The hotel was amazing. Jackie and her staff were able to assist on everything that we needed. Will stay again when I make a trip to Houston.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was very clean and I had no issues with the water or ac. I didn't visit the pool so I can't comment on it. The breakfast is very limited: mainly bread and cereal. But it's free parking as well. I would stay here again.

The building alarm was pulled at 4:00am, was told by kids who were trying to steal candy. The gas station next door had gun shots so people were running into the hotel at the same time with the fire alarm. It was a little chaotic. I don’t know if it was location but there was a lot of smoking and people hanging out that didn’t seem to be staying at the hotel.

I picked the location it was close to where my work was at, and the airport, I going to write a letter to Corp. for my refund was not giving a receipt It was a poor place to stay. I’ve stayed here quite a few times. They just renovated all of the rooms. It’s quiet for the most part, but you can definitely hear the traffic. I really enjoy the free breakfast.

the room was in good condition, clean, neat and tidy, however I did not appreciate paying the full price upon check in, the website stated shutter services, there was no shutter services. the continental breakfast was good for me, i guess need to add vegetarian meets, or more fruit. Can add air freshers everyone, could smells different odors from the guest

They had repairs going on during the day and they had a baby crying in the room next to me.

The main problem was the Internet access. It rarely worked and when it did, it did not work well. Multiple channels would show up, but would not stay consistent. Reported the issue daily to staff, with mainly just excuses, and no change in the issues. Having a background in IT, it was more frustrating to get replies that made no technical sense. Surprising that Comfort Hotels would not have better standards for this issue.

The room is kind of smelly they can address that before renting it out everything else is okay

Consider keeping the indoor/outdoor cat- outdoors especially since it walks around the kitchen area throughout the day by the tables and eating areas. It also begs for food whenever you’re trying to get on the elevator or just sitting watching tv.

The location was desirable, and the staff provided excellent service. While the room was clean, an unpleasant odor was detected. The carpet exhibited a damp quality, and the pull-out mattress was stained due to rust from the bed frame. Furthermore, the elevator was non-operational for a significant portion of our three-day, two-night stay.

TV was not working for my 2 day stay. Could not watch TV, and hotel had a very dirty smell, and carpet was dirty.

The location had everything close. The back parking was a little scary. Not many cars and had a couple needing help. I helped them jump off their car but I felt like probably wasn’t the best idea. It could have went bad and no one around and back door doesn’t work

The hotel was dirty half of the wall sockets didn’t work four of the lights didn’t work. The bathroom was dirty. It was smelly. The carpets felt nasty. I will never go back to that hotel again.

The stay was good for the price. All the doors are not accessible except for the front door which if there is only parking in the back you have to walk all the way around. The breakfast had a good amount of options. Had a family and it was a good size room. I would stay again

The room and shower was dirty and smelled like weed. The smoke detector was covered with a bag with a receipt on it from May. There were no comforters for the bed. We were missing a drawer most of the plugs did not work.

Location was good and staff was friendly. Our toilet did not work . We called and two ladies came and said they fixed it. We were leaving to our event and did not check. When we got back at 1 am it was still not working. Super inconvenient. No discount was given for lack of use of toilet.

Convenient to the Greek Consulate. Requested an acccessable room and didn"t get one, water in the tub would not turn off, elevator made loude squeeling sound as the door opened and closed and banged up against the stop when it closed, Outside access from the pool area was out of order, AC maintenance was being performed and resulted in a bad smell at the end of the hall, breakfast was adeqauate but sparce, paint was pealing off the bottom of the bathroom door, hotel needs a fresh remodle.

The owners and the housekeepers and all the people working there are really good people

My stay was exceptionally comfortable and pleasant. The front desk functioned efficiently; all staff members, from morning to day to night personnel, exhibited remarkable friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism. Both check-in and check-out processes were remarkably smooth. We would certainly stay again.

Checked in late night. In morning noticed black mold on the curtains above the AC unit. Checking out I informed the desk agent who gave excuse they had plans for renovations in future. As if they wont address the issue until then.

Immediately upon arrival I saw a lady of the evening working in front of the hotel. I went into the hotel to be hit with the very heavy smell of skunk weed filling the lobby to find no front desk attendant! This property made me feel very unsafe therefore I refused to stay at that location! The possibility of being trafficked was very heavy on my mind! There should be a disclaimer when booking this property warning of the terrible neighborhood and dangerous conditions!

The carpet is old and neglected. I also saw a smashed bug on the wall that made fear bedbugs. I’m cleaning everything. This is close to a pink building that is an all-night club.

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was okay. Pool and hot tub were not heated. It was one of the reasons for the stay at this location close to the golf course. Disappointing. I would not select this location again.

To begin, on our arrival to the hotel it immediately smelt of cannabis/marijuana. Once we got our key card for our room, not even 15 minutes passed and we could hear the shouting and throwing of objects across the room in the room next to us. My son recorded a minute long video for evidence. For safety reasons, i decided it was not a secure loaction for my family. When i went down to to speak to the front desk associate he only called the room to tell them to keep it down, he didnt offer to give us a replacement room, or to send security to check on the room. On our request for the general managers information, we were denied several times until he said he would return on Monday at 10 am. After insisting several times again, he gave us only the GMs first name but no contact information. To say the least i was VERY unsatisfied and I have video proof of the shouting, where can i send this video to?

My stay was good the only problem I had was my son needed to use the bathroom and asked the guy that work nights did it have a bathroom his response was no I guess he thought my son was someone off the streets before he realized he was with me.

In the bathroom, the door was beaten and the mirror gone (I won't even wonder what happened there). The bathtub hadn't been upgraded (the hotel photos show new shower stalls) and I showered in tip toes trying not to touch around since there was black stains on the corner caulking (mold, dirt, who knows). The shower head was clogged. Toilet paper holder set too back from the toilet and some contorting was needed to reach it. Amenities where more than expected (included a shower cap, seldom offered by hotels nowadays). Check in and check out was quick and smooth. But, as it is, I would not stay again.

Hotel needs to be updated. I killed water bugs in my bathroom. Very drafty. Furniture looks like the 1970’s. The staff was great but I won’t stay there again.

Staff was mostly helpful when needed. Biggest complaint is how disgusting the room was. The carpet was filthy and needs to be changed to smooth floors. The shower never got hot and fluctuated from warm to cold. The room smelled of humid grime, pull out bed from the couch was stained and well worn. I hope this place gets major renovations, I wouldn't stay there again otherwise. Ive stayed in multiple CS hotels and theyre usually pretty decent, this is by far the worst.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Check in was sketchy as we were assigned a room being worked on, obvious mistake by the counter. Next room was okay, mattresses were well used, Sofa bed was badly rust stained.

The hotel would not honor the agreement Expedia arranged. We had to pay full price even though we had already paid half through Expedia. They said we needed to get a refund from you. That is $60.68

Me and a friend booked this hotel in Houston for Halloween weekend. Another friend that lives in Houston came and got ready with us and we headed off to a fun filled night in our costumes. When we got back, the security door latch had locked on its own and we couldn’t get back into our room. My friend’s keys were in the room so she couldn’t leave to get her son. We went to the front desk and the guy had such an attitude that the door locked on its own as if it was our fault. Then he said he’ll “compensate” us for the inconvenience by providing us with another room for the night. We literally had no other place to stay, so him giving us another room was not compensation. We were forced to just sleep in our costumes in another hotel room because maintenance wasn’t coming until late morning. I will never stay here again. Customer service was awful. On top on that, the place is completely ran down.

It is a shame to accept people in when they have no running water. We cannot use the bathroom, we cannot shower even brush your teeth. We didn't know until we found out .the room phone is not working and when i went down to ask, i was told it would like 30 minutes.we checked in late midnight it was too late to leave. They couldn't even supply water bottles. I have never seen this even in the countries at war.

2nd stay there. The rooms are really nice. I prefer the higher floor rooms to the one I stayed in this past time on ground floor handicapped room since upstairs was truly perfect and lower I could tell renovated but it was good too. Good price for the hotel. Safe with a walkable gas station next door just thru the gap in the hedge. I like the man because he is quick! He checks you in fast and just says sign here and gives the keys. Checkout I have a small complaint maybe I am just a grouch but I was in a hurry I want to just drop the keycard and barely slow down but the woman made me wait for some reason and gave me a lollipop lol which I think she may have misread my kindness cuz I really was in a hurry Monday morning and will probably just walk out and take the keycard and not say a word to avoid a slowdown next time. But whatever that’s just my constructive criticism and it was only a moment. The breakfast was best free hotel breakfast I’ve had in a very long time since pre covid. It’s a quiet hotel. The area is a microcosm of Houston in general. Some sketchy things mixed with high end luxury business. I felt my car was safe parking in front and the staff pretty much keeps an eye out that front door. In the back I just don’t know. Side probably has enough eyes on it to be safe tho.

The stay was fine, but I’ve stayed here multiple of times in the past and this time it felt more run down. We could hear our neighbors from across the hall and our mirror was off the door. The only door to come back in from the pool was the entrance to the hotel. The pool didn’t feel safe. My favorite part of the stay was the lady at checkout, Jackie (I believe was her name). She was very down to earth, and took care of me and my family!

The property had no electricity, even though it was advertised they were open. You could not check into the room or enter the hotel. This is fraud.

They sold out our room from under us. Had to find somewhere else. Very rude! Especially after being at the cancer hospital all day for the 4th time with my son!

Hotel was closed due to power failure from Hurricane Beryl. We were not able to stay and I need a credit immediately!

I stayed in a suite with my 2 kids. The hallway to get to our room on the 3rd floor felt like 2 steps from hell. The pool was “not working” the whole weekend and we weren’t told this until after we checked in. There was a sofa bed and the front desk people refused to give pillows or linens for us to even use it. I asked for 2 pillows and was told that there were already 6 pillows in the room. I asked for sheets and was given 2 blankets, 1 unusable because it was stink. They refused to give us more towels unless we returned the dirty 1s. I told them no problem, they could get them and I was told that nobody was there and I had to bring them. The housekeepers were nice, and although they didn’t speak English, they had translator apps on the phone and it made it easy to communicate. Guests were smoking inside the lobby/dining area. Dogs barking at 5am, smh. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. We’ve had family stay here before, and they said it was like this but there’s new owners. HORRIBLE!

This property is not up to the standards I have come to expect from Comfort Suites. The building is very old and in poor repair. Even the lobby was filthy and looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Paint is chipping off everywhere. The listing says it is "near the Galleria" but that is very misleading. It is in a completely different run-down neighborhood that is scary. Meanwhile the rate is still as high as Galleria hotels. Not a good value.

It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my life. The first room I was offered smelled bad as soon as I entered. The water didn't come out strong, the water was cold, and the TV didn't work. When I complained, I told them that the water from the original shower was not hot, so I moved them to another room, but the water in that room came out hot. It was a lie. The door key to the other room did not work over time, so I changed it three times, the bathroom was dirty, and the toilet kept making noises and I couldn't sleep. It is foolish to pay to stay here.

Breakfast was the best thing about this place and the size of our room Said it was 320sq ft but I dont think that it could have been more than 300. The pool area was nice and they have a hot tub but that definitely needed to be cleaned. It was. Looking overly cloudy.
