It was perfect

I can't really blame the hotel for the guests in the room above us, but they were up until 1am stomping around sounding like they were playing basketball or having a recreation of WrestleMania. As for the hotel, the room was nice and clean and pool was clean, staff was friendly, but the main problem was breakfast. Not much in way of variety and several of the oranges had mold or rot on them.

It’s an older hotel that was remodeled. When we entered our room it was clean but lots of pinesol smell. Couch could be replaced. Other than that all was good overall for what we needed.

Breakfast was great, staff were all super friendly, the pool was very nice, and beds were very comfy. The flowers outside were nice to see too. Parts of the furniture and other things were outdated but it wasn’t a deal breaker. All the pros outweighed any cons. I also understand the security deposit, though I wish it didn’t have to be in place.

It wasn’t the best Comfort Inn, they don’t have any where for you to hang your wet towel in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok nothing special, they had a variety of food items to choose from which was good. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The cost was good. Room had several little things wrong with it. Pool ran out of towels and asked for more and didn't have them. Went down for breakfast at 8:30am and everything was running out and no one was refilling anything. Elevator door kept getting stuck and was very slow. Hotel on the inside needs updates.

I liked the convince of the location. The manager was awrful screamed at me for having visitors and sent me into a seizure in the lobby after I asked her to stop yelling at me and let me explain but she didnt want to she said you disrespect me I disrespect you she was very unethical and I will never be booking this hotel again out of fear for my safety and my children's safety.

The air conditioner in room 109 barely worked. The sheets appeared clean but there was long strains of blond hair in the sheets. The room smells old and like mildew.

Breakfast was the only good thing about the hotel. Pool was covered in dead bugs. Bath tub constantly stopped up. Toenail clippings and mystery stains all over room walls.

I always enjoy staying here at Country Inn & Suites. My daughter and grandson live in Fort Worth and stay less than 5 minutes away so it’s very convenient. I’ve stayed at this same location about 4 or 5 times. This last stay I was upgraded to a balcony room which was very nice of them, but I will never stay in a balcony room again. The people at the pool were there for hours the one night and were very loud. They were having a good time so I didn’t complain, but my grandson had school the next morning which was May 18th. It was hard to get him to sleep which all of the excitement going on outside. But other than that, and other than the hotel needing to be updated, I have no other complaints or issues. I will stay again, just not a balcony room.

We selected this hotel almost randomly as we had never been to Fort Worth before. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was and will stay here again if we return. A problem-free stay in every way.

Location was very close to everything we wanted to see at Ft Worth. Price was very cheap so I guess that was a bonus. The room smelt damp and I am sure there were little flies that were biting my legs. The rooms were in need of repair and the reception staff did not speak good English.

Definitely not a high end place and we were just there 1 night for a place to crash after a concert at Dickies Arena. The bedding was AMAZING, which I appreciated, and we made great use of the larger than normal fridge in the room. A/C was good and fresh, room was clean but in need of updating. Didn't use the coffee pot, nor did we eat breakfast there though. Staff was nice and accommodated my request for a 1st floor unit.

lady that checked us in wouldn't even get out of the chair. She sat down and checked us in the entire time. Coffee was horrible. Furniture in room was torn and worn. Has not been taken care of at all. Mattress was bad and very uncomfortable. We woke up with sore back and hips.

Room size bathroom staff and all the accommodations I requested were met with exceptional service The second room with double queen beds had trash under the sink in bags I'm not sure if they didn't check it or just threw it under there.... There was also a weird musty odor but it wasn't unbearable the king room was very nice but you could tell they didn't get a chance to vacuum it there was some specs of paper or something on the carpet and a few bobby pins but it was very nice and the staff were exceptional

The staff was amazing! Hotel employee works the breakfast and goes above and beyond! Gentleman at front desk in the mornings was amazing too! Room was comfortable and clean. Despite fairly high foot traffic in the area, this hotel was tucked off and I felt safe.

The room is smell bad and you can hear the next door noise. The staff is not nice too.

Staff seemed new and unsure, I asked for more coffee for my room and they couldn’t find any. Room cleaning was oddly random.

All the room wasn't properly cleaned and had food from previous guests the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly and they don't supply enough towels in the rooms the ice bucket was gross and had to be cleaned before using they never fully restocked the breakfast bar and they have rediculous rules that do not make sense and the ones who run the hotel are extremely rude

You could hear the ppl on the 3rd floor above me. I believe there was a weak spot. The shower curtain holder was loose causing water to fall in the floor, bisides thise to 2 things the stay was good. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly.

The walls were thin and someone above us as well as to the side of us were making noise, dropping things around 2 in the morning. Many windows from the outside had the blinds slightly open and trash, construction materials were visible. The waitstaff were friendly, but were using old Wal-Mart carts to transport toiletries. Three floors lift is big enough. Hard time finding stairs near 303 room number anyway. They got laundry so washer and dryer 2 USD each, thumbs up for that. The cleaniness inside room is a challenge, the coffee maker was never cleaned, it had old coffee sachet used one inside not sure for how long, funny part it was not cleaned during my stay at the time of room service. They should upgrade the kettle, its super slow. BATHROOM sink was leaking on the second day, towels dirty with stains on it, shampoo bottle never refilled. Of course when flagged the manager gave the shampoo thats nice but seems there is no SOP set for room cleaning. Best part Amazing breakfast, this should not change no one offers these many options at this price. Eggs, oats, fruits 2 options, juice, waffles, tea, coffee, yogurt, sausges, grilled patty, mashed potatoes, wedges, milk, cornflakes, bread, bagel. Cheese butter, peanut butter. Amazingggg, 5 star here. Eat all you can. Room service is poor, despite raising flags before room service beds was not made, shampoo no refill. Checkout was super smooth. Our room had a sleeper sofa which had ripped/torn fabric covering the cushions. We could not get the television to work. The only person we saw working the facility spent a great deal of her time on the phone which appeared to be primarily personal calls. My husband asked for directions to access the television since thee were no instructions in the room, but she told him to turn it on and went back to her phone call. I went and asked later in the afternoon and her response to me was that she had already told my husband how to turn it on. We never got the television to work. Work rooms were open as we passed them to our room with dirty laundry in the halls. Do not recommend this facility.

Hotel was in a sketchy location and smelled the minute you walked in the door. Room and bathroom was clean. It was ok for my one night stay. Most likely will not stay again.

We ended up not staying they said they would refund us the room was disgustingly nasty the couches had all the leather scratched off it looked like someone spit on the tv.There were stains and floors dirty.. room definitely was not as described in pictures terrible....can not stress how nasty it was...

It’s OK for the cost. Pool was clean. Bed mattress was comfortable but the pillows were about as bad as it gets. It’s a 1 star that at least tries. But it’s a cheap motel and they only have so much of a budget. So if expectations are properly placed then you will like it fine.

First off I was not able to make my reservations because my sister was in the hospital due to her diabetes secondly when I did call the reservation and they told me that it was $100 cash deposit which was not mentioned in hotels.com so was actually not even able to if I wanted to to check into the room I'm very disappointed I really like hotels.com but this is not how I expected to be treated

I was giving a room,that had a cigarette smell,the smoke alarm was covered whit a shower cap .They assigned me another room,but by 4 am i was awake the cigarette smell was also present in this room. In the morning I was given a room that had no cigarette smell. I was finally able to get some sleep.

We stayed here for a concert. The dickies arena was 10 minutes away which was perfect. The location of the hotel had a great selection of restaurants and shopping options. We had a great stay. We didn't get to try out the breakfast nor had time to go swimming.

The breakfast was great—fresh, well-stocked, and a perfect start to the day. Every detail, from the friendly staff to the well-kept facilities, made my visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Fort Worth area! 5-Star!!!!

The lady at the front desk didnt smile or really make eye contact with us at all and she was watching videos on her phone. she didnt tell us really anything about our stay.I thought maybe that was just how she was until I saw her interaction with other people and figured it out. My wife and I didnt feel welcomed. If you are looking for a LGBTQ friendly place, idk if this is it. The hotel room was just okay. No extra pillows or blankets apparently. The location was just okay.

Hotel was fine … I’d like to go back to a daily cleaning since this is the best part of staying in a hotel is for me. I had to ask for fresh towels daily. We stayed 4 days and our room was never cleaned. That’s supposed to be part of the luxury.

Run down property, not anything close to what is advertised. Broken cabinet door where microwave is stored, big hole in cushion of couch, arms of couch in room are worn and ripped. Stains all over carpet in room. Do not recommend this property

Rooms are clean, comfy bed, with cold AC. Friendly staff. I kept losing my room key. Gave me a new one. No attitude. Good location. 10 mins from downtown Ft worth or Hulen mall. Easy accesss on and off freeway.

We never did get any maid service all 4 days we were there. Trash needed emptied and about ran out of toilet paper. The front desk gave keys to another guest who walked in our room as we were changing. Evidently she never fully checked us in when we arrived. No real apology for any of it.

The room was decent but not the cleanest. The coffee maker in the room was not cleaned out from the last person who stayed there. Dirty stains on the floor and dirty Kleenex found on the floor with what looked like dried blood on it. The breakfast was good though.

First of all, I had to wait 20 mins to check in cause nobody was in site! The joining room door would not lock they had a bench in front of the door. We had room service repeatedly knocking on our door in the morning. When we had already refused service. Overall will not be staying here again. Was not worth the money nor the stay. Very disappointed

You can tell this is an older property that is getting updated. The outside is nice. Parking is easy. I felt safe. It was easy to get to. The staff were courteous and helpful. Check in was easy. Minor inconvenience that the person who checked me in gave me the wrong WiFi password. When it didn’t work I asked about it and was told “that is the password”. Not a major problem as it was late by then so I just went to bed. Next morning I asked another employee and got a new password that worked for the remainder of my stay. Second minor inconvenience is the flush handle pull up bar cracked so toilet didn’t flush. After I told the staff the problem was fixed by the time I returned to my room later that day. There was a strong chemical smell when in the elevator but it was limited to that spot. Small irritation the exercise room was closed for renovations. Not sure if this was posted on the website as I didn’t check ahead, but I just found a workout video to do in my room. There is a small pool that looked well maintained, however I didn’t go in it because I didn’t have time. It was quiet for the most part. This hotel was racist and the employee pointed at the young man and said we don't like renting to people like that. I asked her like what? She kept repeating herself and then I said you mean black people? She didn't respond. Then I told her she was racist and maybe she should work on her customer service skills. She told us to leave and would not give us a refund. I will be contacting their corporate headquarters to discuss their policy.

There was food crumbs all over the table between the beds and quite a lot of hair in the shower.

The Wi-Fi access needs improvement. The rooms should be stocked with an adequate supply of tissues and towels. The in-room coffee maker was not working. I requested and paid for a late check-out, but it felt like we were being closely monitored during that time.

I enjoyed my stay, I think for the price point it marked all the boxes for me! staff was nice, room was clean, pool was good enough for me! only thing is planes fly overhead a lot so it would get pretty loud (not so much during the night tho)

This hotel was for the FWSSR in February. The location was great getting to stadium and very affordable. My only concern was homeless people approaching us in the parking lot. Other than that the hotel staff and conditions were great for the price

My only complaint was the oatmeal was super watery every morning, to the point I couldn’t eat it. It was as liquid as a broth. Being allergic to gluten, there weren’t many foods I could eat so I asked if the oatmeal could be remade and the answer was no. On the positive side, the room was clean and the beds comfortable. There was a small refrigerator in our room, and a coffeemaker. Good television options. Friendly front desk.

apparently the customer always right doesn’t work at this place. the person in front desk told us if we doesn’t like our room we can checkout, which we did rooms are smelly, stained all over, worst off all they said none smoking room and yet the room ate smelled like an ashtray. Jacquiline in frontdesk are very rude…

We had a late arrival (10pm) and didnt have to find anyone as the front desk had employee ready to help. From front door to our room, the entire facility was spotless. Easily accesible side road to parking lot from highway. We disnt get to have their breakfasts since we left at 5am and when we left a person was busily getting things ready.

The staff was friendly room was clean but the room and property were not kept up very well. The furnishings were worn out and the building was in disrepair. Also, the area did not seem safe. I will not stay here again.

There was rust in the bathroom. We asked for a blanket and they said they didn’t have any. I asked for more towels to be sent to my room and they never came. You can hear the people on both sides of the room so it was nosy. The leather on the couch in the room was pealing off the hand rest. I couldn’t stand the look of it so I covered it with a towel. I wouldn’t recommend this property at all.
