    Room 206! The beds seemed clean and were comfortable. That was the only positive. Closet mirror doors were cracked, the tile floor was dirty, and there was broken tile near the bathtub. The bathtub's caulking needs to be redone- mold was beginning to grow. Also the A/C was not on when we first came in, so the room was 80* in May, and we had to wait for the room to cool down after our already late check-in. My husband got up before us to grab breakfast, and there was nothing left 30 minutes before breakfast was over. We did get waffles... but they were out of syrup and coffee.

    Needs maintenance, lots of little things broken or damaged around the hotel that adds up. Doesn't bother me much but others would find it unacceptable. Free breakfast is nice but dont expect gourmet. Sausage patties, chunky hashbrowns, and dehydrated eggs with cereals, breads, yogurt, and apples. Milk tasted sour while I was there. Rooms weren't too bad but the pool smelled of chlorine that you detect from the lobby, right next to the dining area. They also were cleaning the lobby one of the mornings during breakfast, all you could smell was cleaning products. Not a terrible stay but not great either. Got the job done and saved me money on breakfast.

    When you could find them, the staff was friendly. The rooms were clean however when we pulled out the sleeper sofa there were used linens and when we asked for fresh ones we were told the linen closet was locked and would not be open until the following day. The walls were stained and the tub was in need of an update. The kids loved the swimming pool but again there were no towels so when we went to get some from the front desk we were limited. Breakfast ran out quickly and the coffee was watered down. On the up side the air conditioner and refrigerator worked well along with the ice machine. Parking was free so that is always a plus. All in all we probably will not be returning to this location but for 1 night it wasn’t too bad. Bring your own towels for the pool and an extra pillow.

    My family and I arrived pretty late very ready for bed. Unfortunately when we got settled in our room, we found it to be very dirty.. We are not picky, but finding the restroom to smell like pee that hadn't been cleaned was awful. The bathtub & walls had hair that was shaven & public hairs everywhere! The microwave area was grimey, dirty & hadn't been wiped. We dont ask for perfect, but when traveling we expect a clean area.. Atleast! Not someone's ball hairs. We did notify front desk, in hopes of switching into another room if possible. She offered to clean it, which it was already around 10:30pm but again we were tired. So we agreed to have her clean it. She brought 1 rag, cleaned the restroom and then the microwave. Red flag. Anyways, never staying here again. Breakfast was very limited as well.

    Our room was clean, but the rooms are dated and somewhat run-down. The carpet in our room was torn and frayed, the armchair was stained and dirty, and all finishes in the bathroom were in need of repair. The caulk in the shower was loose in places, collecting moisture and making the shower look dingy. The cabinet in the bathroom had water damage and was peeling.

    The carpets were dirty and unraveling at the transition. The floors were dirty, there was buildup on the baseboards. The shower caulking was coming off with mold in it. There was mold in the tile grout and on the shower curtain as well. At least the bed was comfortable very disappointing experience. Very noisy! Would like to request a refund.

    We were enjoying our stay until we felt very unsafe on our last morning. While we were all asleep, someone (non-staff) came into our room with an active room key and started looking through our closet. When we confronted them, they apologized and said they had been staying in this room previously in the week and forgot something. They kindly left after we told them what they were looking for was not here; however, it was very unsettling that they still had an actively working room key that was able to open our door. When we told the front desk about this incident, they said it was probably the staff. When we further explained the situation, they did not apologize or seem to be concerned and said they would "check the cameras." This was very unsettling, and we are not happy about how the staff handled this. Thankfully, the person who came into our room was kind and understanding, and apologized more than the staff did. Do not stay here if you want to ensure that no one will be able to bust through your door in the morning when you and your guests are asleep.

    the place was clean and quiet the staff was very unfriendly the lady at the front desk made customers wait 10 minutes for her while she was fooling around in the kitchen area eating and talking on the ceiling phone and I guess she made some more coffee. after she made us wait for her and I tried to make lit conversation with her about it, then she started yelling and screaming at me and was trying to kick me out of the hotel and she refused to extend our company stay at the hotel. because of her the Manager on duty that day we will not back at your hotel I was offended and insulted by her. we won't be back and I'll make sure our affiliates we won't be back either I am in financial industry, Insurance and taxes. we spend millions each year on hotel experiences..... you need to get ree d of that lady like she got reed of us.

    The appearance from the outside and the lobby is good, but the bathrooms are disgusting! Mold growing all over the shower corners, rust on the doors in the bathroom. I stayed in two different rooms and both bathrooms were full of mold! Mold growing in the corners of the shower! There’s No ventilation in the bathroom! Rust on the door jams! Toilet seat wobbly, missing screw! Microwave dirty, fridge has rust growing on the bottom of door. Drapes hanging off from the wall! Carpet coming apart. Room not vacuumed! The bathroom in Rm 107 was the worst I’ve ever seen! How can they pass inspection with Wyndham Hotels???? And charge these rates and get away with this horrible mold growing in their bathrooms? No Fan, No ventilation in the bathrooms of the two separate rooms that I stayed in Rm 107 & Rm 105! It’s totally disgusting!

    NOTHING. I Had the FLU for 2 days & Notified Edgar @ Laquinta # 1 pm on 1-3-26, that I felt Horrible & requested A Credit to Reschedule for Another Date. They Didn't Contact me back with their decision & Ignored me. $ 125 is Very Important to me, Obviously, I wasn't Important to Laquinta. No Callback or Communication with my Credit due to Unexpected Sickness - FLU FOR 2 Days.$ 125 Wasted & NOT REFUNDED.

When we finally asked, the front desk told us to come downstairs and get a vacuum so we could clean the room ourselves. That is not acceptable for any hotel. The afternoon manager made the situation worse. Instead of addressing the problem, she came to our room and repeatedly questioned us about why we were making a complaint. She tried to shift responsibility, even though the issue was clearly with the management, NOT the housekeeper. The housekeeper was kind the problem was how management handled everything. They later tried to close our complaint with corporate as if we were satisfied, even though nothing was resolved. Very unprofessional management and one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. I do not recommend this property.

    We stayed closest to the side entrance, two rooms away. It is usually only accessible via key, however the key pad was turned off so anyone off the busy street could gain access.     When we first checked in the lady was kind of rude, the rolling carts to carry your luggage was not manageable. The room floor didn’t look vaccumed. I will say the ac worked great. The breakfast was not eatable. Waffles we had to cook twice just so the inside was cooked all the way. The eggs tasted like sponge and the Honey Nut Cheerios were stale.

    I first checked and got my room. When I did my normal inspection of the room I find several small black bugs in the bathroom sink, walls and spiders in the bathroom. I immediately went to counter to change rooms she gave me a room two rooms down. This room didn’t haven’t the live bugs but there were dead bugs in the closet and dirty spots on the carpet, what looks like a black spot on the floor. Dirty shower curtain and dirty curtains. At this point it was midnight and I was coming from a sports tournament so I was exhausted. I Lysol my whole beds and slept on top of the sheets. In the morning the breakfast area had flies and was not cleaned up. I’m disappointed in this hotel and will not be returning.

    Check in was easy. Seemed like it was in an ok area. When we got to our room, we let them know 2 of our lightbulbs were out so they didn’t think we broke them. Front desk offered to replace them but we told her it was ok. Called them a little while later to let them know our toilet was constantly running and had little water pressure in the sink. They sent someone up and said that’s how it should be. Next morning an empty room’s alarm was going off at 4 am so that was fun. Front desk sent someone to turn it off thankfully. A lot of the channels on the tv said “not supported” for some reason but you could hear the sound. Hot water in shower was not hot enough for our liking and shower looked very dirty. Wood on bathroom door looked like it was rotting or something. Breakfast was extremely limited. Stairwell smelled awful and hallways were stained. Basically we got what we paid for. It’s ok for a one night stay but any longer is too long.

I checked the sheets and it was dirty and full of pubic hair. So I go back down to the front desk to let them know what’s wrong with my room. For the sake of your customers, please supply some whole wheat bread, at least. Also, there was one small cart for the whole hotel - you need at least 2 carts.

    The place was very dirty and the bed was hard as rock and sheets were not clean and me and my daughter were itching through the night. My daughter woke up with a rash on her body. Plug fixers covers hanging off the wall and remote didn’t have a back to it. Carpet was very dirty and when you walked without shoes you could feel the dirt in the carpet. We we’re supposed to stay Friday night and Saturday night but because of Friday night was so horrible, and my daughter had a rash, and my body was so achy because of the bed was so hard we left early and I wanted a partial refund on Saturday night, which they did not give. I would not refer this place to anyone. Bacteria it’s so bad and hazard to one’s health when you already have health issues they bring danger to anyone’s health being this dirty. Maria OCanas

    I have stayed here before, but was extremely disappointed this time. I am aware that they cannot control it being rodeo weekend or whatever it was, but they can prepare for it. The whole hotel smelled like a barn my entire visit. It permeated into my room, even though I was NOT here for or near the rodeo at any time. They were out of linen and towels during my whole stay.

    The front desk receptionist was not friendly, room mini fridge was broken. Pool restroom was dirty and out of toilet for several days and public restroom was not allowed to be used per receptionist.

    The front desk associate had a terrible attitude. We tried to check in with 3 of my little kids and was told they couldn’t check I. 5 people into one room and later got my reservation cancelled. She made a comment to go to motel 6. Which I thought was very disrespectful

    The over all stay was ok with the exception of the rooms ac didn’t keep the room cool at night but worked wonderful during the day time. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were awesome and very helpful. The price for 3 nights wasn’t bad at all. So over all if and when I do go back to fort worth I will most likely stay at this hotel again.

    I truly disliked walking into the restroom of my room to find mold on the ceiling, dust in the fan, rust and chipped paint on the door, and a shower that could have been more properly scrubbed.

    We were pretty disappointed in a few things. The front desk workers were really friendly...but there was no coffee pot in our room (but there was plenty of coffee), the TV set up was very frustrating because it LOOKED like we had tons of options but really only had live tv. That's not the end of the world BUT it would be much less frustrating if it didn't options that weren't available. Lastly they did not visit the room to clean it/make beds/wash towels. The sign in the room said they would do all these services unless we put the do not disturb sign on the door...which we did not.

    That’s when I really started inspecting the room, and what I found was beyond unacceptable. The floors were littered with food scraps, and there were unidentifiable fluids left behind in multiple places. It was as if the room had barely been cleaned, if at all. The level of filth was appalling—something you’d expect from a neglected roadside shack, not a place where people are expected to sleep. If you have even the slightest expectation of cleanliness, do not stay here. This was one of the most disgusting and disturbing hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

    Good. Bathroom shower needs attention. Very loud closing shower door. People above us slammed it so loud at 5am, woke us up. Breakfast minimal.

    As soon as we arrived there was a sign to manually open/close automatic sliding door. We entered and the lobby smelled like a cat litter box, fortunately it was contained to lobby. Our room was dated and had minor damages but enough to notice there was more than a few. Walls were thin, we could hear EVERYTHING. At one point, the power went out. Lastly, someone spilled scrambled eggs in the stairwell we let the receptionist know, the next morning the scrambled eggs were still in the stairwell so I’m not sure how often they are cleaning. Ultimately, this hotel is now my worst case scenario hotel for Ft. Worth. This sucks, because I normally have good experience staying at La Quinta hotels.

    The room was dirty and ragged. The shower hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom was water damaged. Linens had holes, ink markings and stains. I did not unpack. I switched hotels the next day. While biding my time in the lobby, I heard 2 other parties complain about how terrible their room was. The front desk was watching videos at full volume.

    This hotel has clearly not been cleaned in an extremely long time. There was dirt, thick dust clumps & used chewed gum on the floor. Paint chipping off the doors & vent. Mold all along the shower with hairs. When we tried to express our concerns with the front desk there was a sign that said “wait 15 mins before calling for assistance”.

    The lady checking us in was awesome, very nice. Breakfast food was cold, waffles kept getting stuck, the spray they provided didn't help, syrup was out our first day, coffee was cold,next day coffee ran out and no creamer. The rooms just seemed dirty,the floor in the restroom had crumbs,the carpet needed to be vaccummed, most channels didnt work, hbo channels went in and out

    It was ok. When we walked in the was puddles of water in the floor because our toilet was leaking and the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed and prior to getting in the bed there was quite a bit of hair in the bed.

    I only use this hotel. Having kids and some times a dog they are always welcoming. Clean and safe I never worry staying here and have never had an issue. Has a pool for kids entertainment and breakfast served in a clean and open area with seating available!! I travel a lot and this hotel is absolutely great!!!!!

    I’ve stayed in La Quinta Inn’s before and haven’t had any issues. I’m not from the area so I’m going off of pictures on their website. Boy, did they fool me. WiFi didn’t work the first night, second night WiFi worked, but not for logging into Netflix on the Tv. I was hoping to sit in the hot tub, My daughter and I walked in and walked right back out. The hot tub was corroded with scum and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in 10 years. This place is extremely ran down. I felt so gross. I had to lay a towel in the shower just to shower because the floor was so gross. Oh, and I woke up to a cockroach . That was fun.. I would NOT recommend staying in this hotel to anyone.

    Had over 10k stolen out my room the sheets and pillows had red stains all over the bed if I could rate a zero I would, don’t come to this hotel the staff is really sketch and I had seen a roach in the bathroom wouldn’t recommend to anyone worst experience ever!!!

    When my wife and I checked in they asked for a 50 room deposit no problem but I booked and paid for the room in my name but used my wife’s credit card so because it wasn’t my card they wouldn’t except my wife’s license and card because she didn’t book. The room and mind you it was 130 in the morning we we are checking in tired from moving and traveling all day we are told the only way to get in our already paid room was to go find an ATM at 130 am an$ give them 100 dollars in cash we will never stay at a la Quinta again and the front desk staff was not helpful at all a threatened to refuse our room because of our displeasure and ridiculous rule of refusing my wife’s credit card payment because I booked the room

    The property itself was far from clean. We found hairs in the bathroom and on the sheets, which was completely unacceptable. I’ve stayed at this hotel’s branch in Houston and had an amazing experience—so much so that I looked forward to staying here. Unfortunately, this location did not live up to those standards, and I would not recommend it to anyone. One of the most uncomfortable parts of the experience was being required to sign a handwrite documents—it felt awkward and unnecessary. This location has a lot of work to do in terms of cleanliness, service, and overall guest experience.

    Rooms were not ready when I checked in. I was asked to wait in the lobby for 15-20 minutes while they waited on housekeeping to check in. After about 30 minutes had to go back to the desk and ask if the rooms were ready. Staff that checked me in was NOT friendly. Bed was great, but the bathroom was disgusting and had no water pressure. This was the third stay at a LaQuinta this trip and everything just kept getting worse. I ended up buying supplies and cleaning the bathroom myself. Breakfast was not worth waking up between 6am and 8:30am on vacation. Not sure why the hours vary from hotels to hotel. We normally always book with LaQuinta when we travel but I think we will be making a switch after the experiences this trip.

    the bathrooms were very dirty the shower alone was really nasty looking the coffee machine in the room did not work at all it leaked water all over the counter it took the lady at check-in at least 35-40 minutes before she even checked me in to my room and me standing out front when I left to walk across the street to go to the convenience store there's a whole bunch of homeless people living out there on the sidewalk which was kind of intimidating or making me feel unsafe on whether I should even walk over there by myself

    This is the worse La Quinta I’ve ever stayed at. Checking in was off. Hotel Room under my name. Showed my ID. Won’t take my card. Trump skin on it. Gave them another card. Under my daughter’s name. Checked her ID. Wouldn’t let me use it bc she isn’t 21…. What? I checked in with my ID. Under the reservation under MY name. If I had lost my debit card between San Antonio and Fort Worth. I wouldn’t have been able to check in to my “non refundable” crappy room. Carpets are disgusting, floor was wet from the fridge, bed spread stained and stinks. We wouldn’t even step in the shower. Yes. It was that gross. The bathroom floor was greasy. Put my shoes back on real quick. When asked for a refund to get a different hotel. Can’t happen unless manager approves it. Let’s be real. Manager won’t. So out money for this. We stayed. Don’t make that mistake. Take the loss of your money. Sleep in your car. Trust me. It’s better than here. Breakfast. No eggs. The potatoes were trash. Some were raw. But hey. They have honeybuns… Eye roll. Won’t recommend this hotel to ANYONE. DO NOT STAY HERE…
