The pool doesn’t get sun until midday, so we didn’t end up being able to use it - we also didn’t see a hot tub at all though. I did use the gym, and it was an enjoyable experience. The gym was small, but had everything it needed and was very clean. The staff was very helpful, especially at the front desk. I missed an uber eats order, and they held it for me, calling my personal number to let me know. They were incredibly accommodating throughout the trip. Xavier’s Corner: Was not a fan of the choice in blankets, but my only complaints are nit-picky. The hotel had everything we were looking for. Breakfast was good! Disappointed the pool had so much coverage from the sun cause we picked the hotel partly because of that.

Checked in early evening for a one night stay. I was given a room on the third floor. No big deal but the building elevator was out of service. I couldn’t or wasn’t going to haul two suit cases three floors. They gave me an ADA room on the first floor. The room was on the common wall to the building entrance. The nearly all night noice of the coming and going of others was annoying. I didn’t get much sleep.

Rooms are fine and beds are comfortable. There are trash bags along hallways all the time and it smells. Room on 3rd floor? I hope you travel light because the elevator has been out of service my entire stay.

We booked a suite at TownePlace, but they had issues with the room. They transferred us to their sister hotel next door and booked us in 2 rooms to try to accommodate, but they were not adjoining rooms and we did not want to put our small children in a separate room. Ultimately we did not get the type of room that we paid for.

Room was freezing cold and dirty. Had the thermostat all the way up to 76 and it was still cold.

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms, and amenities like the gym and free WIFI, the staff was very helpful with checking in.

This property is not as nice as pictures show, carpet sticky bad smell and nothing was said about paying to park our car here.

the location was in a good location for the event we attended, also the full kitchen and the room size was great, the staff was very professional and friendly. there were more amenities than at large chain facilities we have stayed in the past. I found nothing that did not meet my needs
