Super 8 by Wyndham Fort Worth TX

When I went for breakfast at 8:15 am,they only had white bread for making toast. I was disappointed.

Breakfast could’ve had more variety.

The room was dirty and I reserved a non smoking one and it stinked so bad the restrooms didn’t have toilet paper and when i asked they said thats all they had

Trash....Just trash..The city needs to knock that place down...

The front desk manager Sam was awful.

Expedia took my money

Wyndham should be embarrassed to put their name on this hotel. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the Sheetrock was bowing like there was a leak previously. The breakfast was honey bun, danish, or toast. There was a hair band laying on the sink. My daughter’s socks were almost black from the floors. There was no hair dryer, The pillows were very small and the bedding was not soft.

The continental breakfast was just stale bread and prepackaged honey buns. The pool was tiny and dirty. There was broken glass on the sidewalk around the pool.

This place never refunded my deposit. They kicked me out bc I had my bike in the room when they didn't say nothing about it the entire week I was there. Then all the sudden it was a problem. They could of actually returned my 25$ deposit for one

The water doesn’t get hot in the shower in any room I had it was cold The toilet doesn’t have the top to close after you use it The top cover had stains or something on it in two of the other rooms I had I also told them I had been in a wreck and I couldn’t walk upstairs due to my chiropractor request they had me upstairs multiple times no concern for my safety and my son They over price they should be able to do comparison prices from online and what they say in the front office very rude about it

Asked for a non smoking room attendent was rude wanted to charge us 25.00 extra per room and an extra 25.00 for double beds which I asked for so I didn't stay Everything

The beds were very comfortable The bathroom walls have black mold, the mini fridge has black mold, housekeeping has not wiped the walls and you can see that they have not...and they told my friend he had to check out because he was in a wheelchair, which they say when the check him, myself, and my service animal into the room. It's not like this was being hid from the front desk staff, and then he told me that my guest had to leave otherwise I had to check out. Rude. Also the laundry facilities were down, and I had to go more than a hour out of the way on public transportation on my only day off Open your eyes, and put the blame where that belongs. Try being a little more polite to people at your hotel. Breakfast could have been a lot better. Even some bagels, cream cheese, and a toaster for a warm toasted bagel would have been nice. Just because you had a $32.00 rate you are getting business that stays. Otherwise most everyone I know would have left.

The location is not bad but the room was very dirty and not what the photo showed. There were holes in the comforter, paint peeling off the wall, very dirty. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Made us pay a deposit and we never got the deposit back after leaving, just stayed pending in the account. The room was terribly small and the area was not good.

The first room we got the carpet was sticky. The drapes were torn. The curtains look like they’ve been through war. The lampshades were all crinkled up and broken and torn up. Paint chips missing off the walls plug-in hanging out of the wall

The property was quite and clean. Housekeepers was kinda of rude but overall it was good.

Honestly the only thing that I can say was cool about the place is that there was a guy nice enough to help us with the deposit EVERYTHING

The room was dirty and had dead cockroaches on the floor, the staff would do nothing. the pool was closed when we checked in on friday was told it is because of cleaning and that would be open the next day. the next day we were told the same thing. this was a horrible horrible experience.
