The staff were wonderful! We booked this place for the pool which was not in use and would probably have chose another place if we had known that.

This is an old hotel made into a Fairfield. Painted bathtub, old pink metal doors, ancient pricing still on the doors, some of the tile was wobbly and the floor sinking in when you stepped by the tub. When we left we saw several very large, smashed cockroaches in the hallway. Breakfast was decent.

I liked the location. Was very upset that I was not notified that the pool was not working. They knew before I got to hotel that there would be no pool. I spent 6 nights at this hotel and had no pool. This was a family vacation, chose this location for convenience and because it had a pool, to relax and was very upset that we had no pool.

There too many faults at this property. Things that didn't work, were broken, or just plain old. The amenities were very limited, the computer at the business desk didn't work. All-n-all, not a good experience. Glad to only had a two night stay.

Advertised by Marriott heated swimming pool. Grandkids jumped in freezing cold. The attendant said since he has worked its has never been heated. The first room toilet was backing up. AC was blowing hot air. Uncomfortable beds and carpet smelled.

The room was ok. The vanity for the sink was smallish and across from the mini fridge & microwave. The bed dipped in the middle, it felt like I was falling into a hole. The traffic noise was loud from the freeway. So loud my husband thought the window was open. However the breakfast was decent with different hot options on each day. It wasn't just the typical scrambled eggs and sausage. They also had biscuits and gravy, spinach quiche, o'brien potatoes, kielbasa sausage as options. We stayed 3 nights so it was nice having different hot options each day. The property does feel like it could use a refresh.

This is a party hotel and not where you wanna be. Noisy, chaotic, people drinking in the parking lot when we got there and two marijauna smoke sessions at the back of the lot on subsequent arrivals. Really should be a 6 star…or less. The staff laughs when presented with maintenance issues and partying rooms. Just go somewhere else.

The pool was closed, the tv didn’t work in the first room we were in, and the other room they put us in the smoke detector was going off.

Elevator stunk. Rooms were not updated and the sink looked like it wanted to fall off the wall.

No heated pool as advertised, my king suite didn’t have a shower curtain upon arrival and took 1/2 the time of my stay to receive the curtain… the breakfast was terrible and the beds were stained

Outlet in the bathroom is broken, most likely is a fire hazard. T.v. Will not connect to a fire stick. Bring a sound machine. The freeway is so loud.

I came in late from my Gala and when I made it I turned on my music on my phone not even half volume and before I got my shoes off there was a knock saying they had been getting complaints on me being loud but I'd just got there and was still fully dressed. I tried to explain that he dismissed me and said cut it down and walked off.

Elevator wasn't working, ice machine was broken and the pool was out of service. We didn't stay for more than 3 hrs and talked to front desk and was told they would refund the 4 days we had reserved. Called booking and was told the same thing. Till this day nothing and it's been a month.

The people that just hung outside of hotel and cops were called at one point! Wasn't sure if my car was okay outside but as far as inside it was nice and completely different! Can't control what happens outside but hoping it's monitored within perimeter!

I’m allergic to fleas so I had to go get Benadryl after she gave me a new room. I should’ve known based upon the number of cars there or lack their own that this was not the place to stay. The hotel next-door had way more cars and there were lights on it. This place is dingy and smells of mold.

You could hear the traffic noise all night long in our first room, asked to be moved to a different room away from the traffic and heard the exhaust fan from pool area, moved to a different room and could hear the traffic again. Staff was great on moving us to a different room but still didnt sleep well due to the noise from outside.

I am a Marriott member and this property was not what I usually expect from Marriott. Check in was fine but the person checking us in did not tell us when breakfast hours were or anything about Wifi service. The room's furniture had several large spots on the drawers and desk with the wood finishing missing and chips in the unit holding the TV. The bathroom had a moldy corner in the tub and the tub plug would not hold the water for a bath. I called the desk to ask about the tub and the man told us it was his first week so he didn't know about the tub. No other solution was given. The conditioner bottle was unglued off of the wall sitting in the tub. The mini fridge had water in front of it causing the carpet to be soaked. When we went to get ice, the machine was broken on our floor. The location was what we needed for one night and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated having the large full length mirror with the outlet beneath. We did not get breakfast because it was over by the time we got there-didn't know the times. There are other options available in this area so I would not choose this one. Did not meet expectations of a Marriott brand.

Not for me!!! I could hear the highway! The rooms were clean but, wouldn’t stay there again. I had a two night stay and housekeeper didn’t come clean up the room and provide clean new towels. Just not use to this type of hotel and we travel a lot. First and last time. Didn’t feel comfortable there.

I paid a lot for a nice stay at a hotel that is supposed to have an elevator and the elevator wasn’t working during my trip and had to climb stairs in a hot stairwell

The stay was good but our room with the King size bed with sofa pull out was not available. We had to take a double and couldnt get a refund for the difference due to booking with a 3rd party.

The elevator was broken and we were on the 2nd floor, ice machine didn't work, we didn't get house keeping till the last day we were there. they only had two luggage carts in the hotel but it didn't do any good cause the elevators were broken. Overall I don't think we will be staying here anymore.

Frint deak person was fairly new and needed a lot of help. She was very nice and understanding though. Elevator was broke so she put us in a room on 1st floor and which had a large stain in the floor, then there was rust un the tub and it looked pretty dirty. She tried to move us to another room , but it was too gar for us to walk with my handicap mother. She tried her best!

The breakfast was good and the room I was staying in was comfortable and the AC was working. Dislikes: The elevator was not working and there were no available rooms on the first floor. I was traveling with a preschooler and I had to carry my bags and a sleepy child up a flight of stairs. The swimming pool was not open. Elevator was extremely slow to open and close door. Coat rack in room was broken and would not hold our clothes up. Half of the Lights in gym was not working, and water in gym had to be asked to be refilled. All in all. Worst Marriott we have ever stayed out, was not worth the low price. Will pay more to stay at better kept facilities in the future.

Tori was amazing love her and the cleaning crew were amazing, I also want to point out that the breakfast lady works very hard to make sure everything is fresh and clean, I recommend this hotel for family or business you will not be disappointed

So the first night I got a room and it was OK to pull out bed had some crumbs on it. So we moved to another room which was 107 and the TV was broken. It was literally scree loudest noise you could ever hear and then the volume would cut off. Then we went to room 115 and the microwave wasn’t working. The refrigerator wasn’t working. Mine is a handicap accessible room and in the bathroom on the rail that you used to stand up in the bathtub with was coming out of the wall. But the bed was amazing and the customer service was excellent. I just wish that I hadn’t had to move so many rooms and still got a room that wasn’t acceptable.

Then they brought it inside and continued cursing, fighting, shouting, more than several people involved. They were obviously homeless, drug addicted people that should have never been checked into a 8.2 rated hotel. We were fearful. Finally the police showed up and tried to stop it. They were still there when we were checking out in the morning. I spoke with Torrie and she said they were comping the room to everyone who was around this mess. I followed up with hotels as I booked with them so refund had to run through them. They verified the above night and I was assured a refund, but that’s it, it never happened. Never a response an email or a refund. I have given it time and they have all refused to respond hence this review of what happened this horrific night. I will never step foot in a Fairfield nor book through Hotels.com. Sad state of affairs when people do business like this.

My Fiance and I stay here when we want somewhere “cheap” and dependable. It’s always clean and we’re always comfortable here. I had to leave for work and left my fiance at the hotel until my dad picked her up at checkout to keep her from having to get up at 6am. She left to go enjoy the complimentary breakfast and when she went to go back to the room, the key card did not work. The girl at the desk tried making her another card and then told her she would use her master key to let her into the room as many times as she needed to come and go but the master key was not working for some reason either and they had to wait for the weekend maintenance man to get there at 9 to get into the room where she left all her things. The lady at the front desk was as helpful as she could be on her own and kept apologizing but my fiance had to sit and wait in the lobby for 2 hours with no access to the room we paid for. 2 whole hours and was not even offered atleast a drink or snack from the bar while she waited on a malfunction that wasn’t her fault. Although we understand this was not the hotel’s fault either, I just wish my fiance would have atleast been offered SOMETHING to show, “Hey we’re sorry this is happening and we want to try to make you as comfortable as possible.”. Even if it was another room for the time being! By the time the maintenance guy was able to get into the room, there wasn’t even an hour left before check out time. This will not prevent future stays but still…

But hotel stay was excellent!

Not to bad for the price, although on the last night there was some unhoused individuals soliciting asking for me to let them into the hotel. While I had my kids with me , however once I notified the staff they took care of the situation.

We stayed two nights and housekeeping did not clean our room and put fresh towels in bathroom! I had to ask for clean towels!

The keys didn’t work so we had to be walked to our room every time. Elevator smelled like pot

Stayed 2 nights here. Beds were not great, pool was closed but that’s because someone got sick in it, but I had an upset 5 year old. Decent location, great price

Staff was extremely Polite and I got a food night sleep. The breakfast was better than expected. It was a full breakfast with potatoes. Meat and everything.. I was very impressed!!

A few odd repairs in process we saw. Main areas were clean and updated. A weird noise throughout the night that sounded like a machine but not the elevator. The staff was friendly and helpful even late at night. Breakfast was waffles, biscuits, gravy, sausage and eggs! Other options and excellent coffee!

The room was very clean. The property was well maintained. The breakfast had quite a bit of choice's.

If I could do no stars I would. This place was terrible. The room smelled like urine and not a swift it reeked of urine. There was drug deals happening outside the hotel and a crack head living in the building dozed off in the lobby with her missing child on the 3rd floor sleeping with a stuffed animal and dirty diper… never again. If felt so unsafe. The room was not properly cleaned. There were dirty socks and food under the sofa. I wanted to leave but it was so late and felt unsafe to go to the lobby.
