    Nothing Very unprofessionl attitude. No cleanliness. For breakfast nothing was there even going at 8 am for a time designated as 7 to 10 am. They just put material once and then never refill. At that moment no staff was there even at reception. Over all very very bad experience.

    My 2 biggest issues would fall under staff & amenities. Staff - we get there and complete the check in process again. We had selected a room on the 1st floor at the time of booking. We get there & he says the elevator is out & that they only have rooms on the 3rd floor. Obviously this is incredibly annoying & all we wanted was to get to our room. I asked, “Are you sure there’s only rooms on the 3rd floor?” He takes a couple minutes & wow what a surprise, there’s a room available on the 2nd floor. I was fine with that but figured what the heck & asked, “Well then are there any rooms on the 1st floor?” He takes another few minutes & what do you know, there’s magically multiple rooms available on the 1st floor! Just ridiculous! For amenities - As I said, the elevator was out. Not the end of the world. It was just ridiculous that they were telling people that their only rooms were on the 3rd floor. But online, specifically on Expedia, you can filter hotels that have breakfast included in your stay. We did so & we get there to see multiple signs & the employee telling us that the breakfast is currently not an option & hasn’t been for months. Why advertise that you still have it then?

    Very dirty rooms. Terrible smells throughout the building. Preadatory cancelation policy which prevents people coming from out of town to cancel without being penalized + paying the fee for the night. Would definitely not recommend unless you want to catch some sort of illness/death.

    to start the room was absolutely disgusting. When we first got there the staff there was very disrespectful and very pushy and then put us in a very disgusting room when we walked in the couch in the room was stained with some type of nasty substance and it stunk so bad there were ladybugs and wasp in our room, and it reeked of piss also refuse to give us a refund, then refuse to give us a different room until the next day i would 100% would not come back all of that while I was with my pregnant fiancé what a joke

    Not even sure where to start, elevator was broken our whole time there, there was cockroaches constantly coming about. The shower had ZERO hot water, the safety lock on door was broken. The room smelled and they seemed as if they did a quick mop to get smell out and made the bed and called it cleaning. The room was dirty, the sink counters were dirty, Place was so gross that we ended up having to check out early and find a new place.

    The cleanliness of the room was not good . You could see all the dirt in the corners of the floor in the bathroom. The chair that was in the room was stained so bad that we wouldn’t even touch or sit on it. The toilet seat needs to be changed out. The shower wasn’t cleaned properly and also needs some touching up. You guys have got to do a better job with the inspections of the rooms. Furniture that is badly stained needs to be thrown out. That doesn’t make someone want to return there seeing that it’s nasty!

    The room is nice but most reviews are wrong about this place. It is Feb.. there wasn’t warm/hot shower but there was for the sink. The bathroom door needs maintenance. And the noises of people on the hall way 2am in the morning was very disturbance. If you can’t handle traffic noise this place is not recommended and breakfast buffet was not all that great! Oh. And there was no shower curtains but they were able to get it situated. I don’t sleep well in the two nights I’ve stayed.

    They kept the security deposit for what they considered to be badly soiled linens which was a small makeup mark and a normal to moderate dirt level on the towels. All of which could have been laundered away very easily should they engaging regular washing

    Baymont it's overall a 3.5 to me, it used to be better some months ago, the morning staff seems new and confused about everything, I'm a usual I like the quietness and location of the motel, however the building starting to need some work itself, the rooms I get lately struggle with wifi and bath had broken mirror and was stuck in shower head, nobody is perfect but do wish it was a bit more convenient when it comes to check in time and quality of the experience, will continue to come back to this location as long as it don't change much when it comes to check in check out and staff

    I was informed that breakfast would not be served, although it is advertised. The toilet seat was broken. I informed the front desk and they offered a room on the 3rd floor. I accepted and then they tell me that the elevator is not working. I cancelled my stay and they informed me that the 3rd party would refund me. I called the 3rd party and they informed me that the hotel would refund me. The 3rd party tried to get a hold of them and they never answered the phone. I returned to the hotel and no one was available at the front desk.

    Elevator was broken. Given an accessible room on the first floor which would have been fine but the tub didn’t drain. Second room was ok, but the clerk said “there are no other rooms available” and then she came up with one. Parking lot was empty. Rear door from the parking lot did not respond to my key. Breakfast was pitiful—but I didn’t expect much.

    Very mediocre stay. Was given option to pay extra for early check-in, but called ahead to confirm and was told it would be an hour later. When I checked an hour later, was told the hotel was full and wouldn’t be ready until original check-in time. When I arrived it was clear the hotel was NOT full. Elevator was broken, air conditioner was barely holding on. Entire hotel smelled like marijuana. Light in bathroom did not work. Entire facility was run down. I knew I wasn’t staying in a 5-star hotel, but a clean environment that doesn’t smell is not too much to ask for, in my opinion.

    The parking was ok they had cameras. The faculty was clean but exterior doors was not accessible. Note on the door saying do not go out thr door but can enter - card sis not open the door. AC was not working well became hot around 2 AM did call desk who stated why did I call at 7 AM ans not earlier. Did advice that no other king room available. Moving to another room at that hour was not reasonable- to go get a key come back gather belongings and then move to take a key back. Breakfast was scarce organ fed not fresh, apple juice did not taste good. But to top this off the elevator was out of order. This should have been communicated before arriving. Medical issues.

    Wee were told that there was only 1 other room available and that had a broken lock. After fighting with the front desk they gave us another room which had a broken lock, and a very dirty sofa seat. Then we woke up early for the breakfast and found it empty of food at near mid service. Staff was not apologetic and then we met other residents all of whom had complaints (clogged sink etc).     The stay was okay. The air conditioner smelled horrible when I got there and it was leaking. I ended up cleaning it myself because it was filthy. I also ended up fixing the dresser drawer that was knocked off its track. I also was surprised to be back charged for a pet fee that I wasn’t told about until days later. My dog is actually very clean and non destructive and is training to be a service animal. I’m still waiting for my $50 deposit to be returned. I haven’t received any word from the property yet that it’s in process. I did notice that the deposit wasn’t kept on hold but was cleared because I paid from my applepay account.     The front desk clerk at our check in was so amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure our room was beyond standard and even added extra towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, and lotion to ensure there was enough for my husband, my self, and my ESA baby. The morning clerks are always helpful and made sure the breakfast was at the proper serving temperature and even cooked my waffle for me as I was having trouble with the waffle maker. I love staying here everytime we come into Houston and will definitely be staying again as long as there is availability.

    The property needs some painting and a good cleaning .It was hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower.I heard the guest next door to me so clearly through the joining door and I asked to be moved to another room.

    This place should be reported to police. Prostitution in parking lot and drug dealers saling drugs in hotel. I checked in and room had rust in tub and smelled awful. Very unsafe conditions. I checked in and immediately left and went somewhere else. Hotel refused refund and hotel.com didnt care how they falsed advertised this hotel. I have reported to police so they are aware of all the illegal activity.

    I have. My prescrption eye glasses stolen when they Finally allegidly came to clean the room( it took 2 seperate people to come in just to change an bed one maid broke the bead down and put thongs on top of my bags; one of the 3 places i had my glasses durring the entire visit ) i couldnt have lost them because. I came in friday Wearing them then changed to my other indoor glasses they came saturday ..and i hadnt gone anywhere till i tried to go out with them on nov26th...... I unpacked and folded up my clothes 3 times and cleaned my car out 2 tomes before I talked to the manager.. they said they cant do anything about this but ask and if they said they didnt see them there is nothing they can do... the option to verify with camera was there ... they chose not to ... I now am missing a VERY expensive item that i paid cash for

    awful place but you get what you pay for, dead roaches in the room, bathroom door didn’t latch close, sink never drained, extremely humid and musky room, bed sheets gave us rashes and that’s not even the first room we checked into, we had to request a second room because the first room didn’t even have a lock on it. at least the lady at the front desk was somewhat nice i was just too afraid to ask for a third room.

    It was very convienient because my siblings that i went to go visit were close by but my shower had no hot water, tv cable was all staticky, and gym was locked for no reason. Staff said it was locked and couldnt give me a reason to unlock it.

    We booked this hotel as the pictures looked great however when we turned up there were people in the corridor with lit cigarettes smoking despite the non-smoking policy. when we got to the room there were other guests banging on our doors and screaming. We were in the hotel for less than 10 minutes before we left immediately due to how unsafe this hotel is. DO NOT STAY HERE. We called up the hotel after and they were extremely rude and unhelpful.

    Been here over a week for work. My car was broken into and stuff was taken. According to the police its a regular occurrence at this hotel location. They do not have any working cameras. They are just for show. The rooms are renovated and the hotel is being renovated but every day I go outside there is fesh trash on the side of the walkway. The freshly painted walls in the breakfast area are bulging with water along with water and moisture coming in through and around the windows. I am an insurance adjuster. There is most definitely moisture and most likely mold behind these walls where people eat.

    Ok so fist off getting to the room the counter was broken also the dresser was broken. The hallways and staircase smelt like Marijuana we also found a bag of meth/ coke we gave it the the very nice night lady she was amazing each time we talked to her. Also there website says they have a hot breakfast witch they dont all they had was waffles and cereal. Wegot told it was cuz the didnt have food to cook and that it was due to a storm that had happened a week beforehand. I wouldnt of been upset if we were informed of this when we checked in but wasnt. One of the ladies that we talked to was rude at times and other times was nice just depends on when u talked to her and the night lady was amazing she answered questions that she could and was very very polite when talking with us. I will never stay at this hotel again for the miss information and also the drug use that goes on at this place. And to top it off they still havent gave me my deposit back and the room was left better then we got it i will be discussing this matter with my lawyers to see if we can do something for the false advertisement since no one mentioned anything that had happened before us arriving

    Initially, we were sent to the room without a fridge and with broken TV. On my request, we were provided with another room with TV and a fridge, but without shampoo for shower. The second key for the room did not work, and a staff on the front desk could not fix it. Only the next shift staff fixed it easily.     I’ve stayed here several times in the past. Nice hotel close to a lot of restaurants. I noticed on my last trip they have really raised the price significantly when there hasn’t seemed to be any additional amenities or anything added to the hotel. I can stay at 3 and 4 star hotels for the price they’re charging now so just want to put that out there.

    I should have paid attention to the reviews of people saying they were being charged extras for no reason! It is true! They charged me an extra $50.00 for I dont know what. We were very careful with their towels and I didnt even wear makeup just because i was terrified I'd forget and mess up their towels or a pillowcase. I even joked with the front desk about it and they ended up charging me. Again, for what, I don't know. Also, this hotel is in the HOOD & in the hood. So don't stay here if you're not acclimated to that type of neighborhood. The room smelt like mildew & our window was left unlocked. We were in our room for a total of 8 hours! Late check in after 8pm, we showered and left for majority of the evening. Came back and slept a few hours and left. We used TWO towels total, both used by ME. A washcloth to shower and a towel to dry my body. Where in tf did I do something wrong?. I want to know!
