Definitely not worth the money. Building is old and needs renovation. The whole time we were there, our throats hurt from something in the room. The moment we left we were all better in a couple of hours. Air conditioning is bad, it's very humid in the rooms. TV is setup not in front of the couch or bed, rather to the side where you can't sit to comfortably watch it.

I liked the breakfast, they offer everything for breakfast. The parking was accessible and safe during my days at the hotel.

Rooms are very clean! Staff was excellent, especially in the food area. Breakfast was adequate. Parking was excellent thank you!

The firepit and grills were not working. These were the two reasons why i booked this hotel.

We came to Houston for a vacation, but unfortunately we couldn’t relax because of this hotel. The place smelled musty, some of the furniture was broken, and the bathroom was old and in poor condition. The air conditioner was extremely loud, making it very difficult for us to sleep

Great location, friendly, good meals, social night Monday to Wednesday a welcome bonus. Gym is very minimal and not air conditioned, but at least there is one.

The room

Was had a bad smell and the room the couch covers was off the floor very nasty. They didn’t come clean the room are even give us clean towels the 2 days there.

As soon as my kids and I walked in. We were comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious and breakfast was pleasantly well giving us a variety to choose from. I will be definitely be staying here again and I would recommend this to a friend or family member. The only downfall is that the bed was a bit to firm for me but that's my opinion. I like a cloudy fluffy feeling when I fall asleep. Overall, it was comfortable!

The elevator did not work the entire weekend. My first room smelled horrible and there was mold on the ceiling. The second room was much better. Still minor beauty issues (scratches on furniture, pictures falling from frames). Main selling point was the fridge and microwave which I needed. The staff was friendly. The parking lot was well lit, and not a lot of foot traffic. The stay was pleasant but I would not stay at that property again.

The pool had a sign on it that said “closed until further notice” front desk said “oh, no worries you can use it”. When we went out to investigate, the pool had rust on the bottom and it smelt like sewage. To top it off in the middle of the night at 5:35 each morning our fire alarm in our room went off. Front desk said they weren’t sure why and couldn’t do anything about it. Not impressed and very disappointed with overall amenities and service

I really enjoyed my stay at Staybridge Suites Houston. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus. Wi-Fi could be a bit faster, but overall it felt comfortable and homelike. I’d happily stay here again!

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because they have a swimming pool; however, the pool was not available because the city shut it down for whatever reason. The air quality inside the room was damp or moldy. I'm not sure what the problem was, but it didn't smell right. On the positive side, their breakfast and happy hour in the evening are great. The staff are friendly. I was going to leave a 1-star review; however, the lady at the front desk is super nice. That's why they get 3 stars.

The property was beautiful and weel kept and the staff were amazing. The best hotel i ever stay at.

The facility (outside of the room) was run down. Grass was a foot high, chairs outside worn, stained , ripped. Pool was close with a sign dated April 30 (2 months!)

Aged hotel

Facility was very clean. The reception friendly and helpful. Happy hour social actually had a full dinner and was pleasantly surprised Karbach one of the beer selections. The breakfast had a large variety of options as well. Curtains were able to fully block out the light and the refrigerator had a working ice machine.

I like to comeback my nexy time to go to Houston, I really like to stay in this hotel.

We usually stay at staybridge for our baseball tournaments. It’s our go to hotel and we never have any issues. Only this time my daughter was getting something from the side of the bed and she found food trash tucked away behind the bed and wall. It’s usually fairly clean in the rooms so this was a surprise. But other than that our stay was ok.

After 3 hours waiting to check in due to rooms not ready when checking was at 3pm didn’t get my room after 3 hours due to a 12 hr drive. No accommodations or a simple I’m sorry. I will never stay there again.

This is my favorite hotel in the world! So quiet with incredibly nice and helpful staff. Breakfast is on point. Room has kitchenette and an incredible shower!

During my stay at your hotel, I noticed several cleanliness issues. The room was not cleaned well, as I found someone else's hair in the shower area. The floors were not properly cleaned, and the detergent used on the bed linens caused a skin reaction.

We are elderly we were given a room on the third floor with a large group of children who were runny up and down the hall slamming doors till midnight

The front desk was very rude and also they were not helpful. I had to get a refund and stay at a different hotel.

The elevators were broken, so I had climb 3 flights, the hallways were so hot and the AC didn’t work in the halls but my room the blasting at 62 degrees. The curtains were ripped in both rooms and the tiles in the bathroom were cracked and wobbly. The parking lot lights were like the sun shining in my room and it lit up my bedroom, and the torn curtains obviously weren’t helpful. The breakfast was very underwhelming. I guess the hot items were hot and the cold items were cold so that was the most positive comment I can make about it. I would not recommended it, and would have preferred to stay else where. I wish I could tell How old a building was so I could have spared myself the misery.

Well.. to start off, I always pay cash at check in. Couldn’t do that. Went to eat our pizza but the pool, hot tub was ice cold. Some others that were out there that had stayed a couple nights said they had to complain about how nasty the pool was, and they did “clean” it by shocking it. While eating pizza, roaches on the ground. Real lovely. Then went to the front desk about an hour after checking in to get an extra blanket for the pull out couch, there were none. So we went to ask for some sheets to utilize, and we got one. ONE SHEET. so to keep our children warm we had to take the top bedsheet off and we were left with one blanket, and a bottom sheet. This morning while getting ready to leave, a roach comes across the floor. Nothing like the feeling of watching a roach crawl across the floor after you just slept somewhere. Will not be staying here again.

The elevator was out, so I had to use the stairs. My room was on the 3rd floor 😳 I’m one to over pack always. So that was an adventure. They did change my room the next day. So moving things was another adventure!

The hotel was good for the price. There was free breakfast and it included meat and fruit. And then on Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday there was free dinner too. The elevator wasn’t working but the main thing was the ants in the room. Other than that, our stay was pretty good and the staff was nice.

Elevator down.phone system down which meant I had walk to the desk for everything. Disposal did not work. The overall facility needs a makeover. Furniture and carpet badly stained and needs to be replaced. Worst Staybridge I ever stayed in and Staybridge is my go too hotel when I travel with family.

Excellent place to stay

We loved our 3-night stay at the Staybridge. We booked the 2 BR suite and enjoyed having our own room with a bathroom, as well as a kitchen, should we want to cook. We were situated about halfway between I-10 and Cypress, where we could visit our friend and also convenient to shopping and dining and the outer loop, which we used to go to Galveston. I’ve stayed with Staybridge before and this time did not disappoint. I will definitely be staying there the next time I’m in Houston.

Staff are chill, pool and hot tub are nice and not crowded. Breakfast bever had bacon only sausage 😥 but it was ok. Walmart 2 miles down the road. Perfect location. Very clean place. Would stay again.

The room is big with kitchen and living room area . I like the setting. It’s safe . The food during breakfast is delicious and the breakfast area is spacious. It feels like I’m at home . I highly recommend Staybridge hotel to my friends and relatives. Next time I am very happy to stay again in this hotel

The couch in the room had a lot of wear and tear, that was the only thing- other than that everything was nice. We only stood one night so it was not a big deal

Enjoyed every aspect of this property. The room was clean and filled with amenities; from pots and pans to my favorite soap brand DOVE. Everyone was able to sleep comfortably with plenty of space to maneuver. Also, appreciated morning breakfast being available even on the holiday as well as being able to access the fitness and laundry areas 24 hours.

Lastly, the pool was very dirty, and you can imagine my surprise when I went to use the ladies room outside and it was filled with tables and chairs. I was very surprised by all of this. We have never had an issue at any of the chains before. The only positive experience about the entire weekend was how kind and helpful the front desk was. The ladies were so sweet and understanding and tried hard to make our stay better.

The reason I gave a 4 star was because the door that you would take to get inside from the pool didn’t open with the room card.

I loved staying in this hotel super friendly staff so happy with my stay. I loved the fact that they cleaned my room and took the trash everyday housekeeping was absolutely on point. The only down part was dogs I am not a fan of dogs in a hotel

The room was very clean with the exception that every vent was rusted and chipped off paint. Room service did a really great job with cleaning the room. There was scuff marks on all the furniture and walls inside the room. Other than that it was fine . Breakfast was the best part for the hotel.

We picked this Hotel because we have a toddler and it has a kitchen inside, so we loved that. Also we used to live around the area, so we love how everything is close by. But we didn’t like the smell inside the room and how hard and uncomfortable the bed is. Staff was very friendly we loved that.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. The easy chair was very stained and worn! The ottoman had large tears. The bar stools were ripped and faded! The only outlet in one of the bedrooms was under the nightstand and only one socket worked, which means I had to crawl under the nightstand to unplug the lamp so I could charge my phone because there weren’t any charging ports. Major need of updating!

This was our first time staying at Staybridge. It was nice & spacious. Right off the highway. Friendly staff. My only complaint would be the loud noises coming from the people sitting outside by the fire pit.

The stay was great! Very comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the morning was good too. Will definitely stay again when I return to Houston.

Loved this stay, staff was super friendly was even able to check in earlier due to our game having a rain delay. Forgot our shampoo and conditioner and they had some already in the room. Beds were super comfy and also enjoyed the late breakfast option! 10/10

Cons: No restaurants or shops nearby. The carpet on corridor needs some cleaning.

The only good thing here was the location. The hotel is in deterirating condition. The room smelled so bad, the room was partially clean, the buttons on the elevator did not work,the whole property just felt disgusting.

We checked in and didn't have lightbulbs in the lamps. It smelled like pee in the hallways. Then to top it off someone stole my laundry out the dryer in the laudry room.

The over night staff was amazing and the housekeepers were great.

I was very impressed and pleased with my experience at this hotel! Gigi our check in receptionist was AMAZING from arrival to end. She was so informative, helpful and VERY friendly. Felt like I already knew her! I stayed here for 👑🐝 concert and will most definitely stay her again!!! My family and I loved the suite we had. So pretty and super spacious!! The property itself was really clean, inside and out. And the bed was so soft! Also saw security outside watching the cars in the parking lot which was another added plus because I definitely felt safe coming back late from the show. Didn't get a chance to try the complimentary breakfast because again that bed was awesome, but I assume it was good considering how many people where there when we were checking out. Thanks again, Gigi!!! You made that experience perfect for my family! My daughter had a great Bday weekend!!!

Nice property. Had exactly what we wanted for a family weekend getaway.

The rooms are nice and spacious and have equipped kitchens to do small meals if you don't feel like going out. Breakfasts and some dinners during the week make it nice if you don't feel like cooking or going out.

There was a guy outside our room window using drugs. The first room had a bad smell and food left in fridge. Lights went out and were out for awhile. Worst experience ever.

The front desk attendant was very nice, helpful and respectful. The hotel overall was okay but can use some serious updates. The curtains in my room were shredded, the sofa was tattered, the toilet seat was worn & the cleanliness of the shower was questionable. I requested a room change but there was a damp smell so I opted to remain in the original room. The lighting would randomly go out. Also, when cleaning the breakfast bar, the cleaning spray was sprayed directly on the surface as opposed to the cloth, possibly contaminating the food with chemicals. It seems as if management could care less about the upkeep of this property, which is a shame because it has potential to be nice.

Hotel overbooked during a baseball event so we didn¿t get to stay here. We were moved.

The manger was amazing and the three ladies that worked ( front desk at night , front desk in the morning). Housekeeping was amazing. The Chef was amazing. Robert also was fantastic, knowledgeable, and very patient. As well professional when checking in. I’m very satisfied. And happy .

The hotel beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful, but the hotel is in need of a makeover, the hotel looks and feels old, the carpet appears old.

You all just need to upgrade to some comfortable mattress.

Was good location for our event. Easy checkin. Nice lounging area in and outside. Enjoyed breakfast. Room suite was big and clean. Opportunity to clear out outside trash cans more frequently. Overflowed the 3 days there. Gym had no towels, water and could not adjust temperature. No TVs worked. Pool was not the bluest. Overall was good property with some easy fix opportunities.

Was clean, staff was very friendly and the cost was good. There was a supper buffet on Wednesday night which was pretty good as well. Location was perfect due to only being a 9 min walk from our office!!

The pool was VERY disgusting and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in over a week which made my kids very unhappy. The room needed some touch-up paint on the walls and the restroom as well. Besides that the space of the room was great, nice & quiet.

I HAD PREVIOUS STAYED AT THIS LOCATION BEFORE. I BRAGGED ABOUT IT TO MY FAMILY SO WHEN IT WAS TIME FOR US TO COME BACK, WE STAYED HERE. ONLY TO COME IN AND 1/2 OF OUR CONFIMRED RESERVATIONS HAD BEEN JUST LOST, LEAVING US TO SCRAMBLE TO FIND ACCOMODATIONS. FRONT DESK WAS RUDE AND UNEMPATHIC. THE ROOM THAT WAS GIVING HAD WET CARPET AND A HUGE INDUSTRIAL FAN TRYING TO DRY THE CARPET. NO MANAGER WAS ON SITE NOR NEVER CONTACTED ME AFTER I ASKED SEVERAL TIMES FOR THEM TO DO SO. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Hallways smell like dog pee, I asked for a room in a quiet area and I was on the first floor right next to an exit which the smokers use and the door would slam constantly, people don’t know how to be quiet and people don’t know how to respect other guests and let their room door slam

It was not clean enough. I move 2 X, 1st time because the bulb was out and there was no anyone to change it, they overlooked the cracked toilet seat. 2nd X a lady across the hall screaming profanity, the 3rd X it was not clean enough, I said forget it.

This is an issue that I have with most hotels. I prefer to have a getting ready counter and mirror on the outside of the bathroom. Also, more bathroom counter space.

Breakfast ended at 9:30 and when my family arrived at 9am, they were out of silverware, bowls, and were not restocking any food. The eggs were stuck to and dried on the pan, milk was bad, and the selection was poor.

there were several shady characters that were in the Lobby in the morning but the hotel really couldn't do anything about that ...one man was passed out on the and another was clearly on drugs but that wasn't the hotels fault.
