    Stayed here 2 years ago and it was great. But our recent trip was awful. No amenities. The first time we stayed there was breakfast and general hotel amenities like shampoos and soap. This trip no breakfast, no toiletries, and had to ask for toilet paper. The first night of our stay we didn't sleep much due to excessively noisy air conditioner unit and refrigerator and an unidentified source of other noise. Very noisy. Impossible to sleep. They moved us to a different room thankfully. Our second room had the smoke alarm go off at 4:30 - 5 AM Saturday while we slept. We thought the hotel was on fire. But no, it was only going off in our room and there was no smoke or anything. The person at the service desk was oblivious though the sound carried all the way up front and had to have woken up everyone in rooms near us. The clerk didn't care, so I had to pull and deactivate the alarm in our room. Not hard but it seems like something staff should be concerned about and would want to investigate in their own interest. There was no offer to accommodate our inconvenience at being woken up for more poorly maintained equipment in the hotel. Both rooms were infested with little flies, possibly fleas. It was gross. We only needed somewhere to sleep a few hours for 3 nights and we couldn't get that 2 of the 3 nights. No customer service. No toiletries. No way to sleep through the night. No reason to stay here ever again.

    We had 2 rooms and one room the TV didn't work very well. Only got 5 channels. Washer was broken. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

    Stayed from Sunday June 8 until Thursday June 12 and never had maid service a single time. Strikes me that you folks should have closed the facility while all the upgrades are being done. Green pool is pretty much a metaphor for the entire presentation. Maid service, amenities, noise level -- -- I felt as though this facility was a 21st century ghetto. Note: The people I dealt with were fine but I'm not sure if workers were really engaged.

    When I walked in it smelled so bad of cat or dog pee I through up and had a hard time breathing and they only other room didn't have a tv and was a single bed so I would like a refund for my very very unpleasant stay.

    The actual room was great. I have medical issues and was in Houston for medical treatment.- this hotel was a bad choice! NO Elevator! NO morning coffee in the lobby! NO breakfast! If I had known all this when I was choosing a place to stay, i would have stayed somewhere else.. this was a ripoff! Do I blame Baymont or Booking.com???

    Nothing this property needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. This hotel is a cat fish not what the picture shows. The pool was the nastiest It was black with trash floating around in it. Also the black guy sitting at the gate is scary.

    The building was in an unsafe area and and the hotel was on renovation and they didn’t have a room for us even though they accepted our booking. The pool was black when we arrived. You didn’t even say that the hotel was on the renovation and it was limited space. We were very disappointed that we booked the booking.com and we wasn’t given all the full information.

    The room size was ok There are a few things that I did not like about this hotel and I would not recommend: -When I booked, it said that breakfast was offered, and it was the main thing when I considered to booked this hotel, because it had other hotels in the area with similar price but did not offer breakfast. So I only picked this one because of that, but they are only offering breakfast during the weekends. -The pool was closed, the water was green and discusting. In the pictures when I booked the pool looked amazing, but actually looks like trash. -The shower towels that some yellow stains and also I could see some hair in them. -The gym was in a very bad shape with absolutely zero maintenance in the equipment, both treadmills were broken and the pulley system was not locking in place, making it dangerous. -Also, the toilet bowl had the trigger system not working properly, we had to open the lid and connect the chains back again a few times because it was loose. -I asked for an extra bed sheets, blanket, and pillow for me to use in the sofa bed my room had, and the reception left these items in the floor while waiting for me to come down stairs to pick it up. -Lastly, no elevator.

    Upon check in for a seven night stay, I asked the front desk clerk if he needed the paperwork for our service animals, and he said, "dont worry about it." When our stay was up, I went down to extend the stay for a couple of nights and was denied because they said we did not inform them of the animals, although I did. There is no legal obligation to inform them for service animals, and they can not legally deny a stay because of service animals. But they did. I was on the phone with booking.com for about an hour as they tried to resolve the issue but were unsuccessful. Booking.com did refund my payment for the extension of a nonrefundable booking, so kudos to them. By the end of the phone call, the hotel had called armed security to remove me from the premises, and i had not yet begun to pack our things as I had been dealing with the situation. The security company was understanding and gave me an hour to vacate. Under the threat of arrest I was unable to gather all of our belongings and had to leave a significant amount of property behind for which the hotel charged an additional $50 excessive cleaning fee, that I did not authorize, as well as kept the original $50 deposit. Without a vehicle and out $100 plus the cost of the extension as I had to wait a week for the refund, I was out in the rain with a full luggage cart and two service animals and no funds to rebook somewhere else. The hotel's actions were highly illegal per the Americans with Disabilities Act, if anyone can recommend an attorney for this type of situation it would be greatly appreciated.

    We had a peaceful stay for a night. Beds was nice. Needed bed sheets for sofa bed. Requested front desk and revived quickly. Peaceful night sleep and breakfast was nice and satisfying. Only suggestion is there was no chair in the room that goes with the work table.

They acted quickly and made the transition to the other room Easy. Will see them again in a few months and hopefully their renovations will be completed.

We requested a room change, but nothing was available. I think they should state in their description that the place is unavailable to visitors until the renovations are complete.     The bad: The clerk originally gave me the room across from 209 (I think it was 211, but my key card didn't work and the door knob came loose when I tried turning it.) The desk was missing a chair. Elevator was not working when I stayed, and I had to walk up two flights of stairs to get to my room. Someone had dumped french fries on the stairs, and they were still there when I checked out the next morning. The toilet drained verrrry slowly whenever I flushed it. Gave me anxiety every time, making me think it was about to clog up and overflow. The water in the bathroom sink and tub came out rust colored when I first opened the tap. I had to let it run for a bit before it finally became clear. The safety bar in the shower came loose in the wall with rusted screws. I discovered this as I tried to grab it for balance while showering. Very dangerous.

    Their card machine wasn’t even working well. The receptionist made me go to the ATM twice only to come back and still had to swipe my card and it also walked. The room was dirty and o had to ask for stuff. There was too much noise because they’re renovating.

The room was not decorated well. The furniture looked like they found it on the street. The bathroom was not clean. There were cracks on the wall and dingy looking. House keeping didn’t come to retrieve used towels. We had to bring them to the front desk and asked for more. We had some random girl this morning knocking on our door and trying to get in our room. She was drunk and didn’t know where she was. I expected better for the price we paid. Overall it was poor and I would not recommend this place to anybody.

    My truck was broken into while it was parked right at the front door! No security at all, homeless people all over the property. I sent an email to customer service and didn't even get a response. Spend a few extra dollars to stay somewhere else, it's well worth it!!!!!!!

    My truck was broken into while it was parked right at the front door! No security at all, homeless people all over the property. I sent an email to customer service and didn't even get a response. Spend a few extra dollars to stay somewhere else, it's well worth it!!!!!!!

    I liked that the rooms were a little larger with a Sofa bed couch. We had to ask to get any extra blankets or anything for the sofa bed.     They did not give us a room next to an emergency door and all the noise was loud with the doors slamming every time they came and went. And the door at the entrance to the room had light passing around the door and the sound. And the interior of the room looked like an abandoned room. I will not recommend this hotel.

    Everything was ok with the exception of trying to cancel/ close a day earlier. Talked to front desk manager about leaving a day earlier and seeing if I could get the difference. Was told I couldn’t as I got a week deal. Which it’s odd as I got this through Expedia and Expedia gave me the price per day, did not give me any discount for a week and did not say anywhere that the price shown was for a week, it was showing per day. It is what it is, I took my loss but this was just weird.

    Very low water stream in washroom faucet. No soaps so i had to request. There was no waffle maker in the first morning, it was there second morning though. Housekeeping was good, I asked for extra pillow and sheet to use over sofa bed.

    1. The free breakfast is false, they tell you that it will be available from 6:00am to 9:00pm. And if you wanted to have breakfast in this place, it would be a lottery to expose yourself or your companions to any illness because it is quite dirty and so that you have an idea where breakfast is served, it is the same reception and in a space less than 10 X 10. 2. The room I booked was for 4 people, and the truth is I exposed my children a lot since this room had a strong cigarette smell. I worked for a tobacco company and that smell is unmistakable and unpleasant to me. 3. The beds are suras with 2 pillows each, extremely thin and with a bad smell and during the night you are invaded by an unparalleled itch. 4. As icing on the cake, the noise in the room is extreme since it is facing the highway and it does not have noise insulators. If you want a sleepless night this is the right place. 5. I booked for two nights and the next day I contacted Expedia and the hotel and they charged me in full despite all of the above. Without thinking I only stayed for one night and at dawn I almost ran out to a hotel with better conditions. 6. My minor son came out sick with a major skin allergy and respiratory problems. In truth, this hotel is an attack on health. Think twice before using it.

    There was a $50 deposit which was not noted anywhere during reservation. The bed sheets had black lint heads or tiny fuzz balls. And they kind of smelled (very faintly) weird. Bathroom sink had no hot water and there were no soap. Had to get a couple of bar soaps from the reception. Rooms were clean but there were many small maintenance issues. Overall its what you pay for. Breakfast was ok but coffee was horrible. Will not stay here again.

    I did not like their rooms. They were dirty. They did not have any body wash in the bathroom. Our toilet bowl moved around when we tried to sit down. That dirty carpet that they have in the rooms needs to go. Go with hard woodfloors. The walls was not clean. Looks like someone put makeup all over the bathroom light fixtures. The curtains was really nasty and had holes in them. The room smells so bad. There was only one big drying towel. Our room was dirty when we walked in. My mom was too shame to ask for another one. The guest above us was rude. Walking hard all night above us. I even tried to call the front desk. No answer. Really. The only thing was good at this place was the customer service and how clean the inside and the outside was. That will be the only thing i give 5⭐️ for. When i go and stay at any hotel. We always bring our own towels, soap and azz paper. Sad. But we do. Next time we will just go to a hotel that has room service, restaurants, and bars inside. I also have pictures if you need to see for yourself. I won't be back. I won't ever tell anyone about this place. We did feel safe over there. There are a lot of homeless people around that area. Dallas doesn't allow that at all. They have a place for people like them. The best part is that they do have a lot of lights in the parking lot and on property. But I just feel better if they did a better job with their everyday rooms. If I am staying for a day, a week or a month. They need to do better.
