It’s clean quiet and the staff is excellent also the breakfast is fantastic I have no complaints

Pros...... the morning staff was excellent, the location is convenient, the room was quiet and pretty clean, (some misc hairs in the bathroom). Summary..... it would have been a great place to stay if the night shift knew what they were doing and weren't so rude. We must likely wouldn't stop here again because of this issue.

One of my better hotel stays. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean and well maintained rooms, pool area well lighted and maintained. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in variety and quality. The location was very convenient with access to major highways, the Port Columbus airport and hotel shuttle service for the airport (which I did not need or use but helpful for those who would need that). Very spacious room with comfortable bed and both soft and firm pillows. There are local dining options which would be much more budget friendly but there is a very well stocked guest pantry with multiple microwave options. It would be a good idea, I think, to have prices on those items posted to avoid sticker shock when paying for those things at the front desk~ that would be my only suggestion for improvement.

This is our second time staying at this particular holiday inn. The motel is great. Staff is great. The complimentary breakfast is accommodating. If ever in the area will stay here again.

Don't let them put you in the room right next to the stairs. The stairwell door hasn't been oiled since the hotel was new. Makes noise all night.

Useless in-room Keurig (no cups), pool always closed, bathroom mirror seemed to be cleaned with a wet sponge or rag, bathroom ceiling frame rusted, room clean otherwise, staff universally positive, breakfast buffet OK staff on duty (Shirley?) was hard working, keeping items stocked and table cleaned after each use. The big issue was doubling your rates because of the Sonic Temple concern-because, as you said when we asked-you can. It's the America Way after all.

Prompt pickup from the car rental return. Staff was very accommodating and friendly…shuttle driver, front desk, and breakfast room. Hotel seems a bit tired…needs updating.

Place was perfect for what we needed. Any staff that we interacted with were very friendly. Breakfast was ok, but exact same thing everyday so got kinda boring.

Reasonably priced property close to the airport with free 24 hour shuttle. Staff was friendly and the property was clean. The hotel offers breakfast, sadly I had to check out too early to take advantage of that offering.

The shower curtain was yellow and smelt like horrible.
