As soon as you walk in, there is a strong “smoke “ order of what people use “recreationally”. In the room, I didn’t even want to get changed for bed. Smelly and room was full of humidity. I will never stay in a Sonesta again!!

We had to cancel a room before that because they lied about the rooms available. We get to this property and check in was fine. Here is where things went left. They also lied about the room available. They labeled it as having a kitchenette but lied. The owners family stays on the property. They came in our room after we left for food. We literally left for 20 minutes so they immediately came in our room. They tried to blame it on housekeeping and eventually told us the truth. The owner sent his wife in the room. We wouldn't of known if she hadn't left towels on the table. So we thought why would she leave towels but not collect old towels. Contacted expedia for. They refused to give us our cash deposit back as well. This is about the worst hotel in the area. Went to another hotel and was able to enjoy our weekend. Just a horrible experience. Btw they have a big screen with cameras that only view the hallways.

This location needs major renovations. We have stayed in other locations in other states and this is poor in comparison. The hallways and rooms smelled. The furniture is old. The pullout sofa bed is old and the bed is uncomfortable. We normally stay in these locations for breakfast as stated in the description. NO breakfast was served either of the 4 days we stayed. The price we paid was way too much for this location. This is a 1 star location. I do not recommend.

And by state law in Texas service animals are exempt from hotel fees or deposits. They insisted on this deposit even after I showed them paperwork confirming my dog was a service dog. I ended up having to board my dog because I refuse to pay $100 deposit. As well as the managers here said the room has to be cleaned every three days and on the website it says linens and housekeeping by request. As well as the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything there's literally no privacy. For this price per week it's not worth it

Roaches in room and bathroom. No soap in shower dispenser. Jolly rancher wrapper on floor. No supply vent in queen suite bedroom making the room hot. Toilet had pee stain under seat.

I checked out of the hotel on 8/3125. That’s why I asked for an invoice so I can have the time I left. I work as an investigator and I work around each city/ state. When I learned that it was guys and female in and out washing their clothes and distributing the others I immediately told them everyone has to go. So when I asked her where she was staying I was informed that she is still there. I asked now Antoinette how is that possible and I wasn’t there.? She said Bob remembered I her with me during check-in. I’m very disappointed after I said I Eve n kept my name onlyand no one else. The guy then said why should BOB have to call me. So I will like to file a complaint. Policies not being followed

Location was ok 1st Room Received There Was No Nights By Kitchen. 2nd Room Received The Refrigerator Didn't Work And Manager Was Saying Why I Didn't Check And I Told Him I Was Still Getting Situated And The 3rd Room Received Had Water Leaking From The Refrigerator, They gave Me Towels In The Room That Had Look Like Blood Stains In Red Like Blood On Them. Manager Was Really Nasty Acting And I Feel Like My Money Was Wasted

I liked that they had the kitchenware and pots for us to use. the housekeeping people were friendly and on time. The channel selections were also pretty cool. the pool in the back looks like shreks swamp the lighting fixture wasn't completed in the room the hallway a/c was so leaky that if you stood close to it, it feels like you are going to fall through could also use higher toilet seats I'm 5'8 and i had to go past 90 degrees. Pots need to be changed out, you can tell they are old.

The night time clerk was who we had most our interactions with and he was awesome every time. He actually made our stay as good as it was. Would come back there just for him honestly. It’s insane how rude and not helpful hotel staff can be at places so it was very refreshing to have someone so kind and quick to accommodate when we needed. We’ll be back

Nice place, clean prestable similar to a small apartment and kitchnette with pots and pans, dishes, cups, plates normal size refrigerator and a dishwasher very nice for only 50 dollars special for that night very impressed normal rates might higher during heavy booking days but impressive.

I love it. It’s a little mini home for me. I feel safe. It’s so quiet. It’s so clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable as the pillows.. the housekeeping are so generous is so nice. The ones that work in the front desk amazing..

Everything was great about the room with kitchenette new towels n all and also breakfast provided in mornings. My onky complaint and it was a city metroplex issue, mosquitoes in hallway n room, but once reported next day were majority gone...and bcus if the metroplex storm balackout only 1 morning no breakfast was provided bcus of spoilage..no problems quiet and would definitely stay again..

The power went out at 6:40 in the morning, but this was no fault of the hotel as storms had rolled through and knocked out power. It is the beginning of hurricane season. The air conditioning wasn’t quite up to snuff, but we like our sleeping arrangements pretty cold. Breakfast was good. I can recommend the biscuits and gravy and bacon. All good for a hotel breakfast.

This is my go-to hotel when I’m working in Houston. The staff is great! The hotel is in good condition. The bed is comfortable. The ac is cold. The water is hot. It has about 10 restaurants within walking distance. Plus, planet fitness and LA Fitness is very close. It’s convenient. Half way between Loop 610 and the Sam

I have never had a hotel call me because of a request I have made, it was truly surprising. The room size I got for 4 adults was really surprising. I ended up with a different room which was okay but surprisingly bigger than I thought the suite was stocked with essential which really took me off guard. I would definitely stay again. The staff was friendly, social able. Not a bad stay at all.

Building itself is a little dated. Beds were okay. We had trouble with our key cards 4 times. Only downside. Especially carrying up a sleeping toddler and then having to wait for another key to come.up. Hot tub was nice to have. Patio area was nice to sit at for breakfast. There were only two things that I did not like. The pillows were plushy and the water did not get that hot in shower. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

I arrived at the hotel to be told that my room with double beds was not available. So they gave me 2 rooms instead. Which would have been fine but they clearly didn’t realize that my children are under 10 years old so sleeping in there own room really isn’t an option especially since there not conjoining rooms.

Avoid this run down place by any means

Horrible!! Don’t you dare come to this place if you have a big family. They will limit everything! Even this you have paid hundreds of dollars at this place! & they will give you ONE ROLE OF TOILET PAPER! No paper towel, dirty towels, dishes dirty, bad smell. And the staff is horrible, and especially kysten & Pamala! Those two women are the worst! Bad spirits and not welcoming at all!

The hotel was very nice. The room was very clean and had a complete kitchen. Such axnice stay.

I really wanted to leave a good review. The lady who checked us in was rude. We were exhausted after working a full day and then driving for eight hours a little kindness would have went a long way. We were charged $150 deposit for "essentials" which seemed excessive. We didnt have towels in the room and had to repeatedly ask for towels throughout our stay. And the bathroom had hair on the floor by the toilet, on the back of the door, and in the tub.

Room wasn’t ready when I got there but customer service clerk was very apologetic and handled the situation very professionally. All staff was amazing I had no issues during my stay.

The hotel itself was nice, but was surprised about the parking. The hotel is not in a good area and there were some guest loitering outside and looked like a drug deal or something was going on
