    On the bright side, it was very quiet at all hours. You will have the B52 and military jets flying over very often during business hours which is loud but not in motels control . The ac worked wonderfully. The tv had plenty of channels and my bedding was clean. The parking lot felt safe at night too. They still have my deposit. I called to talk to someone about it and I was told I can only speak to 'the person' at 11am. I asked for a name and the person said thet dont know thier name. Just the person who handles deposits. Very tacky when clearly they all know thier co-workers names. For what they charge per night for a 2 star motel, you would imagine service would be provided. My stay wasnt the worst. I was able to make adjustments but it certainly wasn't very comfortable of a stay as it should be for what you pay. Now I have to chase down my deposit

    I booked this hotel online through hotels.com. When I arrived the front desk clerk, who would only identify himself as “John”, refused to honor the reservation because I had my support dog with me. (Which is against federal law to turn away a support animal). I tried to show “John” Augie’s federal registration number and he refused to acknowledge it. He also refused to issue a refund and charged me for the night. I ended up in a parking lot with no room and no money. At one point “John” was inside laughing about while speaking with another customer. The customer was appalled and came out to speak to me and make sure I was ok. I not only will never stay here again. I’ve contacted the local news stations as well as a watchdog organization for businesses that deny entry to federally registered support animals. I’ve also reached out to Wyndham customer service and the corporate office. AUGIE is not an ESA. And hotels.com refuses to refund my money.

    We had to make a $20 deposit even though we had already paid for our room, which we didn’t know about. The bathroom had barely any toilet paper and had 2 toilet paper empty rolls laying on the ground. The bathroom floor was not clean. The pool was locked and once we finally got in there were cigarettes buds in the pool and on the sides. There was a group of people that were banging on doors and yelling for around an hour with no one stopping them. It just was not a good experience.

    Customer service was very bad. Guy swiped my card, I watched my money get took off my card. Guy swipes again and say my card decline. I call the next morning, lady says she has nothing to do with it... I'm currently going through dispute, my money's just gone I'll will never return. Have cash money if you want to take your chances, don't give guy your card.

    The room was nasty. There was blood stains on the sheets. It took over 30 minutes for the water to warm up to be able to take a shower. There was previous tenants stuff still in the end tables by the bed. The staff was very rude when we were checking in. Give me a problem one after another before finally allowing me to check in. I will never come back there to stay again. I didn't try their breakfast because a totally forgot they even served breakfast.

    Bathroom door didn’t close right, shower curtain was all ripped up, towels did not look washed, shower head leaked like crazy so the pressure was horrible, and to top it off someone was banging on a door 2 doors down at 2am till about 5am. I’m talking pounding the heck out of the door. Now I remember why I don’t go cheap. Canceled my second night and went to a Holiday Inn. Thank God.

    Absolutely disgusting. Roaches, roach feces on the walls, holes in the walls, ripped curtains, stained/dirty bedding and towels, a giant hole in the floor, even a broken sagging mattress and dirty headboard. We had to go buy our own sheets and towels because the ones provided were so gross we couldn’t tell if it was a stain or just dirty. Door didn’t even close all the way because it had obviously been pried open previously and never repaired. Couldn’t reach the toilet paper because instead of moving the toilet roll holder next to the toilet, they created a giant wooden triangle door stop which prevented the door from opening and made it so you had to reach around for the paper. Couldn’t put the paper anywhere else because the entire room was filthy! Couldn’t even keep the bathroom from getting soaked while we showered because the curtains were dry rotted and falling off it’s own rings.

    The location was very convenient for our weekend plans in Fort Worth, and the staff made the check-in process easy. We typically choose this brand for its reliability and value. The room was not as clean as expected upon our arrival, which was disappointing. Additionally, the mini-fridge was unusable because the freezer was completely iced over and hadn't been defrosted. Compared to our many other Super 8 stays, the maintenance and cleanliness here fell short of the standard we've come to expect.

    Starting from check-in, the desk clerk, who English was not has first language, refused to take my card for incidentals because it was in my wife’s first name and not mine. Then made me go to the ATM (offsite) to bring back $20 for the deposit. This money was to be returned between the hours of 10 and 2 after maid cleared the room only from the person that gave the money and must have the YELLOW copy of the receipt … The room was in decent shape but the bed was hard as a rock and there was mold on the shower. The outside areas reeked of marijuana. Luckily I was more comfortable because I always carry my weapon when I travel. The price was ok for the property because I was here to visit family in a local hospital.

    Got a better choice of breakfast at the gas station across the street. Checked in and the room was dirty, mold in the bathroom and around the sink area, blood on the sheets, asked the night clerk for towels to cover it up because housekeeping wouldn't be there until morning. Was sitting in the car talking to my husband, and a white male covered in tattoos approached us and asked us if we were looking for anything fun to do. Just awful. Terrible area, and the rooms are awful. When I went down to the office to say something about it, another guest was checking in and showed me a picture of a used condom that was lying on the floor of her room. Housekeeping is super bad.

    If you had the opportunity DO NOT stay in this motel in the first night they give us a room with a broken bed and the stink on the room 227 was the worst part. I ask on the app for a refund or another room and they give me another room more decent, we had a “breakfast” included and we arrived an a appropriate hour and there was no food in the breakfast area anyway if you have the chance to take another option take it

    The room was it really cleaned well as both a penny and a dime on the floor, as well as few stray hairs in the shower proved. The in room coffee maker leaked as fast as I put the water in. The breakfast was toast and some convenience store pastries. But I slept well, the price was very reasonable, and my car was still there in the morning. So, I would actually stay there again. But I have low expectations of cheap rooms.

    i checked in a little late. i was there for a couples get away. i booked a king size room .. i accidently book a smoking room. that was not a problem. when i went to check in the guy seemed to be upset b/c the room was booked in a smokers room. he asked if i smoked i said no. he said next time check in earlier . i apologized. he made me feel like i did something wrong. i said im sorry i didnt pay attention. he said yeah right. like he was upset. he said since i came late around 9:30 pm. we both worked late . they didnt have my room. that he had to :upgrade" me with a room with a double bed. also he stated that i had to change my room the next day. next day i called the front desk to find out what was going on. he said take your stuff , i said i have something to do i will be back in a couple hours. we left had to come back after 3 pm to make sure the room was ready.. we wanted to relax. i go to the office ro get the new room key, he seemed upset still. he said this room is a smoking room . i said ok you told me yesterday. then he asked you are checking out tomorrow i said YES!!!.. he made me feel so unwelcomed and like i had to rush to leave the next day.. the rooms look nothing like the pictures .

    The floor was coming up, the curtains were stained, the comforter was full of burn holes though it was a non smoking room. The toilet was lose from the floor which allowed water and poop to run across bathroom floor. But yet they charge a $20 deposit like you could actually mess up something more. I won’t stay again. They also advertise breakfast which was coffee and a pop tart.

    The front of the property was decent as well as the rooms in the first building. The front desk member stared at his screen for several minutes while I stood outside geting eatin by mosquitos before he let me in after another team member came to assist. Niether one spoke to me until I asked what yhe problem was. Apparently there was a problem with the payment and I would not be able to pay for the reservation but instead I had to pay full price and for a much smaller room. The non smoking room i was finally put onto after close to an hour waiting blankets where severly distroyed with cigarett burns, 1 small throw pillow per bed, sheets where moist and apon waking the next morning floor was moist and slipery.

    This hotel advertised as non smoking with breakfast. The breakfast is a piece of toast or honeybun. The room had holes in every wall and smelled so horrible of cigarettes my husband and I spent all weekend dry heaving. I'm all about getting what I pay for, but this is extreme.

    This hotel is listed and shows to be a clean and well kept place to stay however when you get to the location it’s hanging on its last leg. My booking was a king room for 4 days 3 nights business trip. And one step in the room smelled of filth, bed linen had holes the dresser broken the area under the fridge looked infested with bugs. When we tried to cancel they wanted to reroom but the facilities already were horrible why would anyone want to stay. Being that it is labeled as a Wyndham hotel should mean it has standards but apparently this hotel doesn’t abide by them. The booking was canceled and refund requested. However no refund was dispersed, they are a terrible business do yourself a favor and save your money. If you don’t you will just be taken by surprise as we were.

    There were holes in the bedsheets, the pillows and bedsheets were stained, the place reeked of weed and tobaco... overall, it felt incredibly unsafe and scary for someone who is femme-presenting and treveling alone in a city and state they arent familiar with. If price is your main concern, great. However, if you want quality and safety, look elsewhere.

    So we booked this room with 2 beds and a couch for my husband I and our 3 kids for 8 days when we got to the hotel the management said nope we don't rent to ppl with more then 4 ppl in the room well I put on hotels.com how many ppl I had and they gave me this room I booked it he told me he didn't care I could go get my refund from whoever I said I just drove 16hrs and ur not going to give me the room I paid for a month ago nope I said can I take one of my kids to my dad's and the rest of us stay nope I already seen her and know she is with u so we r 16hrs away from home no other hotel money and not going to see a refund for at least a few weeks do not rent from them

    Horrible place to stay. Would NEVER recommend. Never leave bad reviews but they fully deserve this. Security drove thru twice and hung out with troublemakers who were up till 3am yelling in parking lot partying. Next room had 3 women in and out all night w suspicious activity. Did not feel safe. Coke or sticky brown substance on back of entry door. Toilet lid coming off, dirt all over, holes in bedding from smoking (no smoking rm)/room smelled like smoke. Fridge had wierd gray pieces in freezer and a drawer was missing whole bottom to hold items. Breakfast till 9am. 15 till nothing left. No coffee cups or any food. Staff unapologetic for circumstances.

    This was the nastiest, dirtiest, most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was broke, out dated and absolutely filthy. My door didn’t even shut or lock, my bed was stained and smelled like cigarettes and stale food. The photos online that are used for advertisement aren’t anywhere close to what you’ll actually get what you show up!

    I like the fact that process to register was quick. The room has the necessary; microwave, coffee maker, a decent bed, WiFi and ironing board. The hotel doesn’t look great or safe from outside, but nothing happened while I was there. If luxury is important to you, the price is fare for what you get.

    After booking the Room through your website. Upon arrival I was told I had to pay a Cash security deposit. Which was not mentioned. They originally asked for $50.00 But then told $20.00 would be fine as well. But it was fully refundable after I checked. I thought that is what having a CC on file and reservation. In case of Incidentals. The drapes and couch had stains on them.

    NASTY. First you go to check in you need a CASH deposit of $20. You have to sign 4 papers, and a receipt book to do you can get your $20s back. The only way to get that back, is the day of departure at 10AM. No pets, visitors, no smoking. I understand that to a point. But this is NOT a five star hotel. Room was dirty, moldy, dusty. Towels looked like rags, food under the bed. The tub was disgusting. The room smelt. Pool was green with algae. Went to check out. Had to wait 20 minutes for them to inspect the room before giving my $20 cash back. I only needed it for the night. Was a a concert from 5pm-1AM. If this was the only hotel available next time, I’ll sleep in my car.
