    I had two scorpions in my room and i killed them. The matress had a dent in the middle of it. The cleaning staff was soaking in a loud voice to the point I could hear her from two rooms down the hall.

    The room have extremely old appliances and mattresses. The towels seemed reused and very old. When it rained heavily the toilet wouldn’t flush. The cleaning staff was nice and efficient. They had overnight security so I felt safe. The location is next to the highway so that was convenient.

    There was a lot of people out and about being rowdy at night The favoritism about letting one customer pay their bill before the day ends versus me who got kicked out at 12 because I didn’t have a full payment yet the girl who I work with who room right beside me and paid her room and got to sit in there while I was kicked out Favoritism. If if things are done one way, let them be that way for everybody not just one or two it’s not right it’s not fair. It’s pretty much discrimination. This place is not even worth the $75 a night that I paid for weeks and then to be treated very unfair. I would’ve recommend this place to anybody.

    The staff were as helpful as they could be. The cleaner did the best job she could with what she had to work with and the receptionist in the day was very good. Help getting luggage to the room which was quite some way from the lobby. If you have mobility issues, this is not the place to go. The motel is tired and not well-maintained. Cockroaches in the bathroom.

    This was terrible. It's not maintained at all. This place for me was shady. Pillows very pathetic. Bed was not comfortable. It was a nightmare to spend even a night there. I suggest this place is not at all for families.

    It was a non smoking room for one and it still smelled like cigarettes. I was charged an extra 20$ because I was checking in too early. And the room just felt so icky and gross we honestly didn't even stay long. 2-3 hours tops and we left cause we didnt like it.

    I was denied extending my stay because I had too many visitors. But according to me and my spouse, we are still trying to figure out who and where were these visitors? He hardly left the room and I left to get food and beverages. Perhaps they have infared digital cameras that allow them see spirits that the naked eye can't see.

    Stayed 2 nights and the room was look nice but i found out it was covered by an old junk bed looks like from the street bum looking covered with sheet and spread. The cover look good outaode but the inside lool old. Old fridge and ac amd tub was damaged like marked all over look like bleed spot . it would be very good if all these things was good and clean bed and tub and fridge and ac vent changed

    The front desk clerk she was nice nd polite attended me with respect nd gave me the room as quick but the room I stayed the first night wasn’t clean I could feel the dust in the room I called front desk but no one picked up my call when I went to turn on the a/c unit it was real dusty even the tv the fridge has a nasty smell trash cans didn’t have trash bags in th closet the hanger’s were dusty too my second day when we came back from a long day with doctors visit I could feel that the room was way much better then the first day but maybe for the price of the room that’s y it was the way it was even bed mattress are to hard I feel u guys need a new management supervisor

    I stayed 10 nights here. I was comfortable. The property is older and shows it in spots. The price is low and one shouldn't expect too much, but I feel it was a great value. Staff was always friendly and the housekeeping came at the same time every morning to check on my needs.

    I booked a single king smoking room. When I got there the room was unavailable. The manager was extremely rude. She told me "I can go down the street if i don't like it." I was tired and didn't feel like driving and she mysteriously found a room for me. Her customer service and professionalism was out the door. She apologized later, but the damage is done. Looking at the environment she's probably used to people being mean to her, but i was just a tired pain patron that wanted a shower. I'll never go again.

    Front of door parking was great. Room was in need of remodeling. Darkout curtains had tiny holes in them that light shined through. The most-disappointing thing was the full-size bed; It was too soft. I laid in the bed, and my body sank so far that my feet were higher than my head. Front desk and housekeeping staff were courteous and helpful. It was worth the low price that I paid for the room.

    It was priced low because you shouldn't expect much. Barely adequate accommodations. Front desk reception was just business. Only pointed to my room with little effort. Not welcoming. Room was clean at least but with old bathroom faucets/drains with no plugs. Just open holes. Towels(2) we're old, cheap and abrasive. No bag in just (1) trash can. TV was mono sound only, 1 speaker because the other didn't work. Toilet flush was slow with low pressure. (2) abandoned cars with junk inside them on lot. Noisy surroundings from outside people. Thinking some long term/permanent residents. Exterior door seal didn't seal. Outside light shined thru entire door. With some minor investment this could be nice. I'd gladly pay $10-$15 more/night if done right.

    My stay was very uneasy. When I see uniformed security at night I’m in the wrong area. The initial room that they placed me in was one of the worst I’ve seen in my life. I wouldn’t put a stray pet in there. It also smelled of mold. Had it been refundable I wouldn’t have stayed at that hotel. Once they changed my room it was better, however I would never choose this location again. If there’s one way in and one way out, is it safe....

    Stay for leisure trip. One day, that turned into two days. Checkin was rough with skepticism concerning my identity. However, a breif conversation secured my room key. Employees were friendly. Hotel was well lit outside including parking areas, that I noticed. Pool was beautiful. Hotel is located gracefully next to a denny's. Hotel breakfast is light. 5$ min for purchase of hotel store items if not using cash. Beyond that....It sleeps well. 👌

    Decent motel that is fairly clean for the price. I did see one roach on microwave stand. The laminate wood flooring in the room was soggy in areas. The security latch on my door was broken. Not much money spent on upkeep inside and out, but overall clean. I would stay again with limited funds.

    Upon arrival I was told the room I initially booked was dirty so I had to be switched to a different room. Okay no problem so we go to the room and it was awful and very outdated. The beds were super worn down so much so that the covers touch the floor and when you sit on the bed it immediately sinks, there were holes in the closet door, the liner on the curtains to keep light out was worn so I didn’t sleep at all, the bathroom light did this super weird flickering thing for about 10 seconds before the light cuts on, all the electric outlets were worn and chipped, the flooring seemed new but had a weird feel to it, the tub and showers were outdated as well and then the room had little mini flies in it as well. For the price I guess it was okay but not really worth the money. Definitely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I won’t be returning. Also check in took forever because the system was outdated and housekeeping came by at 6am, 8am and again three minutes before my 12pm check out which was very upsetting. Avoid at all cost.

    The operators of this property are trying, but this place is old and needs renovation & updating. The security lock on the front door was broken, weatherstripping around the door was shot (daylight showing all around). Very close to the Southwest Freeway and kind of loud, as was the HVAC unit. Bathroom was functional. Room smelled musty, like it had been flooded. Carpet made a crackling sound, like there was a layer of plastic between it and the padding.

    Beware the robbers, thieves, crooked, immoral, ruthless owners of this property. When making the reservation it says "pay now or at the property.... It only takes 2 minutes". Free cancellation up through date of check-in. That's all LIES. I booked and pre-paid online for a 6 night stay. Day of reservation I found I might need to cancel. Went to do so on hotels.com where I booked it. Got message I could cancel but would be charged first nights stay as penalty and refunded other 5 nights. Wasn't certain I needed to cancel so didn't do so. 1am the night of beginning of booking I found for sure didn't need booking (check-in times stated in their description as up to 5am). Called to cancel , prepared to pay 1 night penalty, was told they changed the rules in middle of game and now entire 6 nights nonrefundable. Really can't be humans running the place. Obviously in the business of scamming rather than providing friendly accommodations. Needless to say that charge was immediately disputed with my credit card provider. NO SHAME IN THEIR GAME. BEWARE EECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES.
