Everything was great during my stay at Fairfield. Breakfast was good the staff was friendly and polite. The grounds were well kept. Other than you having to get staff to open gym for you I didn’t find anything wrong. I will start there on my next trip in that area.

We only stayed one night, therefore we did not use any of the amenities. However, our beds were comfortable and the room was decently clean. We were over charged and when I brought it to the front desk attention they said it was for incidentals and would fall off if I did not use it when I check out. I don't feel that he was being honest because he gave me more than one excuse and it was only $25.67 over the email amount that was sent to me during my booking. Otherwise, we had no problems for the short time we were there. Check your bill immediately!

Breakfast “buffet” is really not a buffet. Couple of warm options (eggs were an odd grey color), but not much. Pretty much a glorified continental breakfast. Staff was friendly, which was the best part. Would not stay here again.

The property was at a decent and peaceful location I was charged money without telling me why and when I inquired about it the front desk guy hung up and never picked up the phone again.

Location, easy to move around the area with the I30 2 blocks from the hotel and te Staff ready to help in any need. (we had a small issue with the AC and they fixed in few minutes

The attendant at the desk was extremely helpful and nice extremely pleasant. The room was clean. The breakfast is good. The showerhead did not work very good and the handheld clip it attached to would not hold it up and did not hardly work at all. I went into the other room to try to lay down on the couch where I could turn the air cooler as my wife did not want the air so cold but when I went in there, it made such a horrible noise you could not relax my wife could hear it in the other room. It was absolutely horrible.

The front desk personnel was inattentive and disengaged during check in. We called the front desk several times for assistance/information and received a busy signal each time. When we walked to the desk in person the attendant was on their personal cell phone with headphones in. The room was moderately clean as if it had been rushed & our key card didn’t work for the gym or pool.

Even the kitchen staff walking by would ask if we need anything during breakfast. ❤️ The TV in our original reserved room would not work properly and we were issued another room immediately. ? Good enough for a stay the night before the Cowtown Marathon. Easy access to the race.

The room was clean but no USB plug available to change phone and etc. the pool was green film on the border. Also no bottle water available to buy in the lobby just sodas. Capers in all ways not vaccum

The hotel room however, had a broken and loud fan in the bathroom, outlets did not work and the coffee machine only worked using the bathroom outlet, there were a few stains on the mattress topper, heard noises throughout the night and thought someone was trying to break in the room multiple times (even though no one was). Breakfast was okay.

My room was cancelled 5 minutes before I arrived because I booked with a 3rd party. When overbooked they cancel the 3rd party ones first. The clerk was very helpful and got us in a much smaller room with 1 king bed and a couch. Very crowded in this small room

Everything is wonderful about this property. It’s always nice and clean. Everything is easy to locate. This is just a fantastic location and the staff is amazing. I refer all my customers to this place.

All the floors looked like they needed to be vacuumed. The elevator had a couple issues, however the front desk employees were very nice & helpful. The breakfast had great options For the amount of time we were there to sleep, it worked just fine!

The bed was nice and the room. stayed a good cold very relaxing. Hotel is over all an older building remodeled but very clean and staff are kind. I think my only complaint was I could hear cars racing around midnight but once I was out it wasn’t waking me at all. A good quick stay

Great location! Was able to make it to the John Justin Arena to show within 10 minutes. Breakfast was hot with an array of choices from eggs, potatoes, and sausage to cereal and yogurt. You could hear the interstate traffic even on the other side of the hotel.

Unfortunately the room smelled like weed and we were too tired to change it. Only the second night though. Not sure if one of the housekeepers was smoking in there or what. Breakfast was cold too. I wished I had stayed at the Hampton that was right next door.

I would have turned around and walked out if it hadn’t been from the snow and ice that made it hard to find an open room. The room looked dirty, and the carpet looked even worse with what looked like a blood stain in it. It also smelt like weed, very strongly. They were supposed to have internet, phones that worked, and cable but this place had none of that when we were there. I wouldn’t stay there again to save my life. So do yourself a favor and find somewhere else that’s not broken like this place.

The whole experience was great. The staff was friendly, the rooms were nice, and it was clean. The only thing I can think to complain about is the elevator made me feel uneasy. It moved down a bit before the door closed and also almost closed on my brother. The elevator was last serviced in 2023 according to the paper inside.

The room was clean and comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful warm indoor swimming pool. Staff was friendly. They offerred us a free breakfast, but we were so comfortable, we slept in. This is the second time we stayed at a Fairfield Hotel and both times were perfect. Loved it.

The room is so dim. There are 3 lamps in the room and they are so so dim. One looks like a 15 watt because it doesn’t do a thing. The room is also very old. I’m surprised it’s a Fairfield Inn since all other ones I’ve been to were nice. Breakfast and service were not bad. But again totally not like any other Fairfield Inns, more like an Econo Lodge…

When walking by the corner unit the floor would make the unit rattle a bit. I slept very well. There is a naval air reserve base near by and you do hear the aircraft but not as bad as you would think.

The back window of our SUV was smashed and a backpack stolen. The truck next to us also has a window smashed and many items stolen. The police showed up and took a report. We parked close to the entrance of the hotel.

It feels as though this property was a remodeled Motel 6. Amenities and fixtures were outdated. The shower curtain was too short letting water pool right outside the shower tub. The towels felt like they had reached the end of their life as they felt like paper towels. The breakfast was good as was the staff. Coffee did run out rather quickly and took a while to replenish. Overall was average and at the price I feel that there are newer properties nearby that are probably in better condition. The staff was courteous and helpful. Honestly probably would not stay here again.

I feel like the area was seedy.

When I got to the hotel, the front desk treated me really good and got me in my room. When I got in my room, it was very clean. My complaints are there was no remotes for the TVs. There was no place to plug in the coffee pot Above the microwave. I had to carry it over to the desk by the window. The coffee pods that you put into the coffee pot did not fit in there and it splashed out on the desk. There was only one coffee pod one thing for sugar and cream, and nothing else. I was wanting to take a hot bath, but couldn’t because when I turned on the faucet both the showerhead came on even when it showed where to turn it off I turned it off and one I would come on. I turned the other way the other would come on if I put it in the middle bottom would come On. That was ridiculous. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was I would have to give a two it was not good at all. I’ve stayed in Fairfield Inn and suites many times and this is the first time I’ve ever stayed in one of their hotels that I was not happy at. But the nice part about it was the staff was wonderful. Will I stay here again? Probably not.

ONLY front desk people were super nice. The room had a roach in it, maintenance came to spray with something that smelled like a constant farting butt, even the next day. The toilet clogged and NO ONE knew where a plunger was and it wasn't unclogged until late afternoon the day of check out. The TV picture made everyone look like they had rashes and the remote barely worked. The fridge was super small. I have a broken foot so therefore on a scooter and the thing that held the door open to the elevator room was broke, making it difficult to open the door while on the scooter. Day one, too, the actual cops were patrolling the parking lot and before we could get into the hotel, a police chase ensued. If naked women are your thing, you'll probably like this place since Rick's Cabaret is across the street.

1. Upon check in the lobby smelled heavily of pot as if someone smoked in the lobby. 2. Lobby pictures do not match at all what is actually there, hotel is VERY run down. 3. We went to the pool after check in and found a sign on the pool door that the state health department came in and shut them down due to not being in compliance. 4. No one mentioned when booking or upon check in that the pool was closed 5. The carpet was sticky and wet in spots (unsure of they steam cleaned?) 6. A wasp came in through our air conditioner unsure if there is a nest in it. 7. Large crack in the wall by the air conditioner and (10) multiple ants were coming in through the crack. 8. Mold in vents and flashing that filter needed changed. We were supposed to stay 4 days. Needless to stay we packed up and left after the ants. It was the final straw. We’re left the front desk know the issues and were informed that the manager is also the manager next door for Hampton inn and she was not in. We were told to put in the request for refund through hotels.com. We’re let hotels.com know they still cannot get ahold of anyone to authorize the refund! I’ll be contacting corporate. This shouldn’t even be open.

It was horrible this is now a franchise under the Marriott hotel name. I would never do business there as long as Rebecca is the GM and Lakiesha is the front end hospitality manager very unprofessional and not consistent in what they say. Showed no concern and respect for me as the guest. I came and stay for business and staycation with my family Lakiesha said she would give me a rate of 79 a ay I extend a refund was giving because third party charged 170 and hotel charge as well on their end on accident Bianca tried to fix the problem and Tai confirmed refund was justified also process and it would take three to five days to return back in my account. Kiesha cancel refund and an amount of 359 was posted January 1 2024 Rebecca refused to fix the problem and told me to pay for another stay she told me to call Marriott they couldn't see anything on their in because this is franchise. The rep hung up on me Rebecca couldn't give me a solution call the police on me I didn't do anything wrong to cause disturbance. I had already got my things out of the room just wanted my refund. They were laughing at front desk playing with a baby like it was a daycare and they didn't care how they discriminated against my character. I will be talking with Manny soon which is the owner an filing a suit. Such a horrible staycation, they didn't care I was upset. It didn't bother them one bit.

We got there and had to pry the lobby door open to check in. Once in the room we saw we needed more towels so we went to reception only to find her asleep on the floor behind the desk snoring loud as can be. She would NOT wake up no matter how loud we were calling out to her. The tv lagged soooo bad and would only work if we had the remote 3 inches away from it & of course couldn’t ask for help because receptionist was passed out in the lobby. Room itself was okay , beds were super uncomfortable & would never stay here again .

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was top notch and the overnight staff were like old friends to us. Thank you for service above and beyond.

The black man in the lobby was rude since the beginning. Once I got to my room, the door wouldn’t lock. As a woman traveling by myself and not familiar with the area, I felt very unsafe. Once I told him, he was furious. I guess I bothered him since it was his time to relax. The bed had a huge hole and then once I showered and went to grab dinner, he was outside and looked at me still very upset. As soon as I woke up, I left the place. The room was old, outdated, and had a smell like cigar. The area was horrible, construction, unsafe, etc. please avoid this place. No one deserves to be treated like this, especially if you’re paying.

The parking lot does not have enough spaces and one whole area is taken up by a large construction dumpster. They don't have you provide the car and license plate number when you check in, unlike every other hotel. When we informed the night clerk that one of the cars parked in one of the 3 handicapped didn't have a permit, she informed us that they don't provide valet service. Really-that's your response? My husband thought it was probably her car parked there when he rattled off the license plate number and she had a deer in the headlight look on her face.

Stayed overnight for a concert. Excellent location close to pretty much everything you could want.

I liked but didn’t like this hotel. It’s in an area that’s scary and there are tons of homeless people everywhere. Check in was easy, and they let me check in early which was great. The coffee at the breakfast was good, but I didn’t eat the food so I can’t rate it. It seemed like they had a good selection though. The staff was all nice; slightly unprofessional because a few of them would leave the desk to go play on their phones outside or in the dining area. I asked for someone to clean my room, in the morning on my third day, but nobody ever did. I was there 4 nights and had filled all the trash cans. They don’t have a cash box so they can’t give you change to wash clothes in their laundry room. That is insane to me. If you’re going to have laundry machines, you need to either have coins to cash out or have a way to pay by card. The shower pressure was awful and it took 45 min to fill the tub for a bath. The bed was comfortable and I loved the pillows. It was close to an airport so you do hear airplanes; that didn’t bug me though. I’m not 100% sure I’d stay here again but cannot by any means say it was a bad hotel.

Nice and comfortable

Absolutely horrible check-in experience. I pre-paid for my families room two months in advance. On the day before the reservation date, I was contacted by the hotel asking me to move to a different room because they over sold the rooms with double queens. Fine, we agreed to move to a different room but was guaranteed a room when we arrived. The person we talked to on the phone also told us not to book through Hotels.com because things like this might happen: WHAT!?!? When we arrived at the hotel, the lobby smelled like pot and they told us there were NO rooms for us even though we had ALREADY PAID FOR THE ROOM. The receptionist called the hotel next door and they put us in a room there. Thankful the other hotel had a room or we would’ve been out of luck and out of $170 dollars. I will never stay at a Fairfield by Marriott again.

The bathroom looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all. I was very disappointed. I always try to book a Fairfield because they are always clean and comfortable. I have pictures of the bathroom. The cups for the coffee were not wrapped maybe someone used them. The coffee pot was dirty, we didn’t use it. Look at the picture. The bathroom was just simply not clean at all. The Kleenex box was stuck to the counter like they hadn’t moved it to clean as you can see in the picture. I was just not satisfied with the room. The sheets smiled, I had to spray them.

Reserved room was not available when arrived for check in. Room that was available did not accommodate all guests. Checked me out of my room and discarded some belongings while I was gone the second day. Second room given had blood on the sheets. Nobody was available to change the sheets but staff could provide new sheets. Was already charged for the room and every day was told I would have to come down in the morning and talk to a manager about a refund or to remove charges. Every day a manager was not available. Unfortunately management puts the staff in a bad position with little to no ability to remedy the situations. Contacted Marriott and they say this is indeed no longer apart of the Marriott brand any longer so please do not be fooled by the misinformation included in the name.

The staff were excellent! The front desk supervisor Leslie went above and beyond in answering questions, providing information, and she made our stay welcoming and relaxing. She is an asset to your team!

Property needs more cleaning up

The comforter looked dirty in spots & the shower curtain was unclean, but also much too short for the shower so it caused the shower water to create a pool in the bathroom floor. had to waste 2 of my clean towels just to soak up all the water

There were strains on our bed sheets. Shower was dirty and there was a dirty towel left hanging on the curtains.

It was a terrible service. They gave me a wheelchair accessible room. I asked to changed it. They gave me a new room key but they never registered in the computer. One of the maintenence person came and open my room while i was sleeping without knocking on the room. My room didnt get clean, i requested cleaning and to get the sheet changed, it wasnt done.

Good hotel

A pretty decent stay. There was a small stain on one of my sheets and a towel but I took that as something thay can just happen. The front desk immediately gave me new sheets though. The area is off a highway so pretty busy but still a quiet area and safe. Facility and gym was up too.

The hot breakfast was pretty good. The options to choose from was nice. Name brand cereals and juices.

Everytime we asked for towels, they were low. Did not have any face towels. 90% of the time we had to shower in warm/cold water. Did not sleep very well because it sounded like we could hear every single thing that took place outside of our window including the highway. They did even have holders for our luggage. The front desk staff & other employees were wonderful. They did their best to accommodate us but they could not help the limited resources & poor build of the hotel… I have never been so disappointed in a hotel that was supposed to have an “8.4” rating.

The hotel was what I expected however, the strong air freshner odor in the room was unbearable.

Wecwere disappointed with room 126. It was missing the remote (got extra remote from staff) missing coffee pot, wet carpet infront of the bathroom, smelled like mildew. The back of chair was broken.

Front desk was friendly and welcoming. The room however was kind of gross and smelled like a dirty wet towel. Restroom was the worst. I also found a bottle of “enhancement” pills behind one of the beds, so clearly their cleaning staff doesn’t do a very thorough job. I was only there for a few hours so can’t complain too much, but I would definitely not book there again.

Our room was filthy on check in - hair, crumbs, and stains on the sheets, and the floor had not been vacuumed. I’ve never left a hotel before, but we immediately left. The person at the front desk was the only good thing about the hotel, and she quickly processed a refund and was extremely understanding. Still waiting on Expedia to refund though!

The hotel staff were nice, but the hotel seemed dated. The bathroom sink was clogged. There were loose cracked tiles on the bathroom floor, and the bedspread had stains.

We stayed three nights. We noticed on the third night that there was mold in the shower wall close to the tub. Room 212. My husband and I both have respiratory issues and there was no ventilation in the room.

Yasmine provided the best service. What a wonderful person. So interested and kind. Made you feel like you were home at the end of the day

On the othet hand, I did call the front desk to report that the light on the bathroom mirror was not working and was told that maintenance was gonebuy she would have them take a look tomorrow which was my check out date. This made it very hard to do my face because the other 2 lights was dim as well. Also, the stopper in the sink didn’t allow the water in the sink to drain freely. I haven’t had any issues in the past, but it would have been nice to be moved to a new and better room.

This property had loud welding and drilling I had to leave immediately as it was ongoing and gave me a migraine . They then were not at the front desk nor did they answer the phone when Expedia called for a refund

Booked this hotel for convenience and amenities. My family was looking forward to the breakfast which was to be served at 0600. I inquireed about coffee for around 0430 which is the normal time time for me and wife. We were told it would be available at time in the breakfast area. We drank what was available in the room the night before. Around 0530 the next morning we went down for coffee, what was available was cold from the day before. I inquireed and the young mad said coffee was not available until 0600 with breakfast. I told him the young lady before told us it would be, and he said "She did not know what she was talking about" as he played games on his phone. We asked about more coffee to make in the room, he looked in one drawer and said we don't have any more. We came back to our room. At 0615 we went back no coffee no food. Same young man said lady did not show up to make breakfast and coffee. Two guest were waiting for the same services. All of us left at 0645 with no food or coffee, the site says that is part of they offer. We g a d to leave and go buy breakfast at restaurant to stay on time for appointments. Young man lead us to believe brew as ass being made but after asking for time frame he said "I texted GM and waiting on reply."The night we stayed was quite cool. The heater in the room (216) did not keep up with what was set on the thermostat. Had to keep getting up during the night to turn it up to keep room warm. Set on 85 to get 7p, tstat must be broke!

The lady who checked us in was delightful! The rooms were a little dated and our shower curtain was definitely not clean but the beds were comfy and it was a convenient location.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn’t like was the elevator, kinda slow. The stairwell they have is large and open to the building so it felt 💯 safe. I enjoyed my stay

In my 33 years of business travel, I've never arrived at a hotel with a reservation and not been provided a room. Well it happened here. The staff had no idea what was going on other than the fact that no rooms were available. While they set me up in a hotel next door, the fact this happened tells me they can't be trusted to effectively manage a hotel.

Clean, we'll managed hotel with a good fitness facility that has cardio equipment that actually work! New equipment at that. Friendly staff, good breakfast and nice rooms.

The bathroom was dirty, had ants crawling , human hairs. Very unmaintained … tile grout was missing, bathtub faucet loose from wall. Me and my husband could not sleep well because our nasal passages became closed from apparently dust and such. The carpet had dirt spots on it.

The breakfast was really good. The food was fresh. The eggs were amazing. The staff was super friendly.

Key card didn't work TV remote didnt work Heater/ AC didn't work in one room. The issues were fixed, but took time when we were trying to get to Thanksgiving dinner. Rooms should be ready to be occupied without having all the problems!

Throughout the entire check in process no one spoke to me besides to say they needed my ID and credit card. I was handed my keys and they went back to talking to one another (not that they stopped, they were talking throughout the whole process) The lady didnt tell me where my room was, or anything else. I had to ask "is that all?" and they both looked at me like I was the dumb one for still standing there. Im just used to customer service people ACTUALLY being helpful and COMMUNICATIVE. Please be more courteous to your guests. I work in customer service myself and this was just a terrible experience. I didnt even feel comfortable asking questions because neither this lady or the other employee spoke to me.

Easy check in and out. Quiet, easy parking, friendly staff.

Little things add up. Underwear in one room upon arrival. A dead cricket in another. No hair dryer in one room, so we shared the other room's dryer with our son and his daughter. No hot water, so the showers were warm. at best. We were on the top floor, so that may explain it. Breakfast was skimpier than most Fairfield's we have been to. The workout room had very old treadmills. The one I used stopped every 60-90 seconds saying that it couldn't identify anyone using it. On the bright side, the lady overseeing breakfast was a wonderful example of a caring employee. The AC worked great, the parking was free and easy to navigate, and both TV's worked well on all stations.
