It was a perfect stay and perfect location.

This hotel promises a wonderful stay! The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax. Onsite parking is available, though it does come with a fee. Nestled away behind other hotels, the location offers a peaceful, secluded atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy your trip!

Very clean, newly renovated and modern. Check-in was easy. Our room was serviced while we were out for the day and was very tidy when we returned. The staff working the breakfast cafe were so nice.

Great location, nice wide hallways, spacious room, very 'hip' decorations, looked liek a great little cocktail bar and cafe, easy check in, easy access to property. Primarily the price- for the same amount you can stay nearby at other hotels that have much more modern rooms etc for the money. Parking spots are very small and i didnt know they would even charge to park until check in. also window units always are 'meh' - at$225 all in, this would be an amazing hotel.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is well kept. The bartender, she did an exceptional job with the drinks. Wish I knew her name to give recognition. We will definitely stay here again.

This is our go to place to stay when visiting Houston. We stayed here many times and the location works for us as it’s located conveniently to all of our favorite restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly and on top of everything. We love that the hotel is a pet friendly establishment as we bring our big dog here with us and they are so accommodating.

The hotel has great style! The parking was a bit hard to find, since the hotel is tucked in the middle of other hotels, but I felt that parking lot was safe. I liked that I could park close to the hotel. Check in was quick and easy. Loved our room, just beds were too soft and fluffy for our comfort. Felt unique, not just a cookie cutter hotel.

Hotels.com messed my reservation. I booked a 2 queen room and hotel vesper had it as a king room with only one bed. Tried calling hotels.com to get it fixed but after sitting on hold for 30 minutes I decided to just take the king room. ( the front desk told me there were no queen double rooms available due to multiple big events happening near by.

Always enjoying staying at Hotel Vesper, it’s my go-to in the Galleria area. Great value for the money, especially if you get the suite. The only suggestion I’d make is I wish they had microwaves in the upgraded rooms, with all that counter space would be easy, but not a big deal. In my opinion Vesper is the best value for your money in Galleria area.

We stayed here for a weekend and absolutely loved everything about this hotel. It was very clean…the room, the grounds, the restaurant/bar. It was decorated impeccably. It was walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The staff was amazing. Highly recommend. We’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel was amazing! I loved the decor and the vintage details. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were helpful. I loved how it was close to the Galleria and other places I wanted to see.

Oh man, this hotel was great, quaint hidden but not hidden gem… outstanding! I will be going back. There is nothing that I didn’t like attractive from the outside to the inside decor is amazing. Loved it!

Nada We stayed at your hotel—my two nephews, their mother, and I—in two separate rooms. In one room, the shower didn’t work because the shower lever was missing, and I couldn’t report it since I discovered it at 5 a.m. In the other room, something similar to fleas bit my nephews and their mother, leaving them covered in bites and welts. When I went down to reception at 5 a.m. to file a complaint, I didn’t receive any kind of response or apology. The only reply I got was that they would inform the manager. I am demanding a refund because I paid for two expensive rooms, and not only were they not clean, but one didn’t even have a working shower. This is unacceptable.

Beautifully decorated interiors, comfortable beds, wonderful atmosphere, friendly and welcoming staff. We had breakfast daily in the cafe and dinner one evening in the restaurant- the food was wonderful. The location was ideal- just behind the Galleria. I hope to get my husband back for a weekend retreat!

Didn’t feel completely comfortable with the lack of mattress protection. Sealed bags are always best but did se clean no evidence of any mattress mites and bugs.

Love this hotel. The aesthetics are perfection and they did not miss a single detail. Beautiful rooms and the bar was quite nice as well. All staff was very helpful and accommodating!

The hotel itself was beautiful, the security was horrible NO CAMRAS 4 people in total got their cars broken into including us stole everything we had in our vehicle, we understand that it's not their responsibility, but really NO CAMRAS in the middle of Houston where people go to spend money obviously we where going to have cash to spend and have other valuable items with us, the security guard is trash because how would you not realize 4 cars got their windows broken from their vehicle and items stolen. And they took their time to dig through all of our belongings to search and fine our things we had hidden. Horrible service not recommended

There is no shelf, ledge, or shower caddy in the shower..... I had to put everything on the floor of the shower.... Very surprising that such an important detail was missing.... This is the only shortcoming that I experienced during the stay.

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Vesper - the area is centrally located to a lot of things. The breakfast was amazing and we had great drinks at the bar.

Didn’t have breakfast. Location is the main reason I picked it. Charged me $15 dollars per day to park. This should be in the room rate. I stead if hitting the customer with this at check in and pissing them off, include it and when you ask are you parking a car with us if they say no you get to surprise them with a discount instead of pissing them off with additional bogus fees. When this hotel was IHG it was much better. Parking included. Huge walk in showers. No it sux

I found this hidden gem because it was one of the last hotels that had double beds. I didn’t know what to expect, but I was extremely pleased. It smelled amazing when we walked through the doors. The decor from the lobby to the halls to the room itself was super cute. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I loved that the complementary breakfast ended at 10:30 which was typically later than other hotels I’ve stayed in. The security charge of $15 was unexpected, but the front desk informed us that there was a security guard who watched the vehicles overnight. I appreciated that. We had a great experience and will definitely be back.

This hotel is the definition of a boutique hotel! Super cute decor, beds were so comfortable and less than a block away from galleria! Would return and best quality for cost!

Now that they have change from Indigo to Vesper, AC units do not keep rooms cool. AC stopped working again during stay.

Well, I should’ve looked more into the property as it is next door to the mall but is NOT connected to the mall. You have to walk through the parking lot which is like a wide alley way then you come out through Nordstrom. Honestly when sun sets I didn’t feel safe walking in the dark so I still had to drive to the mall & pay for parking. So that whole idea ruined the location, I would’ve stayed at the Westin where I usually stay at but bigger rooms weren’t available. Also I booked for 2 queen beds & in all honesty they felt like a FULL size bed which is smaller than a queen. I even joked to my husband that I had a measuring tape in the car that I was curious if it was even a queen but didn’t do so. LOL. The website states FREE PARKING on site but the receptionist said it’s $15/night but then I asked do I need a sticker/pass/give a make&model & they stated they don’t use them so not sure what was the point of charging for parking if no indication you paid for parking & what vehicle is paid for or not. Honestly the Employees are the reason I’m not giving a bad star review bc all the employees were super sweet & friendly. But in all honesty I didn’t feel safe, and it all felt shady. But we were far from home & this was what we had to work with for a couple of days.

This hotel has some of the strangest and most unattractive interiors I have ever seen. This is a shame because the hotel seems fairly new. The ice machine on our floor didn't work. The waitress at the coffee shop was very nice.

They canceled my reservation, but very helpful woman at front desk “J” did get me in. The fire alarm went off at 10:00 for no reason. The power kept flickering, which of course shut off the tv and the Wi-Fi. Then after checkout and having breakfast I asked where the downstairs bathroom is? Oh there is none, it’s under renovation. Awesome.

You have to walk around the side door to enter and they were painting when we arrived. The paint smell was pretty strong and we had to step around the workers to get to the elevator. The hotel will be beautiful when they done.

The noise of renovation/construction during the unexpected time (8-10 am) while expected between 10 am and 4 pm.

I know this property well & have stayed many times in the past. It’s being remodeled & it needs it but I’ll hold off staying until it’s finished.

The hotel room was fine but with all of the issues with the fire alarms, housekeeping not coming twice during the four days we were there and then demanding to let maintenance in to change a thermostat that was working fine made the stay much harder to enjoy.

The best thing about this hotel was the free parking. Also, there was a security guard watching the parking lot. There was a construction in the fifth and six floor which started at 8 AM in the morning and could be heard from second floor where our room was basically after 8 AM it is impossible to sleep even on a Saturday.

I am very picky and have a lot of trouble sleeping, everything was very clean and I literally could not hear a thing anywhere. 4. Great bed! I have a very bad back and this was literally the best hotel bed I have ever slept on! Pillow top and supportive, I slept so great I had trouble getting out of bed in the morning. That has never happened in a hotel before. Ever. I will absolutely stay at a Hotel Indigo again!!

I enjoy the quietness around the area and how safe it made me and my family feel. The staff was friendly and prompt. The ONLY thing I did not enjoy during my stay was the pull out bed. As I was attempting to set it up, I notice that it was broken therefore my I had to switch place with my daughter and it was the most unpleasant sleep I had in a long time.

Large kitchen suite with no kitchen items. No hand soap, no dish soap, no paper supplies, no microwave. Found it an odd space. But otherwise was clean and staff friendly. Food from restaurant was great

Great Experience Really Quiet great place for resting.

Overall the place was not horrible, but we had a hole in the bathroom door that was somewhat clumsily patched up, the shower head barely functional, and the beds were not comfortable. Would try to avoid staying here again.

Why was I given a handicap room and not told? Shower leaking on floor, no closet rail high enough for my dresses.

The room was a tad different than expected. It was clean except for a tiny roach that was trying to die in the bathroom. The bed was hard as a rock and the room was cold. You don’t have a comforter on the bed. It’s basically three sheets. Not quite what I expected for the area we were staying in. However, the shower was great. Very hot water. That was the one plus. I’d give it a solid 3 out of 5.

I dislike the cost benefit of what you charge. No toiletries in bathroom, room service worst than the cheapest delivery app. Drinks served in paper cups.Emplyees try, owners are exploiting customers and employees
