I was having an issue with my payment in the night manager did all he could to help me which was nice The room was okay actually not so bad not the cleanest place but it was still comfortable. Lighting is terrible... But let me tell you the manager during the daytime very rude I called and asked for lay check out and after check out being 11 and he told me I could stay till 11:30 okay. tell me why by 11:10 he was literally in my room telling me if I need to wait for my ride I could wait at the front office he need his lady to clean. He came inside the room to kick me out also once I was sitting in the office I found out there was a $50 deposit something I wasn't even charged that night but he said it's for a particular people..... Interesting. I guess 20 more minutes that he initially authorized was too long and at least I didn't look like what the usual suspect supposedly hmmm I won't stay again. P.S there is absolutely NO BREAKFAST AT ALL! The profiling and rudeness..

Pool not in good condition , laundry not working needs better sheets and towels price goes up consistently but is a good stay for a quick place to stay for night

the bed was comfortable and the ac worked great since it is a motel you can hear people outside and they were being pretty loud. the shower worked fine but the granite on the walls was uneven on the tops, the shower curtain rod was faced downwards causing the curtain to open, and there was stains in the tub of the floor. there was also stains on the towels and one of the pillows.

The bed was the best part. Poor internet service. Bathroom quality needs to improve

The biggest issue was the noise. The door barely closes properly and you could hear everything outside as if it was in your room. The freeway nose was insane. And people in other rooms blasting music at 4AM. I’ll never stay here again.

The location was horrible, alot of police activity, trash everywhere outside, and homeless people. The room was presented ok but it reeked of urine, the sheets were stained yellow. In the shower are there was mold and rust all over. Very dissatisfied with the experience. I had to look for another place at the very last minute.

The photos showed breakfast and there was none. There was no coffee maker in the room. Our shower had mold on the ceiling.

The booking dot com ad mentioned continental breakfast free of charge. There was no continental breakfast. When asked the question where do we get the continental breakfast? Staff directed this writer to vending machines or nearby restaurant.

Yes they wouldn't rent me room for reason of New management @Regency Inn & suites next door. Management called Days Inn and told him not to rent me room there and He listened and lost out on good customer.

Very spacious rooms. Very clean. I was totally satisfied with my stay as well all I was about the property.

The reason we chose to cancel is because there were bed bugs and pee stains on the bedding and the room had a musky smell to it.

Breakfast was meant to be included however there was a mini muffin and takeaway coffee. The muffin was “bite size” and told they only have to provide one per person. No toast and no cereal.

Before we could get to the room we were made to move our vehicle after we had already unloaded to the back of the property. They are currently undergoing a painting so there’s plastic on the windows. There was this large blackish chair that was peeling and gross while taking up way too much room. There’s some mate in the tub (didn't seem hygienic). We didn’t check in until almost 11:30p the front desk called our room waking us up (including our two year old) at 5am telling us we needed to move our car so they could start painting again. We had to advise that we didn’t have a car and it’s all the way in the back with all the other vehicles. At this point we start packing to leave when a roach crawls on the mirror. This was one of worst experiences please don’t do it to yourself.

The person who was there at that time in the desk was rude and he refused to give us the room because of power outage and on the top of that we didn’t get a refund

I did not check in. When I pulled up there were women and children sitting outside in chairs sweating as if the power wasn’t on from the recent storms. Men were outside working on cars and the property was filthy. I didn’t feel safe. I went back home to no electricity.

The only thing we hated was checkout time at 11 am & didn't get to enjoy breakfast.

It was one of the cleanest nicest rooms I've ever stayed at. I would return again

The bed & the pillows had a bit smell like stinky towel (not sure how to describe it). The bath tub draining slow when I took the shower.

There were cockroaches in our room. We ended up checking out and finding another hotel. Trying to get money back for the room.

The room had a foul odor, the iron was missing, and housekeeping tried to go in about 1 1/2 hours prior to check out.

Don't waste your money nor gas. There was mold on the shower curtain, the pillows were dirty (brown stuff and hair) sheets were dirty and there were bed begs. I did NOT stay the entire time. I had to call Expedia to help me get outta the hotel. For breakfast they only had cereal and coffee, guy behind the desk charged me $5 for cleaning service and said EVERYONE pays that no matter if they get service or not. While I was on the phone with Expedia the property owner, I'm assuming he had a blue shirt on. He came outside and shook his head at me and looked at my tag plate. I am a single mother of two little boys and I don't play that crap at all. I told Expedia what was going on since they were on the phone with me the entire time and they told me to just leave the property.

The property did not have valet or bellman to help seniors care luggage upstairs

I don't have any real issues Except your Relaxing pool area needed to have the Handicapped Access Ramp gate was locked. A bit Cumbersome for one of your guests....But, if I'm around this area ahi I would come back

Ambience was not what I expected from a Days Inn. Walking up to the room someone was standing outside smoking a blunt right by the staircase. As for just needing a night overstay, it’ll get you through the night. It’s not a place that I would return to. Room looked clean until I saw a food container in the trash can still so it made me question the rest of the room.

The person we spoke on the phone when we called to ask about bug rug parking lied to us and said there was enough space upon arrival we realized there was not. And we had booked on their word, the reservation was non refundable

Area outside in parking area although not filthy, seemed that way. Coffee for breakfast was strong which I like but was bitter, which I don't Like. People were frinedly and helpful.

Located about 15 minutes from the convention center. For the money, it’s a decent place. Room was very clean and well maintained. Location is in an iffy part of town, but they have a iron fence securing the area.

The hotel looked to be of low quality and met my expectation. We paid 90 for a room worth no more than 50. I waited over 10 minutes to be checked in while another guest was checked in. The area around our room smelled strongly of marijuana, and the bathroom area of our non smoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I will never stay here again and will not be likely to book any days inn. Because it had the Wyndham name I expected much better (the only reason I booked it) and was seriously disappointed!

Breakfast was very odd the manager controlled and made a plate to serve me . Felt very strange . The hotel lobby was smashed by a pick up truck in a robbery attempt. Alarms and police were going off in the middle of the night. Sleep was impossible. And of course the. No breakfast as the lobby was in shambles. I really think I should be credited for the stay or a refund would be in order.

The hotel receptionist was nice and helpful. The hotel just needs some work. Maybe it looked like the lawn has not been kept up because of the winter season. The toilet looked pretty old. There was no ironing board, some of the towels look lightly soiled.

I was nearby or a wedding so the proximity to the venue was the main reason for selecting this hotel. Thankfully, there were plenty of fast food restaurants in which I could grab a bite following a late night at the event. The employee that checked me in and the one that checked me out were extremely polite. Parking was plentiful and the lot was very well lit. The television was fairly new and had access to great cable channels, I was able to enjoy it between check in and the wedding dinner. Lastly, access to and from the highway was quick and easy. I would gladly stay here again!

walked in and the floor was sticky. the bathroom was dirty. went to talk to management, was given another room but it was the same thing. Sticky floor and dirty bathroom.

The hotel is fine for a short stop. The towels needs to be updated big time. Some has holes and rough. I was drying myself off and felt like a brillo pad was going thru my back. Bought my own the next day. Other than irs comfy and breakfast was good.

I got there around 11:00 p.m. As soon as I opened the door to the lobby, I was hit by the most disgusting smell believable. I checked in, and the manager directed me to go back outside and up the stairs to the room. I knew there would be no way I was going to stay there. I went back to the lobby and checked out. I instead found my own room at the Holiday Inn, 5 minutes from the airport and we were checked in by 11:45 p.m. The Days Inn was not what was promised on the website - it smelt and was more of a motel than a secure hotel that I, a woman travelling alone, would feel comfortable staying in.

Hotel wasn't too terrible, small parking lot, it's close to the interstate so of course you hear cars, room was okay, had to put the garbage on the cable wire so it wasn't fuzzy, & smelled kind of musty, it was clean tho, sheets smelled good. Always heard noises either outside the door or in another room, this would be a last resort hotel if ever went back, definitely would find another one to stay at, front desk guy, I'm assuming was the manager, was really nice and polite.

The main thing was the breakfast area. Half of the set up was not working/broken/out. Parking was horrible and to me the pictures just gave a different idea of the place itself

Good food around the corner. Excellent Customer Service. Good for Stop and go for anyone. Clean room and decent breakfast. I like it.
