Friendly and helpful staff, subtle musty smell everywhere, dated room with electrical fixtures falling out of the wall, and plumbing fixtures (toilet manly) not working properly. Great restaurant on the first floor. Drunk crowds in elevators going to/from the rooftop bar in the evening.

The staff was top tier; no complaints there. The property needs a refresh to the rooms otherwise I’ll be back. Felt safe walking around the hotel did utilize the bar for breakfast. Not bad.

Great location for House of Blues concert, really modern and beautiful hotel with a fantastic restaurant downstairs and their breakfast was exceptional! Be sure to add the breakfast option on while booking. It was just $25 for us both and it was fantastic!!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Le Meridian. The first time it was a random hotel through Hotwire. We loved it so much that the second time we chose the hotel specifically.

Room was great. Great location. Great food and drinks connected to the hotel. Only drawback was you had to valet or park in the parking garage that charged and wasn’t connected to the hotel. No pool but had a rooftop bar and restaurant/bar on the first floor.

It looks like a nice European boutique-style hotel, but it’s just a Marriott with a cheap, polyester beret. No real amenities to speak of, the food is low quality and cheap. Bad attitude with Marlén at the front desk. Just a gross place.

We spent our time at Le Meredien after purchasing tickets for a highly anticipated concert. The staff were friendly and engaged in small talk whenever they saw us. The rooms were both clean and spacious. However, I was taken aback by the overnight parking fee of $69. Also, I suggest having dinner before settling in for the night, as we didn't and ended up buying two turkey sandwiches from the restaurant downstairs for $40. So, consider grabbing dinner before returning to the hotel for the evening. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable.

The room was clean and nice. We went to the wine restaurant and they wanted to sit us at a dirty table or squish us at a table between two others. The hostess acted annoyed that we weren't happy with those options, so we just left. The rooftop bar didn't open at more than an hour after the rain stopped.

Emily, the receptionist at the front desk made us feel more than welcome! This is a beautiful hotel! I came here for my birthday just for the rooftop restaurant but they were not open. I really don’t have any complaints because everything was so amazing besides, clean the showers better! Even though one thing went wrong I still have to give 5 stars and that speaks volumes !

The view dirty shower floor was cracked and dirty towels It was dirty. Bedsheets was not fresh dusty in the area.

Checked in, got sent to a room that was either already occupied or was not cleaned before our arrival. Beds were unmade, towels on the floor, trash everywhere. Desk lady got us a new room, keys worked fine all day and then stopped around 5am. Got locked out of the room for an hour waiting on maintenance to unlock the door. Cleaning lady walked into the room while we were in it, did no knock or anything.

Great location—only four blocks from the George R. Brown Convention Center. The room was comfortable, quiet, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. The only downside was that the shower floor wasn’t as well maintained as expected. We parked at the 803 Fannin Street Garage and had no issues. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

We loved the location of the property. The restroom was kind of dirty. Also lots of dirty spots on the floor as well. We ended up getting sick right when we got in the hotel room so it made it hard for us to want to do things. We asked for extra pillows and it took them almost an hour. People constantly knocking on the door when we didn’t request anything.

Everything! I loved everything about this hotel from the cleanliness to the excellent hospitality of the hotel staff. There was nothing not to like this hotel and staff again was remarkable.

The gym is setup nice with lots of natural light from all the windows, refrigerated water bottles and chilled towels. We stayed in one of the suite style rooms, which is a nice 1 bedroom with separate living room and dining style setup. The bathrooms are huge and have a spa like feel. It was a great stay for my work trip. My wife and 3 month old baby also joined and the room was perfect for all 3 of us.

We had an event at Daikin Field and this was the perfect location to stay! It is a short walk to the field and Hotel was very nice and clean and staff was super friendly. Definitely recommend and we will stay here again when visit Houston again.

The 1st room I got was warm & I called down to the front desk and they sent someone up promptly to address the issue, we went for a bit and the room was still warm I called back down to the front desk and once again they sent someone out promptly, the AC wasn’t working so the provided us w/ another room without out any issues. I would stay at the property again other than the AC issues everything else was perfect.

Had car broken into and items stolen while car was in valet knew it was one of the workers bcuz the key had to be used to open the glove box couldn’t get management assistance had to file police report still waiting on hotel to contact me. Never ever use valet service here

We went to the restaurant and there was only one person waiting, taking order, and running food service to the rooms. Poor guy! Very understaffed! No public parking offered. Valet service was also understaffed and took a very long time to get the car. But the room itself was good and to check in and out was good.

Staff was amazing! They even had a pop up store. The walk to the Toyota Center was close and convenient.

Everyone working at this location were so professional and polite! Loved how clean everything was. Only issue was a male "Karen", I guess that's a "Kyle "? He was a guest and made a huge fuss, accused valet staff of stealing out of his vehicle (they did NOT, this guest was just completely unhinged), almost backed into to MY vehicle in his fit of rage trying to leave, and flipped me off because I honked at him before he backed into me. All the hotel staff were trying their best to appease the situation, and I felt so bad they had to deal with a customer like that. They all deserve a raise, my personal opinion. But overall, great experience, friendly staff, safe environment, and just overall a good choice for a hotel. I will definitely book another room with them in the future

My husband and I went to the game for his birthday, this location was great, walkable to several restaurants, bars, and Daikin Park. The staff were friendly and helful, the hotel was clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Loved that check out was 12pm instead of 11am, giving us a little more time to sleep in.

Theres 5 elevators and only two were working. Beautiful view of the city but the windows were dirty. This is an odd one but theres on 50 tv channels, I felt limited.

Front desk staff was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Hotel is undergoing constructive on the main level, which would have been great to know prior to arrival but there was no notification. Room size was great but with only one sink and two trash cans, not the best set up. A second sink would have made a major difference. Hotel housekeeping lacked, failed to empty trash cans, did not leave tissue and toilet paper even though we were out, did not replace dirty towels.

We asked to change rooms, which was immediately granted. The room they gave us was one floor down and on the exact same side as the other. It was even louder, and we didn’t sleep a wink. The staff didn’t seem to care, and I never got a call back from management that I requested. I won’t be back.

If you are headed to Houston for an Astro or Rocket game, this is the place to stay. Walking distance to both and downtown Houston felt extremely safe and I was with my 84 year old Mom. Many “fancy” restaurants near by, no fast food options on the weekend which I found surprising. Would definitely stay here again if back in town for a game.

Everything about my stay was excellent with the exception of housekeeping barging in one morning after we yelled no thank you after they initially knocked on the door. Great property & was slightly disappointed to learn they didn't have a pool on premises.

Very nice downtown office building redo into a hotel. Clean and good staff. Willing to help with issues. One thing that was challenging was light in the bathrooms for applying make-up. Ambient lighting is aesthetically nice but it would be great have options for brighter lights. At least around the make-up mirror.

I was working remotely and originally planned to work solely in my room because the desk area was very nice but decided to work in the lobby on the 2nd floor and I really liked the vibe and felt it was easy to focus on my work and be productive. I also tried out the rooftop bar on February 17th and I happened to be a very cold and windy time of year but they had heaters out there which made it easy to enjoy the scenery. Also the bartender was very friendly and sweet despite having to be exposed to the elements! I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. I thought it would be a little smaller but it was very spacious and so was the bathroom! I appreciated how organized the closet was set up which made unpacking very easy. We were on the 17th floor and we still could hear street noise at night but again if you stay in the downtown area of any city it’s a given. Plus I think their curtains helped muffle the sound a lot. I don’t know when I’ll be back in Houston but I would definitely stay again at Le Meridian!

Overall it was ok, a bit noisy on the weekends if you’re on the top floors as they have parties up on the patio lounge.

Beds and pillows very comfortable. Able to store luggage prior to departure. Will definitely stay here and other locations again!

I had a horrible experience. I couldn't park close to hotel. I had to walk in snow and ice. Or pay valet and risk they wreck your vehicle in ice. I had to wait hours for hot water to take hot shower. The heater wasnt working in my room. I was freezing. I got into bed. Woke up cold sweats. Im allergic to down feather pillows and feather down blankets. I had bad headache and freezing.

Lovely hotel. Very comfortable and conveniently located downtown. Our room had no view, but that’s okay as there isn’t really anything to see in Houston anyway.

We had an amazing time! The hospitality was incredible. Vivian was super sweet and she was able to let us checkin earlier than expected. Comfortable and nice stay

It’s was okay, no complaints for the one night I was there on NYE. I thought it was a nice touch they gave us champagne.

Room was clean and staff was friendly metro around the corner no problems. Only thing the pillows were super soft you lost the pillows at night like sleeping into the bed.

Worth it , no parking

Bad room facing an inner alley. Front desk person was not willing to give us a nicer room even when the hotel was half empty. The hallway had a bad odor. Overall a bad hotel. Stay away from this one.

The beds were rather hard and uncomfortable. I thought I read the beds were feather top and feather pillows, but the beds were not. That’s the only major issue.

Room was great but too much drama happened while there including lack of elevator frquency, system outage, and fatality.

The reason we booked the hotel was for the rave reviews of the rooftop bar. Unfortunately, the hotel systems were down so they were not able to give us keys to our room and the restaurant/bar was closed. They did escort us to our room for entrance but we had to very mindful when we left because we were not able to get back in without an escort. Very disappointed.
