Car was broken into right in front of the building. Asked to see camera footage they kept deflecting. Overnight Front desk agent was very unprofessional the morning of the robbery as well.

The only thing they could do better is turn on the AC before the guests arrive… the AC was perfect after we turned the unit on but as we walked in to the room for the first time it was unbelievably hot. Beds were cozy, room was clean, breakfast was decent. Breakfast bar was cereal, pastries, and juice. Would absolutely stay here again.

Checked in, but found the bedsheets are not clean and found some spot, they offered another room, but no difference, hence we had to checkout the hotel and looked for another one nearby.

We were told there was going to be hot breakfast and the only hot food they had was waffles there was two apples sitting out and some cereal. The staff was very rude. The room we were staying in wasn’t sanitary red and yellow stains on the sheets and the lamp shades were beat. Will not be staying at a sleep in ever again

I liked the location and the price wasn’t bad I didn’t like the fact that there was no vending machines on any of the floors except first floor and all the ice machines said out of order also did not like the fact that it stated full continental bar but no fruit or yogurt or oatmeal was provided there was no ac in the office area or any of the hallways.

The staff was great! The room met my needs/expectations. The air conditioning performed well. It was a very pleasant stay.

My room is covered in carpet stains, mold, and rust. The mold is all over the bath ceilings & walls. The rust is covering the inside and outside of the bathroom door and also on the metal lamps in tbe room. There is rust inside the microwave and inside of the refrigerator freezer.My tub faucet spins backwards theres no drain plug for a bath. The pool has been down for what looks like months. The elevators are down. The offer to exchange to a smaller room with a couch and a bed upstairs.

The room was clean enough for us. The biggest issues were amenities. I counted 5 items that were broken: elevator, ice dispenser on 2nd floor, coffee machine (although it still poured hot water) and 2 treadmills. I suggest the management fixes the items, it will make the stay much more pleasant.

Hotel was not very clean. Staff was making excuses , blaming management for the poor upkeep. Website says pool open, but when we arrived the pool was closed by the health authority. Overall experience was terrible. Checked in and had to request a different room for our daughters because of smell and something old that was dry on the wall above the bed. Would not recommend this hotel. Do not believe the rating

The pool was green and filthy during the spring time. I had no coffee machine in my room although there was coffee packets and sugar. Ask front desk for a coffee machine and got no response. There was no extra sheets for the pullout bed. The room smelled stale. The property was extremely dirty, trash everywhere broken bottles, lack of maintenance.

Overall, it was alright. It was peaceful and the room was clean and the staff was nice. Only thing I wish was better was the breakfast. There wasn’t any fruit or protein options available, so I mainly just ate waffles and toast.

The woman working graveyard checked us in at six o'clock in the morning was very rude.

Hotel was very quiet and that's #1 in my book, so I would've given it a great rating but it became very difficult to do so when pretty much everything else went south.   It started with a bad toilet that wouldn't drain. Somebody did come with a plunger and it got a little better, but every time I flushed it, made me wonder what was going to happen.   Then the fridge was not keeping the right temperature, it would freeze and unfreeze the food I had in there PLUS the Coffeemaker was not working at all, the door latch was busted, etc. I don't know if it's "my imagination" but I think certain hotels assign rooms with issues to "certain customers", especially if you came in at a lower rate that they obviously set up, so their rooms won't go empty, but still they seem to resent YOU for it. I feel like if I were in charge and the hotel was not busy, everybody would get the good working rooms because it can only result in repeat customers and better reviews which might lead to higher occupancy and better profits later. Anyway, I dealt with those issues but the kicker was that an extra phone I had in the room "went missing". I reported it to Mike at front desk and even mentioned that the day the room was cleaned WED the 7th nothing happened to the phone, (but I'm sure it was noticed), the next day Thurs 8th, when supposedly nobody went in the room, it did go missing!!   It was Room #306 by the way. Mentioned above.

The black female bald with yellow hair came to the restroom public one knocked like crazy super hard and yelled at me and told me get out that we have our own restroom I understand that but my friend was using our restroom and I had to used it too so I walk outside and try get some deep breaths I have seizures and I start feeling bad whenever she knocked and told me that and when I saw her looking at me from the window I thought look like wanna call police or something so I went back inside to our room and cry having more seizures then I did so I checkout that next morning and check to another another in Houston

(Wouldn't dare use the bathtub or shower)oom smelled like mildew, carpet smelled horrible and stained my children's socks. Breakfast was nothing major. There is not HOT BREAKFAST! It has toast, packaged danish, and milk. The only thing hot was the waffles maker! I stayed for over a week and kept having to request towels 3 days apart. In a hotel towels should be changed at LEAST every other day.

The property was in a sketchy side of town. The room was clean, just with a few stains on the carpet and curtains. A dog had chewed on the furniture at some point.

Exceeded my expectations, I stayed 4 days. Room are big and bed is very comfy. AC works great and bathroom was very clean. There are several lamps in the room which is a plus. I never tried the breakfast so can’t say anything about that! Nothing

AC worked properly. Beds are comfortable. Upon arrival, I had to move several times because inadequate bathrooms. Maids didn't make up the beds or clean the room for 2 days. One particular desk clerk was unprofessional and rude.

The only complaint that I have is our check in. The lady who checked us in was just plain rude. We must have woke her up from her nap because she looked upset. It was late at night so I’m sure she was asleep. She was very rude, she acted like she didn’t want to check us in and like she was mad. I didn’t get her name but I wish I did so I can put her out on blast! Other than that, the stay was great!

The bed was hard with little square throw pillows that made sleep impossible. The duvet was filthy, and the towels were also soiled. The carpet has several huge stains. But the shower floor was grimy. The shower wall is separating from the sheetrock, with a lot of bad water damage exposing structure of the ceiling. I prepaid for two rooms and was charged for two rooms through a third party. When I arrived Hotel said I only had paid for one room. I showed them the receipt that I had paid for two rooms. Regardless I still had to pay for the second room again.

Walls between rooms are thick and insulated, blocking noise, but the same can't be said for the ceilings or the exterior walls, making it very loud. I'm very itchy and sore after sleeping in these rock hard beds so there might be something to the reviews claiming there are bed bugs. No vending machines in the vending area. Wifi support was not there before.. i need to spend time to call and get that resolved. Housekeeping need to be given pruor notice bwfoee 12 PM dailh of they need to clean up the room. This was not informed. We were thinking they will come but came to know this caveat later.

Was not a good experience. They had issues with the WiFi for three days straight. Key cards would have to be reset constantly. Had to wait in the lobby to have my key card reset for 30 minutes cause no one was at the desk. During my checkout the same thing no one at the desk and another 20-30 minute wait. The ice machines not working on any of the floors just the first floor. You feel the ac doesn’t cool all areas of the hotel. My lamp shade was broken in my room.

I think it’s a great place for short Family trips, neice was sad because the outdoor pool was closed due to rain weather for the weekend we sent. The staff are nice and I wouldn’t mind staying here again. It’s also not far from many food places or shopping places.

I have plenty on my debit card, and after 45 minutes of being dismissed, other customers taken in from of me while they were supposed to be working on my issue, I had to find another hotel. They said they cancelled my booking, but they told Expedia the next day that they will not refund THEIR MISTAKE. I will be taking further action.

-- I got a smile out of the morning desk lady, after a minute, but she ended up being very helpful and nice. Bathtub was awesome-- very relaxing, very clean, very comfy. You cannot help the urban decay infesting all American cities, but your parking lot is well lit- thanks. It was a much needed great night's sleep & friendly, nice experience.

-- I got a smile out of the morning desk lady, after a minute, but she ended up being very helpful and nice. Bathtub was awesome-- very relaxing, very clean, very comfy. You cannot help the urban decay infesting all American cities, but your parking lot is well lit- thanks. It was a much needed great night's sleep & friendly, nice experience.

All was good - front desk folks were awesome. They need to check the "little" things in the rooms. I had work to do and the desk chair would go down but not up. Coffee maker in the room with no coffee. . . I had to call the front desk once - I had to hold the phone cord in for it to stay connected. Overall happy with the stay.

My room had a smell as if someone had smelled in there before. The walls are then so I could hear my neighbors fussing every night other then that it served its purpose.

Good stay. Room desk was dirty with gross food smudges and pillows and blankets weren't changed from the guest before. Hair all over the shower floor and sink. They advertise breakfast, yet only have cereal and a waffle machine. no bread, no fruit, no yogurt, juice, nothing. Misleading. Nice quiet place.

The lights were off durning the freeze pandemic it was a scam my mother needed power to plug up her breathing machine all hotels were booked. I found this one and the lights were off no one could even go inside everyone was scammed and I need my money back

The staff here are always discrete, helpful and very courteous. The hotel is very accessible, coming in and going out. clean rooms and good breakfast .

It was good but no breakfast or pool open due to Covid restrictions. But overall it was a good quiet and clean place.

My stay at the Sleep Inn hotel, was a good surprise experience for me. My room was clean and spacious. The staff was nice and attentive. The free breakfast was better than most of the hotels Ive stayed at in Houston,Tx(post,covid-19)and the price point for the rooms where affordable and fit my budget. All in all, I give my experience a B+

The front desk was amazing and friendly and our room was great. It was nice and clean and the ac worked great.

Ease of highway access. Quick food nearby. Had good parking near every room.

Just needed a room overnight. Everyrhing was good and no issues. Staff is friendly and rooms were clean and huge.

The hotel was nice and clean. Check in was quick and front desk clerk was very accomodating. Breakfast was good but some items were not refilled in a timely manner because front desk clerk was over both areas on Sunday.

Hotel was nice and the staff was even more. Only issue is that the room and building smelled like it was wet and then dried. I guess I got used to it because the smell went away after a while.

Super friendly and attentive staff. I switched from the Marriott across the street because this place had a pool, and the staff made it a really nice experience.

Very comfortable Sleep Inn northwest of Houston, at an affordable rate. Nice outdoor pool with plenty of shade early in the day.

oh almost forgot about the uninvited guest called roaches that joined me in my stay but refused to share the cost of my stay and if you are into having blood in the bathroom upon checkin this is your place yes i have photos yes i did tell the front desk and was not offered another room .i have been traveling for many years this place wins the prize as the worst i have stayed .
