My stay here for graduation was truly wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained, and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful during a busy weekend. The location made everything easy, with shops and restaurants close by, and the atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. It was the perfect place to relax, celebrate, and enjoy such an important milestone. I would absolutely stay here again.

The issue we had was the bath water was cold and wouldn’t get hot at all the whole stay, we told the staff and it was nothing they could do.we had to shower and bath in cold water

Enjoyed my stay with only one big issue. The bed mattress was not comfortable. I travel a lot and this was most surprising. The mattress felt like a cheaper brand not hard , not soft just uncomfortable.

Orion was incredibly professional and welcoming when we checked in. He even remembered my name when I ventured down later in the day. The hotel is in the perfect location and comfortable.
