we really enjoyed our stay friendly staff. The rooms were very clean and pool was enjoyable.

They were short staffed so we had to come to the front desk for extra towels and anything else we needed. We also had some cob webs at the top corners of the room. Other than that we had a great stay!

easy to get to and close to restaurants and freeway to get anywhere... but you don't hear the road noise

African American lady was racist. Asked if I spoke English after all my interactions before hand were in English. Why did she feel the need to ask me that. Place was nice tho.

Everything was great although the breakfast area was very reduced for the amount of people. Getting a plate was in the far corner and there was a line to get a plate. There was caos to try to eat. My room was great but it had no extra trash bags and no extra lotion.

Lady night shift couldn't figure out the booking app so she changed me as well as the app did. Then I asked for more towels but couldn't even get that done smh. That the location was close to my job.

My family and i came back from a quince pretty early (11pm) and the front desk were nice enough to continue our party by the pool and serving us unit last call. i also appreciated the complementary qtips upon request (they were wooden ones!)

Staff is always pleasant, helpful, professional and polite. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. This is the same place we stay when business brings me to Houston every 7-8 weeks.

This hotel is a nice option on the north-northwest side of Houston. The highway it is next to is loud, but we did not notice the noise inside the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was helpful.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the facility as well as the availability of having a breakfast prior to beginning my day.

It was a quick trip, but everything was as expected. I’ve stayed here before and it’s consistent.

I rarely eat the "complimentary " breakfasts provided by any hotel. My daughter and I have Celiac disease and we strictly follow a gluten free diet avoiding cross contamination. I'm also allergic to bananas. We brought breakfast from a local Celiac safe restaurant to-go but I was told they take away the microwave in the lobby area for breakfast time. Relying on the front desk associate to warm up my food could be a liability on Hyatt's end. What if something happened while he carried our food to the microwave? Are they registered or should they be handling other people's food. This is a violation of ADA! This was my first and last time staying at any Hyatt!

The room was very well equipped very comfortable for a multi day stay. The shower is very large and hot water was on demand almost immediately. The breakfast bar was well equipped every day and the menu rotated every day as well so you didn’t feel like you were having the same food over and over again. Overall, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in the past five years at least.

This was the first place I’ve ever stayed. The water was not hot and the drains kept stopping up. The breakfast area was very dirty and the food was horrible and cold. Management never assisted with complaints and front desk was very rude. RUN do not stay here

It’s in such a convenient spot, everything is so close too. Grocery store, food, mall, bars. Cleanliness, and the friendly staff. Breakfast was so good.

However, it has now been over a week with no contact from anyone. Despite calling daily and being promised a callback, I have yet to hear back. I have also sent multiple emails to the General Manager with no response. I’m not familiar with the area, but when I spoke to Safelite Auto Glass a few miles away, they mentioned that “smash and grabs” are common in this area. This situation has left me feeling ignored and frustrated. I expected much more accountability and support from this hotel, especially after such an unfortunate event.

My only real complaint is that when the room was cleaned they did not change out the dirty coffee cups.

The room was in good condition. The staff was very friendly. However, our room on the 5th floor was very noisy at night. It was very difficult to get a good night's sleep. The air conditioning unit, and outside exterior noise made this an unpleasant stay.

I think the mattress needs to be replaced. Some hotels give you a free bottle of water.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff was very nice, and the sheets were soft. We were able to get the room to a very comfortable temperature. Great water, pressure and temperature in the shower also. If I had any complaints, it was that the breakfast was fairly mediocre, but I didn’t expect much

Staff was great! We enjoyed the full bar being open till 2am. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Our Room was very spacious - we got the king bed with pull out couch.

The listing doesn’t tell the whole story: Right along the highway, you can hear traffic going by non-stop. Also, not in the listing here but they do not provide daily house keeping.

The security person should probably not threaten guests when there's no harm being committed.

This Hyatt is always consistently perfect. Good value. Good people. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

I routinely stay at this particular Hyatt Place because the staff is highly efficient, respectful and attentive. The place is spotless and there are never any surprises.

The room was clean and very comfortable. It was also very quiet and conducive for rest.

We enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect, and we were able to visit the Woodlands Mall, Bass Pro, and a beautiful Kroger in that area. It's always nice to come back and be able to rest and recharge in a nice, clean room. On the morning we had to check out, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and then headed to meet with our spiritual sisters for Bible study. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to travel to this area.

Not one bad thing to say about this hotel and my staff. Check in was efficient. Room was clean. Comfort of the bed was good. They provided ear plugs and I wasn’t sure why. It is near a highway and that’s probably why but it wasn’t too loud for me because I slept good!

We had an experience with the front desk staff providing one rate and charging another more expensive rate. When confronted, the desk manager snapped back as if it were our faults and taunted us by telling me to take it up with my credit card but they have the paperwork to fight it. It was humiliating and appalling. Her name is Clarissa.

The property was quite accommodating; however, one of the elevators was not working throughout our stay, which caused long delays going back and forth to our room.

The rooms were outdated, so USB plugs. The bed was uncomfortable very soft, the pillows were flat. We didn’t have hot water so had to be moved rooms, then room was warm with minimal AC. The staff at checkin was friendly was at checkout was very rude. One of the elevators was broken and the other one was questionable as far as usage for a Hyatt I was highly disappointed

More food option for kids, French toast stuck good but not served everyday. Maybe pancakes on other days. Coffee station needed more attention.

I rented two nights. I had to request more towels for second night. Room was not cleaned after first night. No bed made no clean towels. I had to ask for clean towels. I expected the room would be cleaned after each nights stay. It wasn’t.

Facility was very clean. There was some wear on the lobby furniture which should maintained. The breakfast was also a disappointment as the scrambled eggs were watery, the ham and potatoes did not appear appetizing, and there was not as much option as I had expected. Decided to eat raisin bran.

The staff couldnt have been any nicer or helpful. Excellent customer service. Nice decor and ambiance. The lobby has plenty of sitting areas. There's secured internet and no need to bother w/wifi codes: connection is fast. There's a gym, outdoor swimming pool. Twenty-seven minutes from George Bush International Airport, with no traffic. We got there around 10 pm. Close to many restaurants and stores. Thirty minutes from Pappasitos Cantina, if you're into great Mexican cuisine. It's also around 20 to thirty minutes from the Berry Center of Northwest Houston. The highways are impressive. Plenty of roads to avoid eztoll. Plenty of parking too.

This property was in a convenient location for a continuing education class I was taking in the area. It was near good restaurants and stores as well.

From beginning to end everything was excellent. Check in and check out went smoothly. The room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is right next to a center full of dining and shopping options, and also has extremely easy interstate access if you need to visit other parts of Houston. The room was clean and comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was excellent. It made for a nice weekend getaway.

Security was a little to in your business walking up to your car as soon as you park asking to see room keys. Other than that I loved it. Great place to stay.

This location was great. I like the breakfast buffet. They didn't serve the same thing every day. There was variety and it was in a safe area and secure, as there was a security guard monitoring the parking lot.

It's all good. The only issue with our room, #233, is that when we shower, water goes everywhere, and that needs to be improved somehow. I know it is a handicap room, but that can be dangerous for anyone. That was the only concern; otherwise, it was a great weekend with you all.

Wonderful staff member when I checked in!

My hotel stay was disappointing. The front desk lady was unhelpful and unfriendly during check-in, failing to provide any meaningful information or assistance. Despite requesting a comforter for my child, it was never provided, and I was given a sheet instead. To add to the inconvenience, the shower didn't work, and we were disturbed by noise from drunk people throughout the night.

On the plus side, the room was spacious with a nice sitting area, which worked well for a quick meeting with colleagues. The pillows were decent, and towels were clean and thick. There's a great sushi spot within walking distance, but that’s about the only part of the stay I’d repeat.

We requested for an early checkin by an hour to 1-1/2 hour. The hotel front desk person said it will an additional $10 per hour for early checkin even though they have a room available. We said we have a reservation and we will check out early next day well before 12pm. They refused to allow us to check in early.

Road noise from highway was really bad. I should have known when I saw the earplugs on the nightstand to find another location.

Nice hotel, a lot options are near by for your convenience. It is next to the highway but you don’t hear much unless people rev their engine

Overall, the hotel was clean and well kept. The room was well appointed. The shower was huge and the water pressure was amazing! The fitness center had new equipment and was open 24 hours. The hotel staff were kind and courteous. The parking lot was well lit and I saw the constable/sheriff several times driving through the parking lot. It was also close to shopping and restaurants (Chuys and Chick Houz) with easy access to the freeway. There is also a wonderful nature trail/park hopefully a quarter of a mile away that my family enjoyed. Eat breakfast offerings we’re good but in short supply. The cons: The walls between rooms were pretty thin. We had some obnoxious neighbors that we could hear throughout our stay. The gym wasn’t swept the two days that we were there. There was dried mud, likely from the cleats of the baseball team in the building, that was in the same place each time I went to the gym to exercise. The beds are not as comfortable as Marriott beds. The breakfast bar was slow to be stocked. We ended up waiting 10 to 15 minutes for fresh food.

This hotel was AMAZING and the nightly rate was worth it. From the moment I checked in I was pleased with the customer service, the room and the complimentary breakfast! Shout out to the chef, the food was delicious both mornings of my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be booking again once I’m back in the area.
