I guess they care more about money than customer satisfaction. When the police arrived he was telling me that a couple of weeks ago another car was vandalized, they left a car on blocks and took all the tires. I guess it’s very high in crime in that area. Had to leave the hotel, because I didn’t feel safe. Know I need to pay for the damage to my truck and paid for night I couldn’t stay.

The hotel was exceptional. Theresa was very pleasant, attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this location and would choose it again when staying in Houston.

The stay was great, room was clean and had so many more amenities than we expected. Check in on the other hand wasn’t the best we got charged twice one for deposit on room the other charge we have no clue what it was for and management hasn’t gotten back to us about that. Also person checking us in judged my appearance so I didn’t really appreciate that. Staff can do better but rooms are wonderful.

Staff couldn’t be bothered very unfriendly. Went to use the pool and was told we couldn’t use it. The whole reason for booking there was so we could have a pool day after our cruise. Staff not apologetic in anyway at all. Actually told me I am crazy to let my kids swim anyway they will get sick. Then told me what do you expect from an airport hotel. Room had stains all over the carpet, bed sheet had stains and were ripped. Had to ask for bedding for the second bed. Foot stool also ripped. Breakfast was mediocre the toppings for the waffles were mouldy. The only thing that was good was the shuttle service to the airport. Overall a very disappointing stay.

The room was fine, but there was a band aid left in the shower. Also the pool was closed due to failing inspection so that was a bummer. We only stayed 1 night and the hotel served its purpose. Not too far from the airport.

Room booked was 2 queen beds. Upon arrival they sold out. Why reserve a room when they can’t keep hold the rooms. We had a party of 4 and two people had to sleep on a sofa bed. Worse sleep ever. Room was in poor shape. Gum on carpet and counters not cleaned.

Rooms were clean and updated. The bed was comfortable. We had a big screen TV.. the continental breakfast in the morning was excellent. We had plenty of foods to choose from and we had a free airport shuttle ride back to the airport for all five of us, including our luggage.

Almost everything! Shuttles never available when you needed them.

The rooms were somewhat run down and the carpet was dirty and stained. I travel here for work as well as family and not sure I would stay here again or even recommend anybody stay. The staff was nice but very unhelpful. When I first walked in the employee was just eating at a table in the lobby. Overall, very very underwhelming experience, and I am not one that ever really goes on and leaves a poor review.

Good location. Place was clean & quiet. Rooms were nice and spacious. Bed was comfy and shower was good. Nice to have full size fridge, sink, dishwasher and full set of dishes. Air conditioner works great. Free breakfast was good.

My vehicle got broken into and the manager was not on site all week long and was also not helpful. She didn't know how to use the camera system in place and didn't get the video asked for by my company security director. The management and in high crime zone, low income area.

Cleanliness was great. 1. The lights went off and no generators kicked in. 2. All Hilton beds are hard as a rock. I have back surgery and they are unbearable.

We stayed here after we flew into Houston and the next day we drove to Galveston. Easy peasy.

The room did not appear to have been properly cleaned. To begin, the furniture (couch & chairs) were covered in stains as well as the bed sheets and curtains. One of the chairs was not only covered in stains, but was torn as well. The bathroom wall was covered in hair. We were looking forward to the breakfast included with our stay however it was very disappointing. Overall, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone

Staff nice, clean room and comfy bed

The check in was quick and efficient. The restaurant recommendations were delicious. However, the breakfast was lacking only breakfast sandwiches were available. The decaf coffee was cold 2 of the 3 mornings. They did replace it with hot decaf when asked.

Everything is always good, only complaint we had to get up and leave room because someone thought they smelled gas.. and it was nothing in the end..

I booked for 2 nights but someone broke into my car staff didn’t care cop had also said that the hotel was targeted they had already told management to get a security outside

I booked this hotel for the shuttle service. Put all the shuttle information into my reservation under needs. Got to hotel & the guy at the counter said he can't provide me shuttle service as noted in my reservation. I asked him why the hotel hadn’t notified me. He said they wouldnt have looked at the reservation until today. I said well, its 3pm. Place isn’t well kept. Pool was freezing cold. No dish soap in room, carpet is stained. I will never book another Hilton airport location. This is the 2nd time they didn't properly advertise shuttle costing me an extra day of. Car rental.

It had furniture outside of the beds (couch), lots of shelf and counter-top space, and even included something I've never seen within a hotel room before, a dishwasher + built-in microwave. Everything in the room was clean, aesthetic, and comfy. I will definitely be coming back!

I had reservations to stay at this hotel on this night, but we didn't even stay here. It was all cancelled at the last second due to a blown transformer. The hotel had no power whatsoever, & wouldn't have power for many hours. We weren't going to stay here in the dark, with no ac. We couldn't even get in and out of our room. I want to make sure that I am not charged for this last second cancellation.

Breakfast could have been much better. The carton milk was spoiled and when i notified the staff she did nothing and left the milk. There was no meat option for breakfast. The biscuits were over cooked.

Really liked this property. Its super clean, relatively quiet, and modern. There is a couple fast food places and gas station really close. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options, fresh and filled for everyone. Good access to airport and Interstates. Have had really good luck with the H2 brand and will always stay with them.

It worked well for us. Clean and the staff friendly. It was further away from the airport than I expected.

Shower isn’t too short like normal hotels. And water pressure is great!!

Nothing unique comes to mind. The outside furniture should be replaced entirely and updated. Looked warn out and used. The inside looked fresh and new as well as modern. The pool definitely needed to be cleaned. The water was murky. Other than that everything else was great.

Got charge for an item that I did not take. I called property to let them know I did Not take it and they said No that I in fact took it like they saw me! Don’t stay here unless you want to get charge for items that you did not take!!!

Everything was nice, except for the breakfast worker was very rude turning everything off while my kids and I were serving breakfast and was not even time for her to do so..

The room was nice and clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were horrible, my back was hurting all week. The pillows were also horrible and in bad condition. They had balls of fluff inside which made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep with and the blankets weren’t even blankets to sleep.

The room was dirty. The sheetis were dirty and have crumbs on the island and the carpet was disgusting dirty it look like the carpet hasn’t been cleaned in months

This was a nice property to stay at. It was quiet and the breakfast was good. There were options to build your own breakfast sandwiches which was nice. I’ve never had that at a hotel before. Staff were friendly. Food options like Jack N the Box, Churches Chicken and Waffle House were in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for our family of four to stay before going out on an early flight out of IAH. Room was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was perfect, good sized fridge, microwave and dishes. Would stay again.

front desk staff is pretty useless. 1st room they gave me the ac didn’t work. 2nd room the fridge didn’t work. 3rd room fridge didn’t work. Which we need the kitchen fridge because my baby’s medicine, plus hello we payed for a working kitchen in our room. But Belinda overheard me arguing with front desk about everything and she took over and was amazing , nice lady who helped us move a fridge from another room and actually gave a solution . She didn’t want to have to make us 2 adults and a 3 month old baby move again. And then front desk staff tried to say I couldn’t have late checkout with 3rd room given. Nope Belinda bought for us to have it , especially since they offered nothing for having to move us 3 times. They said there was nothing to be given. But after that our stay was great. Jordan too he fixed our bill & offered to let the GM know about our stay and for the GM to reach out to us to try to get us some kind of compensation. Jordan and Belinda could run it better than the others. Amazing help for sure.

Nice big rooms and good to have a pool, food nearby and an included breakfast. The only not so good party was the shuttle driver who seemed to be in a big hurry and drove off with only one lot of his pickups and then when had to come back and pick us up was rude.

The lady at the check in counter was super sweet to us. We were early and they werent' done cleaning all the rooms yet but she found us one and gave us a welcome bag. It was clean, quiet, and a pleasant stay.

The only thing I didn’t like was the washer wasn’t clean. We normally don’t wash our clothes but decided to because we went swimming and didn’t want to pack wet clothes but the washer looked like it had mold in the ring of it?

The associates at tge desk were very helpful as well as the assiciate who was at the breaksfast counter on Friday. We had a medicial emergency and she was wrapping up breasfast but allowed us to get a drink and she found us both an egg. She went above and beyond. As well as the young nan at tge ftont desk on friday. I spilled water amd he cleaned it up for us. I felt do bad but he was very prifessional. Great hires o. Both of yhese assiciates

The room wasn't properly cleaned before we arrived. The water took forever to get hot in both sinks and the tub. The carpet was filthy. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly though.

There was a breeze in the hallway from the HVAC; it caused a wind tunnel effect and noise at my door all night and morning while I was trying to sleep. That mixed with the yells and gunshots from the complex next door did not allow me to get any sleep. But at least I had Netflix to log in to.

Not sure if I'll stay at this location again . The first time 4/16 great service and clean. Only minor issue not having any shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom,no big deal. This time 4/20 second time not so good extremely beat up room floor was disgusting stained really bad and clearly not cleaned or done well.Bathroom had no hand soap to wash my hands and had some hair on counter and floor. There was still a dirty sock laying on the floor as if they never vacuum . Worse was when I was leaving and watched a roach crawl across the glass window in back of the check in desk. I dont do well with bugs. I really want to like this place because of the employees I interacted with.

Exceeded my expectations. From check-in to check-out, on a two-night stay, I was pleasantly surprised on the amenities, condition and level of service offered by this Hilton branch.

The arrival to our suite was greeted with these gross encounters. We emailed the GM and was hoping for a response, still have not heard back. Don't want anything in return other than acknowledgement towards the housekeeping needing to be better. The rooms were otherwise, in good condition and were very nice and spacious. This was just very ick worthy upon arrival. Syrup on the utensils and previous guest hairs all other the bathroom shower. No thank you.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel really like the suite the 2 queen beds and the kitchen with all the essentials. Didn't do breakfast but one day but the variety of food was great. The area of location was great near shopping areas.

1) No bath tub in the room 2) Bathroom had sliding door and no handle on it. So difficult to close 3) Too low water pressure in the shower. 4) No body lotion in the bathroom, had to ask for it at front desk 5) Shampoo was NOT refilled completely and ran out of it, hence need to ask front desk 6) Like most hotel/motel, air condition made noise while running, so could NOT sleep at a stretch

Very nice, very thought-out, very comfortable, very accommodating, very clean and well maintained. How ever, the free breakfast was very unimaginative and the selections were almost non-existing. The location is somewhat remote. There are 3 other hotels in the same area. They all would benefit from a TGIF or some other restaurant chain. I hope that the maintenance is kept up. I would like to go bach in 10 years and see.

However, I booked this hotel partly due to the shuttle service to and from the airport, but the shuffle service is down and not available. Very disappointed with this. Have to spend $70+USD for Uber service.

I thought the rooms were amazing and very well kept and the staff was very kind and helpful. Their turn up service was great too. Breakfast is sub par but still good enough for a free hotel breakfast. I recommend staying here.

Room was huge and the guy at the front when we arrived after 1:00am was very helpful providing us with tooth brushes and complimentary water. Only complaint is that the traffic noise was loud.

First time at a Home2 suites. It was a great stay! Bathroom water pressure in the sink faucet needs some improvements. Otherwise, a great place and we’ll be back.

The Hotel Shuttle was well run and on time. Note that it operates 5:00 am to 8:00 pm.

A great stay for day before cruise, free shuttle from the airport was easy, just Jack in box and fuel station with a shop in safe walking distance, the hotel provide pre packed sandwiches and snacks at reception, overall a good stay for what we needed.

Rooms were great but the main reason i booked the hotel was for the airpodt shuttle, which ended up causing a lot of issues. Most airpodt shuttles show up to the airport regularly but you have to call for this one, which is difficult without an american phone plan. Even when I did get access to a phone, they didnt answer for 45 minutes. I ended up waiting 1.5 hours in the cold, so something to keep in mind especially if you're arriving on a late flight.
