    Got stuck in Houston so booked from the airport. Picked this place for free shuttle and the image of the pool/hot tub. Hot tub out of service, so was the waterfall. The whole place seemed very empty and like it’s going to close down next week. It was clean though and the breakfast was good so that’s why I didn’t rate it worse. Our biggest complaint happened as we were leaving. FD had said to order shuttle 15 minutes before we need it but new FD said it come once an house on the hour. Then the driver just stopped answering the calls and came half an hour late. FD didn’t seem to care much about everyone being worried about getting to the airport on time. If it wasn’t for that I would book again for next month when I need to be in Houston.

    Be careful, the property try to get more money all time, example, if you early at 3pm for check in tray to charge you $30 more, the breakfast is not included and the cost is $21 for basic. Etc. No body wash in the hotel, only soap. Etc. I do not recommend for the price.

    Nice looking place. Shuttle bus nrarly 1 hr waiting Called hotel first desk just put me on hold without giving me a chance to say anything. Too busy dealing with a guest. Gave up and took taxi. Arrived at hotel 7pm internet out and no backup syste7m Had wait again spoke to so called superviser. No offer of a free cup of coffee while you wait again. Just you can go to the bar or resturant. Sam's resturant service abismal. Not a fine dinning experiemce more like pup grub. Not what I would expect in the type of hotel. Although the Barman came o er to appoloqise foe taking so long he had no idea how to make a simple shandy. Plastic bottled ketchep etc was not clean and greasy Calamare like rubber Room was freezing. Aircondition did not work. Had to wear clothes to bed. To tied to fight with reception. Shower did not work.

    The hotel is convenient to/from IAH and Humble area. There was security at the entrance of the parking lot. Parking was free. The hotel lobby atrium gives the wow factor with some of the interior rooms looking over it. Breakfast buffet was $22 which I did not opt for since most hotels of this caliber include it with your booking. Nice hotel bar. Needs some updating, but you can’t beat the value for the size, cleanliness and service which was excellent. Microwave in the room would be nice.

    Convenient to where I needed to be. Had a shuttle but took forever to get to the airport for pick up. Also the bathroom had a magnifying mirror for makeup. Breakfast area was clean and food was tasty. The room was clean but a bit tired. Could have used a fresh coat of paint in the bathroom as the ceiling was peeling.     Everrhing no running water ... no shower or toilets when i checked in .. coffee pot filthy someone elses water in it.. dust and dirt where water goes in .. ac not working 62 ran all night humidity in room ever cooled off .. ice bucket had water in bottom no bag and rhe rim was roting and wood sprinter through so gross i took back down rhey did not anser phones .. they sent me another one in the same conditions. Health risks .. yellow water when it came back on coukd not shower that night no pens no paper ... no tissue it had 2 then empty .. fridge not turned on . I had to pull it from wall to get to back of unit to figure out hiw to turn it on .. rhey never sent someone to look at my ac issue never offered me another room tables in restaurant were sticky .. they wiped them off again but still sticky like the finsh had melted

    Perfect location to our event. I wish the bar would stay open later hours. Especially if it’s a Friday or a Saturday. I was forced to drive out to find a local bar for cocktails. I would have rather stayed in. It was super cold and wet that weekend.

    The location was perfect for Chiropractor appointment with Dr.Johnson. It was easy enough to go get food and come back. Knowing there is a security guard at the entrance of the parking lot was a nice feeling knowing he is there. Our room was on the seventh floor, to get ice I had to stop at each floor going down to the third floor where I found an ice machine that actually worked

    Hotel rooms are outdated, AC didn’t work room was hot. Bathroom is outdated, the toilet wasn’t running off and on. The only good thing about this hotel is the bar area the bartender was very friendly. I have stayed at this hotel many times and the only change that has been made is the Name of the Hotel and the hotel sign on the building.

    The room was very hot! Air wasn’t working very well. The website states buffet is complementary, but it really is not. They were charging us 21 dollars for the buffet. Also, they were undergoing renovations and this was not disclosed to us prior.

The air conditioner did not work in my room , the room didnt have complimentary soap or shampoo and the shaving kit was old as dirty. Bad experience. When we booked online it stated complimentary breakfast, once we got there the staff said it was 21.00 dollars. Plus the hotel was going under renovation. None of the complaints we listed were noted online when booking. We should be completely refunded or heavily credited for such a bad experience. Travelers beware.

Got switched rooms 3 times because the TV, coffee machine, and blinds did not work (eventually I just said forget it on the last night, wasn’t it worth the trouble of moving again). Staff was not helpful and maintenance was always “coming” to fix the issue. I would stay at a motel6 with bedbugs before I stayed here again.

    staff was excellent. Special mention Desdelinda at reception and Luis in the restaurant. Both were exceptional Stayed several times from september to October. Had to change rooms - shower's water heater didnt work, one room had no phone.

    The only small complaint was the last 2 nights of our stay there were conventions in the ball room. Which is open to the entire hotel due to design. A midnight event was held for the youth of the church organization, and they were really loud until around 2 to 3 am. It should have been held in a closed conference room. Other than that the hotel was wonderful.

    I called for the airport shuttle and my calls were ring no answer. It is $30 by taxi ride (including tip) should you need to know. Breakfast was not worth the $21. Staff at the front desk was not very hospitable. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The housekeeping staff was very nice as well as the buffet staff which gives it 2 stars otherwise it would be 1. I will not be staying here again if I should I need a hotel close to the IAH.

    I called for the airport shuttle and my calls were ring no answer. It is $30 by taxi ride (including tip) should you need to know. Breakfast was not worth the $21.     This place was the pits of absolute hell! NO AIR-CONDITION- drug smell throughout the facility.. the pool is nothing like the photos and nothing worked. 1 singular person working July 4th weekend. No management, no fans, had to call security over a domestic dispute in the adjacent room.     A/C did not work well, there were huge bugs everywhere, checking in took longer than it should have because there were issues with the person in front of me. I had just drove a straight 23 hours and just wanted to check in and go to sleep.

    The property was great. Only issue is I got charged twice for the deposit and I’m still waiting for my deposit. It’s $50 a day. I stood there for two days and I got charged 200 which is double otherwise I have no other issues great place.

    We stayed here last weekend and the hotel is very nice. On the picture on the website it shows that there are lounge chairs and tables with umbrella, which is truly not accurate. The water feature on the pool was not on which took away from the ambience. The pool is very nice. It just needs to have someone out there to turn on the equipment and ensure it is running and working properly. Aside from all that I would definitely stay here again. I just hope they fix these items to make my stay a little more pleasant and comfortable, especially with the lounge chairs.

    The room was extremely comfortable. My only dislike was in the pictures of the hotel. The swimming pool had a waterfall and Jacuzzi the waterfall did not work nor did the Jacuzzi other than that. It was a beautiful property. The staff was great thank you Maria.

    Upon arriving there was a mix up with my reservation, they had a new girl training a new girl who accidentally booked someone else under my reservation. Took about 15 min to fix but all was well. As we got settled in we found a tick in our room and the more we looked the worse it got. The room was infested with bugs. We were switched rooms but the room we received was a little outdated compared to the one we were in. The pool is super small and dirty. There were all kinds of bugs and even roaches everywhere! It was super uncomfortable to swim in. On top of all of that, the hot tub was broken and the there was no towels. The pictures online lie! The hotel isn’t as nice as it seems. I have had better experiences at motels 6’s. Smh.

    Great hotel for the price point compared to others in the area. The staff were helpful and accommodated my request for a late checkout at noon. There was a security officer stationed in the parking area that checked incoming visitors and watched over the vehicles, which provided some peace of mind as well.

    Bad hotel layout. And we got put in the worst possible room. Because of layout couldnt open window blinds. They faced the center court yard, with a walkway right out our window. Room was close to the elevator, the ding was heard loudly all night. The staff was not friendly, or helpful. No one was at the desk when i tried to check in, had to wait for her to take her time to come back. Every day (i stayed 4 nights) the key cards had to be reset. They wouldnt work until reset at front desk. Bugs in the bathroom. Main gate was not open, so had to take the side entrance to drive up to the front. Just another added inconvenience. (Because the security had to watch the neighborhood, which is nice because for security of the patrons, but caused inconvenience not being able to drive straight in) The restaurant and breakfast wasnt as expected. Was not able to use the facilities. Overall not super happy with the facility. Was 10-15 minutes from airport.

My drapes had stains, shower had hair on the walls, garbage was next to the garbage bin (obviously had been missed by the cleaners). There was coffee and teas but no coffee maker. The restaurant/bar didn’t have anything for dinner so I had to walk to Popeyes. Disappointing given the photos showed a more respectable spot.

    We truly got what we paid for; the price was inexpensive so we selected the package that included a stay here. Our room was never cleaned the five days we were there, although we asked each day for it to be clean. The pool was dirty. It looked like he hasn’t been clean since last summer. The building has eight floors but the only the ice machine on the third floor worked; discovered this after we went to every floor starting at the 8th floor. Lastly, according to what we booked breakfast was included. However, we were told that Expedia was told several times that breakfast is only included if you pay more than $110 a night. So regardless of what I showed them they wouldn’t honor what I thought I paid for.

    The reviews on Expedia are not like those on Google. I didn’t realize until too late. It’s a very outdated hotel. Good for a short stay but even then….the ice machine didn’t work, the room wasn’t cleaned well before us and even after one night. The area is desolate but there is a security guard and dog watching the cars but that’s cuz the area is sketchy! May be good for the price just don’t have too high of expectations.

    It was a quick overnight stay and thank god for that. Hot water didn’t work in bathroom, carpets are FILTHY throughout the hotel. I found a keychain in my bed which would indicate the sheets were not changed. The door to my room didn’t close all the way. It was only $68 so I guess you get what you pay for. Never again…

    I was running late for check-in and the person I spoke with was very understanding and assured me it was no problem. I would like to add it was nice to speak with someone at the front desk of the hotel and not some 800 number transferring a message via computer. That's the good news. On the other hand, checking out 3/30/2025 @about 10:45 am. I went down to the front desk, there was an extremely long line, about 10 people and growing. There was no one at the desk! The person working the desk had to go check on a person's room to make sure no damage was done before she could return a $50.00 cash deposit. I thought WHAT!! So to make sure the hotel doesn't lose 50.00 let's waste all these other patron's valuable time unnecessarily. When the employee returned, she told the lady she couldn't have her $50.00 deposit back because there was a towel that had something red on it. I was angry for the lady waiting on the deposit. The employee had several options oppose to having all of us waiting on her! she could have called housekeeping and had them have someone to look at the room, Simply ask the lady and accepted her word, ask her if she would allow her to take care of the people who paid there deposit with a credit card. Quite frankly it was a dark moment in my stay at this hotel. It was my third time staying here, all my previous stays were great.     The room next to us sounded like they were having a party all night til 4-5am in there and when i called to make a report to the staff multiple times. Staff said they would send security but nothing ever happened they still partied all night. My wife, 2 year old got little to no sleep that night and felt like it was a waste of money to even stay when our needs weren’t being met by the staff.

Got a different room with no working tv remote and Waited over an hour for a remote to be brought to my room. Staff was friendly but the waiting periods were ridiculous.

    The sheets in the bed were not the correct size, so I was constantly fighting with them popping off and not fitting. The bathroom had stains on the wall and floor, and they had no extra bedding for a sofa bed for my niece and made no effort to make it right. The pool was dirty and had rocks that had broken off from the wall.

    Service wasn’t the best. I spent a week here and they did not want to provide bath towels and rags. They didnt have enough rags and towels to give us. No free breakfast. Outdated. Dirty bathroom.

    Pool wasn't clean, waterfall wasn't running. Bar closed at 10 pm every night so my friends couldn't get something when they got in. Sam's restaurant staff were very nice but front desk employees were not friendly.

    Check in was difficult because of change in hotel brand after reservation. Reservation was not completely updated. In The end it was worked out, but took 30 minutes.

    Only 1 receptionist with a long line of check ins. She was wearing earbuds the entire time and never answered the phone even though it rang several times. The commute from the airport was way longer than advertised and we needed to wait 30 minutes . Hotel condition is good. Cleanliness is also good but only 3 stars because elevator smelled like weed.
