The gentleman at the front desk was kind. The in room hot tub really needs grab handles and some sort of non slip bottom. We skipped the unappealing breakfast. For the price of the hot tub room, we could have gotten a much nicer place, and had money left over.

Everything’s really good except the key cards doesn’t work to get into the building from any door except the main entrance. If they fix that 5 stars !!

Great location and convenient. However the rooms dont feel very clean. The staff are extremely friendly so I do feel bad to say about the cleanliness. Overall everything looks good but the rooms have carpet and it does smell. Breakfast looks very basic and coffee is very weak. I will continue to stay but there are things that can be improved

I did not like anything about the property. My room wasn’t cleaned, I tried to request towels and to no avail The waffles did not cook thoroughly and the coffee was cold for breakfast. Everytime I asked the front desk for a request they did not want to provide customer service

Close to other services. I stayed for the whole week and no housekeeping cleaned my room. I had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. I had to set the trash in the hallway for housekeeping to pick it up. SAFETY: I told the staff that the exterior door close to my room was propped open and the next morning it was still propped open.

The place was NOTHING like the photos at all. It was dirty and the room had a Persistent odor! The toilet rarely flushed without any extra water being added to it. Everything! The staff was nice, I’ll say that. But the fact this place was not like the photos and was really not clean, upset me

Probably wouldn't choose this place again unless desperate which we were at this point. Also, having only one person on staff breakfast kept running out and coffee ran out as well. With a baseball team plus staying there it was sort of a nightmare to walk into. More staff and awareness is key when you are fully booked!

When our booking was cancelled at another hotel, the staff here was very helpful and nice with us. Really good job receiving us! Maybe the noise from other hotel guests, but that its something very hard to control and, I guess, not every day it happens.

They have very bad customer service. Terrible people. I didn’t get to stay there because they canceled my reservation before the stipulated 7a.m after calling that i will be arriving past midnight. No sort of empathy. I wouldn’t recommend this particular branch. I am definitely going to take this up.

This was the worse experience I have ever had at a hotel. The water never got hot - it was just luke warm. There were several hairs in the tub and sink. There were food crumbs on the carpet. The toilet sounded like a freight train when you flushed. We didn’t have enough towels or toilet paper or Kleenex. The noise level was on another level. I don’t know if it was just the area we were in, but people were screaming and talking loud and running up and down the halls ALL NIGHT LONG both nights. And it wasn’t just kids. It was adults as well. There were way too many people in some of these rooms. And the music played in the middle of the night was ridiculous. We couldn’t get any sleep and finally left at 1:30 in the morning to just start our drive home because it’s not like we were going to get any sleep here. I have never written a review for a hotel, but please pick another place if you want to get any rest while you are traveling.

My stay at the Comfort Suites was not my expectation! My room smelled like urine. Room was average with an old carpet and the bathroom had a ripped shower curtain barely holding on and the sink wasn't cleaned either. The front desk staff were very friendly and they did their best to accommodate me to another room but it was worst, so I decided to stayed in the same room due to not being able to get another hotel close the venue. The location has a great shopping area and restaurants. You will need a car or use metro transportation to get downtown it’s a 30 minute distance and it can get costly using Uber or Lift. At night it can be sketchy if you’re not driving. The breakfast buffet was decent.

We checked in for a 2 night stay We walked into our room and the smell was so over powering you could taste it (mildew smell) We decided to turn on the AC spray some to go lysol we had handy and go grab dinner thinking when we got back ac and air circulation would help! 2 hours later it did not! The guest next to us was smoking Marijuana and the smell filled the hall way and room. Made a complaint at 830pm The desk decided to call the room at 1138pm waking up us and children to offer another room. We declined due to the time of the call. Next day spoke to another gentleman about our issues i cluding out door intermittently not working (wouldnt unlock you had to try it several time before the system would kick in) gentlemans words The handle was clearly down as it just hung down. At that point we asked for a refund and was told no and nothing else could be done for us. Being 3 hours from home and already pre paying we had no optionnto stay in a mildew Marijuana broken handle hotel! Absolutely DO NOT recommend.

The front desk manager was very nice and courteous throughout our stay. Breakfast was definitely worth it every morning and consistently enjoyable. Housekeeping did a great job, as the room was cleaned on a regular basis. We had a pleasant experience and would stay here again.

The parking is safe but the staff are not so friendly except only one of them. The staff that checked me out on 8/1/26 pulled down the cover of the air conditioner and lied that I was the one that broke it so that he can hold on to my deposit. I have been calling to speak with the manager of the hotel since I got back but she’s not available. I have been transferred to her phone couple of times but I couldn’t leave a message for her. The last time I tried, the staff on duty couldn’t tell when she’d be available. I wouldn’t choose the property again if it’s the only one available

I loved the hot tub in the room! And the room itself had everything I needed- fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Plus, a comfortable mattress and pillows. The breakfast was poor. The hot items were just dry and hard, I had to go outside to get a good breakfast. But if you are fine with a waffle/ toast and a yogurt, it will work for you.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and it is within 5-10 minutes of every kind of store and tons.of great restaurants. It isn't fancy and could use a couple fixes (hot tub wasn't working, cracked tile in elevator) but i felt safe, it was convenient and clean! The shower curtain was discolored on the bottom (the shower rod was kind of drooping) so I can only imagine it was discolored from pee... And the water pressure in the shower was pretty bad. Honestly I didn't expect much for $100 a night, but this was too dirty.

So the whole weekend up and down the stairs. We stayed on the second floor My knees are not in great shape so I stayed in the room for most of our trip.

We arrived to two women yelling and cursing at a little boy right outside the front door. The rooms were not cleaned. Dirty linen and bathrooms. I was shown 205 and 208. 205 had hair on the beds and makeup stains all over with a dirty toilet. 208 wreaked of smoke and still had hair and dirty linens.

A nice stay was marred by a highly limited breakfast. The pool was closed the entire time we were there. Hotel staff were very reluctant to restock the food in the breakfast area and the other amenities. We had to repeatedly request refills of food items, toiletries which includes toilet paper. When we are paying so much, we expect a filling breakfast. However the hotel was clean and well maintained. The location was great.

Our room was very clean. The shower head water pressure was very weak and the location was a bit weary. The staff was not the friendliest but they mind their business and leave you be. I was very grateful that for an additional $30 we were able to check into our room 4 hours before check in time.

For our weekend get away it was good. We had to leave the air in cool mode because when on auto it would shutoff and the room would get really humid and have a weird smell.

Front door was locked in the middle of the afternoon when we arrived. Had to wait for someone to let us in. There was no one available at front desk after about 7PM. Hotel very old, beds squeaked on old wooden frames. Cannot imagine how it had the ratings shown on hotels.com. At best, a 2.5 on 10 scale. In a horrible neighborhood and NONE of the restaurants shown as being near were there.

Cigarette smell

The girl was too busy talking on the phone to check me in…lights were out door was locked …I knocked no answer…I had to call the hotel…she first hung up..then I called again to get her to let me in to check in…I will never stay here again.

Excellent staff that help find my wife’s wedding rings and retrieve to her after they were left in the room. My wife had to go to the emergency room, and then ICU during the stay.

Very full due to remnants of Hurricane Beryl. Staff were very polite. Breakfast was below average.

When we arrived at hotel there was no power. They said they would cancel reservation with you. I should not be charged as we couldn’t stay there!

This was during the hurricane and that night we did not have power so we looked for a hotel. They took our money and then we’re closed.

Stayed for an apartment hunting trip

I was pleasantly surprised with the condition of the hotel. It was freshly remodeled and done correctly. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast selections were very disappointing but other than that it was a nice stay.

The caulk around the bathtub is moldy and breakfast selection is limited. No bagels, no milk, and no peanut butter. Breakfast hours should be extended to 10 am.

This is my only hotel that I go to when I come in from out of town. The stuff is wonderful and the place is nice , cozy and comfortable.

It’s a good and safe location. But i found it was hard to sleep at night, not because of the noise, but because of the A/C

Clean room but a little dated. bathroom door did not close. the room didn’t have black out curtains; still lots of light coming in from street lights.

Front desk staff very rude, and also required $100 deposit with a sign written out saying don’t argue about it…. Really not welcoming at all and prostitutes hanging around outside the front

The breakfast was not what i expected. There was very limited food. Not the ususal comfort inn or comfort suites breakfast. But the stay was quiet and the frint desk receptionist was nice the night we checked in.

There definitely needs to be upgrades made to the rooms and property. The staff was nice however we didnt have much interaction with them.
