Honestly this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed ! The restrooms , beds and towels were so dirty , truly if you like cleanliness then don’t stay here . I was forced to stay here for the event connect soccer playoff the other hotel was way expensive so I chose this but I could not leave after Checkin since we had to stay at one of the required hotel to play in the ECNL playoff at fort worth . Everything is nasty in this place . Look for other place .

The room I stayed in was not cleaned, someone's dirty socks and facial hair was in the bathroom. The drawers would not stay

The property and the room itself were mostly clean and well-kept, but there was a slight musky odor throughout the hotel. The only issues we experienced were nagging fruit flies in the room, a defective large flatscreen TV (the picture was so washed out and blurry that it was nearly unwatchable), and a backed-up bathtub. There are many hotel options in the immediate area with similar prices. I would not stay here again.

Some minor issues, like the toilet plumbing, bureau drawers that won't stay closed, and a very cumbersome TV remote. But overall a clean, comfortable room and bathroom. Besides the pool not being accessible on my 2nd day (problem was resolved the next day), the staff was very friendly and helpful, notably Champagne.

The TV situation was a mess. They relayed on antenna reception and the a totally complicated system to watch TV I believe at a minimum they should have a simple guide and a tv channels list.

A good stay for when you need a bed for the night and aren’t too picky. Bathroom wasn’t very clean, and hotel needs lots of repairs(broken light fixtures, cracked plaster, slow/noisy elevator) but the gal at the desk was very kind and check in was breeze.

Trust me, it's worth a little extra for the security of knowing this hotel will be a lot more safe, relaxing. The beds and bedding at Comfort Inn is 10x better than other budget chains.

The staff is nice but limited on what they can offer the customers. The hotel location is in an area under high construction so getting here is a disaster. The lobby is dingy and smells like mildew, the bathroom sink faucet was leaking all over the counter and the toilet would not flush in first room we were given. The lady at the front desk promptly offered us a new room. We had to get ready to go to an event and noticed in the second room we were given that none of the outlets in the bathroom work so I had to blow dry and style my hair outside of the bathroom. Also the beds are terrible. I usually pick comfort suites because of their comfortable beds but the mattresses in this hotel are springy and sunken. They put a thin mattress pad on top of the mattress but I couldn’t sleep because of the discomfort.

Originally we were put on the third floor and there was an issue with our room with the bathroom sink leaking all over the floor. That room was also in need of some renovations and upgrades. Then the elevator was out of service! Walking up to the third floor with our service animal and luggage became an issue. Plus, the stairways are in need of a cleaning! We spoke to Kendall at the front desk, who was very nice to us, and she moved us to a room on the first floor. This room was much better. Easier to get to and cleaner. All-in-all it was a decent stay.

Very conveniently located just off I30 Sole elevator felt as though it would break at any moment. Building seemed unkempt. Still unsure whether our room had been cleaned or if the bed had just been made.

Staff were great. But the bed was so bad - it felt like we were sleeping on springs. Worst bed we have ever had at a hotel.

We made it in after 2 a.m. and called to let the hotel know what time we should be arriving. There was no one to let us in from the front desk. We waited a while, then finally someone came to let us in. Customer Service wasn't that great at check in and the room was outdated. Could have been cleaned better, however, the beds were clean. Check out clerk was nicer than check in clerk.

Room was ok pictures on app a bit deceiving

Seems like a lot of people that work on road construction stay there. Live music in the middle of the week playing until 10:00pm in the back parking lot..Some of the workers got off the elevator with a really bad skunk smell… weed/pot. Front desk gals were very friendly and welcoming.

The first room was okay. No working A/C, and bath room was dirty. The second room was much better with working A/C, and a clean bathroom. I guess it’s 50/50 if you’ll get clean and comfy, or okay and little dirty

Pretty nice, comfortable room. We stayed a couple nights for a procedure at a local hospital. There were a few issues, the toilet kept getting hung and so it kept running and you had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop; the tile floor felt like it was coming up in front of the tub, & our second night it ran out of hot water in the shower.

This is not a place i will be staying again in the future. I have been frequently visiting the forth worth area within the last few months, and all places i have stayed have been with no regrets and would stay again. With that being said, i like to have options when visiting and depending on the proximity of where im visiting, i will determine where to stay..the room cleanliness, should be a violation of health codes ( mold, mildew, etc). *and i have pictures. Im glad i stayed by myself, and i didnt bring family with me.. very low quality, those rates definitely need to be dropped.

Property had numerous broken tiles at the threshold of the elevator that constituted a tripping hazard. The entire property was understaffed. The breakfast choices were limited and constantly running out. Room was not overly clean, not enough towels. Overall, the property was unsatisfactory, will avoid this property in future.

Stayed on 10/11/25. Check in guy was NOT friendly. Dead bug on the floor in the bathroom. The beds are rock hard, sheets had stains, and the headboards were tore up with holes in them. The blackout curtain didn’t go down far enough and there was a gap letting in light/sounds under the door. Sometimes the water in the bathroom came out brown. The eggs were the weird powdered ones, but they had English muffins and the coffee was good. The breakfast attendant loudly played games on his phone that were disruptive to breakfast. The hotel brick out front was falling apart. The grounds had trash around the hotel. Also, I think we someone pick up a prostitute at the gas station by the hotel. I guess a girl’s got to work. Next time cross the high way and stay at hotels over there. Less sketchy.

We were so disappointed to see the contrasts between the real hotel and the outside pictures that we decided to drive back home for 3 hours. I canot believe how this hotel can have over 1000 reviews and state is very good! No way! I did not get my money back. Do not stay there!

So every other door was unlocked, so travelers could enter: the opposite of secure. Everything was broken and there was an odor. The staff were not friendly or helpful. I didn’t even check in. Easy access to our event Breakfast and staff were nice. Food was great, not as much variety as years past Front door was out of order. Check in was 30 minutes late, we were waiting with several other couples for rooms to be cleaned Not in best shape, the front columns outside had been damaged, there were small things like sink stopper missing in room and arm of chair broken and hanging (room 206)

The lemon water was great. The elevator was broken. The air smelled like weed. Property has gone way down. Will not be staying here anymore. Very disappointing.

The breakfast was good and the cook was a nice man. The hotel was quiet. Great location for my event but I will never stay there again. The elevator was out of order. Had been out of order for 2 weeks. I called them directly and they didn't tell me. The pool wasn't available for use. The stairways were dirty. The water in the shower was brown. The water in the sink was smelly. They didn't apologize for the inconvenience. Their attitudes were horrible. I had a bad knee. My muscle in my arm is hurt. I am having surgery on my legs so walking the stairs was not good for my health. I think I deserve a refund. Also none of the sanitizers were filled.

I arrived at night and there were no cars parked in front but a couple of work-type trucks parked on the side. It looked rundown and abandoned, which is why I used sketchy to describe it. Changed rooms twice on first night. First room had old napkins & a piece of bread on the foundation between the mattress & headboard and crumbs on the lamp. Second room only had working lights in the bathroom. Third room didn’t have a battery cover on the tv remote & batteries were corroded. I didn't feel like changing again so I put some plastic around the remote. The front staff was extremely courteous, pleasant & accommodating. After the first night, my family insisted I find somewhere else to stay. I checked out late the next day but was not given a refund for the remaining night due to confusion & lack of documentation between day and night staff when Expedia called the next day to confirm I had indeed checked out early. When I followed up with Comfort Inn, the night clerk said she hadn't added thorough notes in the system regarding my checking out but had called to straighten everything out when she realized what happened. Despite the confusion over my checkout, the staff was really the only good thing about the hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone.

We felt safe, and place was clean and it was a peaceful nights. We requested extra towels and pillows and they had it in room for us before arrival. We found some trash under the sink from previous guest but it didn't bother us.

I was planning on staying at this Comfort Inn for a basketball tournament. A week before the tournament the venue was changed. it was completely out of my control, this Comfort Inn, refused to give me a refund or even work with me. I will never stay in a Comfort Inn again.

This place is okay. Everything was clean, and people were friendly. But, our mattress was terrible, and the continental breakfast was really lacking. Nothing was bad, but not very many options to eat.

This hotel had a high rating that was very inaccurate. The sign was not visible so we didn't know that it was the correct hotel. The overgrowth in weeds was high and all over the property. The furnishings were old and damaged. The internet didn't work so you couldn't watch television. The only benefit was that the hotel clerk changed our room upon request (which was still poor) then refunded our money in full when we couldn't stay but had to leave because of the condition.

Really needed to use a computer in the Business Center. Though the office is in pristine condition, neither of the computers work and, according to the front desk, haven’t for years. Caused me serious issues. Broken lamps in the room, not enough outlets. Pool closed, dirty. Not what I expect from this chain. Staff doing their best under what seems to be total management neglect. At least the room was clean and breakfast was ok.

Did not like the front desk agent. The tall Arabian guy he had a nasty attitude anytime we spoke to him. And I let him know. First I asked for more wash towels. We had a double room with 4 people we only 2 towels, needed 2 more he refused, asked to service the room he refused. Said they have a 3 day stay policy. The policy clearly posted read “Serviced upon request” But the night agent Heather (who was great by the way) checked us in, told us all the policies. Never once said we had to stay 3 days before they could clean the room. Asked to speak to the Manager he said she was gone for the day. Later found out she was still there smh. Then my stepdad needed back in the room before checkout. He left the keys in the room and forgot his charger. He was denied access back in, he told him my mom had to come show her ID 1st. Even though he slept in the room and provided my mom’s name and room #. He just wanted to be difficult. It was just a lot with this guy. Joy the Manager was wonderful after finally speaking to her she assured me she would handle him and gave me her deepest apologies for his rudeness. Other than this the stay was good.

It is a hidden gem! Everything was very clean & smelled fresh. Breakfast was good. The property around the hotel was unkept. It will not stop us from booking there again. Champagne was incredibly nice at checkin & checkout!

People were openly smoking pot in the hallways. Every evening the smell was everywhere even in the elevator. Some mornings there wasn’t enough food. Had to go to ihop and get breakfast. The man running the front desk could be friendlier. Had the same clothes on everyday.

We stayed here for a travel softball weekend. The hotel was easy to get to and definitely fit our needs. Parking lot was a little cramped but staff a facility were great!

It was close to the forth Worth livestock show we were showing at. It was clean and had friendly staff. down side there was a weird flashing light out side in the parking lot.

The exterior of the building was void of any appeal or landscaping. The fence around the property made it look lik a prison. The interior was fine for the price.

I stay here often when I’m at the Will Rogers for horse shows. The place itself is amazing. The front desk attendant didn’t seem as if she liked her job well and wasn’t very inviting or friendly but I still got checked in in a timely manner

The room and hotel were very clean and the staff was friendly. The bed/pillows were super comfortable and made for a good night's rest after a bad experience the same evening with another hotel that was so bad...we left and came to comfort suites. They also offered breakfast, which was a nice perk. It was all good.

Stayed one night and noticed allergies myself, daughter and son-in-law. Waking up fitted was out of place and mattress had horrible mold. Manager Rick Patel never contacted me after 4 emails but Front desk employee, Champagne was wonderful. Contacted Choice hotel and was able to partially make a refund although not satisfied.

The hotel was okay but definitely not in a great part of town. There were a lot of homeless people around and we encountered a homeless man and his dog in the elevator. There are signs on the front doors that say they have to lock the doors during breakfast hours and at night.

The employees were very pleasant and courteous, but the hotel itself was not the cleanest, and we found mold in our room and our first room that we reserved. The air conditioner broke the first day and they had to move us to a different room and in that room, there was mold.

A/C was not working for two days,they refund only one day.
