Clean Rooms, Parking, Air Conditioning was great

The staff watched my family and I as if we didn't belong...the hotel was packed!!! And they stood downstairs from our room and just watched 👀 our room, at point him and his wife would walk the property parking lot past our car staring at our room. The staff made our stay extremely uncomfortable for no reason we did nothing wrong, we followed the rules!! But was profiled from the time we checked in to the time we checked out

Clean room. Constant drug traffic all night, partying, screaming, drugs in parking lot and selling out of other rooms.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was. I liked that I could see my car from my room. The parking lot is very well lit so I felt safe. It's was a very quiet area while I stayed even with it being Memorial Day Weekend.

The air conditioning took a while to cool off the room and the water pressure wasn’t the best but the room was very clean and nicely updated.

Comfortable and plenty of room. Doors facing outside and not much insulation from noise. People were slamming their doors shut all the way until about 1 am. Difficult to sleep in that environment. Location was less than ideal.

It looked like it was around 5 yrs old and was very clean Not enough parking space. Hotel sit in a little corner had to park over by the office away from my room.

Clean and smelled so fresh. Simple and easy check in. Didn't require a deposit or anything. I needed that after the first hotel took scammed me. It just needs a pool in my opinion.

The staff….only the receptionist lady who checks you in was kinda nice. The taller man with the glasses is veryyyy rude. I asked did he work there the second night of my stay and he totally ignored me, but soon as I parked in their “verbally reserved” (no posted signage) parking spaces, now he know great English and can tell me to move my vehicle. Shame.

I saw a baby roach in the tub on my last day, which wasn’t expected since it’s a new property. Overall it was clean though The staff….only the receptionist lady who checks you in was kinda nice. It felt safe and it was clean and the property was kept up really well It smelled a bit like pee in our room 222 our room the previous night in 221 smelt clean and washed

The price was right the restroom was clean. Everything was great but But what I didn't like was that the door to the room did not lock so I had to use the manual lock. I felt scared at night and felt like my stuff was going to get broken into when I would leave. They need better maintenance

Bed was comfortable and pillows were full-not flat! Water pressure and temperature was good. Staff was friendly and helpful; honored my requests without delay. Found dead maggots in the bed when turning sheet/blanket down for the night, quite the mystery how or why they were there! Used washcloth to brush into trash, then slept in other bed. Reported to front desk next morning. Second night, all was clean and fresh. Vending machine could offer more variety.

The only thing I didn't like was there there were only 2 bath towels in a double bed room.

Please provide a non slip for the shower - the bathroom is very clean but the tub is slippery and i felt like I was going to slip and fall. The towels are the softest ive ever had in a hotel amd the bed is super comfortable - i slept like a baby!!

Friendly staff welcomed me and my pet. Hotel area was fenced in and clean. Ample space to walk my dog on grass. Room was clean and comfortable. Coffee in the lobby. Overall a good place for people traveling with pets.

This was a horrible experience, from individuals sinking weed in common areas. Multiple power outages, no air , lights in the room not working, roach in the bathroom and once microwave was moved old food on the counter. Please avoid this hotel!

Well kept,clean, and economical hotel.

Quiet. Clean. Safe. Did see a couple of roaches. I killed them and did an internal spray. Not sure that it was the hotel as it was really clean. I will try it again the next time I'm on town but if see any then it will be the last time. That would be a shame as it's a nice place.

Excellent hotel for the budget traveler. Likely the best red roof I have stayed at. Property is well maintained and room is roomy and well appointed (ex coffee machine). Deserves a very high rating!

T.V. DID NOT WORK

We checked out of our hotel room this morning and came back as soon as we realized we left behind our medication in the fridge at the hotel. When we went into the front office, the attendant which happens to be the owner was extremely rude to us. Telling us he threw the insulin in the dumpster outside. The medication was clearly marked in the pharmacy bottles and should be known how expensive it is to replace. My husband had to get inside the dumpster to retrieve the meds, all the while the attendant told him he would call the police on him. We understand we left the medication behind and it was our fault but out of courtesy they could have held onto it for an hour or two to see if we would come back for it. Very unprofessional behavior, an apology would have been sufficient but the demeanor and rude attitude was uncalled for. We won’t be back.

Very clean rooms. I stayed here about 6 nights. Had extended my stay once and then left and came back for a 6th night. Both rooms were very clean. Only complaint was TV didn’t work in the second room when I came back for the night but that was ok.

The property it’s well maintained and it’s affordable. I had to come and take care of some personal business and needed somewhere to stay that I could afford and yet clean. I really don’t have any complaints.

This was my second time staying here. My room was spacious and clean, check-in was easy. The bathtub was great with nice, hot water. The parking lot was really crowded, but I guess that just means they are popular -- and for good reason. My mattress wasn't very comfortable and felt a little cheap, unfortunately, but everything else was good.

Horrible hotel. I have no clue how they have a positive rating. The room was filthy. There was a condom wrapper under the bed. Old food in the fridge and the ac leaked water on the floor. The managers solution was to give us extra towels. Avoid at all costs. Even for a cheap hotel it was a poor experience

This is a great hotel, especially when traveling with pets! It's very clean, has a nice fridge and microwave, good size rooms and even has soap and shampoo dispensers. I liked it so much I stayed here again on the way back. If you're looking for an inexpensive hotel in a safe neighborhood, I highly recommend it! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Tomball.

Do not expect alot but the price was great. I went because it was near my daughter's apartment. It was sparse (which is good w/me) but everything was clean and bed very comfortable. Property o.k. . I didn't feel unsafe, but didn't feel super safe. It was quiet at night . There was a couple of people smoking what I don't know but not cigarette smell. (Brightside better to smoke outside than inside) . Check in and out was no problem.

The room 201 was nice, but the road noise from the highway was too loud and I was not able to sleep at night. We had to leave a day early because was not able to take another night of not being able to sleep.

the front desk staff was rude and demanding. they called me at 1:15p demanding that i come and check in early so they could charge me (check in isn’t until 3). i arrived at the motel and there was food trash all over the parking lot. the vending and ice machines did not function properly. just felt like a very low class motel.

One of them had someone else's hair on it and the other had mascara marks on it. Unfortunately only realized this after I had tried to use said towels. Luckily I had one of my own to use and since it was late I was too tired to talk to the property about it, but definitely disappointing for nearly $80.

The place is clean and seems to be well kept. We had to check in late as we got a flat tire on the highway and had to change it while traveling. We got in at 3am and the front desk treated us terrible for being late even after we call and let them know then wanted to charge me after I already paid on hotels.com. The physical place is good but staff needs work!

It was a very nice room. Very nice view of parking lot. My room was on lower level. I stayed 7 days. The only problem was it had roaches. And those bugs that roll-up into little black balls. And there was a large gap under door and down the side of door. It needed door strips and guards to prevent bugs from crawling neath doors.

Booked the hotel for one night and no one was there for check in and they had no power. Why would they list that they had availability when they weren’t even open?

Everything was great in and around the property. The only thing i did not enjoy was climbing stairs. I use a cane/walker and it was very difficult. Other than that it was a great stay

They canceled my reservation and I still have not been returned the money. The man at the front desk was extremely rude. I wasn’t even allowed to wait to see if they would have a room available. While I was in there another guy was in there saying that they kept changing his rate and charging extra for the extra person in his room.

It was excellent, wonderful stay. There was a hurricane Beryl during out stay. Lights was out for almost the last two days that we were there. They went up and beyond to make our stay safe. They provided us a flashlight and also gave us a ride to my mom house. I am beyond grateful and my family. Thank you so very much!

Hotel is reasonably priced, comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly. Some good food options close by

The rooms and beds were actually quite comfortable and roomy. Very well kept and managed. Great value for our stay!

The room was very quiet.

Staff acted friendly when checking in but bad afterwords. They don’t serve breakfast nor have coffee in the rooms.

Easy check-in. Minimal lobby and seating but ten of us managed to meet up and enjoy several hours together in a sort of reunion prior to attending a wedding.

The room and location were excellent. The only problem we had was the people hanging outside the rooms smoking weed.

It’s a very nice red roof. It’s worth staying at the paying a little extra for the security of the nice red roof instead of like some of them that are in kinda bad areas.
