Clean space. Comfortable beds

Breakfast was very basic. Would not recommend breakfast here. The rooms are a bit small. Did not like the hardwood floors. On the second day while it rained, the rain seeped through the lobby and staff had to place buckets in the lobby. The internet went out during the second night. The shower sucked! It never got hot. You had to turn the water on for a long time and then it would get warm. When we called and informed the front desk they said they would reset the breaker, there was no difference. We will not be staying with this hotel again.

The room was clean and the staff was super nice but the water was like warm at best in the shower. It made showering uncomfortable. It was only a two night stay so we did not ask to change rooms but it was definitely not a great experience at the end of a long day.

Great stay. Nice, clean and right across from the mall.

Check in was pretty easy and straightforward, it was quiet during the night, breakfast was good. Had a good experience, would stay there again if in the area.

Hotel was wonderful besides the water pressure and temperature of the shower.

My only complaint was having to take a mostly cold shower. The water never got hot, even when it was all the way on hot.

Had a notice that all the water would be turned off from 8-9am on the day I was there. Seems like poor timing for folks getting ready. Curtains were broken and couldn’t be opened Staff was nice and I could tell they would have helped if they could with the water situation. There are tons of hotels in the area so I wouldn’t recommend this one

We stayed for over 2 during which the staff proved to be helpful and very friendly. The major complaint we had was with the temperature of the water. At best it could be described as bracing. The issue began on the third day of our stay and was not resolved by the time of our departure. The hotel did have a day where the water was off for several hours but this did not materially improve the situation.

Very low on staff and poorly maintained. No hot water in the shower, we had to get our own towels and wash clothes the second, no coffee for the buffet breakfast the second day, trash containers needed emptying. We had to wait 20 minutes to get checked in the first night and we were first in line.

Be ready for cold showers and very poor service. They are very understaffed and therefore the service is very poor. The second day we had to go down stairs and get our own fresh towels.

I was hoping I could sleep through the smell, but then the bed was not comfortable. I could feel the springs digging in my back so I tossed and turned all night. I made the room colder by adjusting the ac hoping that would help. Fortunately, we had to get up early as we heard an alarm go off in the room upstairs or next door and never turned off.

Terrible experience would rather stay elsewhere
