Amazing hotel. Our second time staying there.

Great stay. Friendly staff, clean. We were able to leave our car on property while we flew out for a few days, for a better price than if we were to have done park and fly at the airport.

i was able to park my car there and take their free shuttle to the airport. Their fee was half what I was going to pay for airport parking. No dislikes.

My room wasn't cleaned when I checked in, I then went and ask the front desk if it could be cleaned and was told that it was already cleaned due to the floor being done but there was cleaning staff on the floor when I got on my floor mind you it was 4:30 PM when I checked in. I then asked the cleaning staff if I could at least get new bed sheets on the bed and new towels . I was given new towels and bed sheets but there was trash in the room from the last guest, I had to take the old sheets off the bed and it seemed that was an issue to get the staff to put new ones on . Then when I asked for a manager I was told they wouldn't be in till Monday. Then Sunday morning at 4:00 am the bus shuttle worker made it seem like my sister and I were going to steal drinks from the little store when we seen the sign we had to call someone, even after he seen me dialing the number he stated he was going to call because he doesn't know if I called the number listed even tho the lady came over to help us while he was in the process of calling her. I normally stay at this hotel and love it because it's so close to family and by Easton but I'm thinking I'll never book again .

I have no words for the outstanding service you offered a big plus to the people who work there they are kind caring and compassionate and made my stay very comfortable to the guy who checked us in to a big shout out to Miss Brenda at the breakfast bar to the sweet young lady who helped us with clean towels to the young lady whom i spoke to on the way out at the check-in desk WELL DONE!! I liked everything about this

Our room worked well for my husband, our daughter and her two children and myself. We liked the way the bathroom was laid out with the sink outside of the toilet/bathing area and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with many options for everyone.

Staff was very friendly and gave us all we needed. Breakfast was decent, had options for everyone. Wish there was a hot tub.
