We have stayed here before and always loved it but this visit was less than pleasant. We called to confirm accessible amenities for our daughter and had to speak to 3 different front desk staff to get any answers. The lobby was dirty with ice cream spilled on the floor. and the front desk staff sat on their phones. Our room was not completely cleaned. When we went to use the lift for the pool it hadn’t been charged so wasn’t operational. It was not a great stay and the staff seemed to not care one way or another.

Our stay was wonderful, we were surprised by the apt sized refrigerator with freezer as well as the dishwasher. The room was big with a nice couch. The shower was roomy. We only spent one night but would consider this type hotel again, especially for a longer stay.

Highly recommend. Priced to be able to be affordable, incredibly clean and modern and when we arrived too early and could not yet check in they did not have rooms available but said once the maids cleaned one they would give me a call. After traveling across the US to visit our wounded warrior, they in fact did what they said and called us early and we were so impressed and appreciative as we had a baby shower to make that same day and needed to get cleaned up. Thee rooms also have three queen beds if you do the two queens with sofa bed which is SO NICE.

The General Manager, Jami, and her staff went above and beyond the call of duty getting me into my room early (at a charge) so I could freshen up before attending a funeral. From house keeping to the night shift attendant, they were all great. NOTHING, The cleanest hotel Ive seen in ages and a very attentive and helpful staff.
