I'm giving them Excellent rating because Im a good guy, plus location is convenient, rooms are clean and Gentleman seems nice ....BUT, my check in and check out were "a little"  inconvenient.   For the check-in I had been there the week before and you'd think as a return guest it would be faster/easier, but no, it actually took  longer! He wanted to be reminded what days I was there last week (??), asked me for an address and when I pulled my other ID, he wanted to see that too.  Had that been all, I would've left it as is, but for my check out something else happened! It's a BIG pet peeve of mine when hotels come and knock on your door BEFORE the check out time to ask you if you're staying or leaving...Whaaat??!!! I mean I don't like anybody knocking anyway, because it's a crazy World and you never know. matter of fact week before some random person came and knocked on the door! It was them this time and this is with the DO NOT DISTURB sign still on the door!  Dont I have any right to stay until 11:00am if I so desire without being bothered??    I follow the rules and never stay past 11:00am so maybe that's why I resent it more when THEY don't follow THEIR rules.   I don't require housekeeping, I don't require "Breakfast", I just require to NOT be bothered. So overall I still  recommend but they need to watch out for "these little things" that may seem like "nothing" to them....Thank you! Mentioned above.

I'm disappointed at this hotel. I thought it could be a favorite of mine for the hobby area but I wasnt treated "Fairly". Last time I stayed the man seem to want more info than needed to just check in a return guest.   Then the day I was leaving, BEFORE time to check out, he came and knocked on my door to ask me if I was staying or leaving, which to me it only means they're trying to hurry you out.   And yes you can hurry me out all you want, but you have to wait till after 11:00am for that!  Its like "a rental agreement" or a "Contract"..and I have the room till then. And then to make it worse, he charged my credit card TWICE!!  I find that VERY SHADY because is not something you do "accidentally".   I'm already disputing with credit card, but none of this should be happening, which obviously leaves me with ZERO Desire to go back to this hotel and maybe that's what he wanted.  Not all hotels want All guests.  Some might only want you to come late at night for sleep and leave first thing in the morning, that's not me.  Good thing there are other options in the area.

Nothing The hotel was not in a nice area. the sheets and pillow cases were stained, the smoke detector was not on the ceiling it was in the draw beside the bed, the TV did not work. the bathroom floor was not put down properly it was coming up off the floor.
