The ladies (2 front desk ladies Ms. Trudy and the night clerk I don’t know her name) were GREAT! Nice and informative and very friendly making me feel welcome. The young man who works in the evening /night was nice when I checked in but took a quick flip around to rude and refused us CLEAN TOWELS. He said No, we don’t do that. Go wash them in the laundry room because we are an Extended stay property and per policy you have to wash them. Then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to pay $49.99 per week then I can get clean towels!!! Wow!!! Lastly the elevator was broken entire stay and I was on the 4th floor so that was so much fun having to climb 4 flights of stairs everyday. :(

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room reeked of cigarette smoke even tho it was clearly stated as a non smoking room. The mattresses were thrift store finds with plastic bed frames that basically broke when you put weight on them. The AC didn’t work at all. The pet deposit wasn’t a deposit but additional non-refundable fees even for a service animal. The noise from all the rooms around us sounded like elephants were rearranging furniture. The phones in the room didn’t work so you couldn’t call down to the front desk. Also, when trying to leave the front desk was unmanned for so long that 8 people ended up just leaving. Luckily Hotels.com worked with me and got some of my stay back. Avoid at all costs.

The area of the location The room was big, only had one bed and couch pull out couch or nothing so me and 3 people were bunch up in a bed.

They called the cops on me after I complained about the ac blowing heat all night which I felt like was purposely done. A lot of noise from neighbor he was literally banging on my wall. I asked nicely no resolution from staff nor neighbor. I won’t recommend but take at your own risk. Before I checked out there was issues such as someone getting dragged from a car, trash left on the stairs, my car window pushed out my first day.

The location, and the Dianne at the front desk. The fact that, they designated the dog owner's to the second floor. The smell was a nightmare! I actually laid carpet fresh near my door. My dog had a couple of accidents, one I didn't get too fast enough. The gentleman who was working that morning had the audacity to come for me at my room, trying to trip about having housecleaning do it, since I was moving too slow for him! How dare you when you should be in a hurry to fill up those outlets with plug ins, and be in a hurry to fill up those scent dispensers on the wall bc they're all blinking red!! Be in a hurry to do that, not lose customers. Issa never stay again for me!

I was very satisfied with my stay here and would come back again. Checking in and checking out was easy and quick. The staff was very friendly and professional. No complaints. I enjoyed my stay here at the Best western.

Kind receptionist ay check-in. It's very old to be in the Fossil Creek area I was very surprised. The hallways need new carpet and never been in a room with absolutely no carpet and I guess the ones before me took the batteries out the remote and I was told a charge to contact front desk. My friend came to get me because of all the traffic in the hallway. Sorry I was very disappointed.

If you charge a pet deposit, dont charge the daily rate for pets. Also your staff should tell people this before they book and not after they've booked a non refundable stay.

Even though the hotel is old, they keep it very clean and also making sure the exit doors are secure locked and to enter the hotel have to use the key card.

First off I would like to say Mrs.Truddy was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS at this location. Her knowledge of the area was a true blessing. Wonderful asset to your company she truly cares. Yes there was so pest problems but they were dead and u could tell they were working on the motel. Remember to bring all essentials shampoo/conditioner ECT ECT but if you happen to forget there are several stores near by. It's a kid class stay but if your on budget and need a reasonable place to stay it's worth it. All the workers were polite (knowing Spanish is a plus) but if u don't they try and help.

While my stay there i couldnt sleep at night there was people arguing at like 2 or 3 in the morning slamming doors yelling even during the day as well i work nights so i tried to sleep as much as i could but with all of that i couldn't get much sleep

The lady that checked me in was the only thing good there. The room was dirty with marks and stains. Had no heat in the room. And they knew this prior to me checking in and didn't say anything. Checking out was just as bad.

Mostly clean. Be sure to ask about daily cleaning of room if that is important to you. If you're looking for a quiet hotel so that you can work sometimes or if working in your hotel room is important to you, this is not the place. There were absolutly no sofa beds on property..(false advertisement). Has a kitchette with stove top, but no fire extinguisher. We had to check out 2 days early and they couldnt even do a partial refund...im going to the BBB for the extinguisher alone...

The property is clean, the employees are nice and helpful, all exterior access points are controlled by your room key. Rules are in place to keep the hotel clean, quiet and respectful. I have asthma and appreciate the fact that the bathroom had an exhaust fan. The laundry space is clean and well maintained, and the parking lot is well lit. I am impressed with how quiet it was at night, and I was finally able to sleep and relax. I will be coming back and highly recommend it to sleep deprived travelers.

The hotel stay was over priced. The blankets is paper thin we asked for an extra one and the hotel couldn’t even give us one because they done have extra. Pros: Customer service is great. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Water is great temperature for the showers. Rooms are clean. A/C worked for the hot TX weather. Lots of restaurants and stores to choose from. Great location! Cons: DO NOT stay on floor 2. This is the only hallway which smells. I was on floor 2. The walls are thin. I am a light sleep, so I did not sleep well the whole 3-days I stayed there. The bathtub floor creaks, so I would recommend a top floor room. People were hanging outside of the hotel at all hours. Elevator takes forever, so we always used the stairs. The linens are white. My bed’s top cover had embedded hairs still in them which were not mine.

We didnt stay here. We had reservations, but when we got there to check in, the computer system was down. The young man said he'd been on the phone with tech support for an hour. I asked what he thought we should do. He said to find another room. It was late and i was tired. So we did. I asked if he would cancel our reservatiin when the computer got up and running again and he said yes.

I asked what he thought we should do. He said to find another room. It was late and i was tired. So we did. I asked if he would cancel our reservatiin when the computer got up and running again and he said yes.

I paid for a ton with two double beds and a sleeper sofa. When u checked in they said that it did not exist. They only had rooms with one bed and a sleeper sofa. My kids and I slept uncomfortably all weekend as we didn’t have enough room. The employee was kind and I showed him where my reservation said two double beds and a sleeper sofa. They did not have enough towels for one towel for each of us. And they did not have enough bedding so sleeping on the floor was incredibly uncomfortable.

Wood spring has a very helpful and friendly staff 5 star infact . Stayed for one month while shopping for a home. The building its self is a bit out dated and for the money wood spring charges you would think they would be a bit more up to date with wood floors fresh paint USB ports ECT ECT other then that it's not a bad place in a pinch and I would stay again .

Half the time the toilet would not flush, the wifi was crap! Staff was nice manager was helpful, but I don't think I'd stay there again, you can tell that they had roaches at sometime because of the roach gel everywhere

The condition of the hotel was ok, spent 4 days in this location. The hotel staff was friendly in the morning shift but the afternoon shift was not as friendly. A bit difficult to optain fresh sheets or linens. The benefit of this hotel was location and ease to the higheay.

Non smoking hotel that smells of cigarette smoke. Hotel is vey unclean. Room was extremely dirty. Spent a lot of money on cleaning supplies and mats to walk in. Carpet is vey dirty with stains and sticky. Will turn your feet black. Loud hotel.

Do not waste your money coming here. The place is outdated dirty & gross. Stayed for a week not once did housekeeping come around. I asked for clean towels was told if they provided them it would be $11. My restroom was missing the shower curtain and towels when I got there the 1st. I had to make my own bed bc apparently housekeeping doesn’t do. The tv was hit or miss 9/10 the screen was blue and didn’t work very well. I asked several times if I could get moved was told no rooms available. It smelled as if people smoked inside. Again DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY COMING HERE. Did I mention there was roaches in the room

First, the young lady sent me to a room that was already occupied. Then, when i went back down to tell her, she gave me a second room. That room had BUGS all over the walls and floors.

My room looked nothing like the picture. The mattress was horrible. The room had roaches. I cojld not get fresh towels because their "supplies had not arrived". I had to wash, at my expense, the hotel towels to get fresh towels.

But what I didn't like was that there was 2 crack pipes hidden in my vent. That the elevator didn't work for almost a week but was glad that they finally fixed it afterwards. But 2 days of staying there lil roaches started coming out of our walls and doors. And that we had to be extra careful with the a/c unit because it was leaking big time and no one came to fix it while we were there so we had to put towels underneath it. And only turn it on for only 30 minutes or less.

Drug deals in the back parking lot. Bathroom light in room worked for one night and than never worked again. Sheets had stains on them upon arrival. The only postive thing was the price and the gentleman upon check in.

It was a nice hotel!!

There was a baby cockroach. The elevator broke down. The smell of the room and halls had a musty smell, not clean smell to the room.

ROACHES! Saw some when we first got in and informed the desk. "They will come spray tomorrow". They never did! Our last night there I went to plug my phone in and there were 6 roaches just hanging out on the bedside outlet! Absolutely horrible. One front desk person was helpful and offered for us to change rooms but we were checking out the next day. NEVER AGAIN!

Roaches live here, room had a horrible smell that stayed in the room my entire two week stay, even after lighting candles and air freshener. This is an extended stay and only clean rooms once every other week. Wifi very slow if you want or need faster speed, you will pay extra.

Really nice. Kitchenette. Room was huge and staff was friendly. The guests were friends as well. Convenient to everything. I'll stay again.

Everything was amazing. Front laddie greeted me every time we crossed paths. Very polite. I really enjoyed my stay
