No housekeeping for my three night stay. Other than that stay was average nothing horrible nothing great. I would probably not stay at this location again. However , the staff was nice. The pack-in-play did. It work for me 1 year old.

Great overall stay! The suite was clean, modern, and stocked with everything I needed for an extended stay. The fitness center, pool, lounge area, and free breakfast were nice touches. My room was non-smoking and spacious. Loved the free Wi-Fi!

I like that the room has a kitchen and the hotel employees were courteous and helpful. upon reaching the hotel after 12 hours of driving and with my 90 year old granmother, the elevator wasn't working. this shouldn't be a big deal, because they have two elevators. but since only one elevator ever functions, when THAT one stops working, that means there aren't ANY elevators working. air coming out of the a/c smells stale and musty. but not using it isn't really an option because the temperature was in the 90's during visit to Houston inadequate dishes in room. there are usually 4 of each dish, cup, and utensil. there were 2 tall drinking glasses, four large plates, no smaller plates, and zero small juice glasses room not cleaned properly. after housekeeping visit, floor in bathroom still dirty. sink in bathroom needs deep cleaning. grout is stained, dirty and the edges of sink is also dirty. poor sink style chosen for hotel. it was probably cheaper. when the housekeeping lady comes, she takes the dirty towels, but doesn't leave clean towels to replace them. I had to go downstairs and request towels twice. they didn't put liners in the trash cans. this seems unsanitary. when I used my own bags, they took the bags when emptying the trash and just left unlined trash cans again. shower curtain is too short. it doesn't stay inside the tub while showering. shower curtain is too short. it doesn't stay inside the tub while showering. Hotel doesn't have enough people at work. There should be more than one person behind the counter at check-in time. It's too much for one person to do. A fantastic hotel right in the middle of Westchase, its not too far from a freeway that can connect you all over the city, and right by major roads like Westheimer and Richmond. I've stayed at this hotel many times and they have stellar staff, a beautiful pool, a nice patio, and a great gym. The breakfast is delicious, and rooms are spacious and clean, they feel like apartments. Definitely recommend!

The hotel and its staff are great! I think the design of the shower in bathroom is not good that easily let water to leak over the floor.

My overall experience at the hotel was excellent. From the reception staff to the breakfast team, everyone was professional, friendly, and accommodating. The customer service was truly exceptional and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. I will definitely stay at Home2 Suites again. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Great location and service . The hotel is next door to a small recreational area - perfect for kids and pets. Nice walk with stationed security. Library on the other side of area. I would recommend this place because it’s in a business area so it’s secure and in a very nice area. Hotel is equipped with pool, gym, nice lobby and breakfast.

We were only in Houston 2 nights. This hotel was so great. Quiet, Clean, and every staff member I came across was super friendly. The breakfast was also great. My husband and I took advantage of the Gym and that was also very clean, and they have quite a bit of equipment to use. Highly recommend.

Great area. Not too far away from an HEB, restaurants and shops are close too. The room had a lot more then expected & made the trip even better. We have a decent size Fridge & Freezer, dishes, a dishwasher, a microwave & sink to clean dishes. It was very spacious. The pool area had a grill & we enjoyed Barbecuing for the time that we were here. We also enjoyed the Gym facilities very late in the night because we couldn't sleep (1-2am), it was nice. Would definitely come again for such a clean and friendly atmosphere.

The front desk staff were very accommodating and pleasant especially Vinny. Weird smell in the hallways but doesn’t enter the rooms.

Breakfast menu is very limited. Cleaning services did not come when you ask them. Checked in with my name and checked out with different name. Staff blamed on Expedia which I know it's not true.

Hotel is older and breakfast is very basic. However, Staff is beyond wonderful. The gym is also very good for a hotel. Back to the staff, they were super helpful, polite, gracious, and went out of their way for guests. We will be back.

Clean room with a refrigerator and dishwasher in the room, which was very convenient. The staff were polite and helpful, though a warmer, more welcoming attitude would have made the experience even better. Breakfast and the overall breakfast service could use some improvement.

The room was a nice size and the beds and pillows were comfy. I didn't have ANY housekeeping services during my whole stay. Apparently they lied and wrote down that they cleaned our room twice but clearly didn't. Also, housekeeping didn't provide enough wash cloths or blankets when we checked in. The tub/shower felt old, weak, and creaky, and the shower head caused the water to come out very hard.

Chaundra and Jaylen were awesome. Miss Chaundra was very attentive and even assured my birthday and experience were great during my stay. The fire pit was my favorite place to lounge. There was one cleaning lady who wasnt that nice but I will say the hotel was very clean. Even the manage was great and offered recommendations for things to do and see. Can't wait for my next trip to Houston because I will be staying here again!

We traveled to Houston for the rodeo and needed a place to stay. I'm so glad we chose this one! The room styles were so cute, and the staff amazing! The breakfast in the morning was also impressive.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was awesome. The location of the hotel was great also. I would like to give a special thank you to Jaylen he made sure that our stay was top notch he is greatly appreciated. Also thanks to Rudi she was very sweet check out was quick.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. When we arrived we had to wait with others while the front desk staff waited for the cleaning staff to get a list of rooms that were ready. Other than that, all went well.

There's a nice park next door with walking trails, dog park, and children's playground. The only down side of the hotel is that the walls and doors are lacking sound proofing, but nothing that ear plugs didn't solve for sleeping.

Additionally, I specifically selected and booked a room on the 4th floor (Room 437) through the hotel’s app. Upon arrival, I was told the room was unavailable and was reassigned to a room on the 2nd floor (Room 237). The staff blamed the issue on ‘the app,’ which felt like an inadequate explanation for not honoring my confirmed reservation. Overall, the lack of follow-through on housekeeping and the failure to provide the requested room were disappointing and inconvenient.

Elevator was broken. I am a cancer patient with little to no energy, and I was forced to walk the stairs.

I was very upset when I arrived at the property and found out that my room that I reserved was sold to someone else. I even called the night before to ensure that we would have the 2 rooms double queen beds next to each other. The front desk representative told me that he had them reserved for me. When we arrived at the hotel we had to stay in the 2 kings bed and that’s all they have left. The second morning, my 2 boys were being accused of stealing candy from the shelves and which my wife already asked the front desk Jayden to do the room charge. Jayden said: I can’t have your kids stealing candy 2 days in a row. I was very upset because we taught our kids not to take anything from anyone without asking for their permission. In fact my wife asked Jayden to do the room charge the first morning when my kids wanted candy. I asked Jayden to show me proof of my kids stealing candy since he said that they have cameras. He replied that his manager only had access to them and will contact me on Monday since his manager is off on the weekend. I would sure hope that Expedia is aware about this property and I would sure hoped that no one else had such a bad experience like us. Please help me and dig into this and clear our accusations. By the way their staff are not very friendly. I was hung up by Jayden when I was on the phone with him.

The best part is the staff and in particular Jay at the front office, he was extremely helpful and accommodating, one of the main reason we will back is the care and the professionalism Jay have shown us. He was awesome.

Wonderful stay! I found my next destination hotel! Comfortable, quiet, relaxing! The only issue was I woke up to water on the floor from the refrigerator. I’ll let them know when I check out.

The room was over all clean except for when i dropped my earrings and while I reached for it found a bunch of dirt and hair under headboard and head side of mattress, I couldn't help to notice that under bedside night stands was full of something very sticky and a bit gross on both sides and the corners had not been vacuumed in a long time.. lots of dust and hairs in corner

There were NO luggage carts available. If you've got a 120 room hotel that's unacceptable. The roots on the trees in the landscaping were showing so you can see the neglect. Stains on the carpeting.

The only issue I had was I asked for a full cleaning and sheets included. When I got back the entire room was cleaned, but they did not change the sheets. I know because something was spilled on them, which is why I asked. The stain was still there. That was disappointing, but other than that the service was great

I initially was given 2 rooms that were both still occupied by guests which was quite concerning. Eventually I was given an unoccupied room, but the level of cleanliness wasn't the standard typical shown by your establishment. I love the Home 2 Suites and it's my go to hotel just about anytime I travel. I was very disappointed in the welcome. But the manager/employee on duty was very gracious and accommodating. I was appreciative of her efforts to quickly fix the situation.

I love the Home 2 Suites and it's my go to hotel just about anytime I travel. I was very disappointed in the welcome. But the manager/employee on duty was very gracious and accommodating. I was appreciative of her efforts to quickly fix the situation.

Room is nicely appointed, lots of charging outlets and the breakfast was quite good for a hotel that does not have a fulltime kitchen.

The only thing I did not like was the effectiveness of room services. The room service took long to attend to members request.

Other than this minor thing, everything was great.

We booked 2 rooms for a stay from 07/24/2025 to 07/27/2025. Keep in mind we were staying there, several rooms had been reserved. We were very displeased at our stay because we could not take our children out the room unless we were leaving due to no matter if we were walking down the hallway or outside there was someone smoking marijuana in their rooms and standing outside, even tried to take our children swimming and had to leave the pool which is outside due to some people came outside and was standing by the BBQ pits smoking marijuana and our children started asking what that smell was. This property needs to be tended to. We are Hilton members, and I will never stay here again or even recommend this place to anyone. I feel so bad recommending this place to the others.The only good thing the kids enjoyed was the breakfast .

The location was amazing. We were less than 5 miles away from every place that we wanted to visit. There is also a cool little park across the parking lot from the hotel.

Very good customer service, although Housekeeping is not everyday, you have to actually request it the night prior if you want it done. Very good hotel will come back again.

Front desk staff not professional or helpful

The lady at the counter was very rude to us. I'm a Hilton Honors member so I should get early check in for free but even though I called in the morning and was told the room will be ready around 1-1:30pm, when we showed up at 2:30pm, she said that we need to wait. Also, I left my son's belt in the closet in the room. After calling the hotel multiple times and talking to the manager, he finally called me after 2 days to tell me they didn't have it.

I sent an email to the manager on June 22nd. I haven’t received a response yet. We checked in on Wednesday with no problems. On Friday evening - we returned to the hotel around 5:30 and our door was left open. The cleaning crew cleaned our room and turned the knob for the deadbolt to prevent the door from closing. The room was left open with all of our personal belongings in the room. We had a 6:30 dinner reservation. So I didn’t have time to address it before we left again. However, when we returned around 10:45 pm, I did inform the guy at the front desk. His response was “so you are in 121” and he snickered. While I was explaining to him what happened, my husband tried to go to our room, and the key was no longer active. After standing at the front desk explaining and the attendant researching for about 15 minutes, he said we were not assigned to 121. We had been in 121 since Wednesday at this point. I had even visited the front desk Friday morning to extend the reservation one day - from Saturday to Sunday checkout. i had to show the attendant my Expedia reservation and Hilton confirmation email for the second reservation. He said he had to double check to ensure that our belongings were not removed from the room. He gave us another key and walked with us to the room to see if our belongings had been removed. He said it would take him a little while to figure out what happened and how to fix it. Not sure if your belongings are secure at this hotel!

Only issue was no ice bucket in room. Small issue. Will return on future trips. Love this location.

We always stay at a Home2Suites for the larger rooms and mini kitchen. The Westchase was in a quiet location. Breakfast could have been a little better as there some items that were not available every day; juice wasn’t working a couple of mornings, no bagels or muffins during most of our stay. I’m not sure if I need to request a non-smoking floor but the smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke was very strong in the hallways. Thankfully our room had no odor. Overall a good stay. However, we’ve had better stays at other Home2Suites.

Everything was great but when we needed extra towels we dialed the front office but no one answered the phone so we had to go to the front desk and ask. Also there was a roach in the kitchen area so we weren’t comfortable using the dishes.

The hotel was recently built so still new and clean. The suite was roomy and plenty of parking which is free. Hotel is next to a newly built park; so it’s good for small children. It’s less than 2 miles from the Asian/Chinatown business area which is convenient for our purposes. Definitely will stay here again next time in the area. Housekeeping is only on request which is not a problem for us

We received a suite room which was spacious and quiet! Got a view of Camden park and enjoyed live outdoor music. Will definitely be back.

The hotel is new, which is a plus. My room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I had a great experience at check-in thanks to the friendly and helpful lady at the front desk. Unfortunately, the other desk attendants didn’t seem as welcoming—they were just going through the motions. As for breakfast, the turkey sausage links were tough, and the waffle mix kept separating, which made the waffles taste off. Overall, I felt the price I paid wasn’t quite justified given the location.

You have to be buzzed into the lobby by the clerk after 6:00 p.m. but the clerk was nowhere to be found. So we had to stay in there and wait until she finally showed up and let us in.

They ignored phone calls I used landline to ask for extra beddings. When I called using their landline, hundred times no answer.when I used my mobile phone, they answered right away. Yet, they said yes but they didn’t bring any until my poo baby slept on that crib without beddings. And crib is dirty.

I stayed on the 1st floor, not sure if there is a bowling alley above the room I stayed in, but it definitely sounded like it.

Stayed one night. Nice room and accommodation. 2 queen beds, 1 sofa bed. Easily 5 people can sleeps. Nice size refreezerator.

As we walked in a well dressed entitled front desk employee tall black guy with glasses, not friendly or helpful at all just had us check in and we had to find our way around finding the elevator and to room no direction. The night employee Chandra very nice lady and helpful and was doing a good job on checking-in new customers, however had her friends or family hang out around the check-in area a lot, There should be professional standards expectations and decorum . Employees must wear name tags dress well and be presentable. I guess management is sleeping. Hotel location is very central, hotel is nice, clean and looks good. Bed in the box had blanket missing but was able to get 2 upon request. Rooms are nice and clean and very comfortable, but the sofa to bed was not in the best shape and its mattress was dirty. Pillows were absolutely worthless and old and left my and my wife’s neck hurting in the morning that’s one important reason I do not give this hotel better ratings . Breakfast quality and assortment SAs at best average. Elevators were jumpy but smelly and 1made weird sounds. Gym set up was nice. If they invest in better quality pillows I will stay with them again. Price was fair. Once again staff at the front desk must be held to better and higher standards.

I like the property could tell it was fairly new and it was pretty quiet love the amenities checking in was easy no issues. Only part was construction 🚧 going on across the way and they took most of the parking in the mornings but nothing to major. It’s understandable would definitely recommend. (Oh beds were sooooooo comfortable)

The room was large and spacious, very comfortable and plenty of places to sit. Beds were clean. However, the kitchenette area wasn't as expected. I thought we had a full service kitchenette, however there is no stove or oven. You have to order a hot plate from the front desk. Also, the dishes were not 100% clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would maybe consider again when/if a kitchen isn't needed

Comfortable room, lots of space, clean with a nice comfortable bed and full sized refrigerator and small kitchen. I stayed a week. Hotel has a decent workout room. Breakfast is basic but fills a need. No restaurant on site. Area is okay.

The construction around the hotel and road were awful. The Breakfast wasn't as described online and no house keeper checked in.

The property is relatively new, but their maintenance was not good. Fitness had no working of AC, one elevator out of two was out of order, and no cleaning room without customer’s request. Breakfast was so so, and one lady receptionist did not smile at all.

Hotel was in good condition and room was cleaned with a fresh scent. Nice hot breakfast selection. Overall stay was pleasant. I will definitely stay at this property again.

A lot of noise, I stayed 4 nights no room service, lamp broken

It’s the location we needed for the purpose of our trip, however, the staff did not pay attention to the request we made that was confirmed by other staff before. We can hear every footstep made from the room above us or noise from the room beside us. Elevator smells weird.

This is one of a few times that we have stayed here and love it each time. It is very spacious for families and in decent area and not too far from the interstate. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay! Me and my wife stay here everytime we visit houston. Im a fan of the location being close to quick eats and 15 to 20 mins from the galleria mall.Only critique is that no one is attending the desk late night which makes getting help a hassle.
