Lobby was closed, no breakfast came early no where to sit. Got out of Uber all our things was in the rain. Gave strange people our room key. They tried to come in advised staff uncaring! Not to fotget the male is a now verified stalker! Run away bad place to stay! See picture below!

There were cigarette holes in our sheets. The lady at the window told my salon as we were checking in he’s not allowed outside and if caught we would be kicked out of our room without refund

Restroom toilet was dirty no extra toilet paper only give 2 towels when I went to ask for more they said they only give 2 I'm like even for 2 queen bed room ridiculous. Soap was horrible and old didn't lather and smoke alarm battery kept beeping and pillows were so flat the only thing great was the AC.

It was a lot more of a pleasant stay then it looks from the outside. It was nice and quiet throughout the night.. desk clerks both from night and day shifts were absolutely incredible to work with

They could not find my reservation and would not try to find it even though I had the reservation number. No help what so ever. It was the middle of the night with no where to stay. Another woman had booked her room over a week ago. They told her the same thing. He didn’t care and was not willing to help. I called management the next day at the hotel and she found my reservation and apologized. Expedia was told I was a no show. I told her that and she said she would call and let them know. I called Expedia and no notes that she called at all. I called the hotel back the next day and she said she did and was on the phone for two hours. Still waiting on Expedia to get this resolved.

I liked that it wasclise yo food and gas what i didnt like was the way i was treated upon check out i was accused of stealing towels but the house keeper had pi ked them up they didnt want to give me my deposit the house keeper didnt speak english so it made it real hard for me to get my deposit back they were very rude and didnt want to cooperate cause they had someone that spoke both languages yhey just was rude

The room that we stayed in looked liked it needed a total wipe down. The carpets and wall and furniture were all dirty. I saw a dead roach, we had to get the remote from the office. However the beds were very comfortable, but I would not stay here again, unless I had to.

It was a last minute decision. I was able to book and pay on line. The clerk was nice upon arrival. Room was a little dim yet very clean. All and all we had a comfortable night sleep.

We travel a lot for business and go to inexpensive motels throughout. The staff was very friendly. The main entrance was like some nicer hotels. The rooms are more than ample. Located in prime spot for us. We will return. Plus they showed me how to save additionally by offering business rates.

Over all everything was good but the pool wasn’t . Make sure and call and ask if the pool is working or not ahead of time . No pool out of service. Was looking forward to the pool because of the hot weather .

There were burn holes in the sheets and comforter and we woke up to bed bugs. We notified management and they said the next time we stay with them they will give us a free upgrade. They didn't offer a refund or anything. The whole place had an uninviting and dingy feel to it, but I was wiling to look past that until we woke up to bed bugs.

Lovely helpful staff. The location was so far away from the houston city and pretty much everything. If you have a car and am not relying on public transport would be much better.

While checking in a homeless man came into the office asking for hot water, but the clerk refused him any. That upset me a little, but I guess you have to put your foot down at some point when running a business. Check in was fast, they gave perfect directions to find our room. The local are around the hotel was under construction and it wasn't the best location, but the room itself is definitely worth the money. There are tons of food options, and even a fun challenge of restaurants that delivery. The rooms AC worked great, the beds were comfy, and we were very pleased with the space and comfort of everything. The hotel does off a free breakfast but we did not check it out. Around 10:30am we received a call reminding us that check out was at 11am, so that was nice.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. I've been booking a and staying at the hotels from this website for 5 years now. I've never received terrible service the way I did here. The management spoke to me in the most unprofessional form and he was very disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to the farm animals. Because he won't treat them right either.

It was my first trip outside Canada and my first trip to the US. I was nervous but the owner/ manager of the Inn was nice to help me with things I need to know especially with transportation. The staff were nice especially the two lady cleaners. At first the hotel seem nice until around 12 at midnight the people that was in another room was making a lot of noise running back in forth fighting police came because they kicked a lady out the room I heard the cops talking about prostitue and I heard tasters basically I was really scared

Nothing on tv for a toddler to watch. Glad I have an iPhone for him to watch his cartoons. There was pubes all over shower and bathroom floor. I can imagine the carpet. i thought it was nasty but my boyfriend thought it was ok
