Disguising hotel , dirty carpets ( stained ) rabbit ears on TV, roaches , get ready to pay a 40.00 incidental you wont get back this place is trash , you should just sleep in your car instead of risk bed bugs

When I arrived, the hotel was dirty, smelled heavily of bug spray, and I encountered bugs in the room. The property did not feel safe or properly maintained, and the overall atmosphere was extremely uncomfortable. There appeared to be suspicious activity around the hotel, and I did not feel secure during my stay. What made the situation even more frustrating was being forced to sign a “no refund” agreement after arriving, despite the poor conditions. I also purchased travel insurance believing I would have some protection if problems occurred. The hotel looked nothing like what was advertised online, and I genuinely felt misled. I hope management and booking platforms take these complaints seriously because guests deserve honest listings and basic standards of cleanliness and safety. I would not stay here again and would recommend others do thorough research before booking.

Elevators broke had to wait hours for a room hotel was over booked problems with sink leaking in room and toilet kept making a loud noise all night that kept me awake

Front desk employee was very rude. Refused to give me the price of the room which I had already booked online. The room was not clean. Dust was everywhere and it smelled horrible. It’s a great place. If you’re on a extremely tight budget and nowhere else to go the 10 out of 10 don’t recommend it.

King size bed was old and lumpy. Hanging bar in closet was bent downward as if someone's kid was hanging from it. Crayon doodles on the wall. Microwave missing its carousel plate. Shower curtain rod was loose. Wall outlet missing cover plate. A roach crawling along the bathroom wall. Overhead light in the vestibule missing its bulb. And something was dripping outside the window onto the metal sill (probably the a/c condensation above) which was annoying. Otherwise everything was great.

Hotel was very disgusting bugs and roaches everywhere. Trash in the hall. Elevator wasn’t working paint peeling offthe walls stains on the pillow.

Great air conditioning. Lots of cockroaches in the room. Bathroom door had been kicked in and had splintered lock.

Everything was durty, when we got to our rooms, bed had blood stains in it, same as the floor, seems like they havent washed the carpet in decades, I asked to be chaged of room, didnt make any difference because it was the same story, roaches in the bathroom, open patches in the walls. Just a terrible experience, on top of that they asked for DEPOSIT, not sure for what, that building is crumbling bybthe minute.

By far the worse hotel i’ve ever seen, the building literally looks like it’s been abandoned, the sign is not even up where it should be, as soon as you walk into the lobby you can see the place is really dirty. We get to our room, and we instantly regret ever booking a room there, not even joking, stains on the door itself, stains on the ceiling, stains all over the wall, the bedsheets have a drop a blood, the bed has a few hair strands, the air conditioner literally looks like it hasn’t been cleaned at all, and you can literally see black mold in the fridge, and more blood on the curtains. The bathroom is also absolutely disgusting, a piece of toilet just on the floor, the shower also has what appears to be mold in the corners. We left an hour after checking in, we took pics of everything and when we tried to ask for our refund, they said they couldn’t do anything about that, BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL EVER!

There was nothing remotely resembling hygiene. The doors and mirrors were breaking apart. The fridge and AC started making so much noise during the middle of the night. I mean we were still able to sleep for the night, but ended up switching hotels the next day.

Stayed there about a week ago, there was no toilet paper, no hot water, bedding was ripped, elevator was out of service and there was trash by the stairs, we were told there was a refundable deposit and we still haven't gotten it back, called but no one answers.

This motel is a dump, located in the worst aera of Houston. In other words the receptionist said that the aera is the ghetto. Expedia should be shamed of themselves to offer something like this. It is a shame.

Genuine scam. After being given a room key that didn’t work, we were given the option of 2 rooms. Room 1 was a single bed, we had payed for 2 queen sized, room 2 was 2 full sized beds, and the AC didn’t work. We all started itching terribly once we got inside. We weren’t gonna stay in those conditions, and when we tried to leave and get a refund we were told no refund. This place takes your money and puts you in unlivable rooms to get you to leave, generating them free money. The entire building is trashed, with the back staircase literally covered in old animal dung. Stay away from this place.

The rooms are pretty nice for the most part but the wifi here in the hotel sucks especially in the room they gave me. The staff are pretty straight forward with the check in. They do charge a $40 dollar deposit. But overall it's a pretty chill hotel.

I have stayed at cheap places before, but never with a room that had dirty towels in the bathroom, along with dead cockroaches, elevator broken, stairs had food in the carpet all the way up to the 4th floor. sign had breakfast hours and there was not any, patrons outside yelling at each other, cops had been called, and we called again, OMG!

This is not the place anyone should stay at. Not only did it smell horrible in there, but it was infested with roaches, condition of the unit was so ugly and terrible. After complaining about roaches being everywhere from the ceiling to the floor and bed!! I was just given another room which has the same condition, i wasted 3 nights of pay since they did not want to give me a refund!!

The place was rundown and unsafe, no outlet covers, smoke alarm was disarmed and missing. Broken mirror. No lamp shades. Bedbugs everywhere when I turned the comforter down and on pillows. Broken nightstands. Mini fridge was pulled away from the wall and trash was behind it along with backplate just leaning against the wall. Dangerous, dirty and needs to be condemned. I knew by the price it wouldn’t be great but I had no idea a place like this could legally be in business. Where are the city inspectors to make sure rooms are safe?

DO NOT STAY HERE ! Very dirty , this hotel is NASTY. Every room. They let you check the room before staying and I just couldn’t .. definitely wanted a refund and to be moved to a different CLEAN hotel but I didn’t get that option.

the hotel was very horrible ,i rented it for 15 days and i was regretting it every day i was there , ROOM 115 down stairs 1st floor , i refused to go to my original room on the 4th floor because i had to climb up on the stairs , broken non working elevator , halways were dimly lit , the room smelled , the pool was closed everyday i stayed there , i know for a fact no one from you're website ever stayed tgere vecase it was all lies , i want a full refund of my money , cigarette burn holes in every comforter & sheet , non smoking bedrooms , and i don't smoke , holes and tears on chair , stained carpet , flat pillows , air conditioner didn't work 1st room was very cold , TV remote didn't work broken bathroom door , rusted shower rod , no continental breakfast as i was told sign is old , pool door locked and I was told by hotel attendant " you rented a room not the pool " NO REFUND AFTER YOU PAYED " NO guests after 9pm. , hokes in tge walls , i almost was almost shocked plugging in a light , no wonder it was not plugged in sparks shot out from outlet that was hanging loose , air conditioner plug was hanging on the carpet underneath air conditioner , the bedding was never changed or made by house, keeping , same towels in bathroom every day , i had to go to front desk to get my own toilet paper , i was ashamed were i was staying and never invited anyone over , that was my first room there for 4 days , I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU CAN HAVE A SHADY SLUM HOTEL ON YOU'RE WEBSITE !!!

The elevator did not work on property and the stairwell had a random painting, sitting on the steps. The hallway to my room was dark and the lighting was not working. The door to my room was left open and the locking mechanism was not working. The additional safety lock wasn’t even properly attached. Upon arrival into my room, I arrived to see an unmade bed, red stains on the floor, bits of crunched up carpet that looked to have been burned, no smoke detector, random bits of old furniture were sitting in the room, only one lightbulb was provided in the bathroom, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, the toilet did not flush, and the shower had a used bar of soap. I have stayed in many places due to convenience that have been in not such a good shape, but this place took the cake. Not to mention the man that stood around near the front counter, who asked me if I needed drugs. This is by far the most dangerous and disgusting place I’ve ever had to stay police were at the hotel both nights I stayed and I honestly feared for my safety and health. I thought my saving grace would be to take a swim in the pool, but the pool was margarita green. There’s just no salvaging this place.

Very, very run down. Elevator and pool out of service. Guy at desk showed us room first as apparently many want their money back.

Very, very run down. Elevator and pool out of service. Guy at desk showed us room first as apparently many want their money back.

No remote for the tv. Room was sleepable. But very run down. Not a place to stay if you have children. At check out the man running the desk didn't want to give us our deposit back. Said had to check the room but never left the desk to go check the room. Finally gave the deposit back. Would not stay again. If you are looking for a place to sleep amd never leave your room Then maybe you want to check this place out morning is a lil quieter than night. Looks like some ppl live there. There is a small fridge and microwave. Water is hot to take a shower. Just dont stay here. Looking for positives about the palce but i dont have any. There is a pool but not sure i would let my dog swim in it. Looks clean but thays it. No one was in the pool while we were there. Small dark parking lot. Only place with some what light is ghe front of the building.

Absolutely filthy, black mold in the bathroom, dirty linen, and bedbugs.ive already sent a video of the bedbugs and mouse dropping to expedia.

The condition of room horrible, mold on the broken and filthy furnitures, broken shower, stained towels, and uncomfortable mattress, and pillows.

The air conditioner didn't work. The room smelled like moldy wet carpet. It was just bad. But you get what you pay for

Terrible, nasty, should be condemned. Elevator doesn’t work, building is nasty, smells of weed and cigarettes. Front counter workers are rude and don’t know how to use the computer system. I booked for a week and stayed for a night, no refund. Got to the hotel from work my room was rebooked to someone else because they never put me in the system as having that room. Cops and ambulance was there because someone OD’d in the hallway. The room had exposed electrical outlets, spliced wires on the a/c unit, stained carpets, missing bulbs in the bathroom and no lampshade on the lamps, beds sheets weren’t washed they had cigarette ash all over the sheets and burn marks on all the furniture. I slept in my car because it was midnight and I had to be at work at 5am. This place needs to be shut down.

Place smells bad, and is dirty. Would not recommend at all.

when get to they property it was not clean are anything at the time of getting their was charger a fee, and the ac/unit was not working at ask few time to be if can change room's and also ask if their was breakfast at and not but this was not the great experience that i had and will be stay at this place Avery ageing, also the pictures and the way the room look at all

OMG FIRS FIRST OF ALL I RESERVED A ROOM FOR DOWNSTAIRS AND WAS NOT ACCOMMODATED I GOT THERE HE TOLD ME THE ROOMS HAD BEEN ALL RESERVED OUT AND I'M LIKE I RESERVED A ROOM FOR DOWNSTAIRS HE TOLD ME SORRY I HAD TO GO UPSTAIRS IN MY WHEELCHAIR I GOT IN MY ROOM THERE WAS NO LIGHTS IN THE ROOM I HAD TO USE MY PHONE ALL NIGHT FOR LIGHTS THERE WAS NO REMOTE CONTROL I HAD TO GO BACK DOWNSTAIRS TO GET A REMOTE CONTROL AND WE WOKE UP TO BED BUGS I WAS SCARED TO SAY SOMETHING ABOUT THE BEDBUG BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT THEM TO NOT REFUND ME MY $40 DEPOSIT THEY SAY THAT THEY ONLY CHARGE YOU WHAT THEY IS ONLINE BUT THAT'S NOT TRUE THEY CHARGE YOU $14 DEPOSIT EVERY TIME YOU CHECK IN SO THE RECEIPTS THAT I HAVE ARE NOT ACCURATE SO LAST NIGHT I PAID $85 AND IT SAYS I ONLY PAID WHAT IT IS FOR THE ROOM SOMEONE REALLY NEEDS TO CHECK INTO THAT BECAUSE THEY'RE GIVING OUT FALSE INFORMATION PLEASE SOMEONE LOOKING TO THIS BECAUSE I DON'T FEEL THAT IT'S RIGHT EVERY OTHER MOTEL THAT I GO TO AND YOU HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT YOU PAY THE DEPOSIT THAT ONE TIME AND IF THEY GIVE IT BACK YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY THE DEPOSIT EVERY TIME YOU CHECK IN AND THEN MAKE ME PAY THE DEPOSIT EVERY TIME I CHECK IN

The property was decent and affordable.

This is a very old property that has had no work done in years. My personal room the bed was clean and bathroom was clean, but furniture and microwave in poor condition. He you want a very cheap place and overlook it’s age it’s fine. No a place for women, better for truckers and working men.

No hot water at checkin. Slpet the night and woke up ready to take a cold shower and there was NO water running at all. Staff was extremely rude about it also.

Chose closest hotel to place i needed to be early morning, pics were ok, i thought, just a few hours to sleep...O M G!! My booked room wasn't available some reason, been offered last 3 left.. Stinky everywhere, horribly dirty, stinky OLD everything, broken and non functioning EVERYTHING... , nasty carpet..., words can't describe!! Suspicious "clean" bed sheets.. And at 4 am somebody deside to listen TV news in full up sound. Crazy.. i expected its not fancy.. but THAT??? NOT to mention saw somebobys socks left near bed, and saw some bug running.. Unimaginable experience

I called the day before arrival just to verify the reservation. The attendant said he could not find a reservation and I would need to call back the date of arrival after 8 o’clock in the morning to make a new reservation with the hotel. I told him it was booked through Hotels.com And he said they erase everything at night so I would have to call the day of the book which doesn’t really work if you’re trying to book a month-long stay. So the day of our expected arrival I called again and the attendant at that time said yes we should have a room Available for you to come on in at this point. I was not going to take a chance on whether or not there is actually a room available and I found alternative method of stay.

It was beyond dirty. Roaches greeted me at the door .. I booked 2 nights and slept in my car both nights. Another guest followed me into my room …. INTO MY ROOM!!!!!!

The bed was full of cockroaches and bedbugs. The bedsheet was stained with blood and dirt. The lighting was poor. It was the worst experience of my life. I will never come back here again.

I made a reservation for this location several days in advance. Upon arrival they could not find my reservation, even when I gave them my confirmation number. The desk clerk said they did have one room left and told me I could go and look at the room to see if I wanted to take it before he charged me. The first sign of alarm was a customer complaint board posted at the desk with reports of bedbugs and roaches. The only available room was located on the 4th floor and the elevators were not working. The hallways and stairwell were poorly lit and there was an unpleasant odor in the facility. We never made it to the 4th floor. By the time we reached the 2nd floor landing we were regretting our choice of this location but EXTREMELY GRATEFUL our reservation had been lost. We found a much nicer hotel a few miles down the road that was able to accomodate us. My biggest mistake was not reading the reviews before booking this facility.
