The hotel was clean and very nice. Breakfast was pretty lackluster, but other than that, it was great!

While since the hotel was clean and well taken care of but the staff was not helpful or very friendly. The first staff member to smile at us was when we were checking out. Not one said hell when we walked in the door or good evening. They were to busy on the phone or computer. The worst part of the stay was when I picked up a towel that had fallen on the floor and a 2 inch cockroach came scurrying out from under the towel. The towel was only on the floor for a few minutes, which made me wounder if it had been in the towel before I dropped it. No hot foods at breakfast, when I came down the first day a few slices of sausage, some cheese lots of bagels no hard boiled eggs or and cold cereal , and oatmeal packets. We went out for breakfast the rest of the time. There was apples and oranges, but didn't look good and no really fresh fruit like you would see on a real continental breakfast. While the bed was very comfortable it would not be enough to get me to stay again.

absolutely amazing staff. All the front desk WOMEN were amazing. Alma the house keeper was literally incredible. I really hopw they give her a raise like seriously. She made my stay 1000000 times better. Everybody was very accomodating. I hope they get paid them good.

Hotel is very nice the breakfast they had before the sold it it was La Quinta breakfast was awesome my company all the guys stayed there once breakfast changed they all switched to another hotel for that reason. Last time I got a beagle it was soo hard I just threw it away breakfast is horrible sorry to say..

Facility was updated and cute The gym and breakfast were terrible,. One treadmill did not work at all and the other one malfunction the entire time I used it. The weights were old and dingy. As for breakfast, don’t expect a real full breakfast. All they have are bagels, a little bit of fruit and cereal.

You get what you pay for at this hotel. Beds creaked very loudly, AC was also loud, and rooms/halls smelled musty.

The breakfast was not good nothing hot but coffee muffins cereal apple and orange and yogurt and bagels no meats the orange was watered down.

Bed were comfortable and nathtoom was clean. Beyond that, there is no coffee in the room, there was no coffee at breakfast, only a metal chair to sit in in the room, only a continental breakfast, paid for late check-out but got locked out of my room at regular time. Illstay across the street for the same price next time.

Coffee was some of the best I’ve had.. housekeeping was very kind and cleaned bathroom and fresh towels without asking. I traveled alone and as a single,e female I felt very safe at this facility. The breakfast bar could offer a few more items, but it’s not that important to me.

Freshly renovated hotel and rooms Long distance to downtown. We had some issues connecting to the WiFi.

There was no front desk staff from 2am to 6am to help me with a very loud neighboring guest. So there was no sleep for me and my wife the 2nd night.

It was way better than the 3 night stay I had in downtown Dallas. Believe me, this one night with you all made up for all the worst with my last hotel. It was the crowne plaza but seriously, you guys were fantastic

Easy access nice rooms

This hotel is a refurbished LaQuinta now sporting a new brand. Everything has been renovated, and the facility is quite nice. The rooms are comforable and clean. The only miss for me was the complimentary breakfast, which was basically only muffins, bagels, yogurt, orange juice and nearly undrinkable coffee (it was very watered down). The lack of food options was disappointing, otherwise our overnight stay was pleasant.

The bed Bagel breakfast, unfriendly staff, unhelpful staff, lack of in room facilities, coffee Point not refilled and maintained.

Stayed for two nights. Booked for convenience if location and breakfast so we didn't have to go somewhere else. Thai is an obviously remodeled hotel bought by Hilton. They did an ok job on the remodel but the rooms are soooo tiny no where to sit and the continental breakfast consists of cellophane wrapped muffins stale bagels and yogurt. If you wanted cereal you could buy it from their "store". Not a very good stay

It was a heavy door but I made sure that I did it just let it slam.

Easy fast check in. Beds really comfortable. No coffee pot or microwave in room. Room had a musty smell in bathroom. Dipshit cleaning staff knocking on the door at 8am to clean room. A/c made really loud humming noise when it kicked on.

I wish the third floor was not under construction because I always like the top floor floor rooms with nice views.-THE HOTEL HAD ELEVEATOR WITH CARD BOARD ON WALLS BECAUSE OF CONSTRUCTION--I REQUESTED A ROOM WITH A VIEW--I got the Center room looking out the front PITCH ROOF TILE ROOF of the Lobby Valet front driveway-- "I called it THE VOLCANO OF "TEJAS"--Tejas in Spanish is RED TILE FOR SPANISH COLONIAL ROOFS--AND TEXAS --SOME PEOPLE SPELL IT TEJAS--LOL! - I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN AND HOPEFULLY I get a betetr room in the third floor to see the city lights at night and the day scenery.

They were remodeling. It seemed like it was closed due to remodeling. I felt that the company should send guest a message prior to booking to inform them of the remodeling & name change.

Location is completely under construction, which was not mentioned ahead of time before booking. Rooms look terrible and are not fit for visits. The room was dirty, we found dog food and rat feces left behind. The hotel offered no amenities, didn't even have a swimming pool. My family was so disappointed and disgusted thay we only stayed for 10 minutes and then left and checkout early. It was a waste of time and money. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. A disclaimer about the conditions should have been made available. I feel as I was scammed.

The hotel was undergoing renovations so it was less than desirable but the staff member at the front desk that helped me out when I checked out in the morning more than made up for it. He was very courteous, helpful and went beyond my expectations. I live in Houston so I only went to this location because of the need due to the power outage but if I ever need a place to stay in town I’ll be going back just because of his service.

I ended up staying at the hotel lobby doing some work. A front guy kindly helped me to print out my paper here. Since I needed to kill some time before I head to a next place, I appreciated the hotel letting me work in the lobby area after I checked out.

Late night check in wasn’t friendly. It’s under. Renovation but our room was immaculate and bathroom like new. Next morning I realized that night clerk charged me again for the room even though I paid through Travelocity. Manager reversed charges. Breakfast the basic items.

Very rude check in person. So unusual in Texas. Everything else was satisfactory. Nothing exciting, just satisfactory. We chose the hotel because of the access to the Beltway and it was easy to find and plenty of parking. We did not try breakfast.

Everyone did their job. Place was clean. Water hot. Heater worked during freezing weather. Bed comfortable. Breakfast hot and on time.

This is a quiet, comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly and the room and common areas were very clean. The shower had great pressure and the beds/bedding were very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, though not fantastic. Overall, great bang for the buck and I would stay here again.

The room was immaculate and the hotel was in great shape. The breakfast was not as advertised and they stopped stocking it more than 30 minutes before closing.

Had only one issue, received a phone around 1:00 am I thought was from the from desk, reported. Front desk was very nice, apologized and would check into it I would stay here again.

We love this hotel because it’s a mile off the freeway and thus very quiet. We arrived at noon and we’re able to check into our suite! Excellent service.

This property was very nice. I used to think La Quinta properties were below average and low-budget looking like the Budget Suites, but this property definitely made me rethink it. I Rea liked staying there and plan to book more stays there in the future.

This La Quinta was an Excellent stay! Spacious lobby. Easy check-in. Gym, Pool, Business Center were nice. Breakfast served from 6A-9:30A consisted of belgium waffles maker, hot sausage and/or turkey links, patties, and bacon, boil eggs, oatmeal, muffins, bananas, apples, bagels, fresh orange juice, starbucks coffee machine. I book 2 rooms (206 & 201). Both were exceptionally clean, quiet, and spacious. We slept well. The area is safe, walkable, with big beautiful oak trees. Pet friendly but no noise at all. Staff were friendly and responsive. 5 Stars and will definitely be back.

The hotel itself is great. Clean, nice rooms, staff is friendly. The only issue we ran into was their pet policy. We stay at La Quintas bc of their acceptance to pets. However, this particular La Quinta charged us a $20 pet fee and has a pet policy of 2 pet, 25 lb limit! We have Huskies! This does not work for us. While the hotel is great they should not have a pet policy as they hold the La Quinta name.

Have stayed twice and overall hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Only thing on our second stay, a/c made too much noise. Very Pet Friendly Hotel. Will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean. Hotel was in a beautiful little spot backing up to a park. Quiet location without road noise. Great if you have pets and don't want to spend a fortune in extra fees.

The room was okay it had a little bit of weird smell to it personally. Also on the couch was a fingernail which was a little gross. The bedspread had a stain on it. But the staff was incredibly polite and friendly. Just personally probably won’t stay again.

The lobby was a huge roach!! I told the staff at the time and he seemed unbothered with trying to either spray or kill it. It made me sort of uncomfortable the entire trip.
