The bed was comfortable and the shower water gets really hot! The cleaning ladies were great! There was a mattress in front of my door idk why but that was very uncomfortable for me I didn’t know whether it had bed bugs or what or why it was the first thing I see one I open the hotel door!!!

It Motel 6 last minute and inexpensive The building WiFi was non-existent and when the WiFi goes out or out of range while in the room the cell reception was just as bad unless one is out side

The hotel was quiet hidden. During ring my recent stay, I noticed several cleanliness and maintenance concerns that I hope management will address to enhance the guest experience. The walkways leading to the rooms and the stairways had visible trash and could benefit from more frequent cleaning. Inside the room, the floors were not thoroughly cleaned, there were cobwebs along the ceiling, and I noticed upon laying in the bed something biting me and looked in the sheets and saw flying insects were present. Additionally, the secondary deadbolt lock on the door was missing, which raised a safety concern. This hotel management cares more about who you bring or leave in your room rather than safety and cleanliness. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that these issues can be resolved. With improved housekeeping attention and routine maintenance checks, this property has the potential to provide a much better experience for future guests.

“I prepaid $70 for a reservation and when I arrived, the front desk told me there was no prepaid booking under my name. I showed proof of payment and was still denied check-in. This caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. I had to contact customer service afterward to resolve the issue. Very disappointing experience and poor communication between the property and Booking.

I will not duscuss the TV as was made me sign a non discussion statement on back copy billing receipt! Ok, no problem, not a TV watcher. Had asked for downstairs smoking if possible, it was not. Then rqst'd a non smoking down stairs room-- denied this opportunity stating he would not give a smoker a non smoking room. Assuring him i had stayed in a downstairs non smkg rm there a month earlier and that i exited the room to smoke every time i smoked, that i do not even smoke indoors in my own home! He would not budge! So, agreed to smkg rm, not realizing it had other problems. Upon going to basin to wash my hands _ face, little more than a few drops of water were exiting spigot... So i called front desk, asked if they had a plyers i could use to remove/clean rust filter-- upon letting night man know of issue he exclaimed "what did you stuff up it?!" -- at 70, i assure you i did no such thing...Went & spoke w/one of the grnd flrs maids & she confirmed that it had been in disrepair for as long as she had worked there! Next night mgr came to rm w/same maid, and maid tells him it was already broken...next he begins to exit rm. I then mention the water seeping up between tub room & inbetween the cheap laminate floortiles almost to bed, he says NOTHING, & departs rm (as i had full sz towel on floor, saturated from leak). Next a.m. I ask to extend my stay & he refuses, stating I'm a trouble maker! I called Corporate!
