We enjoyed being in a central location and getting to and from our destination in a timely manner. The room was nice and clean. A great breakfast and parking.

The room was nasty, The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Dirty rag hanging over the shower. Over all we almost puked just walking up to the door of the room it smelt like strong strong mildew.

Shower had no hot water was more cold than warm but the sink came out steaming hot WiFi was not working

Room was extremely hot when I got there. There was no fan in the bathroom, paint was peeling from ceiling. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash took way too many pumps to get any out. It was like they were clogged. There was no fruit at breakfast.

This is one of the best stays in the area, they’re always super clean and i love the led mirrors. I didn’t like the room I was last placed it on the first floor. The quality of the room was very poor, the door was broken and the wifi wasn’t working this particular time. May28-30

compare to most the breakfast I had with hotel free breakfast, this is 9 out of 10 the laundry facility is a little out dated. It needs quarters to operate and front didn't have any

Room was very clean didnt have a bad smell like most. Staff very courteous and very helpful. No unexpected fees like others as well.

The room was nice but the mini fridge wasn’t able to close all the way so it was leaking water from the bottom when we got there. The shower wall was also dirty with someone else’s hair from before we got there. Other than that the room was nice.

Modern, well decorated property. The room was excellent and spacious. Breakfast was included and the hotel also had a gym and swimming pool.

The property was in a good location. Staff were all friendly. The water in the shower was either very hot or very cold. Made it difficult to take a decent shower. There was a croc left from a previous guest in our room when we had checked in. The pool was never cleaned during our stay. Other than that, good experience.

The gym had an area for towels and for sanitizing wipes but of course, there were no towels or sanitizing wipes made available. Two treadmills which worked fine, a stationary bike with did not work and a limited set of dumbbells with two benches. The bathroom outside of the gym reminded me a gas station bathroom - hot, smelly, soap and towels all over the place, unkept. The pool was FILTHY. Which sucked because I specifically was looking for a hotel with a pool. When we got there it was full of algae. The next day the algae was gone but the pool remained this green murky color. The water looked still - no motor running/circulating, no scent of chemicals or cleaner, nothing. Just still green murky water. I will not stay here again. If you have to stay here for one night on a pinch I would say it's ok if nothing else is available but don't stay here for over one night.

Room was ok, there is a pest problem, found a live roach in my room. Hallway and elevator wasn't very clean but there was also some event going on downstairs so I can't expect perfection. The bed was comfortable and other than the one issue the room was just fine for an overnight stay.

My room was clean, staff was very friendly and welcoming, the hotel was quiet and I wasn’t nervous with the area. Will definitely be staying there again when I go back to Fort Worth!

The room was very clean and comfortable beds. The bathroom (well tub/shower) needed a major UPGRADE and the A/C kept turning off through the night which was an issue for me.

Floor was dirty, the toilet would not flush, upstairs neighbors were loud.

The room had ketchup on the floor & soap residue in the soap holder in the shower. The hot water at breakfast was off color & smelled coffee so you couldn’t make hot tea. The orange juice machine didn’t work & no one seemed to care.

It’s a nice hotel but they need to update the TV’s in the room make them smart TV there is only like 15 channels and you can’t get on netflix or other app even though the remotecontrol has netflix on it or we should be able to connect your phone but everything else is good only disappointment

The property was nice good location. Wish the pool would have been open. The front desk staff were awesome. The lady cleaning the rooms was extremely rude tired to cut us off with her cart and hit my daughter with it. Then when we asked her for towels she pretended to not know English so we told her in Spanish and she answered us back with English.

Nothing but staff were friendly Dirty rooms, hallways elevator and breakfast spaces. I wish I had taken more pics of it. Shady looking people lurking around, smell of marijuana coming into our room. No window and unable to open terrace door that was nailed shut! This is a safety issue as well as preventing fresh air.

No restaurants around, the closest gas station is surrounded by homeless people with huge issues. It’s cheap though, just not what I expect out of a best westerns plus

Nice hotels, room is clean and bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is nice. We expect the room is quieter because the location is near freeway and loud AC in the room.

Second bathroom was better but still had mold on the ceilng in the shower.

Room was clean expect for the bathtub. There was black gunk in the corners of it. We got to our room and it wasn’t ready so we had to switch rooms. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was really good!

Once the staff switched out for the night. The man at the counter was very nice and accommodating. Bathtub had mold all over the side of the tub. It looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. It caused a bad smell that filled the room after someone used the shower.

The front staff is very nice. The room was clean. However waht really creeped me out was when I saw a roach bait box on the floir under the bathroom sink. The sink is located in the room, only the shower and toilet has a door. So you can plainly see it. Why would there be roaches in the rooms? Also after they cleaned the room I didn’t receive the same amount of towels or a towel for the shower floor. I returned to the front desk to ask for a different room. He assigned a different room and I went to check that room out. Astonishing how much of the same remnants were present. This room the door wouldn’t close and lock I had to slam it in order for the lock to catch. There was still trash everywhere on this floor as well. I returned to the front desk to inform the attendant and he was upset that I asked for him to cancel my reservation. After continued professionalism from myself he stated that he would have to charge me for one night. I didn’t agree but I knew that I wasn’t staying and he seen the disappointment on my face. He stated that he would give me a full refund. I checked out both rooms within a matter of 15 minutes. Please don’t let the pictures fool you. This establishment just needs to be updated and cleaning needs to be addressed immediately

Luckily I’m in a great mood today I let him slide but I will say to you sir, you applied for this job, you went on the interview and did orientation not me. Get in a better state of mind when working in customer service. Have a good one. I do not recommend staying here unless they are the only hotel left.

Then the next day they didn’t clean the room, which is fine, we just need washcloths and towels since we left them on the floor to be switched out. So we called down to the front desk, the response was “can’t you come down and get them”. The attitude was so poor and no apologies over our experience. I would not recommend staying here at all. Customer service does not exist anymore

The room itself was not great. The shower is on the same level as the bathroom with no barrier, so the water leaks around the toilet. Also the soap dispenser and roilet paper roll wasn't restocked when i first checked in.

There was old leftover food in the microwave...we got locked out because the card reader battery died. Staff seemed completely nonchalant. This was my 2nd stay here and probably my last!

Good idea was having the floor under the bed carpeted while the remainder of the room had a "wood" floor. Saturday morning there were no paper towels or hand dryer in the downstairs bathroom. Very little fruit for breakfast on Saturday and none was available for breakfast on Sunday. Good location. Easy to access freeways.

Alarm went off at 4:00am, 6:00am and 9:00am disturbing all sleep. I let hotel managment know they should discount as the purpose of a hotel is to sleep and that was not possible in our room, as it was loudest in our room compared to hallways, lobby, etc. Our room came with an unusual "free drink per person" for our stay which was not offered by the staff at check in or out. Other than that I would have given 5 stars as eveything else was great.

I won't stay there anymore. The fir alarm went off multiple times of the morning. It started at 4:00 am then next one was 730am. I didn't get my rest.

The bed was awesome, so comfortable. Always love hot showers. Water pressure was great.

My stay would have been OK but the fire alarm went off several times starting at 4:30 in the morning to 230 in the afternoon the next day supposedly there is a faulty alarm and it needs to be fixed. The food was OK there were stains and some of the furniture in the room, and we saw a couple of bugs on the floor. The service was OK, but a lot of there was a lot of miscommunication, especially with compensating us for the inconveniences of this fire alarm and so on.

We drove 20 hours from orlando, needing sleep. The firealarm went off around 330 for over half and hour.fimally, we get back to sleep after loaing an hour at that time. Then again, fire alarm gies off around 7 am. If you want rest and sleep, best western plus is not where to go

I booked a hotel in wrong city and couldn't even switch the day. So paid for hotel that i didnt stay in, least they could of done was switched my day just incase im in fort worth layer on in the year.

Good place to stay in.

It was good

Excellent stay, almost 5 star but the floors in my room were a little sticky. About a15 minute uber to Stockyards (20 bucks) and 30 minutes to DFW. (40 bucks)

The hotel room's bathtub was dirty and had hair in it like it wasn't cleaned prior to stay.Still came in and did housekeeping even though do not disturb sign was hung on door and bathtub still wasn't clean.No easy access from side of hotel and room was close to highway,noisy....breakfast was cold.Will not be staying here again.

Quite,friendly staff

Negatives were it’s right next to a highway so traffic was noisy. Walls are thin. Each night it sounded like people were stomping on the floor in the room above us. I had to call the front desk one night to complain at 12:30. There wasn’t a walk in shower, just a tiled floor in the bathroom with a toilet. I didn’t feel comfortable standing on the tiled floor to take a shower just didn’t seem sanitary to me, plus the water went almost over to the toilet since it is just one big area with nothing dividing the shower from the other part of the room. Because of the Highway noise and how thin the walls are I wouldn’t stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was fantastic. The place smells wonderful from the minute of arrival - the room was clean and comfortable. Also, the staff members were friendly and attentive.

The staff were very friendly, the room itself was overall nice but a few things were not working properly. The entry door back panel was a little loose, the shower would only get to extremely hot temperatures or extremely cold and would not go warm. The room was stuffy as hell when you first walked in and it took awhile for the AC to work.

I liked the area around the hotel, service was nice, and breakfast had different options which I loved. What I didn’t liked was that the room had a weird small upon entering, the gym was a bit dirty and ac was on 80. Other than that I loved my stay, pool was nice, parking was easy, staff were very nice.

Great for the price, the breakfast was good, very clean room and the beds are comfortable and staff friendly. Really I didn’t expect it to be this nice but the reviews are pretty spot on so made me feel good to choose to book. The only thing is there is no streaming services. Just old fashion tv, which was okay with me.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is convenient to Fort Worth Stockyard with only about a 15 min drive and you are convenient to Dallas.

When raising this with staff they initially denied a second charge. When approaching a different member of staff they acknowledged the issue and reassured me that both charges would be refunded. This of course did not happen and the second charge was not refunded. Based on other reviews this appears not to be an isolated incident. The matter has been reported to BW Corporate. This location also had a cockroach infestation which staff are aware of and will not remedy. Please stay anywhere else.

The front desk staff was very kind! The first room we were given hadn't been cleaned, but she was quick to give us another room that had been- (or so we thought until we went to use the mini fridge). The room was okay but the bathrooms were pretty outdated and gave shower shoe vibes.

I was traveling with my daughter but would feel comfortable staying here as a solo female traveler. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff was the first impression... So friendly and immediately helpful. The place was exceptionally clean.

2nd time staying here. Clean, comfortable rooms, beds; Super Friendly Staff! Convenient location lots of restaurants and shopping areas. Breakfast had fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, toast, muffing and hot food items eggs, sausage, biscuits, did not try the coffee but the water was perfect for hot tea; also had juice and milk; cereal. I’m sure I am forgetting items but you get the idea.

Balcony was closed. Couldn’t go on the balcony. Was looking forward to hangout on the balcony.

Clean room and lobby, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Only downfall was the small beds and small pillows. My husband and daughter are 6’3” and 5’5” so the beds were small for them despite being advertised as queen.

Felt Dingy. Housekeeping was hit and miss. Broken towel rack and lamp found in room. Bed is comfortable though.

We had a handicap accessible room, which ment the bathroom had a different shower that was not my first choice and the bathroom sink was a single sink and no shelf space

It was a nice and comfortable room. Location was great for our needs. The person manning the breakfast was really attentive and very friendly. No complaints.

The room wasn't clean, the floor was sticky the bed spreads on both beds had stains one was hard like it needed to be washed off. There was a black curly hair on the shower wall. None of us have black curly hair.

The folks that checked us in were very nice, as were the housekeeping and breakfast staff. The room was nice and super clean. The toilet ran unless you messed with it, which made me feel a bit more attention could be paid to maintenance, but it was a fantastic value and I would not hesitate to stay here again. The location was fine for accessing the event we went to in downtown ft worth. We did not encounter any traffic which was very nice, and I attributed that to the location.

2/ Cleanliness needs work - 1st floor public men's restroom not clean and 2/ dead roach visible on main lobby floor 3/ Dated interior

May stay was not too good because my room was by the exit-stairs people in and out all night and sis not have any hope water

It’s was so peaceful and the room was great. !

Sink area too small. Stains on sheets and towels. No washcloths. Looks like some upgrades were done but not very well.

Tv was out for 2 days and took forever for the water to get hot.

Staff gave room keys that already had guests checked in. Breakfast refilling was hard to communicate as staff couldn't communicate in English.

Good location but room had several issues, no hair dryer, internet did not work, however hotel had hot breakfast and coffee/ tea available all day.

This property is very nice and clean. It looks sleek & modern on the inside. Very nice & quiet place 10 out of 10.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. There were roaches in the room, and the towels were of poor quality. Each bathroom only provided two towels, which was quite inadequate.

It was very clean and very comfortable and the front desk clerk was very nice.
