Nothing the area was bad lots of homeless people around there. Hair in bathroom all over the floor and I found a roach. Check in was horrible drove 14hrs just to find out my reservation wasn’t there.

To be honest nothing. But Ms. Rosa was a big help to allow me to feel comfortable. The lobby was nice. The water wasn't so hot. The ac didn't keep the room cold even though I set it to 65 I was hot and I'm always cold. But not here. The carpet smelled old. I wasn't aware of a holding fee on top of a deposit. I booked the room in advance I should've been aware of the holding fee instead of charging me without my acknowledgement. I would never stay here again.

Good basic hotel for our weekend need, it was nothing fancy but got the job done. Rooms were quiet and well kept. Easy access from the street and highways. Staff was friendly. The gate to the parking is kinda pointless, to be secure it should have an arm on both sides. I mean the side without an arm you can just drive right in on so it isn’t super secure parking.

It’s a good hotel. Relatively inexpensive for the area and quality. The room was a good size and quiet. Efficient people at the front desk. Breakfast left a bit to be desired, but there’s a Waffle House across the street. If it’s important, go there instead.

Other than that, I would not mind staying again anytime I visit Houston.

We stayed on the 2nd floor, and throughout the 1st and 2nd floors, there was an overwhelming smell of chlorine. I’m assuming because of the swimming pool. I’m ok with it, but others in my party did not appreciate it. The room was clean, and the beds were mildly uncomfortable. (By that I mean the first night was ok, but the second night had me waking up in pain in my hips and legs.) The staff was not overly welcoming, but nice enough. The breakfast was lacking: dry sausage links that had obviously sat out too long, refried beans that were runny, eggs that were not hydrated enough to serve, and coffee that was watered down a little too much. Overall, I’m being nice by giving it a 4/5 stars.

Clean room

Room was clean, parking with easy and safe, staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious. Only complaint is that they didn't have any bacon, just sausage. Other than that they had a variety of other breakfast options to eat from.

My stay was okay, I did have a few issues while there. But, I can honestly that I was contacted by the manager which was quite a surprise and she definitely sounded genuine in her concern of my issues. I would definitely recommend this property simply because of that alone. No one is perfect in life also.

The only thing we were not happy was about the check in. We have to have to wait about two hours to have our room ready. The room was cleaned. Staff were ok. Breakfast was ok. Parking is good.

Hotel needs an upgrade, remodel. Not the cleanest and if you miss your cleaning window your room will remain untouched. They did provide us with clean towels each day upon request. It is not a bad hotel it just needs an upgrade. Breakfast is decent, parking is average. Staff ok not overly friendly.

The staff was polite and nice ,helpful in providing places to eat, visit and answer any questions. The breakfast was that pick-up. I was they change it up or had better selection for people who don’t eat pork, vegetarian, vegans. The place was clean and the rooms are nice. Very quiet only herd noise once’s besides the doors closing. Would stay again

Location is convenient and has quick highway access. The woman who checked me in was very nice. The beds are comfy and they do clean daily. Breakfast was slim pickings by 8:40 on a Monday, the woman working didn’t seem to want to refill anything. They are stingy with towels and wouldn’t give us an additional large towel. I need a hair towel this isn’t normally an issue at hotels. The shower curtains don’t keep water in the shower so the floor gets soaked and the shower heads have strange options, no pressure, sharp narrow streams or 3 harsh streams.

My stay was not satisfactory due to multiple maintenance issues. The first room’s air conditioner did not work at all, and I had to request a room change. The second room was smaller than what I initially booked and also had plumbing problems — the toilet did not flush properly and the bathtub would not drain without manually removing the stopper. These ongoing issues significantly impacted the comfort and quality of my stay.

We were there for a funeral and the staff was very understanding. I spoke with Mia the day before we arrived!

On the down side, the hotel itself is okay but is older and has mold smells that I'm allergic to.

The air conditioner made a loud sound and we could not sleep all night, the , staff said there were no more rooms available and that that sound was normal, maybe normal there but I’ve never stayed at a hotel with the AC so loud.

Room was clean. It seemed to previously have been a smoking room, so had an older smell to it. Breakfast is great though, and good coffee. The hotel could use some spiffing up.

Even though Best Western sent me a pre-registration link. I went ahead and answered all the questions took a picture of my I.d. and prepaid. I still arrived just to re-do the whole process all over again. Waste of time.

The suite is really two rooms, bedroom and living room with couch, desk, reading chair, and TV. separated by a door. Very comfortable, and excellent Wifi.

All of that being said, the staff was very friendly, the lobby and room was very clean and organized, and the service was great. We left one afternoon and came back to fresh towels and more soaps refilled without us asking which is top tier service and greatly appreciated. Overall, the stay is great for people on a budget and like convenience (nothing was a far drive), and firm beds to sleep on.

Breakfast options are pretty standard and nicely prepared. Parking is well lit and free! The staff are nice upon check-in/out. The room is clean and cold. I’ll for sure be back again.

The room was clean, cold and quiet! I’ll definitely be back to for another stay. Easy location to find and right next door to a local bar/pub and across the street from a Waffle House… best of both worlds. But breakfast can be included in your stay if you choose.

The pool was "cool" and envigorating, the suite was really a suite - comfortable and spacious, and breakfast was ample.

Staff was very friendly on both sides of the the trip. Room was very comfortable and clean. The location was close to where I needed to be for my trip. All in all, very satisfied.

It seemed to be very safe. I did not like that I did not receive my points for the stay due to the fact that I booked through a 3rd party. If you want your points book directly through the hotel.

There was a noticeable odor from the air handling system in the halls and less so in the room.

One pillow on sofa was 4” shorter than others—Why? No trash can in bedroom and only one box of tissue in the entire suite. Front desk attendant was kind and helpful!

The room was in a very poor condition, paint peeling, dusty, and the worst of all the AC was not working well, the room was so humid. The next day the AC fully broke, we were transferred to a different room, again AC was so bad, room was so humid, we couldn't breath. Terrible two nights.

The hotel was good, but the deposit is super pricy for the stay. I do like that the suite rooms are reasonably priced and everyone is nice there. Not bad for the value you get.

Service is excellent. Staff is great. Location is horrible. It’s under the bridge. Traffic noise is so loud. You cannot hear yourself. Think as well all night people racing their vehicles under the bridge.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The beds were very comfortable so we slept well. Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only downside of the room we had was with the humidity of the bathroom because there is no fan to reduce the amount of shower steam. Breakfast was good and we were impressed with the look of the lobby and our room. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here while visiting my boyfriend. It was a nice place to stay.

When we checked in the front desk clerk was frustrating. We had just made a 5 hour drive with a baby. When we got out to check in she asked if the baby would be staying with us in the room to which we replied yes. Then she said well your reservation is only for two children and two adults. You will need to book a second room. Our baby co-sleeps. She didnt need her own bed. Our two other children are also not old rnough to be in a room alone. We explained that as well. She didn't care and told us inprder to keep our reservation we would need to book a second room. This is our family vacation, coming off a 5 hour drive just to get here with small children and a baby! The last thing we wanted to dp was load them all back up and go through the hassle of finding a new hotel last minute. We paid the extra 300.00 plus tax and fees for the 2nd room. The breakfast ladies were so sweet! Unfortunately, the pancake machine while neat gave super flat pancakes there was only one machine so there was a constant line. The eggs were watery and grainy n there was no bacon or potatoesn nor sausage. The cereal was stale. The breakfast was just bad.

I have been staying here a couple of times a year for the past 5 years. It is conveniently located off interstate, it's quiet, clean and located near businesses I visit.

I was charged with $50 deposit and been told it will be refunded upon checkout asked for the receipt they told me it will be ereceipt for the $80 they charge at check in for $30 difference in room charges and $50 deposit still waiting on deposit to be refunded back to me

Easy access to freeways

Check in was fine until the manager decided in the middle of it to start coaching the woman who was assisting me and I had to ask what my room # was so I could go finally lay down after a really long trip. Get upstairs and the shower looks gross and outdated but didn’t care because I was tired. Crawled into bed and I feel something on my arm. Spider. In the course of 6 hours there I killed 3 spiders that were crawling on me in the bed. I ended up calling a family member to ask if it would be alright to arrive tonight instead of Tomorrow and explained the spiders and I left immediately I was so grossed out

My stay was very pleasant. I informed the staff that this hotel is my go to when I come to Houston. It is very close to my family’s residence.

Nice staff . Clean nice rooms. I came in from a 17 hour drive so it was a nice welcoming . My only suggestion is to replace the pancake maker for the complementary breakfast with a waffle maker. The pancakes were good but I had to wait awhile for them

This hotel has tried to rip me off. I just had a charge to my credit card that I made the security deposit with for $370. There were no damages to the room whatsoever upon checkout and I was told that the hundred dollar security deposit would be credited back to the credit card But not only was it not credited back. They tried to charge me an extra $370 and they cannot tell me why seems like a fraudulent charge to me because they cannot provide me with any information or evidence on something being damaged.

The room itself was fairly quiet and the bed was comfortable. The bar/restaurant next-door had great hamburgers. The daily breakfast was good and warm—a variety was available. Only negative note: I tend to like the shower stream really hot and the best that could be done was lukewarm. Otherwise, no complaints. :-)

This is a fairly nice hotel and really good value. The room was really clean and spacious. The free breakfast isnt great but worked for us as we were just eating cereal.

I appreciated the breakfast and the staff was to be expected. I had a phone that didn’t work and a coffee pot that didn’t work.

The hotel felt a bit run down, and the rooms could use some updating. The first room had a leaking toilet, and the second had a musty, moldy smell. On the plus side, the location was convenient, breakfast had decent variety, and the unlimited coffee and water were appreciated.
