We had little worms all in our room. The floor was black it was so dirty. The pool was shut down indefinitely.

Location is great close to restaurants & shopping mall. Place could use some renovation & breakfast area could be better with more sitting area. Otherwise for a one night sleep, it serves the purpose.

Liz the night clerk and Opal, the morning manager, were amazing! Very helpful staff! The breakfast was delicious! A full hot buffet! Would definitely stay here again!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. My room faced the freeway and since I could not sleep with the noise, they switched me to another room. I had an interview the next morning so I was glad they made the change. I found the floors were very dirty though, the bottoms of my feet were black from walking around barefoot. I came back from my interview 30 minutes after 11 which was checkout but they did not charge me the extra 25$. Overall the staff were great but I felt the cost was too high.

Room was clean however tv, refrigerator, internet was terrible. The ice machine didn’t work on the first floor

Hotel room was clean, a bit old but you get what you pay for. My only complaint is the guy helping front desk on the day i checked in, one can tell he wasn't want it to be there at all, not friendly, no customer service at all.

The room was pretty clean, there was a sticky spot on the floor near the wall but that was only thing. Bathroom was clean and beds were comfortable. Parking can be a little tight.

The room was clean and comfortable. Had one maintenance issue, but it didn’t affect our stay, so it was reported to the front desk to be fixed after we left. Second time staying here, definitely worth the price!

No elevator for the hotel. We had to carry our luggage upstairs

We could hear some talking from nearby rooms. We had difficulty finding the hotel, even when driving right past it. Better signage is needed at the entrance, or let it be known that it is 'behind the Waffle House and Cracker Barrel' restaurants.

Barely any hot water, and they have no elevators.
