditioning worked perfectly- the room temp was comfortable all night. Best of all…the hotel was quiet so we actually got good sleep. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

Elevator not working. My husband is an amputee and had to walk up two flights of stairs.

The refrigerator was out, then the elevators went out and I'm disabled and had to walk up the stairs and had an asthma attack in the room. The guy at the front desk told us the pool was closed due to inspection but later saw visitors in the pool. Also the breakfast was overly cooked and the waffle maker was burning every waffle we made. This was by far the worst stay ever in life. When I called the front desk nobody answered but went down there and they were sitting there with headphones in their ears. Ridiculous

The room was clean but repairs to the door lock were shoddy and unfinished looking. Front desk staff was inconsistent. Night shift was very helpful and friendly. Day shift was decidedly less enthusiastic. Oh, and when we checked in, the entire lobby smelled like weed. Not a huge deal for me but my 89 year old mom was kind of shocked.

The air conditioning worked great. Got super cold in my room just how i like it. The room was clean, the bed was ultra comfortable and i loved the layout of the room, it gave u that luxurious vibe for a cheap price. The staff was nice. The hatch lock on my room door was broken and they never fixed it other than that no complaints. The breakfast was a 10/10. They had a waffle maker, fresh eggs and sausage, water, different juices, fresh fruit, different cereals, milk, yogurt, syrup, they had it all. This is definitely where ill be staying when i visit houston. 9/10 experience

We stay in many hotels throughout the year due to my son’s games, and this was one of the top 5 especially for the price. Couldn’t complain also breakfast was delicious my little ones enjoyed it!!!

I don’t know how this place got a high rating in this app, possible the location wrote their own reviews. The wood table looked rotted, no chairs for the desk, bathroom tub had paint peeling off, breakfast was trash with powdered eggs not even real eggs. I sent a message through the Expedia app and entered the travelers name yet the front desk staff gave my husband issues when he tried to check in. They told him I had to call in and when I told him to let them know I sent the message when I booked they told him “That is a third party”. Ya think? What kind of response is that. So I called and all they had me do was confirm his name. Ridiculous way to verify anything I could have been anyone calling in so with that it just felt like they were giving him a hard time for nothing. I had to come up there later that night to drop off his charger and there was a guy out there trying to wave me down. I had a girls night at our house so the men of the house needed to go somewhere but I will never book this place again. Complete disappointment as it is nothing compared ti their pictures and other reviews. The outside was clean from what I could tell but I see now that is why they say don’t judge a book by its cover.

Good: clean and renovated hallways, suite was roomy with sofa bed Bad: room entrance light not working, sink stopper stuck, hair dryer not working , dead roach by AC. Ice machine on 3rd floor not working, ice only on 1st floor.

We had a family function in the area and rented seven different rooms. The rates were reasonable, but the condition of property and cleanliness were very disappointing and barely passable. The linens and bathrooms appeared clean, but walls, switches and doors were smudged and dirty. There is a lot of neglected maintenance on this property like loose plumbing fixtures, burnt out light bulbs, tile falling off around the elevator, and laminate flooring buckling up in a closed off side room. The breakfast was decent.

Pool was closed by the county health department which would have been nice to know when booking. Our pull out couch mattress was terribly stained and disgusting. Toilet handle was nearly broken off and had to hold on to the toilet seat to keep it up. Breakfast was less than impressive. All juices were watered down and tasted terrible. Had to keep asking for things to be refilled even though there was still 2 hours left in breakfast hours. Would not recommend staying here.

I was not interested in the breakfast after the roaches. It was a short stay in an emergency situation. Luckily I didn’t spend too much time there. Never again.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in. Breakfast was not good. Orange and apple juice were watered down. No good yogurts. Need more variety of food option. Always had the same item for our 6 days there.

My experience was very bad. I arrived and there was no staff to greet guests. Then someone from outside came in who was smoking marijuana. That same person gave me trouble with the hotel check-in. When I went up to the room, the elevator was super strange. The TV remote didn't work, the furniture was all old and stained, and when I went to bed, the bed was filthy. I had to put a sheet from the middle of the bed, which looked somewhat clean, on it. The pillows were old and uneven so I could finally rest. Breakfast ended at 9, so I couldn't have breakfast because they don't even tell you it's served until 10, like all hotels. Well, honestly, I don't recommend it. I had a terrible time.

Hotel needs a face-lift, a total deep clean, new linens and furnishings. Undesirable odor throughout and breakfast was sub-par. Hotel frontdesk staff not very friendly or engaging. Housekeepers were nice and responsive and room is spacious. Overall disappointing Comfort Suites.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was decent. The staff at the front desk during check-in were sweet and professional. Only defect was the bathroom door lock was broken, but no biggie. I was only here for one night, and my stay was pleasant for the price. The location is very convenient.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast is quite nice. Room had evidence of mold and water damage to walls/ceiling with associated dampness in the room you could feel and smell. We were allowed to change rooms immediately and without hassle, which was appreciated.

The breakfast was basically non existent. You advertised a buffet breakfast which was one of the deciding factors of booking with you. You didn't even offer what would be considered a continental breakfast. There was a couple kinds of dry cereal and bread to make toast and that was it. I look foe hotels that offer breakfast as I don't have in the mornings to go outfor breakfast. So I went without breakfast for the duration of my stay. The bed was never made during my stay. The toilet was extremely rocky so had to mindful when using it.

Walls, doors extremely dirty visible brown stains running down them. Called front end due to TV not working, they said they would be up soon and hours passed no one passed by. None of the doors excluding the entrance door closed all the way. Key card consistently stopped working.

Everything was fine except for a large cockroach in my room which clearly will make anyone uncomfortable. Sink handles also did not work correctly making turning off very very challenging

There was the lady working the front desk and every morning she would be in her pajamas and a blanket getting food from the breakfast bar. One time we locked ourselves out of the room so we asked for another key and she just seemed annoyed. The toilet in one of our rooms didn’t work and they never came to fix it. Room smelled

The location You would think this comfort suites was nicer based off the location. The room was spacious however I was very uncomfortable because it was unkept, and not very clean/up to date. There was lint from the ac all over the blankets. The ac unites were very dirty as well as the windows. They told us “no smoking” which is perfectly fine since we don’t smoke but the whole floor smelt as if someone was smoking. The woman in the front wasn’t very welcoming. More like we were bothering her because there was a line when I got there and we had to text a number that we were ready to check in while she came in from outside. Just won’t visit here again.

Horrible experience, there were roaches in the bed and all on the room , and a horrible smell. I let them know and told me they will give me a full refund but all I got was $11. Will definitely will be escalating this, don’t waste your time or money.

Took an hour to check in as front staff was no where to be found.

When I first entered to hotel there was no one at the front desk, but you could hear someone watching a tv show, when I called out and the lady came she asked how can I help you and I said I am here to check in, without checking my reservation she told me in a very nasty tone you are too earlier, check in isn’t until 4pm. I mentioned to her I was suppose to check in yesterday & her whole demeanor changed. After I was able to check in I went to my room to find that the sheets on the bed were stained from a previous stay, overall I did not enjoy my stay here and I will not return.

We stayed one night because we lost power at home. He beds are comfortable and the place is clean. The service was good. This is the second time i stayed here and had problems with the tv both times though. And the A/C cooled but it took all night to get comfortable while in bed though. For the price, it was good stay

I booked for 3 nights, but only stayed 1. If we didn’t arrive after dark I would have immediately left. Also, if the rest of the hotel was somewhat clean, I would have just tried to change rooms. However, the entire place was filthy. Expedia tried to help me out with canceling the second two nights, but they were unable to get anyone to answer their call.

Nothing Everything, elevator didn't work. It smell in the hotel bad. I had to get my room switched cause the carpet was wet in the room I was in. They only had breakfast for a day I was there the rest of the days was no breakfast. I wouldn't go back to that hotel again. They charge u for the room before u even tell them to charge it to ur card and they just give u a paper to sign without even explaining what it is. And they don't even give u a receipt when u get ur room key or check out.

Locate for our trip Made reservations way before the date, even call to confirm and was told they see the request, it like they don’t check the information on the booking, and just give u any room they WANT.

Older hotel but freshly painted, clean, quiet, with friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast included protein, fruit, and cereal.

The front desk manager I am assuming, did not accommodate the early check in. I did ask for an early check in she insisted I come back at 2pm. The tone of her voice was not pleasing nor pleasant. I will not book here nomore. I didn’t check in at all and was still charged.

This hotel is not a new hotel, but is well maintained and clean. The beds were good. The bathroom and towels were good. It will stay again at this hotel, when i am back in town.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and well-maintained but outdated. The ladies at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and kind, Grace.

The staff behind the desk wasn't very friendly when I arrived to check in. No smile. No greeting, hello, hi. The hotel is old with chipped paint, cracked floors...but it is clean. The room was warm upon arrival and the a/c unit is too small to cool the room down quickly. The breakfast area was not kept clean and tidy in the morning. Overall, it was okay for one night while working, but I will not choose to stay here again in the future.

Had several issues with key trying to get into the room!

There was a miscommunication and the hotel thought I left even though I was booked and all of my things were in my rom. Instead of calling me they went to my room, removed all of my belongings, went though my stuff and stole prescription medication from me. The woman at the front desk admitted to going through my things but saw no this as no problem. The staff is garbage.

The beds were comfy, the staff was friendly however the condition of the elevator and building was subpar. They charged me twice and the hotel is giving me the run around.

The stay was not the best, considering we expected a little better. The bed wS uncomfortable and probably needs the mattresses replaced. It sank in the middle, considerably. The bathtub wS small and narrow without aslip resistant surface. I fell attempting to take a shower. The last night of our stay there was someone in the hotel blasting music (very loudly) all night (until 3:30am).

For the price and just a quick stay it was great. Comfortable beds clean room. Not a lot of options for breakfast but they did offer americano and espresso coffee. This is not at all a nice fancy hotel but it did offer a Comfortable bed and a good shower. The air condition worked wonderfully for a good night sleep.

I've stayed a few times and this location never disappoints. The room smelled so good and was very clean. There was no additional cost or hold on my card once I arrived. Other hotels after booking tell you there is a hold they have to place that was not the case here and that is important. Thank you for a great stay again.

Last minute family trip on a budget. This hotel was perfect. Smelt clean when we walked in, we were greeted right away, breakfast was good, beds were comfy, rooms were comfortable. Toilet could have been higher it was low to ground. But everything was great!

I was very disappointed with the customer service. The front desk agent,Grace, was rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. Instead of providing a welcoming experience, she was dismissive and unhelpful. What shocked me most was when Grace told me not to trust Expedia because they lie to their customers.. Regardless of her personal opinions, this is an incredibly unprofessional statement for a hotel representative to make. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location.

Definitely a GREAT find. Not a “new” property by any means, however it’s an EXCELLENT value. Trust me on this. Do not waste your time with any lower price locations (or even comparable price) in the area. All others are horrifying unless headed up farther toward Tomball however can’t beat the location. Definitely will be back

This hotel needs repairs and maintenance. The front desk, Grace, was kind, helpful, and welcoming. We were able to buy drinks at check in from a small frig, very convenient. The elevator floor is all torn up and the carts are about to fall apart. The hallways are clean and smelled good. We could hear lots of road noise in our room from the freeway. The cold handle on our faucet leaked and ran accross our counter. I could see caulk from where they tried to fix it. Wi-fi wasnt working.

Room was not cleaned very well before we arrived. You can tell they went thru a remodel and tried to make it look nicer but the old outdated plugs and switches along with old paint on doors showed it was a Botox face lift. Purely appearance and not a full facelift.

The front desk receptionist Grace was very friendly and helpful. She called ahead after we booked to get us a room we would prefer. She is a 5 star representative!

the floor was very uneven, one of drawer would stay close and restroom and closet would not shut properly.

It was okay? Use less scented laundry detergent, scent made one of the group sick and he was unable to sleep on the bed because of it. He slept on the couch with a blanket we brought from home. Also beds weren't that great. Walls were REALLY thin.

Paid over 100 bucks and did not have hot water at all. The front desk lady told me a guy was there fixing it and it be done in about 30 mins. That was at 8pm… I left at 730am still no hot water. I need to be contacted by the GM name AJ ASAP

We managed to kill the cockroach ourselves (a google image search identifies it as such), and during the ordeal discovered that the curtains were hiding a broken window with several cracks and a hole as big as a quarter, and water damage and mold on the walls around the AC unit. It looked like towels had been stuffed along the underside to collect moisture. At this point it was clear we should no longer stay in the room. It was close to 11pm, and it was very inconvenient to have to pack up and book another hotel. I began a customer service chat with Expedia on the way to our new hotel to request a refund. The agent told me that the hotel is responsible for issuing refunds, not Expedia. A claim has been filed, but Expedia wont guarantee a refund. Book at your own risk.

Amazing customer service! AJ was friendly and accommodating. Loved the brand new appliances. Comfortable beds and pillows and plenty of bath towel we did not have breakfast because wife was fasting for surgery. Overall stay was great!

Location and the hospitality

The TV didn't work at all. First, one of the remotes was unresponsive, turns out the batterie were dead and I had to go down stairs to get more batteries. After getting that situated, the wifi was not connecting to the tv and there was no way to connect it using the remote. Ended up having to hook up my hot spot from my cell phone to be able to watch anything on the tv. Also the smell of fabulous down stairs was so overpowering it gave me a headache.
