I am requesting an immediate full refund for my reservation. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, the front desk informed me that they had no reservation under my name and were unable to accommodate me. Because the reservation booked through Booking.com could not be honored, I was forced to leave and secure alternative lodging at my own expense. I contacted the hotel directly and was informed that they would not issue a refund. However, I paid for accommodations that were never provided to me. I arrived as scheduled, attempted to check in, and was denied a room because the reservation could not be located. I am requesting a full refund of the amount charged. If necessary, I can provide documentation of my alternate hotel stay and any communications related to this incident. Please escalate this matter and process my refund immediately, as I should not be charged for a reservation that the property could not honor. Thank you.

Terrible room. Bathroom door knob broken, could not close door completely or you were locked in, knob only worked from outside. Missing lightbulbs, pool towels stocked in bathroom instead of regular towels, white spot in middle of TV screen, window glass broken, barely any water pressure in bathroom sink, no shampoo/conditioner. 1/10 do not recommend.

Excellent place to stay. Very clean, helpful, and friendly staff. Good full breast fast. Minor issues, no shampoo dispenser (still shampoo bags available), TY is old; however, works fine. Definitively, I will stay again.

I made a phone call before coming to the hotel requesting a room when I first floor and they said they would reserve it for me. Mind you that I had previously paid for the room a week in advance and I expressed that anything on the first floor would do since they don't have handicap rooms in this hotel. The old staff was more accommodating but the news staff that they hired reneged and place me on the third floor and that the elevator is functioning now. Needless to say this changed my whole opinion about the direction this particular hotel is going. One of the problems with my room was there was no shampoo there you know like the little packets and it did not have a microwave. They informed me that they'll get one put up there but I was only staying for 2 days and it wasn't enough time for them to accommodate that. The new staff was very Loki and polite and not accommodating at all saying that the rules are that you got a king size bed and if you want a room on the bottom floor you can get a queen size bed or a double and I didn't mind a queen size bed I just wanted a room on the first floor and I knew a room existed for me on the first floor which is why I asked for it in advance. I was very disappointed.

When I stay there in the past they had a problem with the ice machine and they have fixed that. They seem to be firing on all cylinders and everything was good.

The toilets barely flush. Even after tequesting to switch rooms, the toilet wasn't any better. The room was not clean and whatever solvent they wete using to clean smelled overwhelmingly bad. It made me have a continuous cough. The staff was barely helpful. The bathrom was incredibly slippery. And the breakfast on the days they remembeted were a joke.

I would say the pricing is the only thing that comes to mind. The rooms the amenities the so say breakfast that they serve. But like they say you get what you pay for. Yeah also doors the don’t lock automatically was crazy when I turned the door handle without the key card and it just opened.

The breakfast was disappointing. The location was horrible. The address is on interstate 10, but you cannot access it from interstate 10. You have to come in a back way which confuse the GPS. The bathroom fan made awful squealing sound. I have stayed at better budget motels.

Do NOT book to stay at this hotel if you are traveling. They have roaches! My kids & I were stay there for. 2 nights & upon the 2nd day there was a roach in the bathroom that I had to kill. It was disgusting! I went to complain about it at the front desk there was literally little to no help! The girl at the front desk was acting like she was scared to contact the manager that I requested to speak with about the situation! I wanted to be compensated some of my money back for the disgusting conditions & live roaches and was told that I would have to email guess relations. I wasn’t able to talk to the property manager at all. I also have photos of the roach, And when I checked out Sunday morning the front desk staff was very nasty & rude! Heated exchange with Staff members.Do NOT waste your money at this slum of a hotel and their rude staff. Housekeeping doesn’t speak any English & if you need help they aren’t helpful at all. I highly DO NOT recommend!

The ice machine was out of order, but we were able to go next door to sister hotel and get ice. The staff offered to go for us, but we took the walk. Our cozy room was on the third floor, and I was so thankful to see the luggage cart, got it all loaded up, Just to unload and get our steps in. THE ELEVATOR WAS OUT OF ORDER. I am normally a stair taker anyway, but as stated, we had a few days worth of luggage and supplies to haul. The hair dryer I borrowed from the lobby was also out of order. I was offered drugs in the parking lot, and multiple times there were folks sitting on the stairs, smoking. Not that it makes a difference, but it wasn't a cigarette or bud.. Overall, we extended our stay multiple days and would stay there again if necessary. The rates are affordable, the staff were all pleasant, all issues were addressed and solved immediately. We stayed in three different hotels that week, due to travel. This was the cheapest, and the room was a bit smaller, but it was still our top pick. And it rained all week, so the indoor pool was a bonus! 3 out of 5 for now. It appears to be under new management and going through changes.

Clean room front desk staff really friendly when I check in the room was clean I was there a total of 4 days never did they came buy to clean it I had made a report about this things in my past stayed but here I am and it’s happening again. Parking don’t look safe but it is. Besides me telling front desk I need my room clean Saturday they told me room cleaning is only Monday thru Friday. I went ahead and stand my stay til from April 13-17 I ask this morning to clean my room before I left I come back at 6pm and room not clean at all

It was concerning that the AED indicator in the hallway, outside the fitness room, indicated that there was a an AED in the room, and there was not. The parking to the west and northwest had debris, was unkept, and a dumpster took up the corner parking space outside the west door. It was difficult to access side door with stroller, as there was not a dip in the curb, nor does the front walkway come around to the side doorway.

The hotel is pretty decent as far as the rooms but when this visit the ice machine wasn't working and as usual the gym is equipped if you like aerobic exercise not much for weightlifting but they have nice machines for aerobic exercise.

Terrible. Bedford arrival I called around 9:30pm stating “we would be later than expected and is it okay if we can get still get our keys before midnight” the lady and the front desk who answered said “yes as long as your here by 2am you will be fine”. Once we arrived to the front desk i say i’m checking in (we get there around 12:30-1 o’clock) and I told him my name and he says “yeah they just called and there switching yall”. No one called and told me this no one emailed me, and then we try and ask for the number that just called him he wouldn’t give it to us he wouldn’t go get a manager and he was very rude HIS NAME WAS DIEGO that was at the front desk. He had a very terrible attitude, he was rude, and not trying to help us at all! He kept rolling his eyes, and having a “i don’t care” attitude when it came to helping us. So off this one experience i would not recommend staying here they are very rude and unprofessional when it comes to helping their guest. Not only did he not want to help us when other couples came in he was kind to them and trying to help them as much as he could. in my opinion i feel he didn’t want to help us at all.

Two rooms robbed. They broke windows out and had a knife. Three doors down from me. 2 cars broken into. Hotel kept locking people out of their rooms with the key card, me as well. Charged me for service dogs even though I had paperwork. Front desk threatened to call police on me for recording our conversation. Dirty tub with mold. Ice machine broke. Had to leave for fear of my life. I have info from people who got robbed. Fridge broke.

This is one of the worst properties I have ever visited. I wouldn’t come here again. First when we got there I requested side by side rooms or connected that didn’t happens. Then we realized the tv did not have a cord. We informed the staff that the room my children were in air conditioning did not work. No only didn’t the air conditioner did not work the face of it fell off. My toilet clogged and the cleaning staff tried to hand me the plunger to unclog my own toilet. Then she had the audacity to argue back with me when I said that isn’t my job. There wasn’t any warm water in my children room. We had to stay in this money pit for 3 days in these conditions and they didn’t even want to give me back any money or make any accommodations because I pre-paid through Expedia. Whatever you do, do not go to this hotel!

The entire hotel needs a remodeling. The room was something I decided on last minute but I will not be returning. The front desk initially told us they were "overbooked" and tried to get us a room next door at the LaQuinta which looked like it was abandoned. The room was okay except for some of the lamps and light swithes didn't work. There weren't enough towels for 2 guests. The shower vent look like it was starting to get mold around it. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off and soaking up moisture. When I booked it told us there was complimentary breakfast, but when we arrrived they provided a breakfast voucher for one day on a 2 night stay. Granted I don't normally eat some hotel breakfast but it was laughable that they gave a voucher for it when it's not necessary.

The first room I was given the heater didn’t work so I was moved to another room. The sink in that room leaked very bad. Housekeeping didn’t clean my room Sunday when I went to work so when I returned the room was dirty and I had no fresh towels

Breakfast was meh. The parking was easy. Other hotels where almost empty and quite dark. Infact the ice machine was out at SONESTA and they recommended that we walk to the next door hotel and fill out ice bucket. It was cold out and super dark. The elevator, gym, pool, and laundry all had out of order signs. I got charged 30 for a late check out when I had a consecutive reservation and they didn't give the money back. I work in the travel industry as a flight attendant and have slept many places but I think this had to be my biggest disappointment in years.The staff I interacted with was pretty nice but not accommodating.

The hotel was not maintained. Had to switch rooms because the tub in that room constantly dripped. The second was better but was not cleaned good. The elevator wasn’t working. I constantly had to go to tge front desk because kept being demagnetized. The second floor hallway was extremely cold. The ice machine never worked. Had to go next door to get ice.And the night staff would disappear from the front desk, so you would have to wait until they showed up. Overall the stay was not good.

I have a medical condition that requires me to use a crutch to walk, and upon arriving at the hotel at 2:51 p.m.—just nine minutes before the posted check-in time—the front desk staff member, Hamaz, was extremely rude and refused to allow me and my family to check in. While I fully understand the hotel’s 3 p.m. check-in policy, the minimum expectation in a hospitality setting is courtesy and professionalism; instead of politely asking us to wait, he argued that the owners were on the property and he “did not want to get in trouble.” When we asked to speak with a manager, he proceeded to insult both me and my wife. This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be staying at Sonesta properties again given the lack of respect and basic hospitality shown by your staff.

The front desk staff was horrible and harassing. They have early and late check in/out fees in place. Instead of following their own protocols they like to tell guests that they’re calling the police on them. There’s a $100 deposit however I overheard a staff member telling another guest that there’s a $0 and $40 deposit option. Theres a $30 early check in fee. Late room renewal is $30 after 12pm and a full regular priced days stay after 3pm. However around 11:30 they will tell you that they’re going to call the police on you. There’s roaches in the rooms. The amenities are not accessible. The pool was out of order when I first arrived. There’s a huge trash receptacle on the property. Just in the way. Breakfast consists of white bread, cereal, oatmeal, cookies, apple juice, coffee, and milk The staff is rude. They do not know how to multitask. The door broke as a guest was arriving and instead of instructing said guest to meet one of the staff members at one of the other exit doors to be let in they just ignored her while they called maintenance or figured out what was wrong with the door. House keeping is nosy and will take pictures/remove your things out of your room if you’re not available to watch them.

Room was very lean and very comfortable. Also Angel checked ✔️ me in and made sur i had everything i needed. Staying there 5 day was relaxing but the water in the pool was very cold.upon leaving Angel also made sure i was well taken care of and said hope to see me again

The pictures were definitely old or fake. We picked this location for the indoor pool but it was not in working condition but the whole 1st floor reeked of chlorine. The breakfast choices were very limited. It lacks effort and shows the corners that they cut in efforts to save money. Every time we pulled in the parking lot it was always a car or two parked with someone seating in there as if they were making drug transactions. Hotel was definitely not what I thought it would be. The good thing was that both employees that we interacted with were pleasant!

Breakfast was served late on weekends and no coffee available in the morning. So I didn’t get to eat. My room key didn’t work the second night. So I had to stay in line and wait 45 minutes for the new arriving guest to get a new card. Therefore list another hour of sleep. The cleaning crew left a bunch of hair in the tub and sink. Absolutely disgusting. I suspected they were using my room to take showers and wash their hair. Also all the caps were missing from my hair products. They were probably using them too. My laptop was unbuckled and appeared to be removed when I returned. Probably looking for money. Lucky they didn’t steal my laptop. They switched towels the 2nd night from full bath towels to medium used hair towels that were so thin , you could see through them. Therefore, they didn’t dry me off very well. I have photos of all the long hair left in the tub and sink. I’m sure they were using my room to use the shower and sink as I have short hair that doesn’t fall out. Also , shady characters hang out in the parking lot late at night and early in the morning. I saw a car missing tires and up on a tripod. So park at your own risk.

Overall the Hotel was nice and clean, unfortunately the Pool was not operating and I had a child with me looking forward to using it, furthermore, the shower curtain pole in our room was broken and the shower curtain would not close making the bathroom floor wet and slippery. Lastly, the toilet was not flushing properly.

I stayed one night in this hotel (thank God). It smelled horrible. Staff did not have manors or any kind of professionalism so to in their approach on the phone or in person. Rooms were dirty (curtains, bath tubs, sheets. I used my own blankets and sheets. The “breakfast” was pitiful and at weird hours. The $100 deposit was never disclosed until I arrived and it was more than my stay there, and even the front desk seemed afraid to bring it up because even they know it’s ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away.

The room, particularly the bathroom was run down.Dripping tub faucet, slow drain in sink, and toilet that required 2 flushes to go down. The bathtub had area that were chipped. Just gross. The tv had a gray shadow in the center distorting the picture. Room had a musty smell. Would not recommend.

They demand a $100 deposit offering return same day on checkout and 5 days to return if credit card is used. No extra towels. Uou need to return dirty towels in front desk to get replaced if you need additional towels. I stayed 4 nights. Washing machine never worked. Ice dispenser never worked. Need iron box? Go to frontdesk and promise to return to get one. Want to dry a towel? No stand for it?

The staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. Lots of space to park, very clean room. There is no shops nearby, and it’s one way road there and it’s kind of easy to miss your turn to the hotel cause there is no signs on this hotel, that was the only inconvenient thing there, but I liked my stay there a lot.

I came here about 10 weeks ago, right after Sonesta took over. They have done substantial improvements in rooms, toiletries, etc. Very impressed. Also try to get rooms not facing the interstte. Can get kind of noisy with traffic.

We were told that the hotel had changed owners. The laundry room & ice maker were non-operational. We were told by one female worker at the front desk that we could get more towels once the dryer was done. However, when we came down after 10 pm, a male front desk clerk in his 20s was at the front desk. He told us there weren't any towels. We explained his co-worker from earlier said there were. Another guest came looking for towel and was told there were towels once they dried in the dryer. The front desk clerk then told us to check at noon the next day. He was playing loud rap music. He didn't check for the towels till after the second guest. The dumpster outside in the parking lot was unkempt. We did enjoy the pool which was open till midnight. Housekeeping was very helpful.

Hotel was another name now Sonesta there was red ants on the foot bath towel first night 2nd night on some clothes in the closet. Beds are soft but linen had a certain smell, breakfast is very limited and hours too. They didn't have luggage cart first night like I said it looks like they are starting over. Ice machine didn't work on any floors. Service desk some friendly others spaced out when asked questions. Left a cash deposit and was returned to us when leaving hotel. Mentioned these problems they said they were going to work on it.

Check in was quick. Staff was very nice room was super clean. My daughter loved it looked just like the pictures no weird smells no bugs of any kind. I do see that they are under renovation which is also exciting and above all the price was awesome.

I informed the front desk, but they didn’t seem very surprised or concerned, and didn’t offer any real solution besides a half-hearted apology. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they fix their pest problem. Definitely not worth the money.

Very nice place for a short trip despite the cockroach in the restroom and the odor of the location it honestly is a very pleasant stay. Very calm and quiet, also the pool is open pretty much alllll day! I do recommend staying if you’re only coming for the weekend.

The building is old and it is a partner of sonesta, I have stayed at sonesta hotels before and this one is nothing like sonesta hotels, super old, dirty, not family friendly could not let me child crawl because there was bugs on floor.

After the first night, we were unhappy with the condition of the room, which had fairly severe water damage and smelled so we decided it wasn't worth staying the additional 2 days we had booked.
