Booked 3 rooms for a graduation, all very clean and spacious. Check in was fine but not given info on amenities or times for breakfast but was given this info later after asking. Full breakfast was great, kitchen staff very friendly and welcoming. Outdoor pool was good, it rained and thundered so unfortunately we were limited. Very happy about staying at this hotel, will stay here again if in the area.

Clean and accommodating hotel. Loved the breakfast, pool and walking trail. We stayed there for 3 nights and the one complaint I have is the bed was very worn down.

Absolutely immaculate and the staff cleaning and serving breakfast were amazing. Laundry facilities were not ideal. One dryer was not operating well and wasted time and money as a result.

The hotel was picked as it was close to the mall and particularly Kidzania. Literally just crossed Dillard's parking lot and had access to a great mall with several stores and attractions. The room as clean, the staff @ front desk was extremely friendly and with great recommendations. Our room was clean, had big fridge, dishwasher, TV, 2 complimentary waters. If ever in Dallas will be back!

The location couldn’t be better, it’s very centric to many points of interest in the area and very convenient to get in and out. The staff was friendly, and even though there was a problem with one of the elevators, which, by the way was quickly resolved, they were very interested in making sure that the guests were not annoyed or impacted by the situation. Room size is perfect for someone who like us was traveling with a pet. I will definitely stay there again when I visit the area.

Check in was at 3pm and we arrived at 4pm and they didn’t have our room ready. We had to wait an hours for them to clean it. They told is it would be 15mins to clean but ended up being an hour. After a 5 hours drive there, we were pretty tired.

Definitely STAFF!!! The associate that checked me in was very polite and helpful. But the biggest reason, was a housekeeping staff member!! My mother fell during our visit and decided to stay in the room Monday afternoon. When the housekeeping specialist came in to do her thing and took extra care and time to insure Mom had everything she needed. This service was ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Extra special THANK YOU!!!

Called early in the morning to verify reservation and was told I had no reservation. I had to book another reservation and when I got to the motel, I was charged for 2 reservations when it should have been just ONE!!!!!

Our room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-appointed. The staff was very courteous and Muhammad went out of his way to check up on us multiple times during our stay.

Rise up Hotel owners and listen to your guests! We’re supposed to get a good night sleep! Sleep starts at the location you lay your head down; THE BED! You need to do better!

We loved our stay here! Huge, spacious room for a family of 5. Delicious breakfast every morning. My kids loved the beautiful outdoor pool! This was quite possibly the best Home2Suites we’ve stayed at thus far! Will be back!

I am a return visitor to this hotel snd have recommended it to others. This easily could have been a 5 star review also except as the saying goes "one bad apple" This hotel is clean, convenient and comfortable. Our stay was pleasant and uneventful until Sun 11/30, when i had to interact with female front desk staff who was on 7am to 3pm. I had to call to straighten out a question/issue because i had combined 2 reservations on Expedia. She was abrupt and rude on the phone and actually hung up on me when i was speaking to her. When i returned to hotel, the front desk was then being covered by a pleasant young man and he commented that none of my earlier conversation/issue had been communicated to him. He was able to fix the issue quickly. My stay would have been pretty much perfect except for the above signifigant lapse in customer service.

The hotel was clean and new, and had lots of food and entertainment nearby. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

We checked in before 8 pm, I had reserved 2 rooms. The employee told us that they had had a line break in the water earlier and that the water pressure would be very slow and should be in working order by 10 pm. When we got to the room, there was no water at all not just a little pressure issue. We had been at soccer games and needed to shower before we could leave to go anywhere for dinner. We could not shower, brush teeth or flush toilets. They offered us bottles of water which we heated in the microwave just to wash or hands and face, still did not have enough to flush a toilet. Went down to the lobby at least 5 times to bring more bottled water. We were then told we wouldn't have water until at least 4am. We checked out that morning and were told that we would be compensated for our inconvenience (1 free night) and I have still not received any confirmation of this compensation. I would expect better from a Hilton.

I arrived late and I called a head because I flew in from CA and my son was taking to the ER. We I finally got to hotel I got the best suite and they wished my son the best. The girl working that night even fixed my Hilton honors account. The only place I stay in Frisco.

The breakfast menu is good, but I would like more daily variety. In my opinion, it's an opportunity for improvement, especially when you're staying at the hotel for several days.

Everything was fine except for the fact you can hear footsteps running above and outside of the door. My room was located near the elevator.

The staff very accommodating !!! Unfortunately there are roaches but generally clean . Breakfast was ok . Shopping mall right behind facility and very fun to walk through Dillard . My young adult kids enjoyed the shopping . Parking very nice and easy and close to the Ford center !!!

I will definitely stay here again! Rented the room with 2 queen beds and a pull-out couch. Room was clean and had a dishwasher, kitchen sink, microwave, basic dishes, and full fridge. Most importantly, the AC was working properly to both reduce the humidity and cool the room. I've stayed in some hotels near Frisco where the humidity reached 80% in the room due to improperly sized ACs, which is not an easy fix. This hotel room was notably cool and the humidity was not notable. No weird smells, no strange sights, no annoying noises. Oh, and there was breakfast included-- not just boxed cereal, either! There was a variety to choose from. The front desk was personable and proficient. There was a fitness center and a pool, but I didn't use either (was only there 10pm-8am). I think the pool was outside, if that matters. Ice machines were working, coffee was actually decent, too! If I had 1 criticism, it would be that the parking lot could use a few more lights.

Cons: (minor) smoking in outdoor common areas and entry; interior hallways are kind of stuffy Overall—nice facility and excellent location.

Such a great day! My mom and I stayed here for the business trip that I was on and it was great overall. Really love having the kitchen in the room and the breakfast was great! There were so many options for breakfast and every day was different. Maria was so friendly. I was able to log into my Netflix account and watch movies every night. There was some noise because of boys from his soccer team there. But other than that, I would highly recommend this place and stay here again. Lastly, there is a Perry’s steakhouse next-door, and it made for a great dinner.

Overall it was great experience except for 2 things. One, there needs to be a shower liner for the shower curtain. Water would get on the floor. Second there needs to be body wash on the shower like they have for shampoo and conditioner.

All I can say is, I’ve never been to a motel that the employees were more friendly very polite very welcoming. Had a smile on every one of them face and was way more than happy to help you with anything and it was very beautiful place. Very clean smelt good I definitely give him a 10

I liked everything about this hotel. My favorite was the pool area. So relaxing and beautiful.

I liked how our sole purpose of traveling to Frisco was to go to KidZania and it was just across the street. I also liked how clean the pool area was kept even with a whole baseball team running around.

Super loud fridge n ac unit!!! Not possible to sleep. No normal blankets. Cleaning service at 4pm!!! Stayed 5 days and room been cleaned once!!! Amazing breakfast!!!!

Great hotel that’s clean and room was spacious and had a nice pool. Parking was easy to find plus free breakfast! Also convenient location to restaurants and walking distance to the mall if entering through Dillard department store. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Hotel clean workers helpful. But hotel filled on weekend and there were no plates left to use at breakfast and food wasn’t refilled fast enough. Last two nights had people stomping above me. Also as with most new hotels no fan in bath so bring some air freshener.

The hotel was very clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff was nice. The pool had a lot of chlorine in it. The breakfast was ok and complimentary. We have had better at Hyatt House but the beds were way better at Home2. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area. It was very close to Hawaiian Waters.

Bad check-in experience

Amazing size room, breakfast was wonderful, very clean, kind staff! One of the best hotels!

Pro tip—room has a thermostat. Turn on the fan at night to avoid stop and start noises to sleep better and to avoid stuffiness. Scoot the ottoman close to the bed, then add the sofa cushions and the pillows from under the TV to make your bed feel a little bigger if you’re accustomed to a king sized bed. Happy travels!

We had a reservation for weeks no problem at all. Day of check in we started traveling early and finally got to hotel at 9pm at night to find out they canceled my reservation. They claim they called me at 7pm and because I didn’t answer (um I was on a plane) they canceled my reservation to give my room to another person since they were fully booked . It took me 3 hours to find a hotel elsewhere because there was a cheer competition and everyone was sold out. I was running around with 2 kids till midnight this is not ok. Thank god I had rented a car this time I usually Uber .

Most of what they did is very good - I really wish the water is a little soft. Quality of water is very bad hands/body become so dry after a 5 minute bath it's just unberable.
